My fiance and I mainly worked with Karim and we truly appreciate the work he has done for us while we bought our first home together. Karim and his team (Laura) at Homex have taken care of us for years. He has helped us with multiple loans - purchases and refinances. He responds quickly for questions and our loan needs (i.e pre-qual letter for investments). Their rates are consistently among the lowest we find anywhere. Their online document portal is easy to upload documents and very organized. Laura is great at following up and tying up all loose ends.Karim also adds tremendous value in our investments including advice on asking for seller incentives, market analysis, and locking rates. Karim was referred to us from a family member. Weve been so impressed with their level of service that we have referred many of our colleagues to Homex; theyve all had great experiences also. I was referred to Karim by a coworker and am glad I went with him. I did a refi on my place in order to lower my rate. Karim at Homex made our loan process fast and painless. He was always available to answer my questions and promptly returned my phone calls and emails. The rate and costs for our loan were significantly lower than all the other offers I received, so honestly, I was skeptical at first and feared there would be some kind of catch along the way. Ill start off by saying I was not very comfortable working with an out of state broker when my husband first told me about Karim (we were buying in CO). If youre feeling similarly, you seriously have to stop worrying and work with Karim. He is rated so highly by every client he has ever worked with for a reason. You will not regret your decision.Karim is responsive, organized, thorough. We were always able to reach him when needed, he made the entire process feel very streamlined, he got us a fantastic rate that no one else could have matched, and he was able to get us clear to close ahead of our scheduled closing date at a time when the mortgage loan industry was in a historically busy time (Feb and March 2020). I first contacted Karim a few years ago about financing a home purchase in the bay area. A good deal of time and multiple per qualification letters later Karim got me an exceptional rate with a low PMI on a great home. He was able to close the deal from offer accepted to being on record in just four weeks, even with one of those weeks including a holiday weekend. Additionally, he caught a last minute issue on the day of the signing that set the correct date for my first payment. Throughout the process Karim and his team were responsive and professional as they guided me through the process. I have and will continue to recommend him to anyone looking to finance a purchase or refinance an existing property. Top tier!

4 Times in a Row (Refis and New Mortgages) . . . Dont Plan to Look Anywhere Else. . .Karim and his team are efficient, hard-working, scheduled and professional. I have yet to have a problem in any of my dealings with him. My closings have happened fast. Do your part and he takes care of the rest. Several people have asked me why i close so fast and i simply tell them because I have Karim on it. Case in point: he sends out a check-off schedule that is updated as each task is completed. When Karim got wind a task at the title company didnt happen as planned, his reply was let me make the call. . . And shortly thereafter, it was done. He is very good and has a sense of humor. Additionally, I have yet to be disappointed with the rate he locked in.FYI, I rarely give 5 star ratings (well, except Uber where i pretty much am required to most of the time based on the descriptions - i digress). . . Karim is good. . . just make sure you have your own stuff in order.

I was completely satisfied with my experience with Karim and Laura at Homex Financial. This is my first refinance since my purchase, so I was anxious about the whole process. I asked all of my friends and relatives for a recommendation for a broker, but they had none. So I had to go out and do my own research to find someone to help me with my refinance. Homex Financial gave me the best quote on interest and closing costs. I compared to a half-dozen other brokers and lenders, but Homex Financials quote was the best. I was wary that the actual closing costs would be more than what I was quoted, but that was not the case. In fact, the final amount turned out to be less because they were able to get me a waiver on the appraisal. Since this was my first refinance, I was constantly bugging Karim and Laura with questions and follow-up requests, and I always got a prompt response. I really could not be happier with the process, and I will definitely be recommending Homex to my friends and family who are looking to refinance.
