I recently had an amazing experience at the Honda dealership, thanks to my service advisor, Nick. From the moment I met Nick, his kindness and professionalism stood out. He ensured that I was well taken care of from the beginning to the very end of my visit.Despite living just 5 minutes away from another Honda dealership that provided me with a terrible experience, I chose to drive 35 minutes to see Nick instead. The extra travel time was absolutely worth it. Nicks dedication to excellent customer service made all the difference.I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in need of Honda services. Nick and the team here truly go above and beyond to ensure a positive experience for their customers.

Had an appointment for 8:00 am. Arrived 10 minutes early and Service Writer Stella Taylor was right there before I even got the engine turned off! I had the car scheduled for installation of the splash guards and mentioned I wanted the 3M film door edging and door handle trim. She called the outside vendor and got them to the car dealer pronto! Less than 90 minutes later, I was on my way home with all items installed. Great service!

Took my 2014 Honda Accord Sport to the service department for the major 100k-125k service on 3/25/2024.The team there did a great job checking me in and getting my car back to me by the end of the day even with a large service request.A big thank you to Nick A, who was my service advisor. He did a great job keeping me up to date and worked with me to make sure the cost wasn’t too high.The Technician was Jason R. and he did a great job servicing my car. He made sure that things were checked and doubled checked. My car is running amazing after the service.Thanks you to the team there!!!

Couldnt be better. Ivan was the best. Scheduled us quickly and service was tip notch. The service was excellent. Oil change and tire rotation we were in and out within an hour!.

Honda of Escondido’s service was phenomenal. Omar helped me with getting my ac fixed. Although it was under a recall and it was a bit inconvenient getting the work done, they made it so easy and simple.I’ve been to different Honda dealership and Escondido Honda has set a standard on what amazing customer service looks like.Omar, my technician specialist, even called me at the end of his shift to let me know he would not be in the office the next day. This made it easy to know who I was going to be contacting. If I choose to buy another Honda it’ll only be at this dealership.

They are always friendly and check everything to make sure everything else about the car is running well. I had trouble with the Uber pick up and Nick really cared about the customer satisfaction and worked with me with the situation. Highly recommend!

We have a new 2023 Odyssey Touring and the infotainment system went black? Benito saw the problem and they got on it. Diagnosed on Monday brand new vehicle bad infotainment screen it was ordered and it was fixed and returned to us on Wednesday. Over all the services was great nice friendly staff. Once diagnosed quick repair. Awesome staff and communication was timely. I would highly recommend!!Thank you

Omar Olvera is always a great person to deal with. Superb customer service, friendly and very thorough. Helped me get a diagnostic for my 2022 Honda Accord SE (touch screen stereo) and confirmed it would fall under warranty (no charge). Awesome experience.
