I recently faced with selling the family home and from the time I contacted the Henson Real Estate Team I was treated with kindness and concern. They contacted me throughout the process and was always offering assistance and answering questions. From the time the home was listed on MLS to the completed sale they were there for me. Chantel and her team are exceptional! My brother and I went with her to sell our rental property and we are very glad we did. We live in two different states and she made everything go as smooth as possible for the both of us. This was our first time selling a home and she was great at explaining the whole process, answering any questions we had and recommending what we needed to do. We mostly worked directly with Chantel but her assistant Hannah was very helpful as well. We were very pleased with the staging of our home, it completely transformed the look of the home and made it feel so inviting. Chantel is very knowledgeable and experienced in her field. I highly recommend her for any real estate needs.

We sold our home in Seaside using Homes by Henson Real Estate Team. We were extremely pleased during the whole process. There of course can be many anxieties when selling a home but we seen how capable the team delt with any potential problem or obstacle that came along. I have purchased 3 homes and sold 2 before I met Chantel and her team. I had good realtors to work with before working with Chantel but she is by far the best realtor I have worked with. She is experienced in every type of situation. This sale was under a conservatorship which requires court approval. Chantel worked extremely hard to get us the best price possible. She was easy to work with and guided us along smoothly through the sale. I would recommend her highly and look forward to working with her again.

We live in Southern California and due to covid, Chantel and Betty and their team managed the entire sale of our house in the Monterey Bay area. They took over in organizing the update of our home and provided all the workers at a reasonable price. Here are more thoughts that come to mind: Chantel has over 20 years of experience and knowledge; she determined the correct asking price; her negotiating skills with the buyers realtor were outstanding; they were very good with communicating with us and meeting us on Zoom when we were going through the interviewing process; and we were very impressed with their staging the house and the photos on the internet. Chantel and her team have helped me sell multiple properties in Salinas, all while I lived hundreds of miles away. Digital pictures, phone calls and texts kept me informed throughout the process. Two words describe Chantel: knowledgable & tenacious. She will go that proverbial extra mile & is persistent in tracking down why parts of the selling process are not going smoothly. She will keep sellers & buyers on track. She shares her extensive knowledge, from continually keeping herself updated on the newest real estate information, with her client. She guided us through the selling process & was available for any question, at any time. Im not sure when she sleeps, shes that dedicated to providing exemplary service. I cant say enough good things about Chantel Henson and Betty Springer. I do not live in the county of the home that I had to sell and it was a difficult process. There was an eviction, and the house was left in a mess.Chantel kept in constant contact with me and a relative in Salinas. She calmed me down in many instances. If the relative was not able to do the work she found someone to get it done. She went above and beyound to keep me informed and work everything out. If I could rate her higher than a five I certainly would. She is 5+++++++

We didnt have a clue as first time home buyers as to what to exactly expect when purchasing our first home. Itvcan be scary, overwhelming, exciting all at the same time. Betty and Chantel were amazing at holding our hand through the whole process and made us feel like old friends/family. They were open, honest and concise. Very professional, yet casual. They have great communication and kept us informed whenever there was new information with the lender and seller. They have a wealth of knowledge and resources as well and also want to educate anyone interested/their clients. You can find their videos on YouTube which have been a great resource.
