2024-06-18 15:12:53Took my accord here twice and it was surprisingly the best experience I’ve ever had. Ivan treated me like a king and did everything he could to fix my problem while saving me money. He had my car diagnosed and repaired quickly.

2024-04-20 02:24:04I bought my Honda Insight brand new in 2019 -- 27k. 5 years and 82k miles later I have not taken my car anywhere else but Honda World Downey for servicing. (oil changes, fuel component cleanings, etc) I thought they had my best interest in mind and would never blatantly lie to me, but I was naive/wrong. The first lie started a couple of service appointments ago, I was told that I need an alignment (around 65k miles) -- I denied the service as I could go elsewhere and get lifetime alignment for cheaper, when I visited two other mechanics for the alignment service they both told me my alignment was near perfect. Lie #1Now lie #2 will make sure I never go back to Honda World Downey for anything, long story short -- Honda put faulty AC Condesers in a lot of cars between 2018-2021 (dont quote me exactly) my car was one of the models/year that had a faulty condenser. I never received a notice from Honda or was ever told during any of my services to Honda World Downey -- anyways -- I came in and they knew exactly what I was talking about, offering to replace the condenser under the extended 10 year warranty -- cool. However, they call me after the condenser swap and try to tell me that my evaporator is leaking and I need it swapped out for north of 2k. I refuse -- as Honda should be the ones paying for a failed counterpart of the AC system in which they put in bad condensers. I asked to speak to the service manager, and he said the best he could do was ask Honda corporate to pay for a portion of the repair. -- Called back the following week to follow up on the request, and still nothing -- said he would call me back that day and never did. This is where it gets good -- took my car to a family mechanic and my evaporator is fine, Honda World Downey had said that I would have no refrigerant after driving off the lot two weeks ago. My AC is still blowing as cold as ever. This service center will blatantly lie to you to try and extort your hard earned money. Dont take your car here!

2024-02-22 22:51:24I’ve had great experiences every single time that I come to get serviced done for my car, and whenever I buy parts for my car always have great prices and truly the best Customer Service has been from Anthony Garcia. He went above and beyond to provide excellent service with such a great attitude. I’m so happy and can’t wait to recommend this place to more people.

2022-07-30 01:03:53The last time I took my car here they scratched my rims, my side view mirrors and left gum on my passenger seatbelt. They also removed my dash cam and pulled all my wiring out and refused to fix it. They also gave me the wrong sized lug key and are refusing to give me the right size. Daniel Gonzalez, the Service Manager flat out told me he wont give me the right sized one. Now I cant drive my car unless I buy the right sized key, and I dont know what the right size is b/c they wont tell me. I am never coming back here and I suggest you dont either. They will damage your car and not take responsibility and try to place the blame on you!

2024-03-04 21:44:36I absolutely enjoy coming here and taking the time to service my vehicle with a Downey Honda representative named Nicole. She is absolutely fun and amazing to speak with. She is very diligent in her profession and is very easy to understand what she explains to you what your car is missing. She is the best representative I have ever spoke to and I always request for her. Thank you for everything Nicole!PS- Honda Downey is the only service that offers Lyft transportation at no cost! Amazing area to visit for your Honda service!

2022-10-20 02:55:09As for the vehicle, I was satisfied with what I had to do: updating the BCM software and conducting the noncompliance recall. As soon as I arrived home, I inspected the vehicle. There were two significant scratches on the right front rim, which hadnt been there previously. An additional scratch is present under the right bumper. In that respect, I was completely dissatisfied.

2024-03-03 02:38:59Unacceptable service. Took my car in at 9:30 on Thursday with appointment, had a promise time of 12:30 same day; and car was not ready till Saturday for just a headlight change. I kept calling and would only get transferred to my service provider with no answer.Finally a representative named Alex took the time to help 48 hours late.I was left with no car. And would not recommend Honda to anyone.

2023-06-22 21:46:45I have been bringing my vehicles here since 2018, and without exaggeration, each year that passes, I have found myself more and more disappointed and frustrated with the staff and service. Although no one has been rude to me, and my cars have been serviced, I have been lied to and it’s been years since I’ve felt that I’m cared for or appreciated as a customer. If you have another Honda service center near you, my best advice would be to go there instead.*UPDATE*06/22/24I have taken my Honda to Honda world in Westminster, and besides the extra drive, it’s been a great improvement and experience for me. Not only have the 2 different employees that assisted me been very pleasant, the wait time was less, and I was offered a discount for a service. Honda world Downey has never offered me any discounts.

2024-03-05 21:28:01I honestly recommend this place good customer service from Gihan Gutierrez help us a lot with the maintenance that my car needed explained to me and my partner the warranty that my car had it was free something that other Honda dealership would never mentioned. I live like an 1 hour away and honestly I dont care Im coming here to Downey.
