If you want to wait for over 2 weeks for a quote, call Philip. Worst service ever. I called Philip on April 1 after I sent in my files for a simple QUOTE. First the files didn’t go through so I resent them. Asked if he could confirm once I resent them. No reply. I emailed the next day and still no reply. So I called and he said he would send me a quote. Come the following Mon the 8th, and again he said he’ll send a quote. I called today bc it’s been a week now? Wondering why haven’t I heard anything. He asks me, what was your product again? I remind him of it and reminded him it’s been well over a week since he said he would send a quote. So he says he’ll send by today. By today? What time? How long does it take for a freaking quote?? Just called again since we spoke in the am and I just asked him straight up, can you just give me a quote while I’m on the phone?? It literally took him 1 min to do. Wow. All that lagging Philip? For a simple quote that didn’t have to be drawn out to a 1 star review and def not getting my business. Hope you have better luck than I did.

Needed a piece made, this place quoted me $125! I got another quote for $6 per piece and then ended up getting it for free from the Burbank Public Library. When I called the business out for the insanely overpriced quote he then said there is $125 minimum which is why the quote was so high but of course no mention of that in the original quote. Not to mention his email was very rude. This place is shady. I am a business owner myself so is a painful review to leave. Stay clear.

Miles was so easy to work with and accommodated to our quick deadline. He communicated with me at every step of the design process to ensure we were on the same page. Our custom products turned out phenomenally and our company will definitely be using Hollywood 3D Printing again! I would highly recommend them for any 3D printing needs.

Maybe 2 stars for the quick response, but why ask if I have a file to print when you have a sketch only option?Still no quote, even though the website makes it seem like you’d get one, other than a 750$ design fee. What’s the point of sending in a sketch then?Could be more informative from the start.

This is the very very best place in all of Hollywood (and the world) to do 3 d printing! they are smart and solution oriented and the quality is amazing! they do so many great things for the commercials I do for my clients: KFC< Pizza Hut, McDonalds-- just to name a few. Miles is a genius! and they can meet amazingly fast declines and crazy designs! I love them and have been voting with them for 6 years! no job is too big or too small. 5 stars!

This was our first experience prototyping with a 3D printer. Miles got us up and running very quickly, and the very first print we did was a huge hit with the client. The next round turned out to be even more popular with our clients. Their service is unmatched. Their prices cant be beat. And they can answer ANY question you throw at them. If you are anywhere near Hollywood, you need to use this shop. I cant say enough good things about them. I only wished I had found out about them sooner.

I am so happy With the level of service I received with Hollywood 3d Printing!!I had an idea of a car part that I wanted to make that was totally custom and all I had was a drawing that I gave them and they were able to work off of that.. with a little bit of back-and-forth communication they ended up designing the part for me exactly how I liked it and then they printed it for me and it looks like it literally came from one of the major manufacturers and came with the car😎

Amazing printing quality (both ABS and SLA). I had a part printed for one of our automated sewing machine at my work, I was scared at the beginning the tolerance would be an issue but the models were exact down to half a mm. I also loved that the parts were very smooth and no post processing was needed. Definitely will come back for more prints.

These guys are amazing! I came to them with a prop mask that had a lot of defects. They fixed the defects and then resized it to fit my larger head. I couldnt be happier. Great communication and fast turn around. Will be going back to have them tackle some other projects.JamesBurbank, CA

Put an order in and had to call them atleast 4 times in 2 weeks to get a status. Each time I called I was told they would call me back with status, but never received a call. Finally after 2 weeks when I called AGAIN, they said they were too busy to take care of our order. Wasted 2 weeks of our time when we could have had a reputable company take care of the order in less than a week. Very Unprofessional and Inept!

Im an event producer and had a last minute job to get a custom gold sign of our companys logo created that we could display at our summer TCA panel and reached out to Hollywood 3D Printing. They were quick to get me a quote and rendering and delivered the sign right on time. Ive since used them for other projects and seen how creative they can get from end of production high-end wrap gifts to brand driven stunt activation ideas. They definitely go beyond the scope of 3D printing and lean into the creative agency field.

I needed a scan of a small model(~6) for use in another project. I called upon the services of Hollywood3Dprinting to handle the job for me. At first, for the size of the object to be scanned, I was curious about the pricing... but upon seeing the final result... I couldnt be happier!.. The scan was super hi-res and captured more details than I expected, and it was delivered at least two days before promised (to my surprise) I have a few more similar scans I need done and I WILL be back!
