This place was cheapest in the area, and now I know why. Upon entering the room on a late check in, noticed a very strong odor of urine, upon inspecting rest of the room, there was no toilet paper, no towels, and no wash clothes.We informed the front desk of this and they at first refused us towels and wash clothes and gave us a half roll of toilet paper. Eventually we got wash clothes, that were covered in brown stains. I took pictures of all of this, but cannot upload them to Expedia.Upon bed time and pulling the sheets back, they were obviously used, dirty and not changed from previous people in the room covered in stains and bodily fluids.This was the second time to front desk, and nothing was done. I contacted Expedia right away and all they could do for us was offer us 11 dollars in One Key Cash and contact the front desk for a refund, butthe front desk lied and said we never complained, we were informed to contact the front desk in the morning about a refund, and there was a bucket for keys and no employees, upon contacting Expedia, they offered us a whopping 7 dollars in One Key Cash.Another thing to note, when calling the hotel for information, you get greeted by a lady who doesnt speak English with kids yelling in background, when you ask if this is the Hotel, they say not its Holiday Market.

No Ice Machine. What kind of lodging doesnt have an Ice machine? No place to hang clothes. Made closet into a computer desk with poor internet and now no place to hang clothes. Need a rubber mat in shower as it is very slippery and dangerous. Sink was plumbed backwards (hot/cold). Room did seem clean and it was inexpensive, but.......

I had a very pleasant overnight stay here. Large room with comfy bed, satellite TV, fridge, microwave, desk and chair. Great location and friendly front desk person.

We live right down the street, have problems with our plumbing. Its very convenient, however this time the tub was full of hair and very stained. The floors were so sticky I went home and got bleach to clean the tub and bathroom floor. Its very important these days to keep things very clean, COVID and the flu... Anyway its a very nice place to stay, if you dont mind the train noise Im used to it living so close...💜🤪🤪. Stay Safe, Happy Holidays. The price is great ! Good location. Very nice family owned.

It seems nice enough when pulling in, but dont be fooled. For $80.00 a night their beds are disgusting. The mattress is stained and cruddy. I called their reception when I found the state of the bed & got a very hostile response. They will not change dirty sheets.Lousy everything, you are better off spending $20 more and staying in a Wyndham or best western.

All I needed was to have a clean and comfortable room to sleep till 6 am.I don’t recommend this motel at all.The money that I paid wasn’t worth it.The room has a very bad smell like dirty clothes!There wasn’t any toilet paper when we arrived.The floor was not cleaned. It was full of dust.The bath tub and washstand sink were really disgusting.There were a few disgusting stains on bed sheets.

When I arrived at the hotel, there wasnt a soul at the counter to greet me and check me in. I spent a good 5 minutes ringing the bell with no luck, so I decided to look up their phone number and give them a call.Finally, someone answered the phone and to tell me that I had missed the check-in time and should come back tomorrow. It was already 10 pm, and just half an hour ago I had booked a room for that very night through a booking website. But this guy on the other end of the line kept throwing one absurd argument after another: first, he insisted I come back the next day; then he claimed my booking was for yesterday, not today; and to top it off, he tried to convince me that today was magically June 2nd, not June 1st. It felt like I had entered the Twilight Zone!Thankfully, after some persistence, I heard the sound of the bell ringing through the phone, and it hit me that the guy was simply hiding behind some door, for who knows what reason. I kept bombarding him with phone calls and bell rings until he finally emerged from his cave and begrudgingly checked me in.This whole experience was bizarre. Ive never encountered anything like it before. Now, I get that its a budget hotel and the room may not be top-notch, but the level of service I received was absolutely inexcusable.

Stayed for 3 weeks and did not have a welcoming experience by staff and management. TV hardly ever worked during the stay and the Wi-Fi was spotty. Definitely a budget motel and last resort option.

I knocked off a couple stars on my second trip here. First room was pleasant enough, very minimal as far as amenities but clean. The next room was in bad shape, the bed was hard and bumpy, the ceiling was badly patched in spots, identifiable knuckle impressions dented the in and outside of the door. The heat was all or nothing, 2 out of 4 outlets didnt work (inconvenient for the bathroom) the bathroom exhaust fan was deafening and Im almost deaf, the water wasnt heating up and there was rust in the sink and bathtub. When all this is combined with the excusable previous issues ( super thin bedcover, no blanket. no coffee maker or iron or cups, only 2 towels) I felt like I was staying at the scene of a police raid in another country)

Wheres the ice machine is literally the only question I asked the guy and was told to go down the street to purchase ice at a store. That is one of the basic things in having a motel, obviously this foreigner 😱 just doesnt get it. Room and bed softness was a joke. If you like sleeping on the floor with a shower youll love this! 🙈
