We saw some of Homepros work in our neighborhood and could tell that they used skilled pros and had a great eye for detail, beautiful flow, they were magicians at making small spaces feel big, beautiful, and useful. Once I saw their work there was no going with any other professional. When we officially hired homepro and started coming up with plans and designs, Frank and his team were so extremely skilled and left no detail and luxury out. He made my ideas and wishes a reality but about 1000 times more magnificent than I even imagined possible! Everything was so well structured and completed with such care I knew we made the right choice. I can not stress enough how happy we are with the work, and attention to detail. Everyone who worked our project left our space clean, felt safe, and were punctual and respectful. Frank and his employees are so incredibly kind and thoughtful, we loved working with such incredible people -it was the absolute best experience weve ever had. He took our budget seriously and took my wants and ran with them in the best way. I wanted color and flow and openness-check out these pictures-he delivered everything so amazingly. We are getting tons of compliments already! If you dont believe my glowing review, hopefully the pictures do their work justice. Our backyard was so small and the slope took up so much space. It feels like he doubled our backyard space! He did everything, retaining wall, BBQ, stairs to the front, vases and front focal point, front, back and side yards.

We were so impressed from start to finish with Frank and HomePro Remodeling. He was so professional, friendly and accessible through our entire project. The attention to detail and the communication was impeccable and his team was respectful, hardworking and on time. Frank made sure to schedule times to talk and meet as we moved from each phase of the job. He also was at our house frequently, checking in on the project and with his guys daily. Frank has amazing character and does what he says he will do. He has amazing follow up and if we communicated a concern, he moved quickly in remedying and looking for a solution. I highly recommend Homepro Remodeling. Frank was super helpful in the design process and he was pretty easy to reach and made himself available during the building process. We bought a new build home, so we had a lot of work to do. Homepro handled both the front and backyard landscape and hardscape for us. Frank and his crew possess many of the qualities that I was searching for in my quest for a reputable construction/remodeling company: they are respectful, honest, use high quality products, dont try to cut corners on their work quality, and keep you informed throughout the whole process. I am very pleased with the outcome of our home project.

I remodeled my whole backyard using this company. I am beyond pleased with their professionalism and quality of work which was completed in a timely manner. I am planing on doing my front-yard with them in the near future. If you are looking for quality work with some of the best in the business look no more. All done here under the same umbrella. Frank and his team are A++ when it comes to landscape construction. Whether you have a new home or are just remodeling, you can trust him.My personal experience starts when my wife and I put in an offer for a new construction home in San Clemente. We had never bought a new home before so had no idea what to expect. We knew we were responsible for the landscaping but had no idea how to accomplish this. Frank was so good at taking us step by step through the process.From design, to permits, to actually breaking ground it all went as smoothly as possible....and keep in mind this was during the pandemic! No construction project goes exactly as planned, and we were scared that this one would be even worse because of Covid. But to our surprise the finished product and timeline that Frank promised actually was spot on. See the photos for yourself.The reason Frank does such a good job is that he has the same guys day in and day out. He only does less than 3 jobs at once so you are getting quality, quality, and quality. The stone work you see in the photos was painstakingly detailed. I am convinced no other construction company could have done it nearly as well. Plus to finish in record time.....wow! I can tell you all our neighbors were jealous as to how fast Frank and his team were.I would not hesitate to use Frank again or to recommend him to family and friends. Not only is he professionally someone you can trust, but at the end of your project he will also be a trusted friend. When can you say that about the last contractor you worked with?

Frank and his crew at Homepro really stepped up and delivered a beautiful front and backyard landscaping result after a previous contractor, Mark Reinoso of Reinoso Construction, abandoned the project as a result of mismanaging his finances. My wife and I are thrilled with the results, the workmanship and the pace of work of Homepros. Special kudos go out to Neftali, the project foreman, who was patient with me every time I asked if he was going to perform certain tasks up to my standard. After repeatedly having to look over the shoulder and correct almost everything the previous crew did due to their suspect building practices, I was understandably cautious and suspicious when the new crew came onto the scene. As it turns out this doubt proved unwarranted; however, as the Homepro guys really knew their stuff when it came to using the right building materials and deploying the correct installation techniques. After experiencing the worst of contractors out there what a relief and thrill to experience the best.

HomePro was fantastic to work with. We spent time coming up with a plan that fit our budget and the final result was high quality and beautiful! Frank spent time with us picking out quality materials and plants. The team was on time, efficient and produced quality work. Homepro Remodeling built an amphitheater at our school. We had the idea for a number of years and finally pulled the trigger. They put the design together and really built an amazing structure. The school is using this everyday for music and gatherings. HomePro did our new backyard out here in South OC, along with a number of homes in our neighborhood. I knew the first week that I met Frank that he was experienced and professional, and the results are here to prove it. His crews have many, many years under their belts altogether and they took the time & care to perform quality installs. This is too hard to find in these post-COVID days, and I recommend them without reservation. You can find cheaper, but if you want the job done right, give him a call!

Our realtor has recommended excellent local services to us throughout the years after we relocated to CA, so when we decided to overhaul our property we asked him for the best company in the area. Without hesitation he said “Frank Memary of Homepro Remodeling is your guy. The properties that he does are always the nicest houses on the street.” We met with Frank and were immediately put at ease. He is very friendly and open and gave suggestions on what he could do with our property. After our meeting, he designed a beautiful plan that maximized our mountain view and provided us with a video so we could more easily visualize the design. He also provided a detailed visual plan/blueprint that helped us sail through the HOA approval and city permitting processes.Along the way we presented Frank with some design changes that we wanted to make and he was open to each of our changes and explained how they might impact costs. That kind of flexibility is invaluable in a project of this scope. I cant stress enough how easy Frank is to work with and how communicative he is. His crew is top notch and he used beautiful, quality materials. We never could have envisioned what he designed for us and every night we sit out by the fire pit admiring our beautifully landscaped yard, gorgeous hardscape, elegant lighting and inviting pool and pinch ourselves to make sure we aren’t dreaming and that this is really our home. My husband has a demanding career, but every night after soaking in the spa and sitting by the fire pit he is completely relaxed and has been sleeping better than he has in years. This was the best money we have ever spent.We have received so many compliments and everyone who has seen it has commented that our property now looks like a resort. Frank has an excellent sense of design and pays very close attention to detail, and his foreman Neftali is extremely knowledgeable and gifted at what he does. Franks team has been with him for years and are all so skilled at what they do and are very hard working. We were genuinely sad to see them go, and will miss seeing them every day. We received many compliments from neighbors about how wonderful and friendly the team was. It meant a lot to me to have trustworthy, friendly workers at our house as they were here for several months.We truly couldn’t be happier. The most amazing part is that Frank was able to stick to the budget and timeline despite rising costs and supply chain issues. He has so many great contacts with suppliers and he was able to get the quality materials we needed so we could finish on time and within budget. We had no stress during this project because we knew that we were in good hands. We can’t recommend Frank and his crew enough! From my very first meeting with Frank, it was easy to tell that he was a man of honesty and integrity and really cared about the product and the client. Based on our initial input, Frank returned with his vision for our home, which he presented in an amazing virtual model - this allowed us to see exactly what our home would look like. Once we approved the design, Frank then executed on the plan, guiding us through the process. He provided top-quality vendors where we could select the colors and materials, while providing his recommendations along the way. Frank and team did an outstanding job! We purchased a new construction home in the Great Park neighborhoods and were responsible for the front and backyard landscaping. Frank was familiar with the (90+ page) HOA rulebook which helped us design to spec to minimize the HOA rejection/resubmission cycle that caused many of our neighbors months of delays. Frank also walked us through material selection and took us to various showrooms.During construction, Franks full team was here everyday ensuring we stayed on schedule. When we requested changes to the design mid-build, he worked with us on the redesign and made sure we understood our options and cost impacts before committing (including a cost reduction when we simplified one of our design features!).Frank continued to stay involved after construction was complete until we passed our HOA final review. His team patched up a few things we noticed months after his team left at no cost (including replacing several plants that didnt take root).

We have now used Frank and his excellent team at HomePro for three yard remodel projects at two different homes, and we cannot recommend him highly enough.Frank has an excellent eye for design. With two of our projects, we came to Frank with just a couple of vague ideas or design elements that we wanted to see included and then relied on him to design everything else. We loved the design every time. He very helpfully proposes new ideas or expansions of the project that would really add significantly to the look of the project without upselling you on every little item that COULD be done. Plus he provides a professional 3D model video showing exactly what things will look like before any work starts.His quotes are detailed, allowing us to see which parts of the project were driving the budget and where we might add something or cut something back that wasn’t worth the cost to us.Frank also provides great customer service, including solving unexpected issues as they come up, often for no charge or sometimes for just the cost of additional materials needed. On our most recent project, the irrigation, electrical, and drainage was done terribly by a previous contractor (we are not the original owner of the home), causing numerous issues once the Home Pro guys opened up the ground. But Frank’s guys were able to fix almost everything so that it is now done right, and the only additional charge was for the material to lay some extra pipe from the front yard to the back that was needed to fix the previous contractor’s shoddy work.Neftali, our main day-to-day leader of the project, is extremely knowledgeable about essentially every aspect of landscaping, from plants and irrigation to concrete and woodworking to drainage and electrical. He quickly identified any issues with the project along with great solutions where necessary, and he always had great answers to questions or ideas that we wanted to discuss with him. He has exceptional attention to detail in his work, and he goes above and beyond all expectations (taking extra steps that were not discussed, such as painting some electrical boxes that we needed to add last minute so that they were color matched and didn’t detract from the rest of the project). He is thoughtful, helpful, and patient throughout the project.Felix and the other guys who did a lot of the day-to-day work are friendly, work hard, and do great work.The only difficulty you may encounter with Home Pro is a predictable consequence of how good they are: they are extremely busy. Make sure you contact them for a design and quote well in advance of when you want to begin the project. Their services are in demand and it may take a bit of time to get on the schedule, depending on the scope of your project.
