I needed a passport photoand this place had good reviews, so I chose to go here.The girl that helped me was friendly, and after she had taken 3 pictures, she seemed satisfied. Then, as I got to the counter, she said the picture needed to have my earlobes showing, so we took another few. After I got back to my car, I looked at the pictures, and they were the original ones that had been taken, no earlobes showing, so I went back. She was helping someone else, so another girl helped me. My two suggestions for the business are: 1) Please make sure the correct photos are given, and 2) Since passport pictures are good for 10 years, please give clients a mirror and a chance to primp a bit before the 1,2,3 click.

Had a great experience at Horn Photo during Sony Demo days. I called ahead about trading in my old camera and confirmed they had the model I wanted. When I arrived, Darrin, who I spoke to on the phone, remembered my EXACT request. He offered a trade-in value better than KEH and MPB, with the added benefit of avoiding shipping hassles. They also provided a bonus for trading up.Overall, will shop here again. Such great customer service for a first time customer.

I have purchased all of my Nikon DSLR camera bodies and Nikkor lenses from prime to zoom lens to even aftermarket Tamron lenses, bags and etc. over the past 24 years.All I can say about Horn Photo is that this place is well managed with very knowledgeable staff in every department. There was not even a single time that I would step out of this place unhappy, even if it was for checking out new items or jut consult with them.As a very OCD with high standards customer, I would defiantly, hands down, give Horn Photo A+ on all of of their services.✅I do greatly appreciate you for staying in business for such a long time, in Covid-Era and beyond in Fresno, CA; and I was, am and always will be your loyal happy customer/supporter for life.Thank you. 🙏

Took my order when item showed as available. Told 2 days later that someone sold the item out from under me. Then took 4 more days and more calls to get my money refunded.I have seen your response below - Not able to respond, so adding my comments here. I agree that a credit card refund can take time, but the confirmation of YOUR refund (and being told on the phone that the missing refund is a communications issue on your side) should not take 4 days and multiple calls.Also, while this is in high demand, if your site showed available (per screen shots I have) and my purchase is confirmed, someone else should NOT subsequently sell the item.

A serious amateur photographer, I can only say good things about Horn Photo - a business Ive used for years! Their customer service is the gold standard for customer service. Their developing of film (yes I still use medium format film on occasion), scanned images and digital printing is top notch as well. Plus they have a great selection of photographic supplies and are knowledgeable with each brand or camera. You cant go wrong using Horn Photo!

I am utterly disappointed and frustrated with my experience at this store. My first order was cancelled, a situation I understood given that my credit card and delivery address were different. However, my patience was tested during my second attempt. I used a debit card with a matching delivery address, only to be informed that shipment would proceed upon receipt of payment.A week of anxious waiting later, I was curtly informed that my order was refunded due to the item being sold out. Yet, to add insult to injury, the same item was visibly available on their website. There was no attempt made to apologize or rectify the situation, an absolute display of disregard and disrespect to a loyal customer. The staff’s lack of integrity and customer service is glaring, leaving a stain on the stores reputation. I would strongly advise potential customers to consider other more reliable options for a hassle-free and respectful shopping experience.

Pretty amazing place! I get my film developed here and theyre great at processing. The staff are pretty knowledgeable as well and they have a huge selection of Film and Digital cameras. Its literally like a mini B&H, 10/10 highly recommend!
