What a pleasure to work with Diane and her team (Joseph and Kim) at Home Stage and Design!Diane was a pleasure to work with and excellent at communicating and follow up. Home Stage and Design created such a modern look to our house that was built in 1968. It elevated our listing and made it so much more competitive and marketable that we received almost 10% over our listing price. HANDS DOWN THE ABSOLUTE BEST! Diane and her team have staged several homes for us. She has excellent communication, an incredible eye for what a home needs and quality staging items. We were tired of other companies whose furniture is trendy, but old, dirty or broken. Diane takes such great care of her things- they are beautiful. Every home she stages sells fast. Our last listing was on market for 2 days with multiple offers and we didn’t even make it to the open houses. We love this company and highly recommend their services to anyone who wants to sell their listings quickly and look like a hero to their sellers!

Diane has staged many of my listings and has always done a fantastic job. Her company is family owned, her prices are very reasonable and her eye for design is fantastic. I have always had positive comments from agents and buyers touring the properties she stages and can honestly say that her staging has increased the sales price by 10-15%. If you are on the fence about staging or who to use, dont think twice about it and just hire her already!
