I had great experience with Home Instead of Santa Fe, NM. The staff worked diligently to get caregivers for us at all times. The caregivers were very good and Laurie, who became our constant caregiver was exceptional.

Home Instead is a wonderful caregiving company. We had an urgent need for caregiving for our family member and Home Instead was responsive and the ease at which we were able to setup the care services was appreciated especially during a stressful time. Martha has been assigned as our caregiver and she is kind and patient, and we consider her our family. We have never had any concerns. Martha makes my familys day better every time she is with us. We are able to easily connect with the staff at Home Instead to change schedules and they are very professional in their approach. I highly recommend Home Instead if you need care services for your loved ones.

Wanted to share about the caregiving services I received from Home Instead. First, Brenda was my initial contact when I called to learn about the services offered and to have someone come to tell me more about Home Instead and to evaluate my needs while I was still hospitalized. She was warm, friendly and professional. An appointment was made with Ivy, who promptly came out to the hospital to discuss my caregiving needs, number of hours of care needed, cost, billing, and how Home Instead would take care of the necessary paperwork which needed to be submitted to my Long Term Care insurer for reimbursement during my care. Ivy returned a couple days later to observe how the physical therapist worked with me in order to assess to what degree the Home Instead caregivers assigned to provide care services to me could assist me. I was told that I would be matched with caregivers who were familiar with and experienced in providing the type of care I needed. On the first day of service, Ivy came with the morning caregiver to introduce her to me, and she told me about the afternoon/evening caregiver who would care for me. To build trust and confidence, I was provided with two primary caregivers and two back up caregivers who came when the primary caregiver was unable to. I always received notice from Brenda or Ivy when my primary caregiver was unavailable and one of the two assigned backups would replace her. The continuity of compassionate care by the same caregivers helped to foster familiarity, trust, and reliance between me and my care providers. I really appreciate the competent, compassionate, and dedicated care I received from Aida, Gail, Gloria, and Betty. Thank you, Home Instead, for the comprehensive care you provided me. I definitely know where to turn whenever I might need care in the future. I would highly recommend Home Instead to any of my family or friends who may need care, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of good, competent, compassionate, reliable, and professional care services.

As a full-time working daughter, and taking care of your mom; I know how important it is to find the right caregivers. I am so grateful for the exceptional service Home Instead Senior Care (Alameda County) has provided for my mom. We have used there services for in-home care for the past two years and it has been the best decision we made. We found their staff and caregivers to be some of the most compassionate and skilled people who really understands how to be helpful at difficult times. We wanted to express our thanks for the caregivers for my mom. Each one has been extremely competent, dependable, and has had a heartfelt concern for our mom. All of my sisters rest easier knowing that the caregivers for our mom are there to keep her safe and to assist with her daily needs. They are consistently in good humor and have safety and compassion at the forefront of their thoughts. The office managers are very communicative and are ready and willing to help with our requests to modify schedules, care routines, etc. We truly appreciate the flexibility and professionalism and compassion of everyone at Home Instead Senior Care.

Home Instead Senior Care caregivers have provided excellent care for my Mom since was discharged from the hospital. Our Family could not handle the Scope of Services for my Mom due to full time work schedules. Working with Home Instead Senior Care has provided quality care and the assurance Mom is staying home safely. We would highly recommend Home Instead Senior Care for Home Care Services. Especially, for anyone who has a loved one at home.

My wife and I have been working with Home Instead for about 3 months. We temporarily needed round the clock caregivers and this agency came through for us by providing good caregivers on short term notice. The communication with a care coordinator on scheduling issues and handling occasional last minute emergencies was excellent. Replacements were found quickly when needed. Overall, we felt supported and cared for in a professional way under stressful circumstances.

My cousin was in need of care for her 76 year old mom and Home Instead was there for us. We made a research online and after calling many other home care agencies for non-medical services, Home Instead emerged as the best. The good thing my cousin and I liked about Home Instead compare to hiring a private caregiver is that, with Home Instead has Staffing Coordinators who helps you when the caregiver is off and has problems of their own. They dont leave a client abandoned just because the caregiver assigned to you needs to attend to their personal problems and issues. It may be rough in the beginning, but in the end.. its amazing. Thank you Home Instead for all the help youve extended to our family. We will definitely recommend you to all the people I love! Salute!

Wanting to give caregiver Maria a glowing review. She has provided me with excellent support during my recovery from hip replacement surgery. She is pleasant, thoughtful, and responsive. She is a problem solver and self-starter with a very strong work ethic. At the start of her shift we would review the tasks I was requesting and she’d start them right away and keep going until they were done. Then she’d ask for more and/or make suggestions about useful things for her to do. No need to follow up with her to make sure work was getting done because it always was. I don’t love not being able to do things for myself, but she encouraged me to let go of that and really focus on rest and recovery. I appreciate her assistance and recommend her most highly!
