Great group of guys to work with. We had a leak from the main water line going into our house and it was leaking. Reach out to them and they were able to send out one of their guys to check and confirm where the leak was coming from. Didnt charge for the site visit on a Saturday (which is pretty awesome), sent me an estimate and we were a go and were scheduled me for the following Monday since the supply house was already closed.Crew arrived between the time slot that they provided and made quick work of the job on a rainy Monday afternoon. They sent a crew of 3 to assist with the work, they were able to replace the offending line cleaned up the area and replaced the patch of lawn that had to be dug up to access the line. Would highly recommend them as theyre super responsive and do quality work.

When we first discovered that we had a water leak somewhere in the internal walls. We called several plumbers, and HSM came quickly and detected a slab leak at a specific location. They gave us an estimate for the complete repair, and I called several other plumbing companies for price comparison, and they said the HSM quote was excellent. Chris and his crew arrived the next day to fix the damages, including patching and texturing the drywall (about 3 hrs total). HSM crew are super friendly and are full of knowledge. I highly recommend them as your local plumber or your top plumbers on the list.

Super happy with their work. It took them all day to finish a job that they said shouldve taken them half the day to complete due to my home not being under code. They found the issue, stayed late to complete the job and then patched up all drywall and tile repairs within a couple of days. After paint, looks like nothing was wrong! Bravo!

Cant say enough good things about this company. We heard about Jose and HMS via Next door.com we had a deteriorating pipe from our upstairs bathroom which was leaking from stucco outside. It took the other guys 1 hour to come and look at things, send a camera up the pipes and STILL not being able to isolate the issue which was a 7 inch crack in the cast iron pipe (or saw it and didnt say anything) they gave us a 3000$ estimate and thats Not including opening the wall. As a 2nd opinion my wife texted Jose from HMS. Jose came on a Friday night, used a moisture detector found the leak in our wall in 10 minutes, opened the wall in another 10 minutes and sent a camera up the wall and had videos and images for our insurance right away. He quoted us a price for repair 1/3rd the price of the other guys and thats exactly what we paid 3 days later. He knows how to write reports and estimates for adjusters and had itemized invoice emailed to us within 24 hours. Jose was even able to look at a few other things in the house and pointed out leaks in a bathroom sink. This guy is extremely thorough, polite, and has impeccable work ethic. He showed up Monday and opened our wall, replaced pipe with ABS pipe, patched the wall, matched our paint and left our pipe and kitchen like NOTHING ever happened. Joses resume is in his phone 📱, he has 100s of photos of completed jobs that look great, so dont let his young age fool you, lol.. highly recommend this company, especially Jose, he is truly an asset to home owners who can get taken advantage of by plumbers who prey on peoples desperate situations.

Cant say enough good things about Chris and his crew. From the initial call, everyone was very accommodating. We had been working with another plumber for over 3 weeks trying to setup service and after a bait and switch, we decided to look elsewhere and found HMS plumbing. Even on a Sunday with no expectation of my issue being resolved, The HMS team made time to stop by while off duty in their personal vehicle to take a look at my issue and formulate a plan. EXCELLENT is the only word I can use. Jose did an excellent job replacing the shower cartridge in my bathroom. Most people would have suggested ripping out the wall but Jose was able to replace the piece in less than an hour knowing it was calcified in the pipe. It did take a few tries but he got it. Saved me a good amount of money. I will be calling HMS back for a few more jobs and definitely referring to anyone that asks for a reliable plumbing service.

HMS was recommended by a friend for a 2nd quote on a slab leak. Jose came the same day as order placed, detected the leak, and the quote provided was $700 less than the original quote. He then offered an alternate repair that the first plumber did not even mention and ultimately saved us $900.00 total. The next a.m. we woke up to an unrelated leak under the bathroom sink. Chris sent his team, Jose and Seth, within the hour and repairs were done. HMS took care of our plumbing issues in a timely manner. You call a plumber at 8am on a Saturday morning, maybe they know youre at their mercy. Well that wasnt the case here. Jose with HMS came out, found my leak in minutes and had me up and running in no time. And I didnt feel like it was overpriced, it was actually less than I anticipated. I called them in order to get my water heater replaced (which was very unprofessionally handled and taken down by a prior plumber the day before and left on my garage floor) They arrived within an hour, replaced my water heater and brought it up to code. They were very efficient and finished in a timely manner. As Jose was installing my water heater, I was telling him about my bathtub faucet and how another contractor was unable to fix it. He took the initiative & without hesitation he agreed to take a look at it and without a doubt, he was able to repair it!!Jose went completely out of his way to repair the faucet. He didnt have some of the parts necessary with him, he made a run to the store to pick up a part. He then needed another part, he sent his helper to pick up the extra part all for no extra charge. They are exceptional people with great values. They do exceptional work and go to extreme measures to satisfy their customers. Im grateful that I have a working tub faucet that no one else prior could finish nor fix!!Above all, I was also happy to know that they are a company who handles multiple trades. I called HMS tonight after coming highly recommend from a good friend, at 6:15 knowing it’s after hours but you can’t predict a water heater going out. Chris stated someone would be out between 7:15-8:15 & Jose showed up at 7:12. He replaced the entire water heater, gas line, brought everything up to code since back in 2003 none of that mattered. He was able to fix the problem and replace the broken part on the that same day. He also replaced the water inlet valve on our dishwasher that day for no additional charge. I consider myself very lucky to have found HMS Plumbing. I had a slab leak causing two rooms of water damage, and scrambled quickly to find a recommendation for a local plumber. Based on some good reviews on the local Whats Up Corona Facebook page, I contacted Chris at HMS Plumbing. He responded immediately, showed up quickly and on time, and performed quality work. Throughout the entire job, he explained his process, helped explain how to work with our insurance company, showed up on time everyday, and did a great job. And best of all, his rates were reasonable and affordable. When I called or texted, he always responded quickly, answered all my questions fully and in a way that was easily understood. His staff and sub-contractors were all first-rate. HMS Plumbing was able to complete all the emergency water removal, plumbing, and restoration, making them a quality one-stop-shop.
