Working with Alejandro Ramirez (Alex) was such an incredibly smooth process! Making one of the largest investments in your life is not something you take lightly and working with the best team matters. We met with a couple of lenders prior to making our decision to partner with Alex. What really sets Alex apart from others is that he really genuinely cares and wants to make everything as smooth as possible. As a first time homeowner, I had a lot of questions. Alex spent endless hours, days and weeks answering all our questions rapidly and assisting us throughout the process. We both have very busy work schedules so the fact Alex was so adaptable to us in order to make this process run not only smooth but on our desired timeline for closing was definitely the key to a successful transaction. Throughout this process I have been so thankful that we chose to work with Alex because his level of care made all the difference. Not only did he answer all our questions but he took extra time to put together a video for us calling out line by line what each item represented and an estimated cost so we could see if that was something workable for our budget. Purchasing a home is a new experience for most with variables we did not have familiarity with. I appreciated that Alex took the extra steps to walk us through what everything meant and truly educated us so we could move forward by making informed decisions. When we hit bumps along the way, Alex did not hesitate to jump in to assist in any way he could. I cannot recommend Alex enough and truly feel like his time, dedication and continual efforts was the reason we were able to be so successful. Alex Ramirez is one of their mortgage advisors, he help us with our home refinancing loan. He did an excellent job with our paperwork, locked in our home loan very quickly and smoothly. Alex is amazing! My wife and I never would have made it through this process of our first home buying experience without Alex. He walked us through each step and was always transparent during the process. If you feel you are on the fence about who to use, I would strongly recommend using Alex and his team. He will not steer you wrong and doesn’t sugar coat anything. My wife and I will always be thankful for Alex taking the time to get us our home.

Alex and his team made everything from the pre approval to closing escrow completely painless. He was always there with a fast reply time for any questions we had. Friendly, courteous and respectful.He took the time to answer all of our questions in a manner that we could fully understand exactly what was going on at any particular phase in our process.We are so happy with the outcome of our loan. The rates are going through the roof yet Alex was able to lock us in at 6.375%!Thank you, Alex. We truly appreciate all your hard work and expertise!

This commentary is in regard to my recent refinance experience with HomeSmart Advisors; specifically working with Matthew Gerard. I have completed many refinances over the years and I have to say that my experience working with Matthew, was by far, the easiest and most straight forward . He was extremely professional, attentive and knowledgable and I found him to be a pleasure to work with. i would definitely do business with Matthew again in the future.

I’m a first time home buyer and I had a lot of questions and anxiety about the process. Alex was amazing at answering all of my questions and concerns. He was reassuring and responded quickly which I really appreciated. He helped me understand what was going on and made sure to take the time to explain everything and work with me until everything made sense and was finalized.

I am pleased to write this review after working with Alex while purchasing my first home! He was always available to answer any of my questions, took the time to explain anything that I needed clarification on, and had my best interest in mind when presenting all the loan options available. If you are looking to refinance while the rates are great. Look no further than HomeSmart Advisors. Ask for Alex he is your man. He was able to refinance my home when others told me I should wait. I had purchased my home 5 months earlier. He was able to save me over $400 off my mortgage payment at the same 2.75 rate I already had, which was huge. Alex was very responsive to every question or concern I had. I wanted a No Money Down Refinance with no cash out and he delivered. So if you are looking for a lower rate or lower payments, Alex Ramirez is your guy. The bonus was my first payment wasnt due for 2 months, which equalled more savings. I was able to refinance from an FHA to a conventional loan, so that in itself was a huge savings off the mortgage insurance. Can you say Happy Customer. :-)
