Some of the kindest, most helpful people Ive ever met - as someone who is doing business on the side, Ive made a lot of mistakes in my media purchases. But, Hot Rod is so compassionate and understanding in helping me figure out my purchases. Will be a lifelong customer - shoutout to Dave for being so kind and helpful!

This is the best outfit in town. I could go on and on, but if the field of imagemaking is your profession / serious hobby, Hotrod Cameras is the stop to make for your gear needs. We deal with them all the way from East Kazakhstan and always have good experience. Highly recommend this shop. Illya is a pro and hes passionate about his work. The staff is courteous and very knowledgeable.

Hot Rod Cameras is awesome! Dain was so friendly, kind, and extremely knowledgeable about both cameras and audio equipment. He helped me find exactly what I needed. I will be back again! Highly recommend!!

Over the last couple years, HotRod has become my go-to camera shop for all my video and photo needs. Great customer service seems to be getting harder to come by these days, so its always nice when you find a business that actually seems to want to make their customers happy. I ordered a Think Tank bag as they were the only people to have claimed to have this bag in stock. Unfortunately, they did not have the bag in right away but Steve was super transparent about the entire process with me and let me know immediately. He kept me updated as to when it should arrive in their stores, which was only a week after I initially placed the order. He got me the shipping number as soon as it he shipped it across the country to me. I really appreciate Steves constant communication and full honesty throughout the entire situation. My bag arrived a few days after he shipped it to me and I couldnt be happier. Definitely going to keep shopping here in the future!

I want to give a HUUUGE shoutout to Lisa and Dain over at Hotrod Cameras. Not only are they extremely personable, I always felt that they had my best interests at heart. I deal a lot with the top dogs in our industry... (Adorama, BH, Film-Tools, CVP etc.) and Hotrod Cameras is one of my favorite. I needed a part that was out of stock everywhere due to the recent silicon shortage and current lockdown in China. Before ordering, I wanted to make sure they had it in stock.Want to talk about no wait lines on the phone and talking with someone directly? They got you covered. They are extremely honest and cheerful about helping out. Sometimes I had to call back with more questions and NOT ONCE did they make me feel like a nuisance. I asked for a custom rate for the part I needed to get here by Saturday (in the middle of 2 day and overnight shipping, depending on when it would be picked up) and they found a solution for me at a great price.Overall I will definitely be giving them more of my business and I consider the environment there more as a friendship than anything else. Great people over there. I have no idea what Scott is saying in his review, but as far as the customer service they were extremely happy and upfront about the whole process, even down to including a floor model they had and all the details about it. Thank you guys!

We needed a specialty camera lens that was out of stock elsewhere. The super helpful staff (especially Lisa) at Hot Rod Cameras went out of their way and even took time outside of their normal operating hours to make sure we got what we needed, on time. They were pleasant to work with and the owner even took time to thank us for ordering from them. A true Pro Mom & Pop store in every sense of the word.

Another company that has products listed for sale on the website but does not have the item nor do they know if or when they can get the item. If you do not have a item then take it off of your website !! To the owner that replied to this review: I ordered the product, only to be told that it is not available. like I said: if you dont have the product take it off of your website.
