While the price and location of the hotel were excellent, my overall experience fell short. Upon arrival at 3 PM, the rooms were not prepared on time. The room assigned to me was not clean, with numerous crumbs scattered across the carpeted floor. Additionally, I encountered a cockroach in the lobby while waiting to check in. Despite the friendly and helpful staff, the lack of cleanliness significantly detracted from my stay.

The first night we were here we came here at 2 AM and they gave us a key to go into a room and there was somebody in that room. We went back to the front desk to get another key. We went up to the new room and it had a sign on it for do not disturb. Then we were really frustrated tired. We went down and got another key and the security guard escorted us to go upstairs to the next room just in case there are someone else in the new room. Strike number one.The second day, after a whole day of trying to forget the first night we got to the hotel and our key stopped working. Had to get the keys reprogrammed while there was a wait in the lobby. 2nd strike.Strike 3. Our third and last night here, we spent another day in the city and come back and gotten into the room to find out. They did not service our room. No new towels or placed the beds weren’t made, the room untouched. I’m really disappointed in this place.Management was alert and did not do anything to compensate. This will be the last time I’m staying at this hotel. I would not recommend to anybody.

They are going through renovations and have been told the hotel is going to be newly upgraded with all features. Thanks to Jesse she made sure we had a comfortable room away from the noise to ensure our kids would not be disturbed. All the staff are accommodating and have great customer service. We cannot wait to see the new rooms!

A huge hotel with many amenities.Open outdoor pool on the third floor.Hot tub.Open buffet and a menu restaurant.Sports bar.Open seats everywhere.Clean.Very nice courteous serviceParking is 11/night if youre not a member, still cheaper than most garages.Breakfast can be purchased or included with reservations. I recommend to include it since the purchases vary in prices and open buffet is good.Gym on the third floor.Gated hotel.

Just about zero places to eat outside of hotel restaurant. Burger is good, but everything else was not. Chicken sandwich was so salty I could barely eat it. All in my party had poor experiences with the food here. Impossible to miss the smell that testifies this used to be a smoking property. It is faint, but still lingers. Office buildings and warehouses welcome you all around. Vacation spot this is not. Staff is friendly and hotel is fairly clean. Comfy beds and tidy rooms. California prices will have your wallet empty quickly here. It is a business type of hotel. It aint grand, but I have stayed at much worse ones. Solid meh.

Location is good and looks great but the current management seriously is bad.We had 2 rooms booked directly with IHG with breakfast.Service- They denied to give breakfast for all the guests even after booking with breakfast. They charged us for breakfast and when asked why was that they refused to do anything.- They refuse give any water even after being an IHG guestRooms- No microwave- The shampoo and conditioner were given were tiny size even for 2 guests.- The front desk didn’t take the call, or housekeeping- When I went to front desk they said they can’t provide water nor toiletries

Rooms are kind of small, well I think they just put to much furniture inside. The bed was comfortable. They did have black out drapes and a mini fridge which is nice. Staff was nice. Felt very safe at this property

Such an amazing experience at this hotel. Great service and overall super satisfied. This is one the best hotels I have ever seen and stayed at. I will be definitely booking again and letting family and friends know about this location. The staff are just amazing and can’t forget about how clean and organized the rooms were.Thank you so much for all the patience and help you all gave me I appreciate everyone of you!

Not bad but need improvement. I like the bed and hot water and clean room, but all the power port are super loose and they slips right off if you dont hold them somehow. One day I woke up realize my device was not charget for the whole night because my poder adapter slides out automatically. Also, there is a locked metal door in each room making the sound from the other side very clear. I can hear people on the other side playing music at night and is so clear tgat feels like in our room.

A decent stay in an industrial area near the 405. The hotel is in desperate need of an update though. Its heyday might have been in the 90s, and its age is definitely showing.Had a trouble checking in - the front desk agent was friendly but issued me a room that was already occupied, forcing me to return to the desk to correct the error.
