The Home Team Electric were on time . Josh Randall is the best, he was very polite and listened to my concerns. Really open and funny which made me feel very comfortable. It was a simple thing to fix I just didnt know how to do it. The main power switch went off and it was just a simple thing like just pushing the switch fully back then forward and like magic power came back on. That cost tome nothing all because Josh helped !! What I thought was a minor issue turned out to be much more. Josh explained every detail of what he would do to analyze the issue and then after his inspection gave me a very detailed explanation of what needed to be done to make us safe after finding multiple issues due to an older home and previous remodel items that were not safe. The team with Josh as lead arrived on time as he had told me they would and completed the project in one day. I was told in advance of the cost so I could plan accordingly. There were other items discovered by Josh for future project but they left today leaving me feeling at ease and thankful for their professionalism and ability to address the issues quickly. Josh and his team are so friendly and helped me feel confident and comfortable. They exceeded my expectations! Excellent!

They were nice- came same day- but…said they couldn’t guarantee the work to change a breaker because of the age of the panel- quote was high just for breaker and thousands more for a new panel with a guarantee. The problem I have is another electrician came over and just flipped back the breaker switch a few times and it worked. Do I need an updated panel yes! But why didn’t they get it working by doing the same thing? It’s like they flipped the switch and didn’t even check it after.. they left the oven unplugged. It felt like a money grab and taking advantage of a female who doesn’t know better. Now I do.

Mike is absolutely amazing. He far outshines the others when it comes to handling business, providing explanations, and competently completing the work. My ceiling fan had come loose again. I thought it would be under warranty because two of Mike’s coworkers fixed it before. Well, imagine my surprise to discover that the notes left didn’t really indicate that in full. Additionally, it ends up that the fan had a plastic type holder when it should have been metal. Honestly, if the other two people had told me that, I could have gotten it properly fixed the first time, but whatever. Mike took one look at the fan and knew immediately what was wrong. Unfortunately because that was not fixed previously, it was not under warranty and I had to pay in full for Mike to replace properly. He also put up a new ceiling fan for me since I had already purchased it. The best part was that he was open, honest, respectful, and admitted that I should have been told about the plastic versus metal if the previous persons saw it (he was not here). Either way, I appreciated the effort to get everything fixed and working properly. He also took a look at my electric panel and gave me some additional advice on how to prevent any issues. When I save up enough money, I’ll definitely contact this company and request Mike to come out to fix everything and anything electrical. As I told him, it is my first one having ceiling fans, so I was t aware of all the questions to ask or what to look for when someone is repairing. He took the time to explain everything and even showed me the plastic piece online and went in detail on why the fan will continue to fall due to the weight and incorrect item used to hold it in place. That was above and beyond for me and it shows the tripe of person he is and the level of his professional experience. I also appreciated the fact that he didn’t try to pressure me in buying different plans or additional things like before. I am not a person who moves with high pressure. I am a thinker. The fact that he just gave me information and asked what I wanted to do and even offered options was a big plus in him winning me over and making me trust him rather than anyone else to handle any future needs. I have already decided to save up for a recommended maintenance repair. I just need the invoice emailed to know how much. All in all, Mike truly surpassed all others and if you contact this company, ask for him to come out. You won’t be disappointed and you won’t be surprised later that something was left out of the discussion. Also, he won’t hard sell you, so that gives you a feeling of satisfaction and confidence in his skills, abilities, and leadership. It is respectful and understanding that some of us need to save up and then make a big purchase. He offered financing, but I am more of a pay cash if possible person. For those who are ok with credit or financing, go for it!

Colt and Oscar installed a new modern electric panel in my mobile home which still had the original panel from the date of manufacture in 1965. While doing so they also installed a surge protector that protects my entire home and placed wiring that was exposed in tubing that meets todays required standards. Thank you, Colt and Oscar, for bringing the electrical system in this home to modern-day stan todards. Both electricians practiced their companys stated practice of wearing floor protecting booties, were thorough, professional, courteous, and clean.I highly recommend Home Team Electric. I called Home Team Electric because my electricity was not working in my sunroom after storm Hillary! Colt and David came and checked everything out and found that not only was there water damage, but also the wire had been chewed by a mouse! They had to rewire it! They are very neat and clean, when they arrive and come into the house they put on a slipper cover over their shoes. After completing the job, they clean up everything perfectly. They even changed a couple of light bulbs in other rooms that I could not reach. They were very professional and very good workers. I am so glad I called Home Team Electric. Had no power in my bedroom or master bath. It took a couple of visits to figure out the issue. Turned out it was a poorly wired old lamp in my bedroom! ( DUH!!) Here it is the next day, after three visits, I am trying to arrange financing. The initial bill I got from HOME TEAM ELECTRIC was 1965.15. After they had to return after two failures, I found out that they charged me 2779.00. OMG! They were unable to determine the issue, and I do NOT think I should pay for their inadequacies! I am 74, live alone, and dont have this kind of money! I have absolutely no use for this company! They try to sell you things you do not need! Now I REALLY FEEL RIPPED OFF! BTW! Hi all - we purchased a home in June 2023. We knew the home was older and would need some electrical work. That was clear in the inspection. During this time the electrician inspector Mike walked us through some of the parts of the home that needed updating. We moved in and got settled then contacted him back. Within a week he was able to get back out here with a team of 5 technicians to update our home electronic outlets, and circuits. The team reconditioned all of the home making it safe and optimal functionality. At one point we hit an issue and thought we might have to go through the walls but one of his techs was able to go above and beyond and crawl in the attic to resolve this issue. I never thought it was possible to be so positively impressed with an electrician, which began with a Google search. I personally am not a professional electrician but I am in the hardware business and have been all my life, so my knowledge of electrical is far above the average consumer. And I do almost all my own electrical work, all except the big stuff, like complete load center replacement. I’ve now worked with Home Team Electric in two separate issues I was having with our house. Angel was my technician and he was amazing both times. He showed up on time, he diagnosed the problem quickly and accurately, he was very transparent with pricing, and he solved the problems. And not only did he solve the problems, but I’m extremely confident in the work.One of the things we called them for was replacing what we thought was faulty EV car chargers. Was surprised at how soon this got scheduled. Electrician arrived early, but called first, gave me the estimate up front in detail before starting work, and was able to start immediately. They charge by the job, not by the hour, so no matter how long it takes, same price, no ups or extras. I had researched possible costs for this installation and their price was very reasonable for the three jobs I needed, plus they did things like replace light bulbs they noticed were burned out. Final work was very nice looking and what I needed. They did a free safety inspection which uncovered things I mostly already knew about, but now I have a quote to work with if I ever want to take care of it.UPDATE: Carlos and David returned to install the charger once I had received it in the mail. Did a very nice, neat job of installing it. The charger did not come with a rack for hanging the cord on neatly so they created one out of their own supplies for me and installed it. End result looks very professional and neat, proud of my nice new EV charging station!

May 2021 - Initially called for emergency service after SCE scheduled outage. Mike got us up and running that night, but didnt have all the parts he needed for a complete fix.Within a week he found the parts, and came back today with Zach to completely rebuild the 50 year-old breaker panel and update the grounding. They also labeled the breakers and did a walk through to look at other parts of our system that I had questions about.Home Team is now my go-to electrical repair team!Update - Home Team came out to replace a breaker in the main panel (unrelated to the previous repair). While they were on site I talked to them about replacing a sub-panel that had been installed during an older garage conversion.Long story short - Angel replaced the sub-standard old panel with a new upgraded one in just a few hours. Colt did an amazing job for us yesterday when our main circuit breaker fried, knocking out all our power. Colt arrived on time, and was super professional yet personable. He showed us the damaged main house breaker, exactly what was happening and what was needed to fix it. We were going to replace the entire panel, a pricey endeavor. Colt demonstrated how our panel is fine, but our 32-year-old circuits (some of the wrong for our panel) could use an update. That will save us around $6K from what we thought we needed. Home Team would rather give what is needed, not what they can squeeze out of you. Its a great customer service and marketing strategy - we trust them so much were going to have them run a new 40-50 amp line to our kitchen so we can get an induction stove.

He came to the house twice and the second time he came with Brian and they knocked out our electrical panel, outlets and smoke detectors very quickly!! Mike & Zack arrived on time to install 2 wall sconces above my fireplace. The office was able to schedule the job almost 2 weeks earlier than planned because of a cancellation. They had promised to do that, but I didn’t expect it would actually happen.With their obvious knowledge & cleverness they completed the job perfectly and with the heroic bonus of not having to cut extra holes in the drywall which illuminated the expected need for plaster repairs & repainting the wall. I’m unable to do any of these things because of my age & limited vision. They were professional, courteous, & pleasant to deal with, even tolerating my annoyingly friendly dog.All the staff, including phone staff are obviously well trained in dealing with the public. How refreshing.Mike & Zack completed the job in a mere 2&1/2 hours. And they left my home spotless after repositioning the furniture & the heavy painting above the fireplace themselves. My fussy cleaning lady was here at the time and even SHE was impressed. I will certainly recommend Home Team Electric.Their service isn’t cheap, but worth every dime.J. Fisher.

Carlos came out to look at a humming door bell transponder, and he was terrific, personable, professional and had a new transponder installed in no time. His previous job went longer than expected, and I received a call from the office letting me know about a possible delay, which I appreciated. I wish all companies ran their businesses more like Home Team, they are professional and really care.

Josh was very friendly and extremely professional. He provided quotes for everything I asked and did a great job explaining the full scope of what would be done. He did his own inspection which was great because he pointed out potential hazards as well as explaining what he could do to restore it to code or improve upon. Will definitely have Josh + Home Team come back to complete work, just have to decide what I want done first!

I stopped in to ask about what kind of adapter I would need for the off grid solar system on my Tundra. Frank knew exactly what I would need and showed me photos and sent links to where I could find it. This was a relief because I had been looking for months for just the right one. We talked at length about solar systems and how to manage them. He knows his stuff. The team at the office were friendly and made me feel welcome. 5 stars for customer knowledge and customer service.

Great service. We got multiple quotes for items that we wanted fixed or upgraded for our house. They came in with the best price. Service was exceptional and the crew who came in did a nice job and cleaned up after themselves. It took them one day. I did need to reschedule and they were flexible and accommodating. I will continue to use them and recommend their work. Very professional, and clearly take great pride in their work.

Called Home Team Electric after a circuit breaker went out probably from overloading. This company had good reviews, so I hired them. Very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Fixed the problem immediately. I had other electrical issues and questions and they gave me a quote on fixing those along with a safety inspection. They were able to repair/update those issues, too, by 4PM. They suggested other electrical services and upgrades but did not pressure me. I did decline/defer the other suggestions. The job was thorough and the price within the market range. I will definitely use this company again.
