Nice facility, very clean and has the HOTTEST water in the shower with a full non slip pad in the tub. They even have full size pillows. Are you listening Super 8? A bit pricey at $264 a night but when youre tired and finally find a vacancy its worth it

Our stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites was great! Thank you for being pet friendly. The customer service was outstanding! Everyone working there made us feel welcome. By far the best customer service we have had at a hotel in a while. Hats off to the team there from the front desk to housekeeping. Not mention we got a hot breakfast each morning which was very nice. We will definitely recommend family and friends!

Review for the stay from 03/15-03/17/2024Our recent stay at Holiday Inn exceeded all expectations, thanks in large part to the exceptional customer service provided by Alonso. Accommodating our group of seven kids and three adults can be a challenge, but Alonso and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our entire stay.From the moment we arrived, Alonso greeted us with a warm smile and genuine hospitality. He took the time to understand our needs and preferences, and seamlessly arranged accommodations that perfectly suited our large group. His attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made us feel truly valued as guests.The hotel itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained, creating a welcoming environment for our family. Our spacious rooms were comfortable and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The kids especially loved the pool and spent hours enjoying themselves while the adults appreciated the well-equipped fitness room.One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious breakfast served each morning. With a wide variety of options to choose from, including fresh fruit, pastries, and made-to-order omelets, there was something to satisfy everyones tastes. The room was not a 5 during our stay. The smoke detector started cheeping & the iron did not work. However, the staff was amazing, very helpful. Everyone I came in contact with was professional, happy, and great to work with.

Great place to stay looking forward to coming back for our next long weekend. We got in early due to rain made it just in time before the rain became aggressive, the staff was super helpful with giving us an amazing room. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience very highly recommended.

The room was really nice and the lady at the front desk was nice and helpful. I was pretty disappointed at first because when I RSVPd i was told i could do an early check in, however i didnt realize i was speaking to a call center instead of the actual hotel even tho i called the number on google that was supposedly for that hotel.. the at the front desk explained that has been happing a lot lately but the call center doesnt check with the actual hotel staff. she was very sympathetic and felt bad about the situation and said she would address this issue. Thats why i only give 4 stars, due to corporate messing up.

I stayed in the King Room. The staff at the front desk was great! She was considerate, asked me about my stay, and I felt welcomed. Unfortunately that was the best part of my stay. The hotel looks run down from the outside and appears to possibly be somewhere people are staying in between places. There is a sign saying you cant take food to the room from breakfast ( never been to a HI that didnt allow that) and you have to wear shoes, socks, and a shirt to breakfast (never been to a HI that needed to state that) . Also, I did not feel safe as it is tucked away behind the freeway. My room was somewhat modern but smelled like cleaning products ( which a lot of hotels do when you first walk in) but this place more than usual. It was very humid in my room and curtains were pretty dated. The air conditioner was super loud all night and my room was right next to the freeway so I heard the train and freeway all night. Multiple lights and outlets did not work. The door to the patio in the room had a hatch lock and being a solo female traveler on the second floor, it was just not safe. They really need to add a deadbolt there. The wifi was good but the tv was super old. The bed was fantastic as all holiday inn bedding is! I think the double bed rooms were a bit nicer. I would be sure to just ask for a room on the left side of hallway to avoid the traffic at night. But I would not stay here again! If you need to stay in Corona, try the Home2Suites, its right next to the Trader Joes off Dos Lagos! Its a brand new area and close to everything including a Trader Joes! :)

The room was clean, however there was a light that didnt work, the TV didnt work and the toilet moved when getting up. The hotel itself was also clean and everybody was helpful. The bed was awesome. Very comfortable.

Terrible! If you want to stay at a place where the staff smoke drugs in the rooms with guests, steal customers credit cards Numbers and sell them to people for money then I would recommend do you stay at this hotel. The person who stole my credit card number and a few other people who I know credit card number is back to work like no big deal is a huge problem for me. It is a shame that I see this person still working here. Its as if customers privacy and personal belongings arent important to management being that this person is still allowed to work there. Pedro a tall Mexican guy looks like a decent upstanding guy is quite the opposite and is not to be trusted he is a drug addict and a thief. SHAME ON IHG MANAGEMENT FOR ALLOWING THIS.

The front desk was so helpful and friendly. All the staff were always smiling. This is kid friendly and the room was spotless.
