The price was really good, all of the staff felt very trained. The location was awesome, literally a little suburban getaway haha. Not very crowded. The room was very clean. The bed is super comfy, those types of bed where you can move on one side and not wake up the other person. I know a lot of people leave reviews about the water pressure, but this shower was great. Usually at hotels, the soap leaves a grippy feeling on your fingers. This soap was the opposite and actually left a lotion on your hands which is nice for someone that washes their hands often like me. The cleaning staff was literally always helping me open the door when they saw that I needed help. Id say getting a $100 room is a little risky, but this hotel provides the basics of what you need in a very professional and clean way for cheap. They let us check in early for $50 which helped my girlfriend and I a lot. If you want a place to stay to visit the Dublin area, you will definitely feel comfortable here.

Stayed here for one night. Hotel is not too brilliant but for sure okay. Room a bit old but clean. Staff is very friendly and housekeeping did their best to make something nice of it.

Room is fine for a Holiday Inn. Its not fancy but clean and nice. Its for work so its good for the price. You cant find much in this area under $130...no parking charge...no free breakfast...theres lots of shops within walking distance and Outback in parking lot thats a plus. ☺️

-5 STAR RATING !!!!! Stayed 2 nights. There was no working refrigerator in our room. Didnt notice until the next day & our salads and drinks was warm & spoiled! No working hot tub!No housekeeping services !We took out our own trash! I did the best I could to pick up crumb off our floor! I had to go to front desk for extra soap! Because they only give you one bar! It was 2 adults & a child staying. & because there was no housekeeping services! No working hot tub!We picked this hotel specifically for the indoor hot tub, for my working husband to relax his body. It was lukewarm the night we checked in, the bubbles didnt work. Thought maybe it was just because it was close to pool closing hours for some reason.Next day around noon, it was cold! Now being told our deposit as just went towards cleaning!?!?! CLEANING WHAT!?!When did guest start paying for the housekeeping? Which we never even received! A hotel cant function without housekeeping! Waiting on a call from management, but this shouldnt even be an issue in the first place! Also, the breakfast buffet the FOOD WAS COLD! OUR DAUGHTER GOT SERVED A COLD PANCAKE !SPOILED FOOD! WARM REFRIGERATION! COLD HOT TUB! NO HOUSEKEEPING!& they WANT TO KEEP OUR 100 DEPOSIT FOR CLEANING!?!!?!? DO NOT STAY HERE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY !

It’s fine as a place to crash if you’re in town for work or visiting family. Rooms are dated and has a simple dorm vibe. I do like there’s a microwave and larger mini fridge. If you are a light sleeper, don’t get a room facing the bowling alley next door, a lot of revving cars noises. The AC is also very noisy.Staff are friendly.Oddly there’s no free breakfast

Rooms are horrible!! Very shabby, slight smell everything is outdated. There’s a large chair any ottoman footstool in my room it’s old outdated.toulet was old and dirty. Low to ground like a toddlers toilet. Toilet paper holder broke off wall as soon as I reqchedvfor tissue. I can go on and on.. Tub stained. Holiday inn should be ashamed to have it’s named attached and can afford to upgrade this place and make it more appealing to customers. Put $20 dollars on your room and stay somewhere cozy and comfy because q

I was more happy with the location than the actual room.My room was right by the dumpster of the bowling alley next door. So I could hear everytime they took trash out. The walls are pretty thin. Also the window had blinds but no curtains. So light kept peeking through.

Checked in for work stayed there for a few days and this hotel is very I mean very old doesnt even look like a Holiday Inn when you get to the room. Bed is so stale and old uncomfortable your back will hurt. You can hear other people conversations the walls are so thin. The shower the water pressure is so low and its not a good place to stay. The owner needs to stop being cheap and get with the century era to remodel the building and rooms.

First of all, I would like to say I’ve stayed at the Holiday Inn in the past and this is the first time I’ve really had a terrible experience here.I accidentally booked a reservation at this particular branch hotel as I was staying at another hotel nearby and they had a similar name and I thought it was the same name as I had just had a procedure done two days before and was under narcotics so I went ahead and booked this hotel on Priceline. I realized a few minutes after booking it that it was the wrong hotel after I received the confirmation and I called Priceline to cancel this reservation as I wanted to continue staying at the current hotel and just extend my stay as I had to stay in town longer last minute for a postop appointment and I called the Priceline customer service agent who then called the hotel who stated to them that they were able to cancel it but in order to fully cancel and get my refund I would have to call back the next day to speak to the guest service manager, which I did call back through Priceline and they spoke to someone at the hotel that said that the manager won’t be available until Sunday, whose name is Sonia and then I should be able to get a refund. On Sunday, I called the hotel to speak to Sonia and she stated to me that she cannot give me a refund and that the ticket purchased through Priceline is nonrefundable, which is not what they were telling me for 2 days. I explained my mistake and that I was told that I can get a refund a few minutes after I accidentally booked it and my difficult circumstance with my recent surgery and there was no remorse and no accommodation made. One option I had was to call my bank and refute the charges, but that seemed a little bit too difficult for me to do as I was still in a lot of pain and didn’t want to go through the battle of doing that with my primary bank, which is across the country so I decided to reluctantly just go to this hotel as it was only four days. Before I went to the hotel, I tried to contact the general manager of the hotel, Paul, and I left a brief message on his voicemail with my number, and he never called me back. When I called the hotel and arrived to the hotel and asked for the manager, there was always an excuse that he was in a “meeting” and when I asked when the meeting was going to be over, none of the employees could give me an answer. When I got to my room, it was on the second floor and as I said, I just had surgery so even though they had an elevator, it was still a distance as the room was in the middle of a long hallway. They had no free breakfast and the breakfast they offered was very expensive. The rooms were dated, and the tub was very dirty and the towels had hair on them. I was very disappointed and still did not get a callback from the general manager after countless times of reaching out. I checked out and won’t ever be staying at this hotel again. Please, if you can avoid this hotel, avoid it at all cost!

My girls requested we stay in a hotel that has an indoor pool. Realistically we spent the majority of our stay in the fitness room.
