My husband and I were shopping for an outdoor barbecue kitchen and a hot tub. We didn’t know what we were looking for. We wanted one, but we didn’t know what to buy we went to Hot Tub Plus. It was awesome They were great Claudia explain everything to us. They showed us their inventory and we ended up buying both barbecue Outdoor kitchen and a hot tub. It was amazing when they brought it a week later they explained everything to us the guys that’ brought the hot tub and the barbecue kitchen they were very professional They took their time they explain and showed us how to work it they installed it for us and they made sure it was working and they also showed us how to test the water we are very thankful for everything they did For us Thank you so much Claudia and Dennis from Hot Tub Plus

We’ve owned our Hot Springs Vangaurd for a couple of years now! We love it! Everyone at Hot Tubs Plus has always been so kind and helpful! We use their weekly maintenance services as well. Mike is amazing! He keeps our hot tub in pristine condition. Mike is very knowledgeable and will answer any questions I have. He is also very patient and friendly with my dogs and my kiddo! We purchased our spa a couple of months ago and absolutely love it. We are always taken back on the amazing customer service.Their prices are great and we purchased a quality spa. We also get our products for the spa at the store. They always have items in stock. I searched and searched online for a new hot tub to replace my 20 year old tub. I decided to wait until a holiday weekend and I was going to check out a couple of different places to see what the holiday prices were. I walked in to Hot Tubs Plus and was greeted by Drake. After looking at various models, I selected the one! As it turned out, it was the one that I had seen online and it already was in my mind. Great price. We are really happy with our new HotSpring spa! After deciding to replace our older Sovereign hot tub, we spent some time working with Dennis to find the perfect spa for our backyard space. We chose the HotSpring Aria in Linen with the Alpine interior. We also added matching upgraded steps and a handrail. It is a beautiful spa with a salt water system, comfortable seating and lots of jets. Our experience at Hot Tubs Plus was very positive - Dennis and Claudia answered all of our questions and kept us informed during the entire process from ordering our spa to delivery and installation. Cody and his team arrived as scheduled, got our new hot tub set up quickly and took our old unit away. Before he left, Cody explained the operating instructions and demonstrated all the features of the Aria. We highly recommend Hot Tubs Plus!

Our search for a spa began online with the intent of saving a few dollars, but after reading reviews of online delivery nightmares, we wanted to speak with a reputable dealer. We visited two spa dealers in Bakersfield and Hot Tubs Plus had the type of spa we wanted, and we found their customer service to be excellent - a benefit of a family owned and operated business. We found Hot Tubs Plus so helpful in explaining options, how to coordinate electricity, delivery, installation, etc. Zero pressure to buy.When we found our spa and discussed timing of delivery, we were given the parts necessary to have the electrical completed in advance, which made the morning installation go smoothly, and the spa was ready for a night time soak.Every single person from Hot Tubs Plus was courteous, helpful, responsive, and intent on customer satisfaction. Rarely have I seen an installation crew (ours took a few more people due to a more complex installation - see photos) shake my hand and introduce themselves on arrival and shake my hand again after completion. They also made sure every little thing was put back or cleaned up. White glove service start to finish.We are loving it!

About a couple of months, we purchased a Cal Spa from Hot Tubs Plus. Around February 2022, Monji had just completed our backyard garden, and we installed a concrete pad for a hot tub installation. We love Monji due to their quality of work and hands-off process. We asked Monji for a recommendation on where to get a hot tub in town and mentioned that the guys at Hot Tubs Plus are honest and told us to check it out. So, we did.Upon arriving at the warehouse, we were greeted by a friendly front desk. Then we were escorted to the back, where they had all kinds of hot tubs to choose from. With us was Dennis, showing us the tubs and giving us a tour. The entire time we were with him, we never felt pressure to buy. He was actually giving more of an educational and informative talk so you can make a sound and education purchase that suits your need. Being in the business myself, I found that refreshing. When someones focused on solving our problem (in this case, we were looking for a specific hot tub, but I just dont know what specs were right for us), they will not need to sell to us; we will buy. Just a quick note to say that I could not be happier with my new hot tub and with the sales experience with Hot Tubs Plus. Weve had the hot tub for a month now, and I think weve used it about 28 of the last 30 days. Will we use it less when the newness wears off? Maybe some, but it makes me feel rejuvenated to be able to sit for a few minutes each evening and enjoy the sunset.I knew very little about hot tubs when I started shopping for them, and both Claudia and Dennis were really helpful in showing me the different models, different price points, and what accounts for those different prices. I found that very useful in selecting a hot tub, and ended up with the 7-seat Monterey Premier hot tub. It has all the features I wanted and its been perfect so far.The sales process was smooth, and so was the delivery and setup process. The guys who brought it on the truck did a pro job of getting it moved in, set up, filled, and running. They were also very helpful with the questions.I had, and I appreciate the service they gave.I hope my hot tub lasts a good long time, but when its day is finally over, Ill be.a repeat customer.

First impressions are everything and right from the beginning we felt we could trust Dennis Wilkerson when we met him at the 2022 Kern County Fair. A no pressure approach made my wife and I comfortable. We didn’t jump right in but thought it through and at the Home & Garden Show in February 2023, we felt ready to make an investment decision and by gosh, Dennis remembered us and within a few days we met at the Showroom, decided what we wanted and on top of it all got a great year end model deal. Just finished initiating it today after it was delivered by Son, Cody Wilkerson, and his team and set up yesterday. I was shown the different options and explained what the advantages of each unit were, I should add that I am in sales so I was very pleased with the service. They had scheduled my delivery on a Wednesday, when an earlier opening came up they moved my delivery ahead which was super!At the delivery of my spa I was told that if I have any questions on the maintenance of it to bring a sample of the water and they would test it and tell me what I needed. Today I walked in at 15 minutes until they closed and they happily showed me what I needed for my spa. As I was leaving the owner reminded me that I had her cell number and if I had any questions (regarding the chemicals I needed to treat my spa) to text her!! TALK ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! There were some glitches with getting everything together with the electric. Claudia helped coordinate It even though it was not her responsibility to do so because it had nothing to do with Hot Tubs Plus. The delivery was very easy and professional. The spa is amazing and everything that we were looking for and more. Claudia even checked in after delivery to make sure everything went okay. The shop followed up with me soon afterward with an estimate for repairs, and even though the spa was repairable, replacement sounded like a better option to me for my approx. 25 year old spa. I visited Hot Tub Plus the following weekend and left a deposit to purchase a new Jetsetter spa.The removal of the old and delivery of the new spa worked out very smoothly, and they accommodated my schedule again regarding the delivery date. The installer Cody and his helper showed up a few minutes early (sorry I left you waiting at the gate). He explained in detail and showed me how to operate and maintain the spa. I visited the Hot Tub Plus about a month later with a water sample. Dennis helped me right away and told me exactly what was needed to properly balance the chemicals.My experience with a total of 5 staff members from Hot Tub Plus has been top notch starting the day I first called. Full Disclosure: I know NOTHING about spa heaters! My spa heater broke down and needed wires repaired and an igniter. I went to the shop and Claudia (very nice lady) had the part within an hour...still wouldnt work. Hot Tubs Plus came out and found the Thermistor was bad. No problem. If you have a spa this is definitely the local go to place here in bakersfield. Really awesome experience every time Ive come in. They are very knowledgeable and always super friendly and willing to help! And best of all they dont try over selling you like some other spa/pool stores here in town.
