This store is absolutely amazing! The prices here are some items are unbeatable! The lady checking my girlfriend and I out at the register was so awesome! She had amazing customer service skills and even talked to us about her daughter being really into Friends the Tv show and it was super great to have such a pleasant brief conversation! The store has so many awesome Christianity things you can purchase for your home which isn’t really common at stores. I would highly recommend visiting this store! They have so many amazing things to pick from to decorate or furnish your home!

It was my first time at Hobby Lobby. It was a nice store with lots of Holiday knick knacks, Do it yourself projects, household decor and miscellaneous stuff, books, make up and things...The clearance stuff was not too clearanced, the bathroom was run down and dirty with toilet not flushed or looking clean/useable. I could have shopped in there longer but it was hot in the store and they do not sell water... it didnt make sense, so had to take a star off for those reasons.

I literally walked around the whole store with like armfuls of frames and seven employees past me and not one asked if I needed a cart... Im sorry but its like common courtesy customer service and then I went to get rung up and the girl was irritated that she had to ring me up.... And then somehow I mistakenly grabbed frames that were not all the same price and instead of telling me hey by the way do you know these are different prices she got irritated about it and then called for someone to void the transaction ...and I told her I will go in a different line when I come back to the front and I went to the back and got what I needed and the person in the back in the framing department was like no problem they will guarantee the price for you and I was like well that person said that they wouldnt.... Im sorry but Ive been in customer service for like 30 plus years its not that hard to just smile and give people what they want. We literally pay for your jobs if I dont go and buy at your store you will not have a job your store will close...

Hobby Lobby is a hidden Gem. I often have to remind myself how versatile Hobby Lobby is. It is not just from crafts. It is a great store to shop for gift giving! They carry home decor, including small furniture items. Frames, fabric & sewing, t-shirts, holiday items, baskets, candles, some kitchen items, silk flowers as well as craft & Hobby items..Go check them out. You may be surprised what you will find!

I arrived about 20 minutes before they closed the store, I was on a mission to get something I had seen online, so I didnt really have enough time to get a good feel of the place. So I will be doing another review once I return to the store. All I can say about this visit, is that the place is huge!I was able to find what I came for, and they had a good selection of things to purchase, the woman who rang up my purchase was very friendly and that was nice. All in all, I got what I needed, had good service, so I will be returning to check it out a bit better.

We always stop at Hobby Lobby while we’re out and about, even while traveling. This was a nice store and set up a bit differently than what we’re used to in Pennsylvania, which was nice. We can always find something there! Staff was friendly and the store was clean.

I really love that they have bible verses and reminders of God in their home decor section. Cant ever have too many reminders of God around the home.

My experience there was fine until it came time to the checkout. About 20 people in line waiting to be checked out #1 register was the only line open at the time. Which was the returns and exchange line. 2 more checkers where called after being in line for at least 10min. As people started to cut the line of 20 plus customers to go to the #2 and #3 registers the clerk at #2 register said there is only one line. Well that lasted about 2min. More customers came to the #2 #3 register. While the Return and exchange line was still backed up. I asked the manager if she could help the clerk at exchange and return line you could clearly see she was having trouble with the return. She said no she doing fine. I said we all been waiting for at least 20 min. now. All #2 #3 registers lines where moving faster than ours so everyone who came after our 20 minutes of waiting already had left. The manager was doing nothing to solved the problem just in front breaking down boxes of new merchanise. I asked her we was told there was only one line. She says I wasnt here when they said that so deal with it that was my experience the Store Manager is very rude and not carrying to solve the problem. Doesnt know what it is to be a team player..I will take my business to another Hobby Lobby or to Michaels.. Have a Nice Day!!! 👎👎👎

Staff was very helpful. They directed us to the location of the items that we could not find. The restrooms were very clean. The line became long so the store opened an additional check stand. Many stores do not do that. Plenty of parking. This store was easy to find.

Hobby Lobby has the largest supply of craft materials and home decorating themes, not to mention a huge supply of silk flowers and plants. Currently the store is set up for fall holidays - Thanksgiving and Halloween. The sparkle of Christmas bulbs were also seen on a few side isles on this June 26th shopping trip!

I drove from San Jose to this location specifically for Candy Cane theme Christmas decor. They had the isle blocked off for stocking shelves and after asking if the isle would be open in an hour or so the lady said no because they needed to do the other side. I was highly disappointed after driving all that way to shop there. Maybe shelves should be majority stocked before customers arrive. Just ridiculous!

I echo ALL the previous 1 star frustrations about 2 lanes open and 20 people checking out. 2 younger male cashiers working on 8/14 at 1pm need to learn cashiering 101. When you open a new line, dont signal for the last person in line to come to the counter, you simply say (Ill take who is next please). Both of these boys need to be retrained. The broad who skipped the line at their signal should be ashamed of herself. The female supervisor was right there and scared to say a word.... Other than that its a good store. Train your people.

This is a fun store to just go explore. They have such a wide variety of products. Their seasonal area is so much fun to get ideas from or to get decorations for the different seasons and holidays. Its difficult to shop here and not find something that wants to go home with you. The only downside is that checking out can take a while quite often. Their registers are old school and slow so be prepared for a wait, especially if you have little ones who are getting antsy. Its still a great store, nonetheless.

I love the prices here and the sales. I dont always like the attitude of some of the workers but, thats why theres so many options of which line to stand in. Another thing to be careful of is the baking items. I have been going to hobby lobby for years and purchased edible items from the baking department. Wellllll, they label EVERYTHING card and party, which sucks when it comes time to itemize a receipt for business after 6 more stores. Anyway, since everything is labeled card and party, they charge tax on the edible stuff too. Im sure someone knew that, and the $.30 bag fee when everyone else charges $.10. That doesnt seem to christian like, to me anyway.Many of the staff are friendly and the prices and sales are great!

This place has decorations galore from furniture to flowers and all things in between. It has all your craft and sewing needs. A very nice store. Huge selection.Hobby Lobby has just about everything you need if you are a crafter or decorator. I was at the store during a huge 50% to 70% off sale and found lots of deals. The staff were very helpful and quite abundant. This store has a lot of customer service reps and I was never lost for something to shop for. They have a huge parking lot, great store hours and large aisles suitable for anyone in a mobility scooter or wheelchair. You could spend the whole day shopping in this great store, I nearly did.

I LOVE HOBBY LOBBY! It has so many wonderful decorations, baking supplies, and art supplies. I found a beautiful vintage . circle shelf, and I absolutely adore it! It just adds something special to the room. Its a little far from me so its kind of like a day trip every few months, but its always so fun to go and see what new things they have and shop around a bit. Totally recommend!

From pictures, cups, furniture, and tons of knick knacks, for any theme and color to coordinate your home to a specific look. I love this place, I get my Magnetic Card Cases and Boltdown Card Cases here, for my sports cards, and for some of my other trading cards that I have. The staff here is wonderful, kind and good on rain checks if you need something. Destiny, Fariba, and Rebecca are extremely great employees there, and a few others that I fail to get names of, but will remember the next time I drop by. I LOVE HobbyLobby, but there is not one close to me. I have had to purchase items and have them shipped. I wont do that anymore. PLEASE STOP using FEDEX! They are ahorrible company. You never know when the item will arrive. Things are smashed ripped and crushed. Your item gets stuck at the warehouse and arrives months later. Please, any other company but them!

I enjoy patronizing Hobby Lobby even though its located further from me than other craft supply stores. Hobby Lobby is so much more than a craft store. Dangerous. Very, very dangerous!My chiropractor is off of Cochrane, so I know the area and had a project for the nearby FedEx that I had to pick up on Tuesday (8/2/22). I also had some other errands to run, which took me across the freeway to a shopping center. On my way from FedEx, I just happened to glance off to my right as I drove to the freeway and saw HOBBY LOBBY on a building in that shopping center (Cochrane Plaza, I guess).I have NEVER seen or even noticed there was another building in there (Im usually just focused on getting home). So I decided after my across-the-freeway errands, Id return to Hobby Lobby [HL] and check them out.I have an acquaintance who lives in Morgan Hill and has talked about HL before and how much she loves it. I also had need of visiting a craft store, so I decided now was the time.Unsuspecting, I walked inside.BIG mistake.Im an interior designer by trade. And all things pertaining to that field are Achilles heels to/for me. And what do my eyes behold the second I walk in?Home decorations!Were talking INSTANT palpitations, sweats, shakes... No, not withdrawals or anything of THAT nature--just the overwhelming desire to SHOP! 😀However, exercising SERIOUS restraint, I FORCED myself to get through the buy-worthy products (art, throw pillows, knickknacks), which wasnt easy because I had NO clue where I was going. Ive never been in the store before, and it is HUGE!However, I made my way to the far left and found myself in fashion apparel. (Not a great section for one who also has a degree in fashion design!) So, again with the shakes... 😉 But I found an associate who, when she found out Id never been inside before, left her department and personally escorted me to where I needed to be.Another BIG mistake. Because where I needed to be just so happened to be right opposite the BEADING section. Ugh. Did I mention that on top of interior and fashion design, Im also a BIG-TIME craftswoman and that part of fashion design for me is also jewelry design--i.e., beadwork!?!Back to the sweats, shakes, and palpatating heart! And this time, I just couldnt resist. I took time to look around. Another BIG mistake. Because I found WAY too much that I liked and, of course, bought a couple things I didnt come for (though I DID have need of them, so it wasnt exactly impulse buying--she says to justify her impulse buying!).Oh, well. Im glad I went. They really do have a wonderful supply of EVERYTHING. I didnt search all departments, but I saw enough to know this place beats Jo-Anns and Michaels hands-down. And HL was so CLEAN! Usually, you go into a craft store, and the aisles are just littered with products out of place or on the floor. Not here in any of the aisles I examined. Everything was neat and tidy.(Oh, and they have GREAT discounts.)I guess my only negative review I could give is that I had to look for a while before I saw an associate on the floor who could help me find what I was there for. Otherwise, I have no complaints. (And, normally, not finding an associate wouldnt be a complaint because I enjoy getting lost in craft stores and exploring. But this time, I was on a mission--and this particular craft store is VERY dangerous for me.)Anyhow, I wholeheartedly endorse HL and intend to return again and again. But if you have my particular shopping habit/addiction when it comes to craft stores and moneys tight--dont just leave your purse in the car (because you can always run out to get it) but at home! Take Uber or have a friend drive you. Because if you go with your wallet, you WILL spend. I guarantee it.

They were helpful, a pleasure to work with. The store is well stocked, over stocked. If you can not find it they will help you find it. The store is the size of a WALMART. The staff seems sweet and they were helpful (although many didnt have their masks on right or masks that werent mesh) but the people here and the condition of the store was awful. It was dirty and dark, the outside of the store had a homeless man who was singing and playing without a mask on obnoxiously loud. No one is practicing social distancing including a few staff members. This place reminds me of when youre having a nightmare in a depressing department store and you cant find your way out. I highly recommend getting your craft and hobby supplies elsewhere so that you dont get covid.

The inventory was pretty good here, but the line was absolutely terrible. They had one line open, 3 employees standing up front, and 15 people in line! When someone asked if they could open another line the supervisor was sassy and said the problem with the wait was because of coronavirus and not being able to open up more than 2 lines. Dawn in the Framing department is a professional designer of making your artwork stand out. She is a knowledgeable sweet woman.I must say when leaving, your stay at the register line can take up to 20 minutes or even longer. They only had a return register and one other for a Saturday afternoon. It kinda made the trip not worth it. The sale items have to be looked up in a book when they should be in the register prior to opening. The system is way behind the times.

I had 10 min before a dentist appointment that day and ran in to get just 1 thing. There were a bunch of employees walking around but only 2 registers open both had several people in line. After I got my item and got in line I had around 6 of 7 min before I needed to be in my car to drive to the other side of the parking lot for my appointment. Unfortunately the lines were very slow moving so I ended up having to walk out without my item because I just didnt have time. And that really kinda stinks because after my appointment all I was going to do was go home and rest and live in San Jose and driving all way to Morgan Hill for 1 thing just doesnt make sense to me. I guess Ill be going to Michaels instead.

I aways get trapped in Hobby Lobby. My grandma goes almost every week. I think the jazzy music helps you get stuck. Theres so many decorations and I feel like changing my room everytime i go there. Well this trip to Hobby Lobby wasnt nice. When I went up to pay for my items the person was not very nice at all. Also the tag someone wrote for the material I was ging to buy was wrong. It was 2.00 a yard and i just got 1 1/2 yards and the person put 6.00. When it should have inly been 3.00. So at the register I would think they could fix it. But no two people told me I had to go all the way back to the person who wrote the tag up. Come on now any other place would have taken care of this for me. So I am not so happy with Hobby Lobby right now. Maybe I will give them another try but its going to be a while before I go back there.
