I would not recommend the hotel. I reserved rooms for our family. The safety latch on the kids room is cut off. Due to the safety issue, I called the front desk. The answer was that the rooms were completely sold out and there is nothing to worry about because its safe. It’s not about what you think its safe. It all about how I feel safe in this hotel.I do want to leave and get other hotel. But since we are driving from Seattle and arrived almost 11 p.m., we have no choice. One thing I learned again, I should read reviews carefully. I just read other review states their lock was broken in the room.

Having a bad back, i only choose hotels with a hot tub. This holiday inn had the hot tub shut down for cleaning but i was assured by staff it would be open at 7am in the morning. Next morning i was told it was shut down and i wasnt allowed to use it. Bad facility and lying to an IHG rewards member? That equals a 1-star review.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Anne was very nice to us during our stay. The rooms are nice and cozy. Overall our stay was pretty relaxing.

Front staff was rude. Didnt acknowledge status and acted as if it was an inconvenience when asking questions. Upon checkout, and informing front desk of issues, I was disregarded. Still didnt recieve Check in points. I guess I have to be Diamond?? Why continue? They have business because of location. You will be treated much better elsewhere.

We had a really great experience, the hotel was clean and well maintained. everything seemed to be in working order. The indoor pool looked real inviting, but we did not have a chance to use it. The staff was very friendly and helpful.Truthfully Ive become pretty accustomed to having a sundry shop in the hotel the fact that this hotel did not have one was kind of a bummer I just went to the gas station close by and bought stuff but it was very inconvenient. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel, and we would definitely stay here again

If I could give zero stars I would. Last night my daughters friend reserved rooms to have a sleep over and pool party same as the year before. The hotel called the cops and kicked us out. THIS WAS A 6 YEAR OLDS PARTY. I had to tell my 6 year old we couldnt stay. Imagine explaining that to kindergartens who are not only upset that they have to leave but are now also scared because the cops are making them leave. I get it kids are loud and if they were why not come to us and say to keep it down. Why not privately tell the parents of the birthday girl its too loud were canceling the reservation and say the pool is closed or something. They caused no damage the made no mess and none of the kids were unsupervised. There was a better way to handle it and shame on management for not doing better and upsetting a group of little kids.

This place got us in super late. We were on a very long road trip and exhausted. Price was right, room was clean. Shower sucked, but Ill take it.

The building has had a lot of modern updates which is really nice. Glad they accept pets. The mini fridge in our room had a freezer!!! There were plenty of places around the building to let doggies out.

I was not impressed with this being a Holiday Inn. Hot tub was broke. Lock on my door was broke and the Iron was missing. Comforter has a couple of rips and holes. Not much for food near by. Had to drive into town for options.

The manager of the hotel just called the cops on a 6 year olds birthday party. The cops really. They kicked them all out and canceled the room reservation. The kids didnt understand why they had to leave and were crying. Poor little girl. The hotel is nice but the management stinks.
