We have had our site with Home Junction for years, it began as great service and I was happy with our site. Now the leads have diminished to mostly spam and scammers, very few legitimate leads anymore, and now my site has gone down completely, it has been down for almost a week and I cannot get a returned call or email to help. I am about ready to go ballistic, I am very frustrated and upset with Home Junction at the moment.

I have had a website managed by Home Junction for many years, I moved companies in October 2023 and have made numerous request for an update of my company information. They have been slow to respond and so we are moving on to another company to provide website hosting.

We are real estate agent and have a real estate website with Home Junction. I have been with Home Junction for the past 5 years. I have to say that the customer service is horrible and has gone downhill big time. A websites main objective is lead capture. I have asked home junction why there is an inconsistency for lead registration on our site. If a lead registers via email they will not let them register with email and contact information. A simple issue like this has taken weeks for their department to get back to me.I would definitely NOT recommend this company who is looking into their services. You are better off working with another company and NOT wasting your time. RUN from this company if they call you.

So notice no positive reviews in last few years. The customer service has really dropped at Home Junction. In the past you could reach somebody or they would call you back in a timely manner. I needed some help on some things we wanted to do on the back end and no response. Have left 2 messages and nobody has reached out to us. For $99 a month somebody should be able to reach out to you. Dont expect an immediate response but at least 24 hours. BEWARE what you are getting into before you sign up with them.

I chose Home Junction as my website provider and am thoroughly impressed with my site, the tools they offer and the CUSTOMER SERVICE! I purchased a custom site from them and received everything I was promised in a very timely manner. Their tools have a robust amount of information and time and time again, they have helped me close deals and bring on new clients. Their customer service is exceptional. Every time I have reached out to them with inquiries, they are always happy to help. I would recommend this company to anyone!

Short Complaint – Avoid Home Junction at all costs due to the fact it creates awful websites and provides terrible customer (dis)service.The Details – This entity produces bad websites, is slow to respond, and I have consistently had an abominable customer (dis)service experience. As a web developer with more than a decade of experience, I have not been able to edit the sites they have built, and making even minor backend changes has resulted in sites completely breaking and shutting down. This is especially unfortunate because what they deliver is dreadfully and unprofessionally created, not optimized for web crawling, is barely responsive in design, and does not include what I and my colleagues have requested multiple times for over a month. I intentionally use the word entity because I honestly cannot in good conscience refer to it as company. If I ran my company as poorly as the Home Junction team does, I hope someone would encourage me to find work elsewhere dong something completely different.

Perfect customer service! Amazing product and features!Everyone I have worked with at Home Junction has been so professional, and such a pleasure to do business with. Ed Kim (sales), Marissa Johnson (support), and Christopher Neiman (support) are extremely knowledgeable, have always had the answers to my questions, have been proactive about sending me material and links in anticipation of what I might need to know next, and have always been friendly, warm and professional.The website they produced with me is exactly what I wanted - they were able to convert my ideas and concepts into reality - and I am truly delighted. I highly recommend Home Junction, for both advanced users and for people who just want an awesome website and have no idea how to get there. I tried my best, but I could only give them 5 stars - they deserve 7 or 8!

I always start a meeting with new media companies by asking; if I spend dollars with you, can you demonstrate results? This company is one of the few that took the challenge and has helped me WIN BIG with my Real Estate business! You need to put the effort in but I am telling you with 100% conviction they have an extraordinary platform that can help you run at the highest level! Home Junction has helped me close deals.

Sad what has happened to this company site migrations started today away from this company. I thought they were awesome what a huge mistake.
