Was pleasantly surprised by this place. Was booked through my work but was actually not bad at all. Decent pool and hot tub, a bar with a happy hour. Breakfast was made to order, however Im not sure Id have paid for it in addition to the room, only had it as it was part of my room rates. Staff were good. Rooms clean and well appointed at this price point. Bathroom was great- no signs of mould anywhere which is unusual. Room was serviced every two days which was fine. Very happy.

The location is amazing with a mall and numerous restaurants within walking distance. The fitness center is awful, but they offer a membership to Planet Fitness down the street. The restaurant food is good in the morning, but its better to go to one of the local restaurants for dinner. The rooms are very nice, with comfortable beds

For a Hilton Garden, this place is nice. The breakfast is better than expected and the lobby is well laid out.The rooms are also very clean, nice TV, microwave, mini fridge and a tiny little freezer, which I was not expecting.I would rate this as an excellent hotel to stay for the area, behind only the Embassy Suites.

The lobby and staffs were good. A bit away from the 14 so traffic noise is lower.The room is a bit dated, a bit sticky on the table that I have to wipe again.As it is part of the mall makes it a bit more tourists based. There were kids running and rushing in out of room, a lot more noises.Hampton Inn within 1 miles had lot less tourists and kids. (More business travelers) but it has higher noise from 14 if on the end closer to 14.

Service was great with good breakfast options. Room was comforable except for older AC unit which didnt use the thermostat and required manual input on unit. Upon closer inspection AC unit was dirty and had faulty control panel. Aside from that stay was comfortable and location is great for food and highway access.

The little engine that could. Dont sleep on this small but mighty hotel. I received excellent service, welcoming staff and the venue space accommodated our event perfectly. Breakfast in the morning (included) was good, hot and served up quickly...they bring your plated meal to your table! Did I say, the young, vibrant staff were amazing!

Went to the Hilton Garden Inn this afternoon to book seven rooms for family members visiting in December. The lady at the front desk quoted a much higher rate than what is listed on the Hilton App and told me to “just book online”. I didn’t want to book online, I made a special trip over there to speak face to face with someone and book seven rooms. She refused to honor the rate posted on the app. That’s ok, I went down the street and booked seven rooms at the brand new Fairfield. They were more than happy to help me with the reservations.

My company has been doing events at this hotel for the last few months. Every time we have received great service from the staff and the rental area is great and at a good cost. I have had especially great service from Debbie and Nora specifically who have been more than wonderful with everything we need here.

You had me at smoking patio.... Room was spectacular... A little trouble with Jacuzzi and tb but maintenance was there in less than 5 minutes... The sofa bed in room 215 needs to be replaced its broken... Pool loved it... Bar loved it... Front desk could be a little more approachable, very basic.. view and proximity to restaurants 10+ ... Coming back absolutely 1

Basic rooms... someone on our floor was smoking weed nonstop for 48 hours.Service was friendly and nice. Sunday breakfast service was only yogurt and cereal, but whatever. Palmdale is not the place you go looking for luxury either way. Beds were comfortable!

Have stayed here several times over the last 5 years.The property is always well kept with modern decor.The front desk staff (Jorge) was friendly, easy check in, complimentary bottled water and warm cookies...just what we needed after traveling.The room is comfortable, nice size. Microwave and refrigerator are great features.Now...I am less than pleased with the cleanliness of the furniture. In times of COVID I would expect more. I travel with my own Lysol spray and wipes. The desk, side table and nightstand were unacceptably dirty...filthy.

Well I had high expectations for the Hilton inn. The lobby is great and so is the bar but the room for $153 plus a $40 deposit I expected my room with a little more privacy and better maintenance. Im not a fan of the door that connects my room to the next door guests, sure you cant open the neighbors door but it also doesnt give you a sense of security and makes me feel uneasy. I wish there was a disclaimer about it when I booked the room. Also my shower sounds like its always ready to shut off for some reason. On a good note, the wifi is good and cable has pretty good channels.

The room, the hot shower, the coffee in the room, the beauty and cleanliness of the room, the breakfast, the fast way to check in and out..nice place to jog outside of the hotel. It is in walking distance to all the restaurants, movie theater, nice stores to shop too...close to the freeway. The service is excellent.

Check in process was a breeze. They have what you call the Hilton Honors app. You download the app, check in and receive a digital key. The room was clean. Bed comfortable and they provide free cable TV. I dont feel its worth $218 a night though. The rooms are outdated, they do not provide free breakfast, nor do they provide complimentary water in your room. I usually stay at the Marriott, this was my first time staying in a Hilton hotel. The experience was average. I gave 3 stars because customer service was great, rooms were clean, and bed was very comfortable. I feel they could do better though.

The hotel was very nice but the price for the room was not what I was quoted ($175.00) Ask or watch out for the extra charges. Transient occupancy tax ($17.50), City tourism tax ($3.50) Guest parking ($10.00) The refrigerator didn’t work in the room. Had to throw out almost $20 in cheeses and beef stick. The pool was dirty. And not even a continental breakfast for no charge.

Service was great here, and because we are Hilton Honors members, got no-contact check-in and digital keys on our phones. We went straight from the car to our rooms. This place is located right across from the Antelope Valley Mall, with tons of stores and restaurants. We were here for a wedding and the staff all jumped into action with excellent service. When you book with them, be sure to get the free breakfast. Made-to-order Omlettes, pancakes, turkey sausage, fruit...theyve got it all. Pool, small bar, patio and meeting rooms. Located right near the 14 fwy. We had a great stay.

Horrible! The only good thing is the Lobby and staff were nice. Bad smell on the 4th floor and also in my room #426. My Brother-in-law made me check out the afternoon after my first night when I showed him what appeared next to my car overnight in the Hilton front parking lot (see photo). Two homeless asleep on pallets with all their belongings.They dont refund for last minute cancellations so had to eat the $202.73 second night! DO NOT STAY! Yep close to mall, but not well maintained and homeless encampment in their parking near the hotel entrance!

Room was nice although the air conditioning unit was a bit noisy. The bed was supposed to be a adjustable number type, but mine didnt seem to work. Breakfast was sufficient. I didnt have dinner or drinks, although there was supposedly a happy hour. They are located in the outside of a mall parking lot, so food options were plentiful and in walking distance. I only stayed for one night on business, so it checked all the boxes.

The service is awesome. The front desk clerks were courteous and very friendly. The location of the hotel is right next to Antelope Valley Mall which allowed for a very convenient shopping and eating experience. However, the road noise from the highway is pretty loud, audible from inside the rooms. The room I stayed in is of a good size and nicely furnished. The bathroom is clean and tidy. But, the air condition units are super loud, so loud that it kept me up as it turned on and off maintaining the ambient temperature throughout the night. I ended up turning off the AC so I can get some sleep. Thankfullly, I was warm but not uncomfortably hot.

Supervisor “shawna” needs to be retrained and needs to have the following honesty, integrity and hospitality ! Shawna was very rude to my sister over the phone and did not want to help me extend my stay! But Efrain stepped up and was very helpful! Roll away bed had bed bugs didn’t know until the following day ! Go directly to efrain if any problems arise front desk supervisor is useless!

Very clean and nice rooms. Although a TV you dont need binoculars to see would be nice. Adjustable sleep number like mattresses is a big plus. Breakfast is not free but it is delightful. Nice pool area and good friendly workers. And I gave this hotel a 5 because its the first in a long line of California Hotels that has decent WiFi.

Excellent hotel. Very clean rooms and friendly, helpful staff. Has a made to order dining area with great food at reasonable prices. The pool and jacuzzi are a welcome sight on a hot day. Location is very close to several different restaurants and a decent mall. There is a movie theater essentially next door also. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in the area. Has digital key ability for hilton honors members, but the unfortunately the system was down during my stay which wasnt a big deal for me.

I would definitely return here for my next stay here in Palmdale. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby was clean and kind friendly. At the entrance they have coffee and tea. The check in was quick and easy. Our room was spacious and clean.Plenty of parking and on the premises. It may look like it shares the lot with the neighboring plaza but itdoesnt. The plaza is a plus because there is plenty to do walking distance.No complaints here.

We went for a softball tournament hotel admittedly over booked hotel. My double queen was not available so they gave me 2 adjoining kings, this worked out ok for my family but others in my group were not so lucky families had to separate. Pool was so cloudy you could not see the bottom. Only 2 elevators in the hotel, one broke the first morning children stuck for 45 minutes without ac, no ac in the elevator ( it was about 115 degrees outside). Key card deactivated 4 times during my stay reprogramming was easy once you got back downstairs after waiting for the elevator hopefully you were not stuck outside. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast took a while because very busy but tasted alright. Overall the hotel seemed unprepared for the amount of guests and it shows I was definitely disappointed I expected more from the Hilton.

I went to the Hilton Garden Inn for an hour long meeting in one of the smaller conference rooms near the lobby. The space was clean, well apportioned, and perfect for our needs. The lobby was very nice, and there were light refreshments available. A very pleasant experience, all around. Another group was meeting in a nearby conference room, but we couldnt hear them once we closed the doors. I would definitely book a meeting here again.

I called ahead and requested a king bed room and the guy at the desk told me to book online to find a cheaper price. I booked the room ADA accessible because it had a spa tub in the room and was the only king size room left. When we got here, we got the key cards and they sent us to the wrong room. My husband had to go back down to the desk and ask for new keys, they assigned us a different room because all of their king beds were suddenly booked. He offered free breakfast to us as consolation but Im upset because my husband just got back from Deployment and I wanted to treat him to to the spa tub i booked. The Employees were nice, hotel Seems quiet so far...so Im grateful for that...but so many mix-ups are unfortunate.

Check in girl was great. However, the operation seems kind of cheesy. They add $10 bucks to park. It reminds you of a bugget airline nickeling you. I got charged for the free breakfast. I caught it on my credit card bill and had to go to the hassle of calling for a refund. Anyway, nice facility good staff, but for the price I rather stay somewhere with a little more class.

Everyone at this hotel was super nice and accommodating! I was staying at the hotel for a week while I was participating in a special program for teachers. My schedule because of the nature of the program was very unusual and resulted in my sleep cycle being opposite of normal. The entire staff bent over backwards to take care of me and to not disturb me or any of the others in the program. I cant thank them enough for being so kind.

My cousin and I needed a safe and nice place to stay while we attended a track day at the Willow Springs race track. I had a comfortable and safe stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Palmdale. I was immediately greeted and assisted upon arrival by George. Check in was a breeze. George was extremely helpful the two nights I stayed in the hotel and he ensured my time at the hotel was great. Huge kudos to George, and Id definitely recommend staying here if you need a place to feel relaxed and safe!

Had our holiday party here and we wont be coming back... The food was way to expensive for the quality. They packed us in a tiny room like sardines and placed the buffet line in the most inconvenient of spots. The food wasnt ready on time and we had folks waiting in the buffet line for the servers. Once dinner was over they never came to clear off the tables. Mid way through the night they raised the drink prices and claimed the original prices they gave us when we booked the venue were happy hour rates. We had the venue booked until 1130 and they stopped serving us at the bar around 10. The party went well but not because of them.

As far as cleanliness and being comfortable, this hotel was decent. Unfortunately I left my AirPods at this hotel and I live in South Carolina. I’ve been trying to get my AirPods back for the last three weeks and they do have them. Communication back-and-forth with the people that work here has been terrible. I have not once talked to a manager, it has been somebody at the front desk every time that has no clue about what is going on. You would think that the manager would reach out to me and make sure that I get my AirPods back as soon as possible and this has not happened!

Requested twice to have bathroom fixed (toilet wouldnt flush the minute we walked in) and nothing done about it. Asked for an extended check-out and when I went to go back to the room, prior to check-out time, to collect my stuff, they locked me out. They did a poor job of cleaning up during the breakfast hours. I had to bring the dirty dishes to the staff to make room for the new guests. The only positive to this hotel is it is near a plaza.

Clean rooms but stained and badly worn carpets. Democrat muzzles still required.Down grading rating further because... We had a late check-in and after unpacking we realized the shower wouldnt work. No maintenance was available, so we would need to switch rooms if we wanted to shower. Really?? Your housekeeping staff doesnt check if these things work while they are cleaning?? Were Hilton Honors members. This is our 5th night in a row staying at Hilton properties in SoCal and this is the worst so far.

We attended an annual Young Marines Birthday Ball. This was the third year that this event was held here and they didnt disappoint. The area was large enough to hold a hundred people. THERE WAS PUBIC HAIR ALL OVER THE BED! Absolutely disgusting. I requested a handicap room with a walk in shower due to mobility issues and was still given a room with a tub. Had to be moved to a non-handicap room on account of not wanting to sleep on some elses pubes. And wasnt capable of using that tub to bathe either. Should have been given a refund for all this, at least a voucher, but wasnt. Still had to pay $15 for a crappy continental breakfast. Stay away from this place; it is not worth the awesome location.

The room was as good as expected from Hilton, but carpet on hallway was torned and dirty. Water in pool was very cold and it was supposed to be heated. Jacuzie not working and even corded off. Checking in prior to my arrival (via the Hilton Honors application) made this entire process a breeze! Never had to wait at a counter, didnt need to get keys issued to me (digital key was delivered to the app once the room was available), and being able to pick my own room was a great added benefit. The hotel itself is nice, has a pool, fitness center, and an on site restaraunt/bar. Ill be staying here every time Im in the area!

Hotel restaurant was EXTREMELY UNPREPARED for a large group reservation made nearly a year in advance. For a Hilton I expected better service especially when given ample notice to staff appropriately. Hilton usually understands quality customer experience but this one time made me as the organizer look terribly unprepared which I was not. I merely placed too much trust in a brand and lesson learned I will not make this mistake twice with a Hilton.

The experience is worst than some motel 6 chains I have been too. The place looks pretty but not comfortable. Then recieved no notice that they were doing maintenance at 845 am on the ear piercing fire alarm which went off for several times in intervals of 10-15 minutes. If being woken in a startle to a emergency sound didnt convince me this was a poor pick. In trying to leave the hotel we end up getting stuck in the only working elevator and being dropped several floors in a attempt to fix something that we requested originally for the fire department to be notified and eventually needed to come fix. Management was overheard mentioning that they should of called out - unprofessional!!. Wont stay in Hilton again.

A challenge to get the best prices - for sure! As a Hilton Honors member one would expect to get a nest price guarantee - one would be wrong! I booked in at the best price of 136.00 a night, only to see a lower price the next day of 109.00. Which seems as far away with as much chance of getting as a trip to Mars.136.00, 109.00, 98.00, whatever price you pay will not be the price put onto your card though. The Hotel will add anywhere from 20 to 100 dollars for incedentials whatever the hell that is exactly I do not know. I have never had this little extra charge placed onto my card at any of the Hiltons I have stayed at in the past. If it happens again, I will become a Marriott Member! 😁

I received a full refund for my group stay. Customer service was amazingly poor. With the exception of the Housekeeping manager, there was not a single person that appeared to *care* about customer service. During a group rate event, we found that the negotiated rate that the hotel made for our group was undercut by a published web rate (AAA) by over 30 dollars. The sales managers response, wow... really?... let me look into that. We were told we were minutes from the Edwards Air Force base facility. um... yea. 55 minutes. To the Ramp. Another 37 to our destination. Closest hotel to Edwards. Yep, closest except for 15 other properties.Oh, and dont let *any* map service tell you the location. It is hidden at the very back of the shopping complex.Lock your cars, there were 4 break ins, during our weekend. Cameras.. purses... wallets seemed to evaporate during our stay. Note the large signs: Not responsible for anything left in cars. Park at your own risk.Promised early breakfast (there were 25 of us that had to leave the hotel by 6:30 AM), never happened. In fact, overnight *every single* item of food was removed. As we walked out the door, they started to set up. Fully 15 minutes after published start time. Dont bring your group there. Ever.Frankly, every person at the hotel, from the general manager to the desk clerk needs to be drug tested. Daily. Firing wont help. It may be the best in education and customer service that Lancaster has to offer.Any member of the Hilton family (Even Paris) would be ashamed to be associated with this hotel.
