I will not stay here again.Pros: Clean room (415), plenty of parking, good breakfastCons: Front desk people didn’t provide a thorough check-in, meaning they don’t inform you of anything about the property. Each time I passed by them, they were hunched over their cellphones. If you are an Honors member, you get a free bottle of water at check-in, which I did not know until after I purchased one from the very people who checked me in (right after I checked in) because they did not mention this. I am new to the membership, so this isn’t something I would’ve previously known. The pool is filled with non-guests. I watched multiple people come and go from the parking lot. Either one guest let in their very large family, or someone who works there let them in. Hotel staff never once checked on the capacity of the pool. The pool water is disgusting too, it doesn’t look like they filter the water at all. Do yourself a favor and request a non-joining room because you can hear EVERYTHING in the next room(crying infants, people talking, dishes in the sink,etc). As all of the reviews that mention homeless people in the parking lot, they are accurate. They seemed pretty harmless but I understand how it can make one uncomfortable.

Right off a main highway, easy to get to, parking all around, walkable to lots of food and shopping. The room was clean and the room service was great. The only thing was no hot tub....but the breakfast was the best weve had. Lots of options and everything tasted great.

First time in a Home2 Suites and I was incredibly impressed. Even with the construction going on in the lobby and other improvements (the front desk has a sign letting all guests know about it, so no surprises), the hotel was a great stay for the night.Helpful front desk, quiet and clean rooms, great water pressure in the showers!Unexpected was the variety of choices for the breakfast included in the morning. I definitely didnt not think Id have all the food options that were there.Location is a little to be desired- off the freeway and a little out of the way of bigger landmarks, but still okay nonetheless.If you need food, theres literally a McDonalds and an In-n-Out steps away from the front door.

Its not a horrible stay. They were working on the suites, and we only found out during our stay by a notice posted up at the check-in and on the elevator. This would have been nice to know before our stay. We were there a week so it could be noisy. The updates they have made so far were nice. We did have very loud kids up and playing one night around midnight either outside our room or in the next room. There is no fault of the hotel, just bad parenting. The grab and go breakfast was great. Everything was individually wrapped and heated if you wanted to head out. We ate at the small dining area most days, and it was not too crowded. Breakfast is served from 6 to 9 a.m. There are many options. Coffee and hot water were available all day. Room service was superb 👌. After coming back from long days all week, we entered a nice clean room with fresh towels and such. The location was good for us. There is also an In and Out Burger across the street and a McDonalds in the parking lot.

I had a great stay here in the city of Azusa! Construction and an “OK” location didn’t stop me from staying. The room was great! I had no problems with my room or the staff. The establishment was clean considering there was construction going on inside and staff was friendly and helpful. Overall it was a nice stay. Thank you guys! 😊

3/2/24 HOTEL UNDER CONSTRUCTION (no specified end date posted and they are working at night)!!! A pipe of some kind broke and triggered the sprinkler system in multiple rooms and the main entrance area. Wind machines are running in hallways and the rooms all day and all night. Only 3 pillows on the bed, all very fluffy in appearance, flatten out when you lay on them. Staff was friendly enough, location off the freeway but I didn’t hear the traffic. Breakfast was prepackaged hot foods reheated, the brown sugar for the oatmeal is in packets and definitely does NOT taste like brown sugar. Water pressure wasn’t great, wasn’t awful, shampoo, conditioner, body wash was very watered down. You’ll need a lot if you have thicker or long hair. Not the greatest lighting in the room or bathroom for makeup applying, even if you aren’t a heavy makeup wearer. Only in for one night on a quicker trip, I just needed sleep, but wouldn’t stay here again, even if it was just one night.In n out across the street, McDonald’s and arco in the same parking lot, but I still wouldn’t venture out after dark.

My family and I will be here until June 3, 24. The housekeeping staff has been absolutely amazing. Ive been in my career for 20 years and its truly a disappointment to see how the second shift employees treat their customers. Its a true testament to their managers leadership team. I travel both for work and for fun, and Ive never encountered unfriendly and unkind service from any Home 2 Suites By Hilton especially from any Hilton Hotels. If any of my employees provided the same level of service that Ive witnessed here, it would require extensive training to ensure they deliver the best customer service. I understand that not all customers are easy to deal with, but as I sit in the lobby while working, all I can do is shake my head in disbelief. Customers will always come back to a welcome friendly staff.

Great service, the rooms were nice but a little dirty. The location was close to the college but definitely in an area that didn’t feel very safe. I would stay here again because the staff was so nice and the free breakfast was delicious.

This hotel ranks high in our book. It is in a perfect location. We were there because my husband had surgery at the City of Hope. They made our whole stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. The entire staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The continental breakfast was the best one we have ever had. We were amazed at how good it was and the choices that were available to us. Having the kitchen in the room available for our use was fantastic. It was fully furnished with a full size refrigerator, microwave and even a dishwasher. There was a McDonalds in the parking lot right there and an In-n-Out across the street.We will definite be staying there again.

This is an awful place to stay filled with rude managers and employees. After my mom’s funeral, I had forgotten my entire Morphe and BK brush sets wrapped in a towel. The hotel called to let us know we can fill out a form online and it will get shipped to us. Well when it got to me, it was missing 27 of my brushes!! After speaking to the manager Crystal, she essentially said I’m lucky they even contacted me about forgetting it. I guess that’s how they treat diamond members. Like trash. We paid $30 to have them shipped to us and Crystal used a broken box that was falling apart. She also insisted that I’m in the wrong and the towel (pictured) was the one left in room 425 with all of my brushes. It’s clearly a dirty old rag that is used by housekeeping. She insisted I’m wrong and there’s nothing they’ll do about their negligence. Wouldn’t even look into it. It’s going to cost a ton to replace them and they wouldn’t even partially refund the room.

Construction was going on and this place needs it terribly. It’s not in a great location. Upon arrival there was a police incident down the street, across the street and an suv ran into a pole all within a half mile radius. Our room was by the on and off ramp. Loud night. I love the Hilton, but not this location.

I’ve never left a hotel review because it’s a place to lay my head for my time in any locations. However this one felt very necessary based on my initial interaction when checking in.Pros- breakfast is included, Location is just off of the interstate,Hotel and rooms were clean, Majority of the staff were nice and helpful, The bed itself was comfortable but not the best hotel bed I’ve slept In.Cons- breakfast is basically the same thing everyday. Prepackaged foods warmed up.Location, though convenient, Is sketchy.Pillows are entirely too soft. I used 3 of them and felt like I was sleeping flat on the bed still. Parking was a little difficult at night, after about 6/7pm. Did not feel safe parking behind or on side of building where we couldn’t see our rental vehicle. Heard doors closing, dogs barking, and people walking above me at 4 am.My biggest complaint was from the staff Checking us in the night we arrived. I didn’t catch their names and I don’t think I saw them at all since the day we checked in (I might’ve but I didn’t really look at them because I was upset) We came in on 1/22 at about 8/9pm, and checked out on 1/26.Hilton brand has two tiers of discounts… the team member discount (employees use this) and friends and family discounts.Both tiers explicitly cannot use their discounts if they are not physically present. I don’t have a team member discount since I no longer work with Hilton, but I have FAF, since I have a relative who does. I am fully aware of the difference, the procedure and what happens if the rules aren’t followed.With your FNF discount, the persons name on the account must be there with their id to verify its them. So I send my husband in with his id (I make the reservation with my card every time). For some particular reason this time he called asking me to come in.This is weird because we’ve had this account for years and have never had issues. Sometimes he’s not even needed, or I can easily check in on the app.I go in, and I’m informed that the payment method on the account needs to also be in his name (no biggie, but we were both confused because typically the money is already taken out of our account once I check in, and I had already checked in).The young lady begins saying something about you can’t prepay with friends and family discounts and whatever else she was saying. And I kind of blacked out because I was so confused. We literally drove to Azusa from Vegas, to which we used the same discount with NO ISSUE. Booked in the same manner same information.I kept asking “since when? Is this new?” I was so lost and confused because as stated.. we literally just came in from another hotel booking and have been using this for years with no issue.After stating that we had to use a card matching his name, the older gentleman next to her proceeds to hand me a sheet and says “here’s an outline of the dos and donts of the discounts, if you break these rules your privileges will be revoked.” Reading over this list days later.. I’m still trying to figure out what was done wrong.. there is NOTHING on the sheet that applied to our reservation. We are kind to the staff at every location, don’t ask for anything during our stay, I even got my husband into the habit of stripping the bed so that it’ll help out the cleaning staff. We literally are there without being a bother.I have no issue with the rules. I have an issue with the tone and how they were relaying the message. SHE needs a lesson on how to be less condescending and check her tone before she speaks to people. I watched her exchanges with other people and I’m sure she behaved this way because we were using a discount… which shouldn’t matter because it’s not coming out of her pocket. So after fact checking myself… her pissy attitude was completely unwarranted and uncalled for.Thankfully this will be our first and last time at this spot. We will definitely go elsewhere when we visit again. Her attitude and this location is honestly not the Hilton brand we expect and desire.

The customer service I just received was TRASH!!! Im visiting from out of town and misplaced my id. I cannot believe the hard time the front desk person gave me. I even provided several other proofs of my identity and she would not allow me to check in. TSA didnt even give me problems to get on the plane however, I could not check into a hotel room smh.. There was a note on the desk that says they are having construction from 9am to 6pm so it probably worked out in my favor to leaveso I wouldnt have to be disturbed in my sleep early morning. As a Hilton Honors Member I am highly disappointed! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I booked the room for Christmas Eve and requested 2 adjoining rooms.While booking over the phone i made very clear that we will have some friends and family over we will have dinner and good time.We checked in at 18;00 and 20:00 we got 1st call that theres to much noise.At 21:00 we got another call for the same reason by this time we were not making any noise and told the front desk we will leave once my guests and kids eat the dinner.We even went downstairs to personally speak to them.They threatened and went ahead and called cops for us to vacate the property.I have a 13 month infant and we were told to leave the property on Christmas eve.Very saddening never experienced this behaviour with anyone.One requesting the refund the gentleman on front desk told us to call and email there supervisor.I would never ever treat my worst enemy with this sort of experience .I guess they should just close down the hotel or get new and better staff.Im into customer service from the past 18 over year i never treated customers like the staff at hotel did.I wish i could give negative star ⭐️!!!!Very SAD!!!

This hotel is great for families traveling with kids and it also comes with complementary breakfasts daily. However, the rooms could use some renovations and updating, many parts inside the rooms are showing its age. One more thing to note is you can almost hear every step above your floor, very poor insulation between rooms.

It was ok,We had electricity maintenance at home and we decided to go to a hotel for the night.It wasnt that expensive we only went there to sleep.The breakfast was great lots of stuff but, we had to leave so early that we were not in the mood for eating that early.we had some coffee and a piece of waffle.But they had a great variety of food.

The room was lovely, the staff were nice. Everything was very new and clean. However, the location is the problem. Homeless people out front. We asked where it was safer to park, in the front or back. The reception desk person said the front was better. So, we parked in the front. They said the security guard does parking lot rounds until about 4 am. Ok, lucky we were a diamond club member or wed have had to park in the back.We left at about 8 am and there was a very unkempt person yelling at himself, falling his arms, walking towards us as we brought our items to the car. It was myself and my daughter. I will never stay there again, Id rather drive from out of the area and stay in a different location if I have to go to Azusa. My daughter wanted an orange juice from the nearby McDonalds, forget that, it didnt feel safe either.

As a Diamond Member who frequently stays at only Hilton Hotels I Highly recommend this hotel. Staff was really amazing they were very respectful and friendly. This place feels very new. Hotel and rooms are very clean. Me and my Family had no issues and will definitely make this our home on our next vacation to the Los Angeles area. The staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast is plentiful and grounds and rooms are very clean. Great price as well for what you get. A few different doors to come in from the outside so you don’t have to cross thru the lobby each time. Plenty of parking. It’s pet friendly and has McDonald’s and other restaurants within walking distance. Me my family and our dog called this home for a little over a week. I highly recommend for a one night or extended stay.

I arrived with a positive attitude, but unfortunately, the evening staff charged me three times for my purchase. Despite my attempts to explain the situation, the staff member rolled his eyes, ignored my explanation, and treated me rudely. Horrible experience. The room we stayed in had a water leak covering nearly half the living space and they offered for us towels because there was no 24 hour maintenance. There was also a leak in the hallway of the property and obvious damage from previous leak in the same spot. They did not offer to credit us and the property “manager” never reached out to us regarding this issue. I had to contact the Hilton main customer service line. Unfortunately because we did not book directly through Hilton we could not receive a refund and the property refused to refund us through the third party. If they give you room 104 stay away. I would say this was a HORRIBLE experience and the property manger and staff should receive better training on how to handle something like this.

Very nice rooms but they do require deposit that can only be made with a branch bank card only no prepaid cards and the deposit is around $150-200 and it takes a few days to go back into your card but other then that its a very nice hotel

Nice hotel with free parking and free breakfast. Location is okay, its near the 210 freeway, an Arco gas station and a MacDonalds is on the same site, a Costco is only a few minutes away. Staff were very friendly, but the hotel has a policy where they do not clean your room daily unless you request for it, Im assuming its cost effective.

I called the hotel, to find out if would be ok for earlier check in since i landed late in california. Night time front desk was nice she let me check in but girst gave me room with someone else in it. Woah. That was bad then second room had a stench in it. Anyways at 12. I see the cleaning lady in my room telling me to check out . I was confused. Then morning front desk people call me with an attitude and tell me i have to check out and it was a mistake. I went down went back n forth finally she appologized. Then me and gf realized. Our body was itching alot idk why but decided enough was enough. We left. Will be disputing the charge. Oh yeau next morning i see exterminators going to room to room.

We 2+1 small kid) stayed here for 4 nights. Here are my some observations about the property and our staya) No cabinet in the room providedb) washroom door was a slider door could be risky for our small kids and that too it was broken. We registered our complaint first night but it was never resolved. Very poor serviceC) sofa cum bed was of poor condition, bedding was so thin that sofa bed can hurt your backd) breakfast- no variety, and nobody cares on weekday. Our stay included week days also but no body cares if there are enough items and properly refilled again. Plus I could see they were giving breakfast to some people even after the hours. Not sure what kind of favoritism was thatE) we booked room with full kitchen and to our surprise there was no gas or stove in the room when I checked with them, they said they give it only on request and that too induction cook. However, there was only one cookware provided to us along with that inductionF) I like its location and has good parking facility.

I went to stay at this House 2 Home hotel this weekend for less than 24 hours. I checked in at 7:30 pm and was going to check out before 12 pm the next day. I had got my reservation on Priceline. I have to say that I had stayed here pre pandemic before with my pet and there wasnt a ridiculous pet fee then. I was charged aside of my over $220 room rate. I was charged a NON REFUNDABLE $125 PET FEE aside of my $50 dollar room deposit. I travel with my pet and this amount is outrageous. If you reserve a room online and have a pet Please! Please! BE AWARE that when you get to the hotel that aside of a room Deposit that is refundable. You will also be charged a NON-REFUNDABLE $125 PET FEE. I wish they would charge you a refundable fee as my dog is trained and did not have any accidents at all. Think twice before you book here. You can a always book at your stay at a pet allowed hotel Holiday Inn Express. I will continue to use them instead! House 2 Home isnt that clean anymore either. Waste of money!!!! $345 for less than 24 hours is an ABSOLUTE JOKE!! You lost me as a customer!!

Having lived in Azusa before, and now coming back to visit, Home2 made the visit feel like our Home too. The hotel amenities were exceptional. The Breakfast that is included is delicious with a wide variety of choices. The staff was very friendly and always helpful with our everyday needs, specifically Crystal and Cassie at the front desk, and Teresa in housekeeping.We came to celebrate my Moms birthday up the street at La Toltecas. And we shopped at Target and Walmart down the street. Its location is close to everything including our favorite, In N Out and L&L Hawaiian BBQ!! Home2 Suites by Hilton in Azusa will always be our first choice!! Thank you so much!!!

Three stars because it’s neither a great place or bad place. The rooms aren’t suites. They’re studios. While I didn’t use them, there’s a 5-foot tall fridge, microwave, sink, dishes and cups, and even a dishwasher. The furnishings seem straight out of an IKEA catalog.They offer a breakfast each morning. On the first morning I went down and saw that they didn’t have eggs. I feel like a breakfast should have eggs, bacon, sausage, breads/bagels for roasting, coffee, milk, and juice, and various breakfast cereals. Their breakfast didn’t have eggs, bacon, or juice but did have oatmeal and breakfast wraps/burritos. Of course they also had the usual sides like butter, jelly, cream cheese, etc.The staff I interacted with were helpful and courteous.The room wall and doors are thin, so you can hear people in the hall and in adjacent rooms more than in a more typical hotel. Outdoor sounds of the street also penetrate the room, if the car is a little loud.Everything seemed to be clean, but the keypad on the microwave was sticky, part of the reason I didn’t use it.Overall, a 3, like I said. In the future I’ll look for something a little more deserving of the Hilton name, though.It’s

Person who took my reservation was helpful and patient with all my questions. So many good things about my stay there. Clean and well-kept room, 24-hour front desk was quick and friendly and detailed about parking, elevator, room location, and wifi availability. Parking was great. Kitchen area in room was an awesome addition. Queen sofa bed besides the king bed was great for saving space. Air conditioning in the room worked perfectly. Loved the shampoo and bath gel dispensers included in the shower. Check in and check out staff were quick and attentive. The hotel was easy to get to and the area was quiet. There was a McDonalds right next to the hotel and an In & Out right across the street. I will be staying there again whenever I go to visit friends there.

What could be a great property is ruined by lack of knowledgeable employees with no hospitality.No hot water, no idea when it will be fixed, cannot shower. I traveled over 1,000 miles and would like to not stink when I get to my meeting. We stay here any time we are visiting family. This latest time was for our baby shower. After a drive from Arizona I will say, we have always come to a pretty clean and nice room. The black out curtains are awesome and block out a lot of light which is great for sleep.For our last stay there, a little over a week ago, we had booked a handicap accessible room months in advance. When we saw the option to check in on the app we noticed that the room we got was not accessible. We called and they fixed it for us right away. (The staff are always really nice.)We got there and I immediately noticed some of the stuff in the room did not make sense for accessibility. I use a wheelchair and could not use the bathroom mirror sitting in my wheelchair. I had to stand to do my hair and it took a long time since I had to keep taking breaks. The hand held shower head was helpful, but the wall mount it hangs on was somewhat high and was a little hard to work with. I also had to ask the front desk for a shower chair, the site makes it looks like the room just comes with the chair...when I did get to use it, I sat tilted at an angle because the chair didnt fit in the tub right.My only other issue was we had to be placed in a room that was joined by another room of people we did not know. The door locked so its not like they could come in, but we heard EVERYTHING. There was a kid playing with a ball on the shared wall for hours until late and then screaming for the next few hours until they fell asleep, around 11pm. (Im assuming) because their ball was taken away. Staff has no patience and struggles to maintain base customer service practices. Rooms felt dirty or run down. Our room smelled like sweat when we turned the air on and our mother in laws room smelled like urine. We had to change rooms due to constant noise from an adjacent room as well. When my mother in law needed us in our new room on a new floor she accidentally knocked on the wrong door because she was confused as to where we were located. The staff treated her like she was trespassing and harassing guests and when she provided her room number and my husbands name they claimed they could not find us because we checked out. And when trying to resolve the issue with the GM the same antagonistic employee was making faces at us and told us we shouldn’t believe what my mother in law said and essentially called her a liar before the GM yelled at us to leave. What would have happened if my husband had not gone looking for his mom when he did? Would his mom been forced out onto the sidewalk and made to wait outside while we look for her? Very very unhappy with the experience and how unsafe my mother in law was made to feel because she speaks limited English.

Discriminated and falsely accused my elderly mother of trespass, claimed they could not find the reservation. Upon escalation, they claimed I already checked out, and when speaking with the manager, she would not believe our story and took the side of the employee. The employee then smugly smirked. There was a dead rat in the parking that I almost stepped on🤮 All their rooms have doors that connect to the adjacent room which allows you to hear everything in the next room and I mean everything from conversations to everything else you can think of! First off, the rooms are noisy. The walls are so thin, I could hear my neighbor watching tv loudly until 2am. Second, I could hear all day and night, the people above us pounding as they walked on the floors. Lastly, we were there because my son was attending a camp for the week. On the last day of camp, he wasnt getting out until 3pm. Before we even arrived at the hotel the first night, I had requested a later than usual check out, and was granted only until 1pm. I was told that the person I had talked to would take it up with the manager and let me know. When we arrived and checked in, I inquired again, and was told by the person at the desk, they would ask. Everyday I asked and was told the manager wasnt there etc... and they would let me know. Last day of the trip when I needed the late check out, I was told again, that morning, as soon as the manager arrived they would let me know. At 1pm as I arrived with my bags on a cart to load the car, the lady at the desk I had talked to in the morning, looked at me and said, oh let me go talk to the manager for you. Really? At this I retorted, It is to late now!!! I am packed up!! It is obvious to me, nobody cared enough to even ask let alone put me into consideration. What you dont know is, I am a Diamond member with Hilton and own with Hilton Grand Vacations, not one, but two places!!! All the money and the first time I ask for an accommodation, they cant even remember to even ask! Talk about rude!

My friends had just drove in from Las Vegas for Christmas and I called this hotel at 8:00AM and asked if I could have a 8:30 check-in that morning. The woman making the reservation said they had a King Suite available and that I could check in at 8:30AM that day. When I arrived with my friends I was told by the receptionist that all the rooms were booked and that I would have to wait until 11:00 to see if any rooms became available and the earliest check-in time would be 12:00 noon. She said it showed on her computer that I requested a 8:30 check-in but they dont have any rooms available, I asked why she took my credit card information and booked me a room then, she could not answer me. I went up the street and checked them in another hotel and came back to let her know that I will not wait till 12:00 as I was guaranteed a 8:30 check-in or I would not have allowed them to book the room. First of all, the staff is awesome. From the moment we checked in and throughout the week, they accommodated all our requests. Second, it was clean. To me that is the most important part of any hotel. To list a few of the negatives, the kitchen does not have an oven, but traveler tip, you can ask for a convection oven at the desk. Plus they do have 2 outdoor grills by the pool. The breakfast is not that complete, but decent enough and the coffee is good. To me the bed was too soft. Overall nice place and decorated real cute. I had to book a number of rooms for staff working an event in this area. Monet from the sales department was great to work with taking care of every detail for our staff. The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly. The rooms all had a small well stocked kitchenette (microwave and apartment sized refrigerator) so our staff could choose to heat up items in their room, BBQ by the pool, or eat at one of the local restaurants. The hotel is right off the freeway and easy to access. I would recommend staying here if you need a hotel in this area.

My room (106) had a view of the parking lot, but I dont think there is much as far as manicured grounds for aesthetics. Its more of a sleep kind of hotel in a good location close to many amenities. This hotel is only four, maybe five years old, but its already starting to show its wear and tear in the shower area, at least for my room. There are some funky design choices with lighting in the room, but overall, if youre here for a weekend or so, it was pretty decent.

After our car broke down in Azusa, a police officer recommended this hotel. The clerk Alexis was very kind and accommodating. We were very happy with the room. It was very clean and very comfortable. There are lots of nice amenities here. The hotel has an outdoor pool, laundry facility, and exercise room. They offer a very nice complementary breakfast. The oatmeal was nice and hot. We had our choice of microwaveable breakfast sandwiches, bagels, toast, and fresh fruit. Hot coffee was available all the time in the lobby. Snacks and microwaveable dinners and drinks are also available for sale in the lobby. Our room was equipped with dishes, silverware, a dishwasher, microwave, (full sized refrigerator) a king sized bed and a very comfortable pull-out couch! Due to an home emergency, we had to check in to Home2 Suites. There are five of us 2 adults 3 children (7, 6 & 3). Insurance company set us up and we were supposed to get 2 rooms adjoining. We check in and they give us 2 rooms 5 rooms apart no way to he kids were going to sleep on their own. Front desk promises us 2 ajoining rooms the next day. The next morning I speak to front desk at 10am and they promise us adjoining rooms by 1pm. We get back to the hotel at 530pm only for front desk to tell us they didnt have rooms because the other room was empty so they thought we checked out! Seriously??!!! The other room was empty because we didnt want our 7, 6 and 3 year old to be in a room by themselves! Total fail on the part of front desk. Tonight is night #2 that the 5 of us squeeze and sleep in a 1 bed suite with a pullout. Overall hotel is nice and clean but total fail on front desk.

This hotel, and generally my experience with Hilton overall over the last 1.5 years has been really disappointing. Specific to this hotel there are a lot of issues - The wifi is basically unusable, Im a Diamond member so I have the free upgrade to the high speed wifi, and it still takes 5-10 minutes just to load the front page of YouTube. For being an extended stay hotel, the lack of a stovetop in the kitchenette seems like an oversight. I would argue that that makes this borderline false-advertisement. I cant believe in the year 2022 that hotels are still using coin-operated laundry machines (especially considering this is a relatively new construction!). This is especially egregious because the front desk was out of quarters when I needed to do laundry, so I just had to wear dirty clothes to work the next day until they got more quarters. The fact that the front desk person doesnt have the ability to just take cash payment from me and manually turn on the washing machine and dryer blows my mind - or if they do, they certainly arent trained properly enough to offer that solution when they run out of change. This time last year I moved my loyalty to Marriott for good reason - they actually try to provide comfort to their guests, especially when they have loyalty status. The only reason I couldnt stay at a Marriott this time was because they didnt have any nearby to my worksite. Next time I visit this area for work, I will happily take a longer commute to work to stay at a hotel that has basic amenities that actually function.

Stayed for 1 night in March 2019. I was disappointed, as the reviews online were quite good. However, I found the hotel to be seriously lacking. My primary concern was how loud the hotel was. I could hear people, televisions, even the plumbing through the thin walls at all hours of day and night. The room itself, while clean, was very dark and decorated poorly. The bathroom was dingy and old looking. The neighborhood isnt the best either; I was a little worried about parking my car in the lot out front. Scary location no security pool is exposed to the public. Pool guy put two gallon of Clorox looking product while we where in the pool he said you can go back in about a few minutes after I leave spoke with front desk spoke with her maintenance guy who said no you need to wait at least 2 hrs well we came back exactly two hours later and there where two families in the pool no one closed the pool until it was safe. I told them what happened and if they get said with a rash or anything else its the hotel fault for not closing for the two hrs it needed.

I did not think much of this hotel. I thought the hotel was not very kept. The floors were always filthy in the foyer entrance and in the hallway with the elevators. Hilton regular here. First off, this is the first Home2 Suites to actually impress me. Usually I find there are not as comfortably built as Hampton Inns or Homewood Suites, but this one seemed to be of better quality. The front desk staff was SUPER-friendly and courteous and answered any question without hesitation. My room was comfortable, house-keeping was decent (my room did get missed a day or two), and sometimes not all amenities were refreshed (coffee, condiments, and towels.) The air conditioning was extremely cold and I was able to run the fan continuously to drown out traffic noise. There is also a McDonalds in the parking lot as well as a gas station which makes grabbing a quick snack or meal easy. I did not visit the pool but it seemed maintained and there was security present during the night. The location is excellent to Azusa and other local towns like Irwindale. Also, you are at the base of the Angeles National Park, which is a nice drive to see some high-desert scenery. If you have time, hike the short Lewis Falls trail at mile marker 34,83.My 2 complaints: there was limited parking, which always seemed full and I did not see any Diamond member parking. Also, my incidental card was charged for my entire stay although it was supposed to be direct billed to my business card :( so I will have to see if they can correct this or at least get a receipt and get reimbursed which should only take 2 months to correct, so I am not happy about this. However, things happen, and I am sticking to my 5 star rating. If back in Azusa, I will definitely be staying here again.One thing I did not experience was breakfast. Due to my business, I departed daily at 5AM and breakfast started at 6AM, I believe. It would have been nice to have a grab bag breakfast each morning for us early risers. Other Home2 breakfasts were straight out of a plastic bag, which I found revolting, so I hope they have fixed this and changed it to typical Hilton breakfast items.

Toured the new hotel at Grand opening. Comfortable suites for extended stays or overnight. Two barbeques at the pool. Local free delivery from a couple of restaurants and I hope the list expands. Breakfast included, small fitness center, coin laundry and easy access to all the rooms. So happy that Azusa now has this part of the Hilton chain. Plus a McDonalds and a Starbucks within one block. Great option for hotel stays in the area.

Immediately as we got to the room my wife went to close the blinds and found one on the blinds. Then we started to inspect the bed and then we found another. Where theres one, there others. The staff is exceptional and friendly. The rooms here are super clean and modernly designed. This hotel has a McDonalds and an AmPm gas station located in the same lot. Right across the street you also have a In-N-Out. Just a few hundred feet away are, Del Taco, Jack-in-The Box. Azusa Pacific University and Citrus College are just a couple miles away. I booked this room before when i was travelling with kids and i got a room that had a seperate living room so my husband and i could have some privacy and it was great the second time i booked we decided to stay here again because the type of rooms they promote are spacious so i got a king suite and when i walked into the room it was long and extremely narrow there is no space for a family of 4 when i called the front desk they lacked customer service skills and could care less they did not try to accommodate us at all the pool area is super small and has no jacuzzi which are features one looks for when travelling with kids the website and the rooms this hotel promotes online are very deceitful when you actually arrive at the hotel for the price you pay at a courtyard marriot you get stuck with a room that is like the size of a display at an IKEA store
