Hoop5 is a fantastic IT company. They are always responsive and have great support. Extremely professional and well run, they found solutions to my IT needs when others had no knowledge of how to set up a network that was safe, secure, simple, and inexpensive. Their company is the way to go for any and all IT needs.

Hoop5 is amazing. They are very responsive, attentive to our needs and have helped us save money and close gaps in our cybersecurity coverage. As a single employee trying to manage IT for 80-some odd workstations and 100 cell phone/iPad lines, it can get very overwhelming. You always feel like you are missing something. Hoop5 makes my job easy in that I dont need to worry about them and all the things they are doing to make my life easier. They allow me to breath and focus on other things while they sweat the small stuff. Great company and great people. I would recommend them to anyone.

Our business has been using Hoop5 now for several years and we couldnt be happier! We had previously used a small, independent, one-person IT guy and he was fine but he was spread thin. Once we experienced a RansomWare bug, he referred us to Hoop5 and weve been with them ever since. No matter who you get connected to if/when you have an issue, they can all help you or they will network together to try and solve the issue. Believe me, other than the RW bug, we have had very few issues. They monitor our server daily and we couldnt be happier with their service, which by the way, considering the security we have now and the service we receive, their monthly fee is extremely reasonable for a small business such as ours.
