We booked a room over the phone through Hilton Worldwide for my daughter’s state softball tournament and chose this hotel because her team is staying there. Three days later and a week before the event, the hotel cancelled my reservation without consent. They said they would work to find me another room or book me at another local property, but it’s been two days and I haven’t heard from them and we’re still trying to get a place with her teammates to make this occasion memorable. Truly disappointing.

Check in time was supposed to be at 3:00, however our rooms were not ready until after 5:00!! The staff didn’t seem to care at all. It was so frustrating because not only did we have to stand there with all our stuff (and two young children) but we had time sensitive plans that were also negatively impacted. I regret staying here. I’ve been treated with more respect at Motel 6!

The hotel is comfortable and well kept. I was very disappointed however on the fact that the hotel does not have security cameras to monitor the parking lot.My truck was burglarized and many of my belongings stolen. The city of Palmdale has a horrific response time as no one from the sheriffs department came after I called to file a report. It took several hours to hear back.The hotel could improve on investing on security cameras and or night security guard.

My husband and I stayed here at home2 suites for the first time and we loved it ..... to our surprise our room was way more than we expected. The Staff was friendly and helpful I will like to thank two people at the front desk Dominque and Tamara they both went above and beyond to make us feel welcome 🙏 we will definitely be staying here on our next visit

They don’t give you an internet access code unless you’re a Honor’s Member if you’re waiting in the lobby for check in. Staff was rude at the beggining because digital/prepaid cards aren’t accepted only bank cards. After a week the staff warmed up to me, but sometimes couldn’t find my new reservation or charged me $2 extra saying the 3rd party booking forgot to add on. Air conditioner works fine. Shower is a bit small. Pull out sofa material is very sandy and hard. Quiet place and house-keeping is kind. If you take the stairs in the back there’s tons of beetles on the side walk. Prices randomly go up sometimes. Other than that, the room & living room are very spacy.

Staying here for work, asked for a quiet room was put in the room next to the elevator. Bathroom and shower had hairs in them, the hypoallergenic sheets and pillows also had hairs and stains and the head board had a greasy stain with hairs stuck to it. The area is sketchy at best, will avoid in future

The staff here were friendly, accommodating, and incredibly helpful. They offered suggestions about the local area and accommodated some of our travelers special requests. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Conveniently located near the freeway, the Hilton property is very warm and cozy. Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are clean and very practical. Comes with a microwave, dishwasher, sink, fridge/freezer (not mini)! Mugs, glasses, plates, and utensils. Does not have a stove, but non the less is great if you are traveling with food to reheat.They have a workout facility that is located at the entrance and a few laundry Machines and dryers. The heated pool has salt water, so its really great for sore muscles. The breakfast was very good and not cold, and it was not served in those sharing dishes. The waffles are minis and the drink options and great. I recommend the bagel toppers!!!My only complaint was that We noticed that the building had been worked on its plumbing and the water in the shower did not heat up to a comfortable temperature. Im not sure if that was a result of the plumbing being worked on or not.Its a great stay for just a stay cation or if youre passing through, and there are a ton of shopping malls and plazzaz within driving distance.

My whole experience with this place was incredible! From the time I called to the time I checked out, the staff was amazing! They accepted my small dogs with a very small fee and treated me exceptionally well and made a point of talking to my dogs and making them feel welcome! The room I had was amazingly beautiful! It’s so well appointed! It had everything we needed, including a full-size fridge and dishwasher all of the dishes, beautiful linens, super soft towels, and don’t even get me started on the bathroom amenities! Wow! Hotel is very well lit outside and inside and I felt completely safe leaving my vehicle there. There’s not a speck of trash on the property and I noticed surveillance cameras, which made me feel. Additionally, safe. My room was completely clean and spotless when I checked in and I left a tip for the maid, because oh my goodness it was spotless! My main reason for giving the rooms and nine is because I read on a different website not the hotels that the rooms were soundproof and they are not. They’re very very quiet, but I could hear someone walking above me on the second floor. It wasn’t very loud and it didn’t ruin my day because I had like a 12 foot ceiling! It was very faint. The staff was just incredible and that made the entire stay. The hotel is beautiful and I felt at home as soon as I walked in the door!
