This company resembles one of those international spam calls that try to get money out of you without actually doing much. We had our website somewhat completed with many errors that the tech didn’t know how to fix and I had to google the problem and walk them through it at one point. We were told we’d have access to our own website once it’s finished but Scott & Chris are unreliable and completely unresponsive to my messages regarding access to our website. As soon as we paid for everything, their customer service went down the drain. Horrible, horrible company. We have to start all over again and wasted thousands of dollars for nothing.. I’m pretty sure this company won’t last long lol

Ordered a complete marketing campaign. The company helped me set up a paid marketing campaign and optimized it for the best returns Ive seen so far. Later ordered a landing page and a video intro. All turned out to be according to my expectations.
These people are the ultimate scam artists. DO NOT, and I mean DO NOT trust them with anything. I was about to pay them $50k for a project and if I had not looked into the company and the people in it, I would have been out $50k. Save yourself and look elsewhere.
Terrible customer experience. Paid $$ for multiple articles to be written only for them all to be bad quality.When I wanted to cancel the rest of the articles I had planned for them, they wouldnt refund me. Cost me several hundred dollars to discover that you should never deal with this company.

2023-11-07 22:08:18Found these guys online for some help with our FB page advertising. They promised I would end up hating them because they were going to make our phone ring so much! I also hired them to revamp our web page. The FB work was a total flop. We generated no new business. At least they put in the effort. They charged me full price for the Web Page work up front and never did it. When I asked for a refund all I got was days of runarounds and I finally had to file a claim with my cc company. Make sure you pay on performance.

2021-12-08 22:03:52HOI Solution is a fraud. Mark and Chris lack integrity. Once you pay them they run with your money. They do not know what they are doing and lack creativity. Cannot copy files accurately nor upload simple jpeg image. The video they offered me is of the lowest quality and is broken. Do not do business with them. Their customer service is a sham. They have been working on my website forever and still cannot finish it with a lot of placeholders. Im already working with another company to get things right. If you love yourself, do not engage them because they will demand full payment upfront. The whole set up is FRAUD!!!. They have no intention to build your website. The website picture samples they send you I believe is copied from the internet. Im trying to recover my money and cannot reach anyone of them. They wont even pick my calls.Obi

His team, however, lets just say a high schooler can write better content than them.We were in contract for a logo, a video and web page content writing.Logo took about a month for them to get us something kind of close to what we wanted, so we had to settle as we were a month behind schedule. Then that took a week until... My team was fed up and just wanted to move with another company. They disputed the payment and were not able to get refund.That was in August of 2020, now its Mid January 2021 and we still have not received a refund nor are they willing to send me the files for the logo that we settled for as they claimed that I tried to Scam them...So does that mean I lose the money I paid and not get the service??? Completely confused

2023-01-14 01:35:23Paid $999 for a website to be designed. They answered the phone and all emails until they received my payment. Then Dan and Anna stopped answering my calls or emails when I asked for a refund. I will dispute this with my bank tomorrow when they open. I don’t recommend this company at all.
