2024-06-28 00:20:34Had a lovely stay at this hotel. It is kind of weird that it is in the middle of a very busy shopping center but it was an overall quiet and enjoyable stay. It is literally next to a riverwalk. As we enjoyed the hot tub we could hear live music from a restaurant down the way. The room was very clean and comfortable. Extra star for a ceiling fan! I run hot so AC and a ceiling fan are perfect. I never knew it was boiling outside. Breakfast was basic but good. The sausage gravy could have used more pepper and seasonings but those flaky cinnamon rolls were the bomb! We were only in town for a quick overnight but Im pretty sure Ill be staycationing here again soon!

2024-06-19 20:25:19Great location with restaurants and shops within walking distance. The pool area was a perfect place to hang out in the heat with areas of shade available. Hot tub was not very hot. Great breakfast variety.

2024-05-18 18:07:06I absolutely love the location and recently got a room there just so I could spend a couple days in town center and enjoy the fine dining atmosphere with a girlfriend. We’re from there but live in Citrus Heights now . We went on a Monday, rates were fair and most places in town center do all day happy hour! Trivia at Brickyard just next door to the hotel was nice too! The gym was great! I’ll definitely plan another staycation soon.

2024-05-25 04:40:23This is one of the best IHG properties! Tuscan architecture, completely renovated, spacious comfortable rooms that have black out shades, comfortable beds and good coffee with free breakfast. And great staff and manager. Nice meeting facilities.

2024-01-18 17:45:22Staff was exceptional: Friendly greeting, very helpful and accommodating. Room location was too close to busy parking area. Dining: food and staff were excellent. I would stay there again and recommend it to all.

2023-11-13 16:39:26Great for walking, shopping and restaurants being it is locatied in the Town Center area...Leans more towards the business traveler, but location is great for family and friends as well. Has all the amenities necessary for conducting business meetings. Very efficient operation.. Has coffee maker, refrigerator, and microwave in the room. Great morning breakfast too!

2023-09-04 16:00:24The location is very convenient. It is close to grocery stores, restaurants and Target. Our room was at the first floor overlooking the lake. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The breakfast was decent and good. When we were there, the swimming pool was closed during the winter.

2023-09-13 13:50:35Probably in the top 5 worst hotels Ive ever stayed in. Absolutely one of the loudest places to stay in the entire area. Why they chose the El Dorado Hills Towne Center is beyond any explanation. You can also hear every single door on your floor slamming every time someone goes in or out, which they do at all hours. And for $150 per night, you would think you could at least get something quiet and comfortable. Not here. Go somewhere else. And perhaps you folks sitting for hours behind the counter could go make fresh coffee every now and then. What a terrible value for $150 per night. Google really should create a category of zero stars.
