Our stay at this Holiday Inn was great. We are grateful to Brittany from the Front Desk, she was very nice everyday we saw her, and she explained us so good how to go to Disney and about breakfast and the bus! We didn’t even ask but she was amazing!!! as well as the cleaning person who was very friendly at all times. Clean room, large pool, very nice gift shop, with everything you need to shop for food before leaving for Disney, which is very close to this hotel. However, I cannot give 5 stars, on our last night we needed help with the receptionists to print some work documents, we were assisted by Cassandra who was not kind to us, we asked her herself about helping us with a document and if we could have coffee in the fourth and he told us to go into the hotel kitchen, which was with the lights off. She just looked so annoyed about our questions. We found it to be a lack of professionalism and kindness on their part, added to their poor treatment. We thought that perhaps her coworker next that night could help us but they both seemed unwilling to help us either with the printing or with having coffee. Disney is an amazing experience, so clearly people are going to have a good time and take a break from everyday life. That being said, I would recommend training for your receptionists. We have stayed at many Holidays and it was the first time we noticed that a receptionist did not have the right attitude.

We used this Holiday Inn location because of the fair pricing and ideal location (we had a weekend at Disneyland). The one thing that did happen was that on out first night, we realized the AC unit fan was not blowing at optimum (never mind maximum) power. Fortunately, the thermostat was working. We had made a late check in (around 10 pm) so we knew maintenance would have been gone for the day. Nevertheless, at its highest power setting, it was barely blowing air. Consequently, the evening was quite uncomfortable. Next morning, I called the Front Desk and requested that maintenance fix the AC. Happily, when we returned from Disneyland that evening (late evening hours again), the AC was indeed fixed! We had a more comfortable sleep that night! Lastly, the staff was always friendly and accommodating, especially with our request for a shower chair (my daughter had sprained her ankle and we were not in an ADA-configured room). Thanks!

We booked a themed suite with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The room was spacious and well decorated. My girls loved it! The restaurant was not good, and it was also never busy, so I assume everyone else felt the same. The walk to Disneyland is easy and took approximately 20-30 minutes, to the inside of the park, one direction pushing a double stroller. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay here again!

My recent stay at the Holiday Inn Anaheim was overall a positive experience. Situated in a terrific location and offering amazing value for the money, the hotel proved to be a convenient choice for my trip.The hotels proximity to attractions like Disneyland and other entertainment venues made it an ideal base for exploration. Additionally, the affordability of the accommodations was a definite plus, especially for budget-conscious travelers like myself.However, my stay was slightly marred by some cleanliness issues. Upon arrival, I discovered something sticky on my pillowcase, and the overall cleanliness of the room left something to be desired. They were minor inconveniences and didnt detract from the otherwise pleasant atmosphere.The staff at the Holiday Inn Anaheim were exemplary. From check-in to check-out, they were unfailingly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. Their professionalism and attentiveness truly enhanced my overall impression of the hotel.In conclusion, my experience at the Holiday Inn Anaheim was largely positive due to its excellent location, great value, and exceptional staff. I would definitely stay there again.

About a 15 minute walk to the parks. Our room was ready SUPER early, which was awesome. We stayed in a Star Wars suite. Beds were comfy and I was pleased with the price. Right outside our room at the top of the stairs in building 5, we got a great view of the DL fireworks one more time before we left the next day.

The hotel room was great. The bed was SUPER comfortable with a plush mattress (for someone who hasnt slept in a proper bed in months, it was heaven). Bathroom was pretty standard, although the door covers access to the toilet paper rolls. Air conditioning was great. Distance to Disneyland is VERY close by! Its right behind the Mickey & Friends/Pixar Pals parking structure. Had a fantastic sleep, and my reservation had breakfast included, which is an additional fee, but I didnt mind. Parking is also an additional fee. There is a childrens water park on the premises, but I was not in view of an actual swimming pool. Theres also a gift shop next to the receptionist desk. Also, I didnt know I would get a welcome gift (snacks) as an IHG Rewards member, so thank you very much for a very lovely and pleasant stay! I will definitely come back.

The breakfast was amazing! It was a self serve buffet style of hearty foods, pastries, fresh fruit, cereal, and more! The staff was very kind and helpful. My family loved the pool and hot tub. It’s within walking distance of Disneyland even with kids. It was a great price, and we were able to prepay for our stay. We will no doubt stay here next time we’re in the area!!I see some reviews mentioning that rooms could be updated. While this is true, they aren’t so bad. Let’s be honest, this hotel is close to Disney, a good budget option, and a comfy place to crash after a full day at Disneyland/DCA. Sure, it’s not a high end hotel, but it was great!

Excellent location. Less than a 10 minute walk to Disney’s main entrance where Disney land and Disney Adventure Park gates meet. Felt safe. Panera and McDonalds on way to Disney. Lots of people walking so felt very safe.Room was spacious. We had a suite as there were 6 of us. Room was spacious but very cold for those sleeping by AC.Breakfast was plenty and delicious! Very clean. Beautiful property. Be prepared to pay for parking about $37 per vehicle. We knew this in advance. Great stay would define you stay again!

My sister and I chose this hotel for our birthday trip mainly due to its proximity to Disney, which turned out to be the only positive aspect of our stay. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by several issues:Cleanliness: The room was not well-maintained. The remote control was covered in black gunk, indicating it hadnt been cleaned in a long time, and the shower head was also dirty.Construction Noise: Upon arrival, we found out there was ongoing construction at the hotel. While construction is understandable, we were not informed beforehand, leading to an unpleasant surprise and constant noise throughout our stay. This lack of transparency felt like a deliberate omission to avoid losing business.Early Morning Noise: Every morning around 4 AM, we were disturbed by a garbage truck beeping and taking out trash. When I brought this up to the hotel staff, my concerns were dismissed with a remark that no one else has mentioned that, making me feel unheard and invalidated.Late Check-Out Miscommunication: A major issue occurred with our late check-out. We were given a specific time for late check-out, which we confirmed with the staff. However, while we were at Downtown Disney, we received a call demanding we vacate the room immediately. This unexpected change disrupted our plans, and when we returned to the hotel, we found our room door locked. A housekeeper nearby helped us retrieve our bags. At the front desk, we were met with rude staff who cut us off and insisted we had misunderstood the check-out time, offering no apologies for the inconvenience.Overall, the combination of a dirty room, construction noise, early morning disturbances, and poor customer service resulted in a very disappointing end to what should have been a special birthday trip. We left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied, and this is a stay wed rather forget.

As a known traveler to the Philippines, we are used to roaches crawling everywhere. Its humid and hot there. When my wife screamed out loud while I was taking a #2 (you know sending the kids to the pool), sorry for that visual. I called the front desk, and they said it was uncommon and we were on the first level. they asked us if we wanted to switch rooms and this was the second day so we were like its fine can house cleaning come and clean it up. They gave us compt breakfast for our last day. I just wanted to share my experience of caring, compassion, and understanding about the whole roach fiasco. Im not complaining about it, Im just sharing my experiences there. We will book again to the holiday inn on our next vacation. My daughter loves disneyland.

Nice little find! Took us less than 10 minutes to reach downtown Disney by foot. While the rooms are definitely a bit outdated the prices are well worth it. Cool staff up front. Solid breakfast option for $22. Disneys new expansion plans will only bring this hotel closer to the park.

Staff was amazing. Close to Disneyland, but further than a block, I think it’s a very BIG block to the backside of Disneyland, closer to about a mile walk (maybe a little less, maps said .9) No breakfast is included and you pay for parking. The rooms were so cute and whimsical, my grandkids were so excited to see Disney characters as the theme. However, they needed maintenance and updating BAD. We stayed in a family room which was like two separate rooms. The king room had one old plug strip only on one side of the bed, to plug in phones etc. it was located under the bed. Paint was chipped and peeling, curtains were ripped, or stapled up. Shower needed a good scrub with some tiles as there was mold in every corner. The kids room seemed better, but needed some paint etc.

Great hotel. Close to Disney. About a mile walk to the main park entrance, which is about .5 mile from the Disney hotel security entrance, on the west side of the park. We walked sometimes, did ART, and taxi. The food was really good for hotel food especially the pizza. The pool was great. Hotel was SO quiet given the location.

I stayed here for two nights last month ago and it was wonderful!! I felt safe staying there. The location was perfect and close to the Disneyland park.I want to thank to Cassandra and Itzy the front desk staffs to make me feel I was welcomed and to make sure I was safe. We have stayed at several locations in the Anaheim areas to go to Disneyland and explore the areas. I would have to say that this is the nicest hotel that we have stayed at. The staff where very friendly and helpful, parking was a breeze they had valet to park for you. Just unload the bags and leave at he desk if you are going to the park. It is only about a 5-10 minute walk to the gate, very manageable and we where never walking on a crowded sidewalk because everyone seems to talk the other way on Harbor. The breakfeast was great lots of options both mornings we where there, they where working to bring food out all morning so I would get there early to have better choices because they tend to change what they have or what they are making.

The rooms need some work. Yes, it is a Holiday Inn, but they still could put some more effort into making the rooms look nice. The rooms need some putty and paint in several spots. They need to replace the grout around the shower. They need to get new mattresses. They are very uncomfortable. They also need to put some more outlets in these rooms. There is only one exposed outlet. You have to pull the mattresses back from the wall and dig around to find the others. It was awful! However, it has a fridge, a microwave, a desk, and everything you would need in a room. The staff were very friendly, including the people at the counter and the people cleaning the rooms. The Jacuzzi was nice. The breakfast buffet was actually pretty good. It’s $25 a person, and kids 11 and under eat for free. This place is a 12 minute walk from Disneyland.

⚠️ Location is great. Shuttle to and from is great. However, the staff gave us a room that was disgusting and appliances that didnt work properly. Their elevator safety permit is over a year expired. Blood on the sheets and blankets, mold on the walls and curtains. Staff wouldnt move us to another room (no availability elsewhere). They took my deposit, told me Id get it back after check out. STILL havent received it back. Asked for help getting a refund on the horrid stay and service. They wouldnt even respond back. DO NOT bring your babies to this nasty establishment. ⚠️

Your lovely Hotel was such a beautiful and relaxing place to go. Holiday Inn & Suites, ❤️.I was there for the funeral and support, loss of life of a beautiful sister, daughter, young mother, an auntie, family and not for the Disneyland experience that clean and very lovely rooms were a bit a distraction from the emotional situation. I swear when the sheets to the duvet to the comforter pillowcases and beyond they were so perfect and felt like a cloud to lay on. Everything in my brother-in-laws room and mine was just as it should be perfect it was a perfect trip everything was great for the reason we had to be there it was definitely a distraction to have such a great room air conditioning was great and it was so hot outside to come back to our room and cool off and then go relax for a little while in the pool Thank you I really wish I knew what kind of sheet those were and that comforter it felt like down but I dont know.

Dont ever stay here if you can help it. They treat their customers like trash.Id first like to say, what should have been a very happy experience as this was our first time to Disneyland, turned out to be very unpleasant. As a large company, Holiday Inn should have better accomedations for when something like this (electricity going out) happens.No one checked on us! There was nothing offered to us personally at the time to compensate for any issues we had been experiencing. I had to get up super early to charge our (my husband and I) phones in the car. Charging them were necessary because we needed them for using the apps for the shuttle and the Disney theme parks. We also had to endure Ice cold showers, getting dressed in the dark. My husband wasnt even able to shave. Our keys are still not working correctly, which has caused us to get locked out of room and building quite a few times. My left over food had to be thrown away because the fridge did not keep it cold. A combination of these things and more also caused us to arrive at the parks later than we planned. At first the staff seemed nice. However, no one really initiated or offered any temporary solutions to the problems we had. They all just seemed at a loss for what to do. This was really the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. I have cried more times on this trip than I have the whole year.I understand that some things are out of their control, like a car hitting a pole and taking the electricity out, but we should not have to take that loss. What was within their control, is accomidating their customers for more than just removing a few nights parking as parking cost them nothing. My husband and I saved and budgeted, so that we can take off work and have a nice vacation week. We are not able to do that often. This happened right on the days that mattered the most. Smack dab in the middle of our vacation. Those were our main days that we needed to rest and to have a good night sleep and a hot shower. This started our days off at Disney, tired and frustrated. Holiday Inn is a large hotel chain and should be prepared to compensate and accomadate. Holiday Inn did not even comp us for the two main days/nights the electricity was out. Two full days we spent in darkness. No tv, No microwave, No air, No heat, No hot water, No working keys. None of the things promised when we booked the rooms. They only offered us free parking for this huge inconvenience. I will never again stay at a Holiday Inn. They hate their customers.In answer to Holiday Inns response. Its simple. Whether it was your fault or not, we as the customer didnt get what we paid for, which was a room with electricity, working fridge, working microwave, working shower, working keys. So we should not have had to pay for the full payment of those days/nights that the electricity was out. Plain and simple. Also as many times as I saw the front desk employees, not one of them Ever mentioned anything about extra blankets, free breakfast, starbucks coffee, or anything like that to my husband or I. So I stand on everything I mentioned, that we personally were not offered anything while dealing with the issue. We paid for a room that advertised certain amenities and we didnt get them. Holiday Inn did not provide them and still charged us basically the same price as if we had got all that. So yeah, False Advertising. I now think Holiday Inn does bad business, not because the electricity went out but how the staff and Holiday Inn handled it. Oh and to say that youre disappointed that we feel that way is kind of condescending. What about our disappointment? And if you cant see our perspective on that, then thats the problem. Hospitality is your business and you all failed.It seems like you all just changed your response to make my response sound unreasonable. You also still sound condescending saying that, you did all you could for your customers, when that wasnt my experience. Your words maintain an air of you did everything right, basically deflecting accountability.

During check in they mixed up, they put us in my father in law’s room because they were incapable to read names correctly. Lucky for them we were actually related so no such a big deal in this case however the fact that they could not communicate that within the front desk staff messed up things.Second day of our stay they would not let us have our breakfast that we paid regardless of showing them proof of payment and this was to the Manager which really showed how inexperienced she is in the position, no willingness to help at all not even tried to come up with solutions just a “sorry it is not in my system!!” It seemed very inconvenient for her to figure out things for a customer. And a sarcastic “have a nice day” at the end of my argument with her. Very rude… and yes I raised my tone of voice because I was entitled not only because I was correct I also have been Hotel Manager in the past so I know how many things she could have done to solve my problem and make it right. But doing her job right was an inconvenience, no need for it, as long as she gets her pay check I guess….Food was rough anyway uncooked egg, dry sausage, soft bacon, etc.Rooms are old, I couldn’t come out of the shower with our setting the smoke alarm.Wifi didn’t work the whole time we were there.Never staying in a Holiday Inn again. But they don’t care about quality service since this place it is always full since it is right next to Disneyland…so yeah location is great but not worth the bad service and old rooms.

Rooms are good. All staff is helpful and friendly. Any request we had was completed in a timely fashion. Restraunt is good, but quite expensive for the breakfast.Pool was quiet and clean.Overall our experience was great. We would stay here again and recommend anyone to stay here.

Meh. Hotel wasnt anything special. You can literally hear everything innyour room. Hotel loby has no where to eat dinner and you are notnallowed tonuse the dining area unless you huy their food. No place to fill water bottles with filtered water in lobby. Elevator was broken so only one was avalible and constanly packed. Room has a flickering light that makes it impossible to keep bathroom light on. Just mediocre. Holiday inn express has better standars.

Hotel is good but the shuttle service is slow for how close it is to Disneyland. We ended up walking because we didn’t want to wait anymore. If you don’t want to make the 13min walk you might have to wait 30min for the shuttle

Yes there are hidden fees. $25 food vouchers per day. Location is great and the staff is very friendly. The elevator closest to the lobby is past due for its inspection (I was there 2 weeks ago and it expired in September). The only reason I looked was because it makes this weird sound every time like it’s trying its hardest to get you where you need to go. The breakfast buffet was ok. The turkey sausage was dry and drinks were not included. You could get orange juice or milk but anything else cost money. Oh and if there are 2 of you, you will have to pay $22 a person. So I already HAVE to spend the $25 voucher I was FORCED to buy but now I have to pay additional if I want to have breakfast with my husband. Also the rooms have no USB ports. Anywhere I’ve stayed the last 10 years has a usb port. So I did not pack one. My husband bought one for me at the little shop in the hotel and it didn’t work. We were able to return it bur the employee had to call someone to process the return. They won’t make your bed unless you tell the front desk. Rooms are dirty and the shower pressure is non existent. Thankfully we didn’t come for the hotel room but for Disneyland. The employees were amazing! Hopefully they update the hotel or else in the future we will pick somewhere else to stay.

The accommodations were as expected. The bathroom was a bit small, however having the sink and mirror outside of the bath area made up for it. Downtown Disney is about a 15 minute brisk walk, or you can purchase tickets for a daily shuttle that takes you to the park entrance.A $25 hotel food voucher is provided per room per day. We used only a couple of them for breakfast items.

We had a 2 room family suite paid over $2800 for the time we were here. The windows don’t open, and bathroom fan don’t work makes the noise but doesn’t remove the steam from showers. There is black mold in bathroom and the windows in the room are all covered in condensation from the steam from shower. The room is musky and no ventilation, unless you turn air on to have some type of fresh air. Yes you have a $25 fee that they have for “food” at restaurant but you basically get a pizza for the price. The only perk for staying here was the Art shuttle service but also have to pay $6 a day. This is a walk from Disney after walking all day. Same day as checking in got a note slid under the door the phones and internet were down. Absolutely unacceptable to not even get a discount.

Great location! Very close and short walk to downtown Disneyland and Disneyland Hotel. Weve been staying every Memorial Day Weekend for 7 years and have had excellent customer service except this year. We were denied extra room keys when asked as well. Our room had Two queen size beds, small bathroom and a little tight space in general. In the past weve stayed in the character rooms and they are excellent. Cleaning service was good they offered clean towels and other items we requested very quickly and were very polite. The restaurant on site is great and prices are good. There is a small bar area on site adjacent to the dining area which offers good drinks. My husband is a platinum elite member and usually gets upgraded when requested but this year was very unsatisfied with the service given at the check in desk!

Overall it felt somewhat underwhelming, the 2-queen room we had was cramped and had an annoying layout, it felt like it had not been updated since the early 2000’s. You’re definitely going to be paying for the location, it’s a convenient 15 minute-ish walk to downtown Disney. There’s also an amenity fee that does not seem to be disclosed anywhere, as well as a parking fee so planning on paying $50+ more than the advertised price. There is a cute little Disney gift shop inside, and the restaurant employees were very polite. Overall an underwhelming experience.

For the price, you really cant beat this hotel. The hotel is a fairly short walk from Disneyland property, with easy access to a shuttle service offered through the City of Anaheim. The common areas are modern and well kept. I wont lie - the rooms could be a bit more modern. This was especially noticeable in the bathroom, which was in need of a facelift. That said, the rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and genuinely seemed like they wanted to help make our stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. I would have absolutely no hesitation about staying here again.

We had 7 people, so we had a 2 bedroom suite. When we went to check in to our room, we were there early. Was told room was not ready until about 3 or 330 came back, 3 PM check in and was still not ready, came back at 4 PM was still not ready. Staff was rude.We had no extra chairs to sit on if we were sleeping on the couch. Both bathrooms had lots of Mold and mildew in the showers and in bath. Air in the second bedroom with the 2 Queens size. Beds was not working was very, very hot in there.. They make you pay $25 for food vouchers, but when you go to order some of the food they were out, they did not have a very good selection. Theyre breakfast buffet was not good at all. And when you look around, there was too many kids with their hands in the food. I would never eat that. Sweet ended up wasting $75 in food vouchers that we did not use. I can say I would never recommend or stay at this hotel again.. You get a better experience at the Motel 6 on the other side of the park.

Was not aware that there was an Avengers theme to the room when I booked it, was surprised when we walked in and found Avengers bedding on both queen beds, Avengers posters on the walls and an Avengers living room wall. The headboards of the beds are not being cleaned, there was lots of dust and lint and an old tootsie roll on the floor behind one of the headboards. You get what you pay for... And pay and pay!! This hotel might seem like the cheapest IHG hotel in the area, but BEWARE the extra charges! You literally get what you pay for here!Theres a $30 extra charge just because. Breakfast isnt really free, you get a voucher and its a use it or lose it situation that may or may not cover breakfast for ONE person, you pay a hefty parking fee (that used to be free), and even doing LAUNDRY will cost you about $12 per tub if you have jeans that require more than 35 minutes of drying.Some staff are nice. Others...well, Ill leave that right here. The location is good if youre going to Disneyland.The place is literally falling apart, several things broke or were broken during our stay including the pool.The beds were ok, very hard if you like that. The food was disgusting. They are so overpriced that the vouchers only cover one person (maybe) and they only give you one voucher for $25 to use for EITHER breakfast or dinner. And if you miss it, too bad.The best thing besides the location is that they have Dove toiletries in regular sized containers at the sink and shower so you dont have to fiddle with tiny bottles while wasting gallons of water trying to wash your hair. First time staying at this hotel. When I first walked in the doors I was impressed. The hotel was better than I was expecting. However, as soon as I checked in my room I was shocked to find a mickey mouse stuffy wrapped in plastic with a note saying that if the plastic is removed I will be charged $50. THANKFULLY my toddler was not with me. I can imagine this causes a great deal of stress for guests. It caused me to be instantly bothered and dampen the magic. In every regards.We got in late last night and the lady forgot our vouchers, Lukes team made it right the next day for our breakfast.Our mini fridge wasnt working, a maintenance guy was in our room within 5 minutes of bringing it to their attention.Again, management is amazing.The condition of the facility is a corporate issue. Theres cracking between the walls and the ceiling, mold in the bathroom on the shower, squeaky doors, VERY uncomfortable pull out mattress and a few other things to just expect when booking the cheapest hotel resort () type place next to Disneyland.Our kids had a blast and were none the wiser for all of the things my wife and I would have complained about if we had paid much more money given the location.The reality is that this hotel has rooms that is catered for kids and lived in by kids for very many days at a time. Kids get crazy and the whole hotel would go bankrupt if they kept the prices the same while keeping up with all of the damages as frequently as they need to. (Except the mold.... We’ve stayed here several times now, this time around we’ve been more unsatisfied with our stay than before- the pool is closed for the foreseeable future, drained and looks under construction. So if you’re counting on this, then don’t! Great location to Disneyland but they have let things run down in the hotel since I last stayed there. First the elevator ride was scary, and took a good minute to open. It’s was almost scarier than tower of terror. Second, they are not dusting. I had cobwebs all above my bed. The reason I saw it close I turn on the next to the bed when I was about to go to sleep. Grab a towel did it my self. There was cranked tiles by the toilet. The toilet you had flush twice for it go down. The sockets in the walls are very loose. My room never got serviced the second day. Great location for Disneyland and genuinely an easy and safe 10 minute walk so you can leave the car parked at the hotel and take a few days off driving.Our room was fine. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast each day had a wide range of options including fresh fruit and cooked items. Service was a bit mixed, but really all you needed was coffee topping up.Only downside was the rather cheeky amenity fee, especially as they continued to charge it despite the pool being closed and out of action for some time by the looks of it. In 2023 I don’t think you can justify an extra fee for Wi-Fi and a laundry room! You can use as a credit for the restaurant so it wasn’t the end of the world.

I stayed at the Disneyland Hotel right next to downtown Disney for 3 days and transferred over to this hotel (Holiday Inn & Suites) for another 3 days. It was a 10 minute walk from each other and I had all my luggage. My kids 4 & 5 really enjoyed the pool and splash pad. Great location and has a restaurant that’s extremely fast and little store to get anything you need. Very cute hotel and great place if you’re taking your family to Disneyland. The only two things I will complain about is we had to replace our keycard about 10 times because it stops working constantly. Also if management is reading this please please please remind your receptionist if they are on the phone or talking to a customer and they see someone waiting in line just a quick “I’ll help you in a minute” would be nice that way we know we feel validated. I was there Wednesday around noon august 2nd and the receptionist was on the phone for about 20 minutes and could care less I was behind the counter 2 feet away from her waiting. It was almost comical of how she was avoiding me. A quick “just a minute” would be awesome other than that this place was great!

They have a $25 dollar resort fee/ night for things such as pool, fitness center, etc. The pool was closed! It is under repair for 4-6 weeks. They could have mentioned that in their website or at least reduce the fee. They mentioned you can go to another hotels pool that is a 10 min drive. That is not affordable for everyone! Just came back from a great 7 night stay here. Staff are fantastic! As most people say, the lift is slow and a little annoying but didn’t give us a problem really. The restaurant and bar is great and the staff there are so attentive! If you are a couple you may want the king room, our travel agent booked the 2 doubles and they are not particularly big doubles so my wife and I slept in separate beds for the week (still got told off for snoring haha). We are fast walkers so it took us 5/7 mins to security for Down Town Disney. Never felt too far and if you want a trick, get the shuttle to the parking area, go to the first floor and then walk on Disneyland Hotel walkway and go down the steps then you only have a short walk to the hotel. Would definitely stay again!

Rooms appear nice but have a few downsides weird ceiling stains, a stain on a blanket that was some kind of crusty material. We found a pincher bug in the tub and our friend in the room next door found a literal cockroach dead off in the corner of the room yikes.Cons: $22 a day for parking, roughly 30 a day fee in resort fees AND another 30 a day in “amentities” fee so $60 per night on top of base rate plus parking. Grand total was around 220 a night factor that in because there are better hotels in the area that seem more expensive but don’t have as many bogus hidden fees. Sadly this is becoming the norm for hotels. Also amenity fee should cover WiFi which is nonexistent in the rooms. Signal is very weak and unusable at -89dBm.Pro tip save on parking and say you don’t have a car there’s residential parking across the street you could probably get away with using for a few days.

Its the second time Ive stayed here and its ok. I like that you can walk to the parks, but be warned if youre not accustomed to walking it will feel very far after a day in the parks. They say it covers having a pool and exercise room, which I believe are included free at most hotels in the area. You can also take a bus for $6 all day to Disneyland drop off area.Breakfast buffet at Onyx restaurant next to lobby has typical fare you get (sometimes for free) at other hotels but here it’s $20+ per adult. Note: you get a $25 dining credit per room per day and also kids eat free with each paying adult when you are a hotel guest so that helps offset that. Staff at restaurant were really friendly.Be prepared to pay high taxes, an amenity fee and parking fee when you reserve. In our case we got an deal thru Priceline for $120/night for two nights. We paid a total of $420 for two nights $120/night plus $75 ish in taxes, $22/night parking fee and $58 amenity fee to give you an idea. This is not including room tip for housekeeping and breakfast for additional adult. Just keep this in mind as you are booking in the Disneyland resort area and apparently this is common practice.Overall we enjoyed our stay and will probably return.

This $29.30 per night extra fee essentially forces the hotel guests to leave Disneyland to eat at the hotel restaurant during their limited hour to claim this value. Hotel rooms are older and definitely showing signs of wear and tear. Bedding and bathroom are clean. Air worked perfect had a little trouble with turning the shower on, we reported that when we checked out. The carpet needed attention. All in all the entire room needs an update. We walked to the parks and back 3 out of 5 days I would say I’m a slow walker and the most it took us was 24 minutes from hotel room to park gates (down town Disney route) Uber/Lyft was so easy and convenient as the week went on and the park drain set in. We are people who go to the parks from rope drop till close so we don’t need fancy just clean. For the price I would definitely recommend booking as long as you can over look a few small things. There isnt an elevator if they give you a second floor suite. There are only elevators that I saw for some of the regular rooms.The suite was very big and accommodating for all six of us. Well worth the money. We did find some hair on the ground by chance, between the nightstand and the bed when a pair of glasses fell down between there it came up with some hair that none of us had the color of. That was kind of gross. Also the shower handle came off in the master bedrooms bathroom. The sink in the other bathroom had a very difficult to operate handle. Like it was broken. Im platinum with IHG. I mostly stay HI as its in the middle. This is definitely not up to par. There was no walking to the parks. Take the bus. They offer you a food voucher to offset the ridiculous scam of the resort fee. The restaurant is open AFTER most leave for the parks and closes way BEFORE you return. I went 1 morning while hubby was getting ready and was going to get small plate for us to share (I had surgery and very strict diet) and was told no. Checking in was a breeze and the lady was friendly and happy to answer all of my questions. Thats really the only positive part of the stay. Pool and waterpad were under construction, which was really the only reason I booked with this hotel. That was a disappointment. Didnt find this out until I was checking in. They couldve at least offered discounted breakfast or even free parking. Cambria suites would have been a better option, if youre looking for a swimming area. Room service between nights consisted of towel and cup replacements. We were able to see the fireworks on our first night from the window at the end of the hall. Parking was convenient. This is a great place to stay if you are on a budget. Walkable to Disney downtown and the trams, but 1/3 the price of staying in one of the Disney hotels. The rooms are clean, the pool is nice, and the restaurant is good. We were very pleased with our stay.You can see some of the Disney fireworks from the pool area.We made the 3 minute drive to the Disney & Friends parking garage each day, but you can easily walk it.

This hotel is not a block from Disney, as advertised. We frequent IHG hotels and this Holiday Inn is subpar for what we expect from that brand. The breakfast is similar to Holiday Inn Express. The building is very dated. Themed suites were cute but cheesy - subpar for a hotel so close to Disney. I think we were expecting standard quality Holiday Inn and that level is probably found at the Disney resorts. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It has a fantastic gift shop.

When my wife and I checked in on the first night, we had quite a few issues with our room. Our heater didnt work, the bathtub filled up with water, the water didnt get hot, and the smoke detector repeatedly went off. Thankfully, we were placed in a new room the following morning with no issues. The beds are super comfortable, and the Onyx restaurant was our favorite part. We were unaware that when booking your room, you can get breakfast included, which we will do in the future. We went to the Onyx every morning for breakfast and once for dinner. The food was phenomenal, and the service was wonderful. We are appreciative of Maria, Emilio, Sergio, and of course, the cook and the other staff members whose names we did not catch. They were all so kind, friendly and funny. Thank you for making our experience so outstanding! We will definitely be returning here on our next trip. 10-15 min walk from the park depending on how fast you walk. Also the little store market they have in the hotel has everything you need. This is currently our favorite place to stay when visiting Disneyland. A few things to know;1. They do charge for parking but there is plenty of it. Some other hotels in the area run out!2. It is actually walking distance to Disneyland - Walk south on Walnut, turn left onto Magic Way, and take the second right onto Downtown Drive. Walk directly into Downtown Disney via Downtown Drive. (Do not take the bag check on the left side of the street next to the Stitch Cast Member Lot. That bag check is for Cast members and theyll turn you around back to Downtown Drive). The bag check youll use is at the end of Downtown Drive (on the East side of the Disneyland Hotel). The walk takes about 10-15 minutes.3. The hotel has a hot tub to soak in after walking all day.4. The hotel is clean and super easy to get in and out of. Walnut St is a far less busy area surrounding Disneyland and you wont even feel like youre staying in a tourist location.The bag security area of Disneyland is also way less busy on this side of the park since most everyone uses Harbor Blvd to enter (just dont enter the Mickey and Friends parking garage).5. The hotel room has a fridge so pack food to save money. You wont feel like eating out after walking all day.6. The hotel is in a quiet location of the Disneyland Area. Unlike the hotels on Harbor Blvd, this hotel is located on Walnut St in a diverse middle class neighborhood typical of Anaheim CA. Youll see other Disneyland walkers but not nearly as many as youd see on Harbor.Other tips...1. Consider doing what we do - Go to the parks when they first open since the ques are short, leave the parks around noon or 1 pm and rest at the hotel for a few hours, and then go back to the parks in the evening. Youll breeze by hundreds of worn out tourists and save your feet in the long run.2. If you want to eat out and Downtown Disney is too busy to get a table, consider eating at the Grand California Hotel in Downtown Disney. They have a buffet restaurant and a couple of Cafes. The prices are a bit steep but there are less people. Additionally, you can access it from Downtown Disney or directly from the California Adventure Theme Park.Hope this helps!

The best part of this hotel is the location. It is adjacent to the Mickey & Friends Parking Structure which means you can walk to the Downtown Disney Monorail in about 15 minutes and the tram from Disney Parking in about 20 minutes utilizing the walkway that passes over Magic Way. The ART bus also stops at the front door (under the port cochere of the hotel, not on the street - right in the parking lot!).Issues that bring it down from 5 stars include the fact that the pricing structure (nightly rate) does not include a mandatory $25 daily Resort Fee which covers amenities such as the pool, wifi and a $25 Food & Beverage Credit which can be used for either dinner or breakfast the following morning. However, the hours of the on-site restaurant for which these dated certificates can be used are quite limited. The breakfast offered was a buffet only, and a sign stated that food could not be taken out and back to the rooms, so no sharing. A buffet breakfast at just a few cents shy of $22 meant that the F&B credit was good for one person only. Aside from that, I did not receive the F&B certificates at check-in. It was only because I remembered the additional charge that I went back the next morning to inquire and receive them.On top of this, parking is at $22/day. Add that into your budget if driving to Anaheim.The other issue is cleanliness and maintenance. I had read in a previous review that one of the elevators was not operational. The same issue plagued us throughout our stay. We were about 100 feet from the elevator that wasnt working, but had to take the stairs or walk long distances to the only other elevator I was aware of at this huge property (largest HI Ive ever seen). Seems that maintenance is not a high priority.Cleanliness is another issue. Having read this in reviews, I was prepared, but found a used washcloth hanging over the curtain rod in the bathroom (which, btw, was quite small. I chose to dress outside the bathroom after showering. Thankfully the sink area is arranged in such a way as to offer some privacy from the rest of the guest room.)There was also only one trash can in the sink area, and not another in the sleeping area, which was quite inconvenient.Otherwise, the staff were generally friendly, if not particularly on top of things. Id stay here again mostly because of the proximity to the park without the crowded walk across Harbor Blvd. and the ART Bus pick-up and drop-off right in front of the lobby doors. But I it didnt meet my expectations for a Holiday Inn. YMMV.

Old rooms! We stayed for 4 nights in a 2 queen star wars themed suite (which is the highest rate) and then decided to move out to another hotel due to the following:1. Very old suite that needs renovation ( there was mold in bathroom).2. Non-operative electrical sockets (2 out of 6 that actually work).3. No security safe in the room for valuable belongings.4. No hair dryer.5. Was not sure what is it about the room that is considered star-wars themed. It was only some stickers around the room, 6 frames of the movie posters. Very basic room!- 6. A self service laundry room that uses card for the washer and dryer which makes it easier to use them, but uses only coins for liquid detergent (Not sure how this should help).7. Its unfortunate Disney would consider this a Good Neighbor Hotel.I had high hopes for my stay here and legitimately thought most of the low-star reviews were exaggerated but sadly, many of those reviews are accurate and this hotel failed to meet the most basic needs in my experience.The staff was very friendly and the walking distance to the Disney parks was very convenient but those dont make up for everything else.This hotel is dated and cramped but that was somewhat expected. The long and narrow hallway to the elevator and rooms, which has a door housekeepers frequently go in and out of in addition to the fitness center, is awkward to pass through (especially with a lot of people and/or luggage), occasionally busy and/or noisy, and not very welcoming. It looks like a backroom at first.The elevator is very outdated, including its permit (although the hotel claims recieving a renewed one is out of their control in an answer to a previous review), as well as slow.The first night of our stay we discovered our shower drain was clogged with old hair when we attempted take a clean shower after an exhausting day at the Disney parks.You need to bring your own water. They do not offer free water bottles (which I can somewhat expect and understand from this sort of hotel) and I was directed to the vending machines which were both sold out of water. I appreciate the staff that offered to fill my bottle for me using presumably the staff appliances. The gift shop may sell water but it was not open early in the morning or late at night when we first arrived at the hotel and returned from the parks.Lastly, only one of the two keycards provided worked. Fortunately, I brought both with us before we left the room, otherwise we would have been locked out with a useless key when we returned.If youre planning on visiting the Disney parks, I strongly recommend spending a little more money to stay at a much more well-kept hotel. After a long day at the parks, the last thing you want to worry about is where you rest. Its an investment that youll thank yourself for later!

I would stay away from HI Anaheim due to service service quality and value.-No greeting or name badge at check-in ( was training someone also)-More fees and out-of-pocket expenses totaling $84 vs $0 fees/OOP at Santa Ana e.g. parking, amenity, a breakfast voucher for $25 for one. If you’re traveling with any pets do not go to this property. They advertise as a “pet friendly” Disney partner property. To anyone with common sense pet friendly means you can bring the pet and leave them in room barring you put down a pet deposit. Well, not here. Pet friendly means you have to take your pet everywhere you go which absolutely makes no sense since umm….there are no pets allowed in Disney parks. I even called to confirm policy before we arrived from out of rate and this caveat was never mentioned. The staff was really friendly however, the man at the front desk gave us some really bad advice about cutting through the parking garage to get to disneyland and we got extremely lost and walked for over 45 minutes. Maybe were missing something but Im not sure how people are walking to disneyland from the hotel in 12 minutes. Even when you map it, it says 23 minutes. When we booked we were not informed the splash park was not open which was the only reason we booked.We had our cat with us. The hotel said they were pet friendly. The fee was $50 which was a decent fee. but when we checked out they charged us $200 because there was a bit of kitty litter on the floor and they said there was poo on a towel lol there was a bit of food on a towel from whipping up a mess but definitely not poo.When I called in the cleaning manager refused to listen to me and said we were being charged because it took extra time to vacuum the litter and that people are allergic to pets so they had to make the room out of service because our cat stayed there.I guess you get what you pay for. We will never use Holiday Inn again and just stick to the Hilton we’re the service has always been exceptional.If you have a pet and plan on staying here don’t bother. Okay, so we just stayed for 3 nights and here is my honest review. Checked in and waited at least 5 minutes for the elevator to reach the 1st floor. I finally packed my luggage and went up the stairwell to the 3rd floor. I watched several people wait forever for the elevator. One night my daughter wanted to go to the pool and I was going to try the hot tub. It was packed and we were told when we went in the pool area that there were no towels and that guest have been asking for over an hour for dry towels. Garbage cans were overflowing with garbage too. Nobody ever went out of there way to make us feel like valued guest. Only thing really going for this hotel is the close proximity to Disneyland. Hot tub is small. There wasn’t even enough room for me to get in with how many guest were there. Pictures may portray a different look, if you know what I mean. Hope this helps.

Hotel is not 1 block from Disney as advertised. The one block is from the back entrance that only employees go through. It was a 25 minute walk to the park entrance. The additional add on for breakfast that you pay so that you can get free breakfast is actually not free. I double checked with multiple different people that our breakfast was free and they all said yes with no caveat. I even checked at check out and they said we werent charged but was later charged for a portion of my breakfast because my kids didnt order off the kids menu, which I was never told they had to. The room was large and my kids liked the star wars themed room but it was definitely not well cared for. I will never stay here again and will discourage anyone that asks me from staying here as well.

The benefit of staying here is its proximity to Disneyland. It is close to downtown Disney and makes for easy access to Disney. Otherwise, I did not like this hotel. To start, a $22 parking fee per day was a fun surprise. I always find fees like this to be rather pathetic. Not sure how I missed it on the posting as I make a point not to stay at places that do this. How else am I going to get there except by driving? Ridiculous policy. When I brought it up to management they said it’s the cheapest parking in the area. Really? I’ve stayed at 3-4 other hotels equidistant from Disney and didn’t pay a parking fee. As an IHG member this was also rather bothersome as I am usually quite happy with the company. Hotel needs some updates, the carpets in the hallways are half folded in many places, and the rooms are very cluttered to where you’re climbing over each other to move around. Like I said, close to the park and that was the only true benefit.

I just returned from a 7 night stay and I was very impressed with my whole experience. The staff at the front desk...ALL of them were so helpful, kind, accommodating, and NICE. The room attendants went above and beyond ensuring that my room was always clean. The hotel was about a 15 minute walk to Downtown Disney, which is where we caught the monorail into the park. Our room was clean and comfortable. The room wasnt large, but it provided plenty of room for 2 adults and one toddler. We didnt use any of the amenities, as we mostly used the hotel to sleep. The beds were quite comfortable. Great hotel for families. You can walk to the Disney entrance in about 15 minutes. Even less for Downtown Disney.Hotel staff is amazing, and they really know how to take care of guests of all ages.Restaurant and bar is a little spendy, but its cheaper than Disney food. It also had only 1 server for all of the guests, but he was working hard and was doing great.Rooms are pretty small, as well as the bathroom. Keep this in mind if you need to have more than 1 person getting ready at a time. Theres also a lack of power outlets in the rooms. Beds are comfortable. Water pressure in the shower is good. Room is very clean, but a little bit dated. Pool area looked good, but was FULL of people so I didnt get to check it out. Wi-Fi speed is good, even when using a VPN (always use a VPN on hotel Wi-Fi). No safe in the hotel room, but honestly this hotel seems very safe and secure. Air conditioning worked well (didnt get too hot or cold). In-room fridge worked great. Be aware that there is a fee to park here.Also be aware that Disney fireworks go off around 9pm and theyre pretty loud. You cant see them, but you will definitely hear them. I enjoy the loud booms, so it wasnt an issue for me.Unfortunately, I was in town for work and not a Disney vacation. But, if I do plan a Disney vacation, I will totally consider staying here again.

Unfortunately the website and photos led us to believe we would have free buffet breakfasts during our stay and a Disney-themed room. Only the suites have themed rooms, and the buffet is only free for guests staying in suites. Kids loved the pool, especially after a long day at the theme parks. There are no eating places nearby apart from restaurants at Downtown Disney, we ended up having breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant everyday and it was very nice!

We enjoy staying at this establishment for several reasons. The hotel is located a short, quiet clean walk to Disneyland, which is a nice change from hotels located on the other side of the park. The hotel offers a neat slash pad area my children love to play at and a pool with spa. The rooms are on the smaller side and a bit old but everything is neat and clean. The rates here are comparable to other closer sites but we prefer this hotel for its quiet location and amenities. The staff was great as well.

Very old hotel, we stayed in the 1 bedroom suite which space wise was nice but the bathroom layout was terrible. A larger person would hate using the restroom in this hotel. Needs upgrades!!! The staff did not explain that if we upgraded to the bigger room is would be a certain amount PER DAY they said it was one rate and we assumed it was for the entire stay so when we paid a couple hundred more upon checkout we were not happy. We will not return back to this hotel. It is about a 10 min walk to Disneyland, you will hit downtown Disney first if you take the correct way. Flat out refused a refund and looked bored dealing with the situation THEY created.They also have conflicting information given on the phone/website and in person when it comes to breakfast for a third person. On the phone/website they charge you $10 per day for the extra breakfast, but in person they dont increase the level of your breakfast credit.They may also try to imply that breakfast is ONLY buffet, which can run you a cost much higher than ordering off the menu (which is still possible). Dont make this error if you want off the menu.Servers and front desk staff are nice though.2. Using COVID as an excuse for cost cuttingThe turn down service must be manually requested, which is a hassle that is added on during packed days at Disneyland. When it is requested, staff come in and only turn down ONE bed and dont do anything to the other except use it as a dumping location for our items that they shift across the room.Then they didnt do it a second time, even when asked.They also didnt do it a THIRD time despite confirming and ensuring with the front desk three times in total after they failed to do it twice.3. You also may have to wait 10-20 min just to get seated even though theres multiple empty tables and nothing reserved. Then, you have to wait 5-10 more min for the servers to notice you, come over, and then wait another 10-15 min for the food to come.4. Terrible room designDidnt plan to put this in since we saw the room beforehand, but the stay has been so poor so why not. The sink is OUTSIDE the bathroom because the bathroom is so tiny. Also, single ply toilet paper and no bidet. Its 2022, get with the times.Also, the shower is very unintuitive. Pro tip; PULL the shower handle towards you to activate water flow, push it back in fully to deactivate it. Apparently its a common call to the front desk to ask HOW to turn on the shower.5. The lift permit is over two months outdated. I dont think thats safe...

Unfortunately we had a bad experience staying at this place with bad customer service and misleading information, first of all I was not able to find on their website where it shows that they charge $18 per day for parking to their guest. So if you are staying with them they still charge you an additional $18 per day to park your vehicle there, whats the point of that I dont know and the other reason they advertise on their website that they are only one block away from Disneyland, however its more like 1.2 miles from there which it took us a while to get to the park walking. The other option is to take a city bus which is worth it because it drops you off right by the Disneyland entrance and picks you up at the same spot and drops you off at the hotel door for only $6 round trip, however you pay $18 just to have your vehicle parked there at the hotel you check in plus about $6 per day per person in transportation, not only that but staff were not friendly at all to guide you if its your first time being there. For the same amount of expenses at the end of the day I think its better to book one of the hotels in front of the Disneyland entrance. Would not ever take my business back with them or dont recommend it.

We rented a suite for us and the kids, two rooms, lots of good space, but the toilet in the master bath was so small I had to step in between the wall and the toilet just to close the door. Every time we turned on the shower or the faucets, it smelled like sewage coming up out of the drain. There were two shower heads in the shower, only one worked. The water in the kitchenette sink was horrible tasting, couldnt refill water bottles with that. WiFi never worked.And they charged 14 bucks a day just to park...why?If you can find a better place, do so.I do not recommend this place, wont return here.

The other thing is breakfast is an extra 16.99 a day per person. And the one block from Disney is not the.park but the Disneyland Hotel. It is about a 20 minute walk from the hotel to Downtown Disney where you catch the monorail to Tomorrowland. Lastly the shuttle to the park from the hotel costs $6 per person per trip...no free shuttle from the airport either and if you drove you have to pay to park your car. Do not take the shuttle, it actually takes you farther away and you have to walk up hill. We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights last week for our Disneyland trip. The people at the front desk were really nice and helpful with any questions we had. I have to say they were the nicest people in California. The food at the restaurant was great! It was so nice to be able to eat a good breakfast before Disneyland and eat dinner after without having to drive anywhere. The walk to Disneyland was about 15 minutes which includes a walk through Downtown Disney. A shuttle service is provided to Disneyland and back if you prefer not to walk. We were able to see the fireworks at the hotel. The hotel room was clean and it was quiet to get a good night rest. There is a great swimming pool and splash area for the kids. A souvenir shop is located at the hotel. A bar for the adults to unwind after a long day at Disneyland. I would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a great price, great amenities, but also exceptional service from the employees working at this hotel. Thanks for making our stay great. It is $2.99 as of yesterday.3) The shortcut walkway to the Disney parking lot was blocked off by Disney. Still not a bad walk if you are in shape and use to walking. However, if you are managing little ones, a stroller and or someone with a disability, then driving to pay for parking is the only solution outside of a drop off.4) The gift shop has some older but reasonably-priced Disney items. A gold mine if you want to pay $15 for a goofy dad hat as opposed to $30.5) The restaurant (Onyx) is catered for families. We had our own private TV in which we promptly put on Disney Jr (which is not available in the rooms) and ordered after day 2 of clocking miles at the parks. Their food was pretty good and their beer selection was good but they were a bit pricey. That pint tasted amazing at the end of the day.**Restaurant staff was competent and friendly**6) Building 5 @ 930pm will sound like a WWII battle field. The nearby fireworks show woke up my wife and I and had our 5yo daughter beating her fist into the pillow out of frustration. Barely noticed the noise in building 3.

We arrived exhausted and thought that since we prepaid and had already been charged for the dates we were staying at the hotel we were going to quickly register and given the key to our room but instead the Receptionist coldly told me that since the Rewards account was in my husbands name and I was not on the Rewards account and the reservation was made under my husbands name I would have to wait to discuss this with the manager who was on her break. While we waited they had a violent movie on the screen and my daughter was terrified watching it and started crying. In our rooms the toilet was loose as was the sink faucet. The refrigerator was not working very well and not cooling our food enough. The soda machine only accepted cash and the bottles of water were $3. The room service only comes before 2 pm. The shuttle to Disneyland took a very long time. A terrible experience!! I will NEVER stay at a Holiday Inn EVER AGAIN!!

The Holiday Inn and Suites is an excellent alternative to a Disney Resort Properly. A short 5 minute walk to Downtown Disney, and another 5 minutes to the main gate. If youre not up for a walk there is a shuttle that comes by every 30 mins for a quick ride to the parks. The hotel is very family orientated and the staff is excellent. The room was very clean and the common areas were also very clean and well maintained. The themed suites are on par with what youd expect at the Resort hotels. This hotel is not 1 block from Disney. It is 1.1 MILES to the park entrance. Disneys new parking structure has a 20 foot high mile long wall blocking the way to the shuttle. The #11 bus stops at the hotel and tickets are available at the hotel. Disney airport shuttles dont pick up here. We ended up putting our bags in an uber to the Disney hotel 1/2 mile away and taking the shuttle from there. The room smelled moldy and the elevator was slow and shook like it might break. Other than the updated lobby, the hotel was old and dingy. For the $18 per person breakfast, food and plates were often not to be seen and plates I found were often dirty. The kids enjoyed the star wars themed room, splash pad, and pool, but it wasnt worth the logistics nightmare.

The room was an ok. But service was bad, the room service was almost non existent. And also we got a hidden fee charge at check in. Which is suspicious because we made the reservation via a booking site. Location is great because is at a walking distance.

Great location and great rates. Make sure you pay the little extra on booking for the included breakfast. Noylt like the other free breakfasts you usually see at hotels, its a restaurant. But if you include the breakfasts in your booking you just put your room number on the receipt and you never see that number/amount again. I didnt know to do so my first day and the amount I paid was reimbursed the next morning once I cleared that up. 👍🏾

Rooms arent very cheap so I thought I was getting a decent place but would not recommend. No greeting when you walk in, Breakfast is not free. They charge 26$ I believe for the very small morning buffet. Any other hotel around is better and friendlier than this one.

We were looking for a hotel that was close enough to Disneyland and yet affordable. After reading reviews of many places around the area, we came across this place. Reviews seamed not half bad and had a decent to good rating. 3.5+ So we took the chance... When we arrived we were pleasantly greeted and quickly checked into our room and we were there 2.5 hours before normal check in time. Not to think this would be the norm all the time but was awesome that it did. Our room was a king room, it was clean and tidy as would be e expected no issues. It does seem a little dated, however nothing to complain about. We stayed 4 nights and everyone seemed pleasant and said hello in passing. The hotel does have a restaurant however we did not eat there as we were mostly at disneyland. There is a outdoor pool and a kids splash park on site as well. We walked to disney to and from each day and is a out a 15 minute walk in each direction and very easy to find your way, and felt safe doing so at 11pm. I would reccomend staying if your on a budget and arent expecting glitz and glamour but a clean, comfortable, relaxed stay. We will be back for sure.

My family booked the princess suite and ended up staying in another hotel. The princess suite was dated, had a hole in the wall, bobby pins on the floor, rip in the lamp, extremely small kitchenette area, someone ripped off some of the wallpaper which made one of the princesses look like she had a mustache, windows on door to master bedroom and only one bathroom. That wasnt going to work for our family of six. Management was great and gave us a refund and apologized for the room. Wish we could have stayed here because the location was terrific to Disneyland but we were too uncomfortable with the room.We ended up getting a suite in another hotel that was half the price and three times as large, updated and beautiful. Look around before deciding to stay here if you need a multiple room suite.

Super close to Disneyland and even closer to the Disneyland Hotel, which is where we needed to be at 5am, so the close walk was appreciated. The rooms were clean, the beds and pillows were perfect firmness, towels were stocked and clean, carpets were spotless. I would definitely stay here again.

- was initially going to be charged $22 per day for parking which is shady because I’m finding out the actual charge for parking is $18 perNight- first room had horrible black mold on wall behind shower head. Notified front desk we wanted new room and some sort of ramification. They initially offered free parking or free breakfast ((yikes!))- waited for manager Tina to arrive to tell us there was nothing she could do until she inspected the room herself and her maintenance team as well and could “assure us the hotel does NOT have mold”- Tina calls when we are already in park after changing rooms that they are willing to give us 50% off our rate and free parking ((even though she was literally going to overcharge us at first, lol)) offered suite but we were already very delayed in entering the park.- come back to room number 2 around 11pm and are about to give our kids baths only to discover mold yet again in the second shower. We notified front desk and were offered no further remedy.This was our go to hotel when visiting Disneyland pre covid. Im not sure what happened but it’s obviously very very unkept now. The location was the only good thing about our recent stay and we will not be staying here ever again. I find it necessary to mention that our youngest son is immunocompromised and also has several underlying lung conditions. Black mold could literally kill him and management couldn’t even verbally validate us that we were correct it was black mold after gaslighting us in front of other customers telling us they could assure us that the hotel was mold free.

Wonderful stay. Close to Disneyland. They have a shuttle to take you to the theme park and back to the hotel for a small fee. Disney decor in the lobby and family friendly restaurant inside the hotel. Big plus for me was that kids eat free off of the kids menu with a paid adult. Friendly staff, clean comfy rooms, water splash area for kids, and pool. Will definitely be back soon.

Convenient location to Disney. Wasn’t really that far to walk for us. Really comfortable beds and nice pool area. At the end of the day you can get a great pizza from the restaurant downstairs!

Fantastic location! Just a short walk from Disneyland. The rooms are well maintained and always clean. I have had a great experience with the staff each time. Luis at the front desk was the best extremely friendly and professional.

This hotel was a great option if you are visiting Disneyland. The walk to the park is not too far, the hotel is quite kid friendly, and the front desk staff are wonderful! Our room was nice, nothing fancy, but clean. The restaurant downstairs was mediocre at best but was a great alternative to having to drive somewhere or fight the crowds in the park for a bite to eat.
