Very friendly staff and super nice clean hotel. the hotel is three years old and very modern. The room has a large refrigerator with a freezer, microwave and a dishwasher.The staff, whether reception, breakfast service or housekeeping, are all very courteous and friendly. You feel very comfortable and safe.Breakfast and parking are free. The pool is heated and clean and can therefore also be used in rainy weather. We did that too. This was a really nice hotel. They have a breakfast that is included with your stay and lots of seating.The rooms were nice and clean and seem much bigger than they are (well designed).Parking is limited near the hotel but they have side entrances that open with your key to make it easier.My only down side is the breakfast layout is poorly done with lots of bottlenecks but it forces you to meet the other patrons.When we checked in, they were doing some repairs outside our window, but we never heard them.

I do CAL/OSHA inspections in CA. I recently stayed at this place. Friendly reception and good service. I am a vegetarian and the breakfast was very good. Stay was great. I recommend this place strongly.

Hilton always has GREAT beds!!Quiet roomsFree breakfast. Not great, but adequate and gets you on your way quickly!!

This is the worst Hilton I’ve ever been to. Stayed there for a month or two and the staff was very rude, we are Hilton Diamond members and staff said that they aren’t supposed to give waters or snacks with being a member. Very strange young man working there as well as a Blonde lady who would ask if we were checking out almost every morning. We will not be going back ever again.

Lots of construction in the area. Needed clean towels but had to pickup. Ran out of TP in the room. Breakfast was good

Stayed here for a work trip. The hotel is very new looking and the rooms are modern and clean. The front desk allowed me to check in a little early since my plane was early. Breakfast is provided and has a lot of choices. They use actual dishes which is a nice touch. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very nice. The only negative I have is the location. It is not near any restaurants except for a Taco Bell and it is right on the highway so car noise is fairly loud. I would however recommend for a quick over night stay or a work trip.

Clean and spacious room, includes pretty much everything kitchen related. Free breakfast was very nice, room cost was a bit lower than average. Stayed on less busy night, room faced parking lot, and not many neighbors, so was pretty quiet at night. Morning service was good. All in all, would choose to stay here again.

The saying “never judge a book by its cover” definitely applies here. While this place looks nice and looks clean do not let that fool you,this establishment has numerous problems. From the moment we arrived it was one problem after the next, heat not working correctly in the living room area (manager admitting that they have several rooms like this), thermostats not reading properly (off by several degrees), you can not set the thermostat past 80 or under 68 and with the thermostat reading off you wind up with several degrees difference in temperature, there is a sensor that turns off the lights every 20 minutes and with it also turns off the heat and air this happens 24/7 (so when you get up the heat/air is off and now you are hot or cold, our room flooded while there (started on the fourth floor and came into our second floor after the third) ( employee admitted this was his fault and that it went floor to floor) they did nothing except send someone to steam clean the areas where there was water several hours after it happened and was near dry (whole hotel out of water for several hours), the dryer ate my pants, someone moved my towels from the washer and started drying them when there was another washer available (weird), they painted and gave no notice (smell came into our room and we had to leave for the day), they also gave no notice and applied some sort of netting to the windows that we had to keep the curtains closed for and not park on that side of the building where we were staying.This process omitted a terrible smell that made us have to leave the room.On top of all of this a front desk girl that is so nice till there is a problem then she becomes the wicked witch of the west. I’m sure there’s more but it’s exhausting just reliving this. Needless to say we cut our stay short by several weeks and left to somewhere now where we are happy and have had no problems so far. In short, avoid this place and stay somewhere else. It may be clean but the problems and lack of service will not be worth it.

Very nice, almost brand-new Hilton. Comfortable, large rooms. Full kitchen thats only missing the stove. Convenient to highway its just a little north of the main part of Atascadero. I made use of the digital key amenity which is great so I didnt have a lot of contact with the staff. The little I did was very pleasant. Definitely recommend!
