I have been a tenant here for almost 10yrs and I love this place. It is open 24hrs a day and 7 days a week with onsite security guard all the time. The staff here are respectful and handle any issue I may have quickly and professionally. Also, each HPC is located near shops and restaurants within walking distance and all over the building are areas to relax and unwind. I always look forward to coming into HPC.

I live Hollywood production studios. If you are looking to rent an office with them, I highly recommend it. You will not be let down. Security is great.

Eh yea just big building with rental places i thought this was a hollywood film company which i tried to get to hired. Also they used a picture i took of there building and did not give me any credit.
