2024-05-20 05:06:08The stay, service, and experience was excellent. Rooms were large and modern; flat screen tv, king bed, desk, chair, and modern bathroom. More space in the room than I’ve had in my own apartment.The service at the breakfast counter was excellent; thanks Jesse for being so accommodating. Pricing for food was standard in this selection of hotel, I wouldn’t expect more or less. Our stay included the parking package over a breakfast package so we had to expect to pay for additional services during our stay and not be overwhelmed by paying for breakfast.Location from the airport was reasonable and it was easy to access the freeways to get to where we needed to go in the city. Close to the beach, but not close enough to the airport to be worried about crowds, traffic, or airport sounds.Fire alarm system works great and is up-to-date. A false alarm during our stay brought up my only recommendation, a PA system would be great to announce if hotel guests should be leaving the hotel right away or not be concerned with a false alarm.Be aware of noise concerns, did get woken up by rowdy guests outside and inside the hotel…usual concern when sharing spaces.Great location, great service, great price.

2024-06-07 20:49:23Very nice staff! Rooms are nice and location is convenient for my needs with work. They have a pantry/grab and go area that can be billed to your room, a bar, a restaurant and room service! They also have a breakfast buffet every morning, but I haven’t tried that yet as I was trying to save money and time in the morning. Already booked here again for the next trip! Thanks for the great service!

2024-06-04 07:24:39Spend the extra points or money and go next door. I have checked in here twice now because the family business that brought me here has taken longer than expected. Both times I have had to move rooms because the thermostat was broken in the first room. I am from a northern climate and need to sleep at cool temps.At the second check in I asked for a room away from the freeway hoping to lessen asthma attacks. They were accommodating, but of course the thermostat didn’t work, so I had to repack my unwieldy luggage full of paperwork and move down a floor completely unassisted. I dropped my already filled-with-filtered-water cpap chamber on the hallway rug and dropped my box of really good leftovers on the elevator floor while trying to exit with two suitcases. The second room was reasonably comfortable both times. The second time, the original bathroom smelled moldy. The experience has been frustrating, embarrassing and aggravating. I am not used to feeling this way about Hilton branded properties.

2024-06-21 19:02:37So today I was forced to leave my PAID FOR hotel room .. because they scheduled their fire inspection conveniently while still charging for the stay 100% .. with flashing lights, Loud decibels horns not safe for kids !People coming into a private hotel room to check alarms .. all around a bad ! experience they forced you into without prior warning when booking to stay at this hotel .. also aside from that …!Sink drain clogged ! Toilet seat not working! Not good quality room ..and be aware ! $20 a day to park your car and no free breakfast ..so there are plenty of hotels nearby, I recommend you look into those .

2024-05-08 03:15:44Always clean. But.....No water bottle provided. No bandaids available. The pool was filthy and freezing!!! Its nice to have a Tesla charger out front.

2024-04-20 16:56:57Check you bill!! they will screw you every chance they get. Im done staying at this Hilton property. shame on me for staying here. Lately almost every time Ive stayed here I get screwed over. this time wasnt any different. I even called and they still havent done anything even after they said they would fix it.Ohh, and I noticed it’s gone this way since new manager started here.

2024-03-29 23:46:36The hotel was beautiful, the staff was friendly and the location was convenient. I will definitely stay at this location again, whether business or personal. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the area. They also have charging stations for Teslas.

2023-11-28 00:40:42Hotel exterior, lobby and bar are nice but the rooms are tired. Stayed here recently for two nights as my company regularly books this hotel for employees. I found the rooms to be worn and the amenities to be outdated. My shower door did not completely seal resulting in a bathroom full of water. The vanity and toilet are for people at are 59 and smaller. I am 6 3 and had to squat to shave and deep knee bends to use the toilet.The A/C system in my room did not sync with the wall controls so I had to manually adjust them at the unit. The cable TV did not work when I arrived and after calling the front desk they sent someone to fix it which required a reboot of the cable box.No alarm clock in the room which seemed strange.They do not make up your room every day. They do it every other day. The breakfast bar is nice but overpriced for the value of the stay. $21 for two eggs and toast? Why is a basic breakfast not included in the price like other hotels in this price range?My stay was during the week and the bar ran out of bottled beer during my stay which shows they just are not managed well and they are only open from 5PM on. The bar staff ignored me and walked the floor arranging the flowers on each table while I sat at the bar waiting to be served.Scheduled to stay there again in a couple days so lets hope I have a better experience this time.

2024-02-22 02:56:13Nice hotel. But the elevators are horrible slow. Cant even use the stairs because they exit outside and the door doesnt open from outside. So on a busy day, you wait forever...

2023-06-12 12:51:44In the past I have stayed at Hilton hotels for numerous reasons, the main ones being that I can always tell that they value their guest experience and take very good care of their hotels. Also that they have great amenities which makes traveling easier.This trip was different.At check-in, I was grateful they let me check-in 30 minutes early, we were extremely tired from traveling and it was nice to be able to get in and relax a bit. However, the front desk staff made it abundantly clear that they did not appreciate my asking to check in early. I definitely could feel the tension. And when my child asked where the bathroom was in the lobby so she could use it, the front desk lady told her they don’t have one. What?!?The room was clean, I was also grateful for that and the space was great. But it was definitely old and outdated and the bed was squeaky.My biggest issue with this trip was my room was right by the pool/jacuzzi and there was a person washing themselves (brought their own soap and everything) and brushing their teeth IN the jacuzzi…when I brought this to the attention of the front desk, I assumed the jacuzzi would be closed to be disinfected/cleaned…that did not happen, there were guests in the jacuzzi throughout the night until it closed.Side note, do not get a room near the pool/jacuzzi, they allow guests to swim/soak late and it was extremely loud and hard to sleep. I didn’t even want to say anything to the front desk because I knew they wouldn’t care based off of how they treated me at check in and when I let them know about the jacuzzi bathing.While I will definitely be staying at Hilton again, I most definitely won’t be staying at this one.
