Great location between two highways. All modernized amenities. Quiet air conditioning and water faucets. No sound from other rooms. Huge pool to chill out in. Laundry and day rooms being upgraded. Meal tickets earned and used through restaurant in building. Full menu and convenience center chargeable to room. Local food Mexican and Sushi Excellent.

I have stayed in Holiday Inns as a member all across the country and this was by far my worst experience. Jason, at the front desk, when we checked in was awesome. Got us to our room and we were happy until I went to take a shower. The plumbing was so bad that by the time I got out, the tub was half full. The air conditioning in our room was slow to cool the room and couldn’t keep up with the heat. When I explained that my husband couldn’t take a shower, the lady at the front desk this morning was less than concerned about my issue. Not a great experience at all…

Night receptionist was awesome and very friendly. Rooms were very nice as you can see in the pictures.Very nice channel selection from DirecTV and the AC worked like a champ!Hot water for the shower and all essentials were provided; body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and lotion.

My wife and I stayed two nights at the Holiday Inn Victorville over the weekend. I requested a very quiet room, and they accommodated without hesitation. I pre-purchased breakfast each morning, and expected nothing more than a continental style breakfast bar. I was pleasantly surprised with a full service menu, and blown away by quality food and delicious presentation not seen at most of the finer breakfast restaurants in the area.

We stayed here 2 nights. The rooms were clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. I loved that they provide Dove Body Wash, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap. Would stay again.

By far the worst Holiday Inn I have ever stayed. Basically they took the old Ambassador Hotel from some years ago. Yes that Ambassador Hotel with all the problems from gangs to service. Threw some paint over it etc. I should have googled the address as that was on my list not to stay.1. You pay at least 20 for breakfast not free, but ours was because of Military. Lipstick on Orange juice glass, then hair on the coffee platter. We just left and went to Dennys across the interstate.2. Staff is okay at best, but not too where we stayed the night before at Lake Havasu Holiday Inn (I recommend going there).3. Rooms and Parking Lot. Next to the Budget Motel and probably looks better than this place. Not a lot of lights at night so prepare yourself and be aware. Room is basically the old stuff from the Ambassador and a few Holiday Inn updates, but you can tell this is not to a Holiday Inn standard even the ones I have stayed in that were Renovated blow this Motel 6 looking place out the water.4. Bathroom so people can read this one. Light is minimum. When taking a shower minimal lighting.5. Room was $120 for military which made me book this one, but I know this area very well since I grew up in the area and should have checked to make sure it was not an old hotel. Otherwise the 4-5 star either were at 200+ a night or no vacancy.

The general service and rooms are acceptable. The bed was very comfortable, and the cleanliness was great. It was a bit confusing to find the entrance when it was dark, but I eventually made it. The personnel is kind, and the hotels location is convenient for a stopper.

When I checked in last evening I was asked for my email. Being a compliant customer I surrendered it thinking they wanted to send check in/out receipts or something similar. When I woke up this morning I found that I was signed up for IHG rewards. I NEVER consented to sign up for this. After speaking to another employee, whoever gets the most people signed up for this gets a bonus.After staying on the phone for an hour and a half this morning that have finally submitted a ticket to delete this sub authorized account.If you believe that companies should not sell your private information and sign you up for emails/programs that you do not want to participate in, I would go somewhere else.

I checked into a room last Monday and the customer service was awful. There were 2 ladies working at the desk named Rosalie and Jane. Both were way more interested in figuring out their holiday plans than doing their jobs. Any questions I had were met with quick and short answers. Obviously I was interrupting their conversations. The rooms are nice but the employees could use an overhaul.

The reason for the 2 stars is the following reasons; the entrance is very hard to get into with how traffic is situated and most of the time you need to cross the bridge, find a place to turn around, and then come back. The breakfest they make you pay for is literally differently named items from a holiday inn express that are dumb expensive, like $15 biscuits and gravy thats free at most holiday inns. Lastly all you hear all night is the elevator humming up and down and Im not even close to the elevator, Im at least 170ft away from it!!!All in all not a good holiday inn, dont recommend unless you have no choice
