I hate to leave a bad review but if Im paying this much money for something Im expecting it to be great. I have stayed at this hotel twice and have been kind of disappointed each time. The first time they gave me a room that had not been cleaned. And the second time our room had gnats flying all over it. Both times the issue was resolved with them giving us another room, and a slight upgrade if that. However, I just wish I wouldnt have had to change rooms both times. This hotel is in desperate needs of an upgrade. The carpets are dirty, fixtures are broken, theres cracks and chips etc.Besides these issues, I will give it credit for its location, especially if youre going to the convention center. You cant beat it. They have Disney view rooms which is great, and they have parking thats easily accessible to the hotel and tons of it. Unless this hotel gets a much needed upgrade, I probably wont be returning.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. They have a water bottle refill station, which is great if you drink a ton of water like me. One of the nights there was a power outage for some repairs from around 10pm until 6am. The hotel was upfront by providing this information and what services would be affected. They offered free water and glow sticks to accommodate guests. There were also free snacks for breakfast. Most of us were asleep during this time anyway.Great stay overall but there were loud knocking/creaking and rumbling sounds coming from the windows. It was so weird and loud. It woke us up a few times.

I dont generally leave bad reviews but today is an exception. The Hilton Anaheim is a fine hotel. The lobby and check in as beautiful. Rooms are average or slightly above. Me being the odd ball showed up early on a motorcycle, they dont valet motorcycles. One of the valet people said I could park the bike and try to check in. Youre standing in line forever to check in and an early check in fee I got a room. Went back out front and one of the valets was screaming at me to move the motorcycle. I told him I was going to run bags to the room before I parked the motorcycle in the office site parking area. He was not happy about this situation. The hotel did fine. The check-in process for parking was terrible.

Great place to stay if you’re going to Disneyland, the rooms and staff are very nice and welcoming. Take the bus that comes out front of the hotel it is quick and easy to get to the park.But make sure you buy a day pass for it before you get in line, once you walk out the front door look to your left and you will see a window with a barcode to scan and download the bus app.

Great location. I stayed here for a conference. Room was nice- location great. I ate breakfast in the restaurant once and then only ate breakfast at IHOP across the street ( 5min walk)… I would stay here again for work but not a resort by any means.

This hotel has a convenient location if you are attending an event at the convention center. The restaurant has good food at reasonable prices. The room is not bad, but not very clean, but the mattress is the worst! The bathroom is not great as well. Gym is old. We had cold water two days, and one power outage one of the nights from midnight until 7am. Staff is friendly.

I find it hard to understand how this hotel maintains a 4 star rating. Location is close to Disney, chain restaurants and the convention center. The lobby looks nice, but beyond that, it’s rough. The beds and pillows were old, and uncomfortable. The pillows, felt like I was sleeping on a stack of newspapers. The rooms are rough. Rusty drain covers, chips in the wood, torn wallpaper, generally appearing as though it wasn’t very clean. It’s a bit of a dinosaur in dire need of refurbishing. I would not stay here again.

The reviews on here had me so nervous to stay here. It was just fine. Comfy beds we had a room with a king bed facing away from Disney. The room was definitely dated and worn on the furniture. But the bed was comfortable and I am picky! Bathroom was tiny and not alot of water pressure but was warm and worked fine.I am thankful we got a good room. Check in was easy and parking was so easy to have attached to the hotel. It is a very busy hotel...so lots of people in the lobby. Cute shopping stores in there for gifts. And the food court smelled good.

Rooms are substandard, current guest and amenities in room are sub standard. An average Marriott is light years ahead. They even asked me a $35 rent for a microwave, simply unbelievable. I do not recommend wasting your money here.

Absolutely a nightmare to book a room and prepay through Hilton directly. I called to make the reservation for September and prepay for the stay. Since my husband is preparing to on strike the same week we leave for vacation, we wanted the whole vacation paid for up front. Shouldn’t be an issue, right? I booked directly through Hilton, was told I would be charged immediately. I received a confirmation email, we will be charged immediately. Fast forward to today, exactly 3 weeks and 1 day later, I still haven’t been charged. I call Hilton’s credit card department, after half an hour on the phone with them, they can’t do anything because it’s through the Hilton honors package or something. So I call the number on my confirmation email, which is just the reservation line, after half an hour with them, they can’t do anything so I called the hotel itself. Yep, they can’t help me either and the department they say I need closed half an hour ago. I’ve been on the phone for an hour and a half to pay for a room I booked weeks ago. Save yourself, either go somewhere else or don’t try to prepay, it really shouldn’t be this hard. I expected a bit more service from a “Hilton” hotel.

Rooms were fine, nothing fancy, the ac had issues and my whole group was not able to get the rooms they reserved. Wifi was bad. Locks didnt feel super stable. Hotel definitely needs some updates.Pool very small for size of hotel and not enough seatsWalking distance to downtown disney, garden walk and some fast food places.Staff were kind and helpful.

Do your self a huge favor and avoid this hotel at all costs. This place is probably worst than a one star motel. Worst Hilton experience ever and this is coming from a Hilton Honors member. Rooms are dirty, disgusting, uncomfortable and outdated. House keeping doesn’t vacuum the floors. Expect walking into your room with hair ties and hair pins from the previous guest. AC unit can stop at any time in the middle of the night. 66 F feels like 76 F. Shower will either just stop working in the middle of your shower or burn you with hot water. Lamp switches are broken. Beds and pillows are very uncomfortable. If you complain to the staff, they do not care and make you feel like you are the problem. You ask for a manager to contact you, you will never hear from them. I paid over $300/night, but I had a much better experience with hotels that I paid less than $130. Restaurant on the site has a very limited menu and everything is overpriced. They will charge you for service fee (20%) even if you are ordering take out. Just be kind to your self and avoid the misery by avoiding this hotel !!!

These rooms need updating …. Bed felt like it was at a slope going down towards head. Furniture looks beat up along with toilet seat lid (had a bunch of cuts on it like it was used to chop drugs on top of) strange stains on ceiling and walls … chunks of wallpaper gouged from wall. Strange wet spot on floor in closet… I’ve stayed here before in a (firework view room) and had no problem … this one we got with points and had no view and just looks beat upThe freezer had a ton of frost and the free (were diamond members) bottle water in room we were gonna drink had already been opened? The safety seal was broken … good thing I noticed before our sons drankWe were 6th floorAlso the floors were just gross … don’t walk barefoot in room at allIt was close to Disney and that’s what I’m here for … just don’t let this place fool you into thinking it’s a nicer place unless your shelling out for premium rooms

I was here for a conference. The lobby and restaurant were great but that’s where it ended. The rooms were not great for what was paid. I stepped in something sticky the first day so just had to wear my shoes everywhere. There was paying chipping and the lock on my door to the connecting room was broken. I woke up every morning with a really stuffed nose and itchy eyes, so I suspect there is some mold or something going on as well. The pillows and bed were also super uncomfortable

Close to the Convention Center, and easy transportation to Disneyland. Water poured clear but then clouded up... Made me nervous. Had a power outage scheduled from 11pm to 6am.,. Thats when we cut our stay short. What hotel turns off the power and plumbing? Bathroom was tiny.

Was in town for a cheer competition. If you are attending an event at the convention center this hotel provides the most convenient location. Flew in from the east coast and had an event scheduled for 2pm. They let us check in at noon for an additional $20 which was a pleasant surprise for how busy the hotel was that weekend. Ate breakfast at the restaurant in the lobby and had the friendliest most accommodating server. The hotel was packed with hundreds of cheerleaders and still every staff member we encountered was helpful and cheerful and everything seemed to run smoothly even with the large amount of people. Room was large and clean.

Very close to Disneyland, within walking distance. I did call customer service and they said there is a city shuttle service that can take you to Disney. Youll need to download an app and walk to the Marriott.There are children in the building. Duh its close to Disneyland so that wasnt a problem for me. Just thought Id mention for the people who are anti-children. Maybe staying somewhere not so close to Disney would suit you best.I didnt get to engage with many staff since I only stayed one night and did mobile check-in and out. I did meet a house keeper who was extremely nice and asked if I needed anything.This hotel is a little gloomy, it doesnt look bright or welcoming when entering the building. It can definitely use a little TLC, there are air pockets in the wallpaper, chipped paint, dirty rundown hallway carpet.The hotel room itself was dirty, there were smudged prints on the wall, and a dirty accent chair. There was a surge protector strip connecting the mini fridge and TV. The vent above my shower was dusty and had lint hanging. I also inquired if there was a microwave and they said depends on availability and there is a fee I thought to myself that I would be upset if I stayed at this hotel with my children and they charged me to use a microwave- should just be an added amenity.Its definitely a convenient location but could use a little love. Ive stayed at many Hiltons and this one missed the mark

This Hilton is adjacent to the convention center, but in walking distance to the Disneyland parks. Even the slowest walkers can make the trip in under 30 minutes. The whole route has well maintained sidewalks, stroller/wheelchair accessible. We, two adults, stayed here for three nights for the sole purpose of visiting the Disneyland parks. We stayed on Disney property last year, but this turned out to be a way cheaper option. After spending full days at both parks, we enjoyed our comfortable, clean, and quiet room. They have a good parking garage, but with a fee.

This hotel is far too expensive for what it is. It is old and dated. However the staff are rude and know very little about customer service. On a recent stay we were informed that the water would be disconnected from 9pm-6am with a management suggestion that we go down to the foyer to use the toilets if we needed to during the night. When I expressed my concerns the manager on duty informed me that he would happily cut our stay short and we could find another hotel. Whilst I understand that there will be times where maintenance needs to occur. The real issue is that the management of the hotel actually don’t care about the impact on their customers. When you pay full price for a hotel room you expect to be able to use the toilet in your room. In addition when the water did come back on there was no hot water. My advice would be to stay away from this hotel, the service and quality is more like a 2 star motel, it is a long way short of the so called 4-star that Hilton quotes.

Thank you for making my sons 2nd birthday at Disneyland so special. The shuttle made it very convenient. Staff were friendly, helpful, seemed to remember you--even though thousands of people came and went the 4 days I stayed there. Hotel restaurant served a delicious breakfast. I was happy with the overall cost, given the quality of rooms, gym, transportation, and shuttle. Highly recommend.

Let’s start with the good, the location. It was phenomenal I walked everywhere. The parking is outrageous super expensive to park per day when the rooms you’re booking are already expensive. Why not just roll that parking into the price per night? No you show up and are hit with parking fees. The lobby is super nice! That ends upon getting off the elevator on your floor. The carpet and walls are dingy and are in need of upgrading. I stayed in garden grove prior to checking in here and it was so so much nicer I wish we stayed there the entire trip but I wanted something I thought was nicer. We got all our bags up to the room on the 14th floor (we couldn’t find a cart to put all our bags on so we had several trips from the massive expensive parking structure all the way up to the 14th floor super annoying) we slept in our room and woke up for a big day we had to get ready quickly and once I went into the bathroom I noticed the toilet wouldn’t flush. Then the water in the sink wasn’t coming out the water in the tub was trickling out. I called the front desk and they did send someone up right away but they worked on it for awhile all while we are on a strict schedule to get ready and get out for our event. They got the sink and tub working but the toilet was still having issues at that point my husband asked to be moved to a room with a fully functioning bathroom. We eventually get moved someone did come up with a new key and a cart to move our bags. We get to the new room and everything works but again stains on the carpet and literal holes in the drywall in the bathroom. I’m sorry but that’s just not acceptable for the money spent. Was not expecting that obviously and was super disappointed. The view in our second room was far less than the first so that was disappointing as well. They offered us a late checkout at 1pm but we already planned on an early check out to go to Disneyland so we weren’t going to use it. We just decided to ignore this and get ready to go.The next morning I woke up and wanted to order my daughter some room service breakfast. I call down to the front desk and said I wanted to talk to someone about their gluten free options as my daughter has celiac disease and I need to make sure we get her something safe to eat. Sure no problem and transferred me. The phone rang and rang and rang and rang, nobody picked up so I hung up. Not long after I got a text asking how my stay was. I mentioned that it’s not going great I just tried to order room service but nobody is answering. I get no response until hours and I mean hours probably 9 hours later. I get a call saying so sorry nobody answered you when do you want to order? I can get someone to call you. She had already ate dinner and we were checking out super early to go to Disneyland so it was already pointless. I needed to talk to someone 9 hours ago.That same night I wake up to a dripping sound. I get up and the air conditioner is dripping all over my bag full of our shoes for the trip. Nikes, converse, crocs all wet including our bag. I called down and they sent up a security guard to take a report. Yeah they are just all wet what can they do? It’s after 1am and we just want to sleep the security guard was looking all in the bathroom and making comments about how the trash can was full. So uncomfortable then they send up maintenance and at this point we are just done we have to checkout early and don’t want it repaired our child was asleep so they brought a small bucket and washcloth and sat it under the leak.We stayed at 3 hotels on our trip and this was by far the most disappointing. This was my first and last time ever staying here. I feel like for the amount of issues we had there was very little to no care by management or anyone. Makes me feel sick how much money we spent and how many issues we had. It was a terrible experience. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone honestly. I have a video of the AC dripping on our soaked bag (full of shoes) and my husbands crocs that are there soaking wet but it won’t let me add a video. So here’s a pics

Very dated rooms. This is certainly not a 4 star hotel. The restaurant in the lobby was very good. I have been to conferences here three times and stayed in the Marriott across the street two times but chose this hotel based on the lobby, which is nice. Do t let that fool you. The rooms are in MAJOR need of updates. Mine had ripped carpet and there was a huge hole in the ceiling right outside my door. I guess this hotel’s location keeps them busy, but a hotel on a normal location would not stay in business long. Very disappointed and this hotel is not the usual Hilton.I’m sure I will get the same corporate response to this post everyone else gets that does a bad reviews. But dang Hilton, update these rooms!

I highly recommend staying at this hotel for a memorable experience. Our room was the perfect suite for the New Years Eve. We had an amazing view of Disneyland and the fireworks. The combination of a perfect suite along with the accommodating staff made our New Years Eve exceptional. The convenience of the special Starbucks line for Gold Members and the nicely decorated hotel décor added to the overall enjoyment. The short walks to the Parks further solidifies this hotel as an excellent choice for a magical stay. In addition, the hotel proves to be an excellent choice for business travelers, given its proximity to the convention center. The convenient location allows for easy access to events, making it a practical and comfortable option for both leisure and business purposes.

I dont like to leave bad reviews but people need to know ! So supposedly they are renovating at the end of the summer, in the meantime they need to shut this place down because its a health hazard ! Run down, smells like mold, I woke up every morning with a stuffed nose and scratchy throat ! The entire floor smelled damp! Toilets over flowed in hotel, the entire hall way was flooded and all they did was put fans on it . House keeping never came. I was there for a conference and everyone was complaining. I wish I could leave 0 stars!

Terrible for anything other than going to the convention and even then questionable. The rooms aren’t just tired. They’re terrible. When I turned on the water in the bathroom, there was rust in the water. The bed was old and leaned in one direction. The rooms appeared to have not been updated for at least 20 years, the food services were all very overpriced and the power went out for more than five hours on our day of checkout. Can you imagine hauling your luggage down 14 flights of stairs! There were no apologies, help or refunds offered by the hotel! Terrible experience all the way around.

Extremely convenient to Convention Center. However, not equipped to handle full hotel with guests wanting to eat breakfast or grab coffee. Lines were ridiculous, which is probably because they are severely understaffed. Hotel lost power and it took them 7 hours to fix a blown fuse. Not fun walking steps in a 15 story hotel navigating hotel room in the dark after sunset. All food was overpriced and tasted very average. Stay here, but eat elsewhere. The bar scene was busy and popular.

Hard to review this one but overall I would describe it as “just fine”. The room was comfortable and clean enough. Plenty of room to set up a pack n play/slumberpod and still have room for luggage.The walk to Disneyland is 20 minutes- not crazy far but farther than it looks on a map. (You have to go out the front door of the hotel or go through the parking garage it takes almost 10 minutes just to get to the corner of Katella & Harbor).The hotel is HUGE which makes it kind of inconvenient to get in and out of and around. The pool is not nearly big enough to support such a big hotel and was super crowded.Restaurant food was expensive enough that we couldn’t get breakfast for 2 for under $30 (with our Diamond dining credit) unless we ordered off the kids menu. There’s not a ton of other food options close by.There was wet floor signs and the carpet was sopping wet near our room door the full 3 nights we were there which was kind of icky.Biggest qualm with this hotel is NO LUGGAGE CARTS. You can’t use a luggage cart without taking a bell boy and the bell boys don’t go to the parking garage, only the curb in front of the hotel. We didn’t learn this until we were already parked in the parking garage. Super super annoying when traveling with a baby and all the stuff a baby needs in a huge hotel.

Do not stay here! If you are here for Disneyland, this is not it. The lobby is very nice therefore misleading. The rooms and pool area are very dated, dirty and way over due for a remodel. The carpet and floors are stained and worn. The bar will close an hour earlier than advertised. The tv in the room offers on demand shows but they are all pay per view. The Starbucks doesnt have mobile order and the line will be 40 people long out the door and the prices are double also closes at 2pm. This hotel is also more of a business/conference location so the amenities were overrun with hundreds of people from other nearby hotels. There are many other locations better suited for a family vacation. Avoid this one. The only pleasant part of the trip was our housekeeping lady. She was incredible and these issues are beyond her control.

Don’t book here. The employees will use your credit card for fraudulent charges then make no effort determine where hotel charges originated. I booked this hotel for a conference. The credit card I used was was to hold the reservation. About a month after booking this hotel charged me almost $300 and when I called to figure out what the charge was they told me just call my bank that they wouldn’t know what that charge was for. So my bank had to cancel the card and start a dispute. These charges were from the Hilton itself. They didn’t know what they were or couldn’t find them in their system is alarming. If you book with a credit card be prepared for extra random charges from this hotel. Have fun canceling your card while in Anaheim.

Probably the worst hotel Ive ever stayed at. My wife is here for a conference and I planned on working from the hotel room but the wifi network doesnt even show up. the desk staff gave me a run around and a number to off-site IT, was told I would be charged extra for the wifi despite previously being told it was complimentary. The pool is basically a kids pool. the Starbucks in the lobby isnt staffed properly in the morning, as the line is way too long.

Stay away from this outdated resort thats on the backside of Disneyland with a 25 minute walk. I stayed at this resort a few weeks ago when the weather was really cold. When I got to my room, it was freezing. I told guest services about how cold it was, and they said theyd have someone look at it while I was out at the parks. I get back to the hotel, cold and exhausted, and when I get back to my room, its the same temperature as outside, roughly 40 degrees! I had to call the front desk again as it turns out they didnt look into it the first time.The maintenance guy comes and realizes that someone turned off the hot water valve to my room! And told me the room should be warm in about 30 minutes. At this point, I was waiting in the hallway because my room was so cold. After my timer went off, I went back into the room, and while it was a little warmer, I went to get into bed, and the sheets were like ice. I went down to front desk and asked for a different room, one that I didnt have to wait to get warm. They upgraded me to a king suite that was entirely outdated and brown.While I was checking in, the lady at the front desk told me that I had a $30 food voucher for everyday BUT my checkout day and that the $30 would roll over if left unused. On my second day, I go to use my credits at diner and am informed the credits do not roll over and I had used my credit for the day on breakfast. I went back to the front desk where a different lady told me the credits do not roll over and that Ill have a $30 credit on my check-out day that she said I could use to retroactively cover the dinner. She said shed put a note in and I could come back in the morning.Fast forward, Im at the front desk rearding the credit and lo and behold, the lady I spoke to the night before did not put in any note at all whatsoever. Even worse, the new lady I was talking to would not let me finish describing the situation before she kept interrupting with unhelpful solutions. This resort is not worth the stress.

The location is VERY convenient for an event at the Convention Center as they have a direct entrance. The rooms need to be updated and the beds are not comfortable. I dont believe I will stay here again. From the creepy parking garage to the labyrinth of hallways trying to get to our room, the expense doesnt match the quality of this hotel.The rate I originally booked for wasnt honored by the front desk so I had to pay about $125 more when you included the rate and the hidden fees/taxes. Five dollar vending machines and no-so-complimentary water bottles wait eagerly to take your money as well.Additionally it took us 20 minutes to get on an elevator to the lobby due to a dance competition crowd. Stay elsewhere, at least for your wallets sake.

It took me a bit to really decide if the review was worth me typing but, I think it is. It was money spent that I kinda wish went to a different location. The check in desk was amazing the young lady that helped me was amazing, lobby was welcoming. Now when we headed upstairs to surprise the kids I went in first I was instantly annoyed before I could have them come in. Let’s start like the hallway smelled like rubbing alcohol…not sure why but it did. When I walked into the room I got hit with a strong mildew oder. But I kept positive since it was my kids trip. Second for the price I paid I expected something a little nicer. The room was small and basic if you will. Our fridge didn’t get too cold mind you I have an infant, so milk stayed with ice in our cooler. I called and asked for towels the girl on the phone was kind of rude. Then our sink had a clog and the maintenance guy was rude and seemed annoyed. My issue was with the rudeness, the smells, and the size of the room for a two queen bed. I will be staying at a different location next time I didn’t have good room experience here I thought more money better rooms and service…I was let down

Sat on this review for a few months, I stayed for a conference in November, I was honestly wondering if they would reach out to remedy any of the issues that I had brought up but I guess not!Abysmal customer service and dirty/old hotel. Do not spend your money here, it’s not worth it and nobody is willing to accommodate anything (nor are they friendly about it).Night 1, my sink began leaking, and they sent maintenance up who tightened something and wiped the water and said it should be fixed. Tracked mud all over the bathroom as well. When I tried the sink again, it continued to leak underneath. When I went down to ask for a new room, I was told they were “overbooked” and to check again the next day. So day 2 I wait until after 12 noon, after messaging them on their app per their advice, and go to check between my conference. They tell me they can’t do anything yet and rooms for me aren’t available although the night before she had put a “block” on a room for me. I’m told since I had booked a king room I have to wait for a king to be available, even though on their app they said to come down because they could switch me. I was told that room is probably already gone and that I need to come back after check in time. At this point I felt like a major Karen and asked to speak to a manager, but actually never had time to do that, nor did they seem to care much or follow up- I was literally having 12 hour conference days and needing to deal with this. So I gave up because I did not expect the manager would do or say anything differently. Finally after 4pm I got my new room which was better, but as others have mentioned these rooms are extremely dated, old, stained walls and carpet, the bathroom setup is weird, uncomfortable beds and pillows, the towels are threadbare….I spent about a thousand bucks here for my conference and I have never in my career been so disappointed by a convention center adjacent hotel. Why would they not update this at all? It’s very unclear. Even the hallways show their age and lack of cleanliness.In addition to that, the line for the only actual coffee shop (Starbucks) in the hotel/by the convention center is literally out the door at 7am, it took 20-40min each day to get a latte. They also cannot get your order right, and because they’re part of a hotel they won’t take your Starbucks rewards or anything. The breakfast sandwiches are NINE TO TEN DOLLARS and the lattes are marked up about a dollar as well.We were able to walk to Disney (about 20-25 min) but there are hotels much closer and probably much nicer for a similar to better price.I don’t think I’ve ever written a review for a hotel I’ve stayed at for work, so that should impress upon you how obnoxious this experience was. I think a lot of this could slide if any of the employees cared or were interested in customer service but based on reviews I saw they were also recently striking, so clearly their workplace has needed some adjustment. I also think it’s quite ballsy to require people to pay $20-50 for an “early check in” (1-2 hours before the standard time) and a late checkout- I was told it’s a $50 charge after 12 noon that increases every couple hours. This is new at many hotels as of Covid it seems but for this hotel in particular. For 1-2 hours of late checkout, in California, I’ve never had to pay. Also a dollar charge to hold your luggage whereas I’ve never paid for luggage holding at a hotel before. Yet, here we are.

Came here for their 40th anniversary celebration at the Mix Lounge. Not sure how I forgot to “check-in”. I remember looking for a way to check into this event but didn’t find it so I guess I missed checking into just Hilton Anaheim venue. Ugh!Anyway, for those of you that missed this event, it was a blast. Very slow start as there were only a few people sitting around. No one was really being social until Yelp people arrive.. LOL! I met with the bartending staff, introduced myself to the executive chef, Juan Lopez, I charge of the event. I talked to some of the serving staff and even the marketing director, Jason Abdullah. All staff were super friendly.Tried to get a room here but it was booked but I stayed nearby to enjoy this event and not be too far so I could imbibe in some of the specialty drinks. Btw, some customers even came in costume. The Bundys, Madonna, leg warmers representatives, etc. so fun!We managed to get invited to a VIP party below the hotel where we continued to socialize, eat and drink. Food was pretty good, there were many free appetizers but I had to ask for vegetarian items since I could not eat a lot of meat. They were very responsive and provided me with “off the menu” yummies.See pics so many things going on. They have such fun events that if another one comes up then I am going to try my best to attend again! Btw, they validated parking for this event.

Came here for a conference. My blouse got lost in my room after room service. Tried to contact hotel and security said nothing found in lost and found. Nobody came to my room except for their housekeeper. They didn’t want to provide any other solution except for recording my info.Then I found my toes has a wart after I walked on carpet with barefoot. The overall cleanness is just terrible. If youre here for Disney, probably not unless you dont have kids, maybe.Pros:- Really nice staff, honestly very nice people. You can text them what you need and theyll do their best to help you out.- Very close to the Toy Story parking lot. A 2 minute drive or probably 10 minute walk makes this an enticing hotel for a Disney stay, but this wraps up my pros list. That parking lot is far better than any hotel shuttle, but thats a review for a different place, and it belongs to Disney so of course its good.Cons:- This hotel is mainly used for conferences and, as such, the elevators are almost constantly crammed with people going up and down, making it difficult to want to leave your room for anything other than when youre leaving the hotel.- This hotel has no USB ports for charging, bring your own power adapters (actually always good advice for security reasons, but still)- Bring a computer and HDMI cable if you want to watch anything other than commercial filled cable channels or pay $20 to watch movies youve already seen On Demand- Do not rent a car that isnt compact for this place. Every single non-reserved spot in the entire garage is only for compact vehicles, though they arent labeled as such. Seriously, parking in this place should require its own special permit because its so difficult to do in any non-compact car.- Dont ever not have your room key. Need to get back up the elevator to get to your room? You need your room key. Need to get out of the parking garage? Room key. Never dont have it, even after check out you need it to get out of the parking garage.- Parking is exactly the same for non-hotel guests as it is for guests, $30/night- Ration your water because you only have what you bring with you and 2 $5/ea bottles of water they leave in your room for you. Youre not gonna wanna leave to find water elsewhere because of the elevator situation- Dont expect a modern room at all. The bathrooms have no ventilation, so showering is a lot like being trapped in a hot box until you open the door. Also our mini fridge didnt work enough to keep the leftovers we brought back cold, so that was cool.I really did like the staff here a lot, they were incredibly friendly. I think if you use this place solely as a place to sleep at night and youre never otherwise in it, its fine. But if you have kids that have a nap time, youre probably gonna regret staying here.

Just checked into the Hilton Anaheim. I have a 2.5 y/o with me. Tried calling front desk to get more pillows to put a barrier on the edge of the bed so my kid wont fall off the bed. Instead of giving me the pillows (3) i asked for, they refused even after telling them it was for my kid to not fall off the bed. Great service to your guests even when its just pillows as a safety precaution. Thanks I will not stay here again. Next Marriott next door. Im sure they wont have a problem with giving their guests extra pillows.

Just finished the most painful check in experience Ive ever had at a hotel. It was so bad, we shortened our stay to just one night. The front desk girl was incredibly rude and condescending to my wife. My wife had to repeat herself 4-5 times because the girl wasnt listening. Then she didnt believe my wifes identity, requesting MORE THAN a valid, current drivers license.Once we finally obtained keys, we found out room very disappointing. The Bathroom in particular was disgusting. The bathtub floor is cracked and peeling, which gives lots of extra space for harmful bacteria to grow. There were rusted metal elements. We both decided to wear sandals in the shower for safety. There was also what appeared to be BLACK MOLD growing in the cracked, exposed grout lines in the shower.There also appeared to be drops of blood staining the walls. The sprinkler was absolutely caked with dust, as if it has never been cleaned. The furniture was very beat up.All in all, we feel badly misled and lied to about the quality, price, and service of this hotel. We will not be coming back, ever.

Two star rooms at best. When you enter into the hotel you think it’s going to be nice, however the rooms are old and outdated. They only have 4 charging plugs located at the desk area. My bathtub is partially black from it being so old and dirty. The sink has cracks all in it. The bathroom door and cabinet are warped from heat/water damage. One of the beds in the room is leaning to the side because it’s old. This is probably the oldest and dirtiest Hilton I have stayed it. When we arrived we didn’t need the key because the door was slightly cracked. We just pushed it open. To make it latch we have to literally slam it. The only thing they have going for them is that it is close to Disneyland.

We got back to our room at 1130 pm and had no water. Called the front desk and was told the City required the hotel to turn off water between 11p-6a. Called the City in the am and no rule exists. Hotel maintained this and later acknowledged they intentionally turned off the water for construction! No notice was given to guests. Hotel violated CA law by having guests in rooms with no hot or cold running water. Hotel lied and refused to acknowledge it. AVOID!

This weekend I attended a convention and I wanted to stay here due to the proximity. They had a huge power outage and I understand that it was out of their control. What they can control is their attitudes. Ive never been treated so rudely before by front desk staff. There wasnt even an offer for the inconvenience nor the terrible treatment. My friends who were in the same position got things comped for them and they even took $$$ off their reservation. Im not one to make a large Karen-worthy scene, but I saw them move mountains for the Karens and Kevins in front of me who were not happy. Being a Hilton Honors member I thought would have some weight, but not here. On top of that, the rooms are dingy and the food is cafeteria level at best. Youre better off at the Marriott across the street or other hotels that are within walking distance. As for me, I will no longer be staying here.

We were very unsatisfied with our recent stay at the Hilton. To start, the room was not cleaned properly when we checked in. The washroom door could not close because the toilet bowl was in the way of the door swing, and the cabinet to the fridge was broken. We decided to overlook these issues for the first two days since we were only planning to stay for three nights. However, things got worse when we discovered black mold and a leak from the roof.We reported these issues to guest services, but no one showed up as requested. Waiting around for an hour which ruined our plans to go out. We had to go down and re-report the issues, and even then, we had to negotiate to get compensated for the inconvenience.Overall, it was a bad experience, and we will not be staying at the Hilton again. If we wanted to pay for a cheap hotel, we wouldve done so.

The ONLY good thing about this hotel is its close proximity to the convention center. Do yourself a favor and dont stay here unless you have to.

I spent this last weekend at the Hilton Anaheim and was incredibly unhappy with my stay.Upon arrival, we noticed the hotel was swarmed with thousands of kids who were running through the halls, screaming and slamming doors literally all hours of the day. The hotel staff did their best, but literally nothing was done about it. I slept less than 8 hours all 3 nights. Security was getting so many calls they couldnt even handle them all.The beds themselves were incredibly uncomfortable along with the pillows. There were 3 plug-ins in the entire room. One of them didnt even hold the cord prongs. The rooms were extremely outdated. For being the Hilton in a big tourist area, right next to Disney, we expected so much more. If we travel to that area and have another retreat at the Hilton, we will stay at a different location.

I recommend this hotel to my whole family (8 of us), we just got back yesterday.Super disappointing experience like the worst, I/we would never stay here again!!!!Food - food was cold multiple times and not good and to top it off super expensive with a 20% tip included no matter the size of the party. For what!? Our food got sent back many times. They used to have a buffet for breakfast, that wasn’t an option. We asked about the buffet, staff said they only offer it on special occasions like Mothers day, Thanksgiving, Easter, etc. The restaurants were all empty, it was made very clear nobody is eating there. Clearly for a reason….Rooms - very basic, super old, not spacious at all, only had a fridge.Location - good, we like to walk. We walked to Disneyland (13 ish minute walk). Corner stores are only (5 minutes walk).Pool/Bar area - Not good. Fire pits were not lit once like their pictures online/website. Bar was open once the whole time we stayed (6 days over the weekend).Hotel lobby - was always SO cold. We were in lobby bar area, asked for a blanket or towel to put over our legs server told us to go to out room and call room service or go to 5th floor and go get a towel from pool.Conferences/events - hotel seem to be busy with this option/service for companies but it’s hurting their business with families and friend holidays. There were a million kids in conferences, running up and down the halls, playing in elevators, super loud in rooms, no seating anywhere in lobby, etc.Starbucks - the line up was outrageous on a daily basis… too many people, they cant seem to handle the amount of people they are letting stay in the building at once. This shouldn’t even be an option for the hotel to say they have, you’re better off walking 5 minutes and going to a different starbucks.We had Hilton members in our group and they were very disappointed as well.Like I said never coming back here. Worst ever experience in this hotel. Washroom wasn’t working, dirty carpets, locker was nonfunctional, no microwave, too crowdy, not enough eating space, worst housekeeping - forget to change glasses, cups, towels, didn’t even picked up garbage on daily basis. Sent their security person because of some issue with my credit card. He was so rude. They didn’t even once try to resolve this issue over the phone. I travel a lot but never seen this kind of hospitality. Washroom toilet was making random loud noises all the time, especially at night, even when not in use. Wifi was “free” but it kept asking to pay, or sign in every single day. It kept disconnecting and was very slow. Never ever revisit or recommend this hotel in my life time.

I was very disappointed in staying at the Hilton Anaheim. Our first room appeared very old and we had no hot water in the shower. I called customer service and they offered a different room, which they said they would deliver our new room keys. We waited 30 minutes and no room keys were delivered. We were already annoyed having to pack up and move our belongings. We had to return back to the lobby from the 9th floor to collect the new key cards since no one came. The second room we stayed in was the exact same, run down, uncomfortable bed, chipped paint, filthy shower curtains and dirty wallpaper. We also had to run the shower for a good 5 minutes before we received any hot water. Furthermore, there was no free breakfast, although Expedia states there is. If you want to use the pool, good luck. The pool is small and packed with kids all day long. We waited before the pool closed at 10pm one night and could barely even get into the hot tub. In addition, the “free” waters that are in your room are also not free. It states 2 bottles are complimentary on the tag, and after 2 bottles, you will be charged $5. I was charged $14 for 2 bottles of water. When I called to inquire, the hotel staff told me the water is reserved for Silver and Gold members of the hilton honours club, which it does not even state on the tag. I am very disappointed in my 4 night stay at the Hilton Anaheim.We stayed here thinking it was a good location, as we were going to Disneyland. The walk to Disneyland is a lot farther than advertised, about 20 minutes one way, and there is NO free shuttle from the hotel to the park. You have to pay to use a bus. I have no idea how this hotel received 4 stars. It deserves 2. I will not be staying here again.

The associates here were very friendly, which was the best thing about the hotel. Unfortunately it is in dire need of a refresh. Stains on the carpet, paint chipped doors, fraying carpet, and tired furniture. I see that after reading other reviews that I don’t have a unique opinion. It is within walking distance of Disneyland and next-door to the convention center. The Starbucks inside the hotel does not take the Starbucks app and is priced much higher than most locations. This is what makes this hotel average, with a refresh it would be above average.

The pictures the hotel looked decent I was debating on this and the Sheraton and I should’ve stayed at the Sheraton or elsewhere. Even a motel would’ve been nicer I’m serious. The walk to the room was long I mean super long especially if you’re tired well you’re going to walk. Not only that the parking lot is far away too. The rooms stink really bad and the room is outdated. The floors and rugs ripped up. The bathroom dirty dirty dirty. Stains all over the tub. Floor and walls are black of how dirty it is. The pillows stink like dirty hair. I don’t blame the housekeepers at all I’m pretty sure they are under payed and have to clean soo many rooms. God Bless them. You can even ask for upgrades and arewilling to pay and they won’t even listen. The agents are rude. It’s funny because it’s next to Disney the happiest place not so much here. Based on my stay from 4/22-4/26, Id advise avoiding this hotel. Its outdated, and be sure to check your bill post-checkout. Initially, I was charged $35.99 for a movie, which was rectified after I texted them. Then, a $10 charge appeared three days later for two untouched water bottles, which I also had to dispute. Additionally, I was double-billed for breakfast, despite paying on the day of service. Phone calls remain unanswered, with hold times exceeding 30 minutes. Overall, a regrettable experience.

I try to give everything and everyone the benefit of the doubt but wow, this was probably the worst room I’ve stayed in! The room is FILTHY DIRTY! Where do I start? Pillow cases were NOT clean had mascara or black makeup on them. Disgusting! Sheets are probably not clean either, when I called reception to request new pillows no sentiment was offered. The bathroom had black hair all over the tub, walls, ceiling, sinks. Broken, rusty and dusty shower, vents, and faucets. Water turns hot and cold and pressure changes while showering. The furniture is all dirty. Walls dirty and scuffed up. Just a grimy room. The room is in a high volume area and nearly $250 per night. They also had the audacity to charge for late check out. DO NOT STAY HERE. Take your money somewhere clean and comfy!

This is a very convenient place for Disney visitors. It is reasonably priced. Many rooms over look California adventure. The corner rooms are especially great for Disney views and spaciousness. The pool is great for hot afternoons and the hot tub helps you relax after a long day at Disney.

Service at the front desk and in the restaurant was fantastic. No complaints, especially on a busy convention weekend (WonderCon 2024).Room was very clean and spacious. Bathroom was a little loud when the water in the toilet needed to refill, so much so you had to raise your voice to talk over it. Hallways were also very loud late at night. While I know it was a convention weekend, I dont recall it being *that* loud in previous years weve stayed. Not the hotels fault at all, just something to note!

The room I got had a majorly clogged tub. I only found out once I was taking my shower. By the time I was done the water was 4” up. Very gross. They said it’ll take just a few minutes to fix. They did have someone up within 10 minutes but the whole process took 1 hour. First someone came to fix the drain and kept all the dirty equipment on the vanity counter where my make up bag, brush and toothbrush were. Then they leave a mess and send someone to clean up and he shows up with a spray and a cloth. No brush or disinfectant. Then the same guys gets the clean towels wearing the same gloves he cleaned the tub with. I had ordered some room food service and ended up eating it 1 hour later….COLD. Very upset with this service. Feel the room is dirty and stinky.

If you have an electric vehicle please keep in mind that you must valet your car to have access to any electrical chargers. That is a $39 dollar value per day. My room was not clean at all. I had mildew in the bathroom. I had a room with a fireworks view…PEOPLE SAVE YOUR MONEY ON THAT ONE. just get a regular room because it was not impressive. The view was horrible and overlooked another hotel’s roof. Checking in is horrid unless you have a Hilton gold or platinum membership. The line was ridiculous to check in, but I was lucky that I was a member and didn’t have to deal with that mess. I would recommend that you select another hotel because this Hilton was not it.

A nice hotel next to Disneyworld. We booked 1 room for 3 adults, for 3 nights which was joined booking with our holiday package from our airline. The first room we got was overlooking the car park which we didnt like. We went back to the front desk and they changed our room with no problem. The hotel is very big and finding your room can be confusing as there are many corridors + a lot of walking as everything is spread out. We got moved from 5th floor to 12th floor and transferring luggage took roughly 10 minutes. The second room was much better with a view overlooking the city of Anaheim. If you want a Disney view I think that will cost more when you do your booking. Overall the room are good and the bathroom is well maintained and clean.The hotel lobby area is nice and is on 3 levels. There is a large reception area for check in, a bar in the middle of the lobby with plenty of seating around, Starbucks and a restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Prices are reasonable depending on what you want to order, we didnt eat in their restaurant. There are some shops further down from Starbucks. There is a lower ground level with stairs near the reception area but Im not sure where that leads to. Parking garage - self parking is $24 per day or Valet parking $39.Overall a nice hotel, but there are additional expenses which can make your stay a little more expensive. The main benefit of this hotel is it very close to DisneyWorld.

Surprised with the Hilton. This is not typical of their properties. In a key location for Disneyland and directly beside the Convention Centre, I would expect it live up to the Hilton brand. Room cleaning and customer service were excellent. Rooms are 3 star at best. Mattresses sagging, paint peeling, carpet worn, leaks from ceilings. We stayed in a family bedroom on the 12th floor. I am a gold member. As it was sold out for 2 of the 5 days I was here (cheer and dance competition), I was not upgraded. Understandable.

It was my first time staying at this Hilton. I picked this in particularly because of its location close to Disneyland. I arrived and upon check it it was smooth. The lobby is very big and there is a bar right there. The Mix bar is nice and the servers were very helpful and prices were reasonable. There is also a Starbucks inside! Super convenient. I went up to my room to rest then realized the faucet was leaking. Every time I turned it on it would leak on the top and also in the bottom spilling water on the floor. I didn’t mind it to much. Later that day the more I used it the more I seen it leaks while open. My socks were completely wet because the longer it’s on the more it leaks. It was late so I waited until the next day to tell the person at the check in. The next morning came. I told the person up front about my issue and they offered to change my rooms or send someone up to check it out. I opted for changing rooms. (I was thinking I’d get an upgrade for the inconvenience). They gave me a new key and said my old key would still open the old room. I went grabbed all my bags and luggage. And the key was not working. So back down I go with all my bags again. I told the person up front and they gave me a temporary key but he seemed annoyed that I was there again. I usually get great treatment by Hilton employees but this was not the case. The key worked thankfully the inconvenience. I noticed a few stains in the bed sheets but oh well they were washed I guess. After I decided to fill up the bath tub but then realized the drain plug thing was not working. It said push to push it down and if working should lock it in place and it did not work. I thought I had to play with it for a little bit and that was not the case. It did not work. (I attached a video). I was going to tell the front desk about my 2nd issue but I did not want to move all my things to a 3rd room. Especially since the person up front didn’t seem to happy to help me again. (I didn’t get his name either. I’ve been in many hiltons but never had so many issues in one or issues in general. Even the caulking that connects the bath tub to the wall was all peeled up. The bottom of the tub was all peeling up too. I’d rather stay at another Hilton further away than go through this experience again. It looks much better in the photographs. Self parking is $28 per day and vallet parking is $39 per day. I did vallet. It was pretty cool you just call the number and by the time you’re up front your vehicle is there. One if the times I got my vehicle am older gentleman gave me the keys (I had already showed him my ticket) but before he gave them to me he kept looking at me. I’m not sure what that was about them. Then he laughed. I got in my vehicle and he was still at my door and kept looking at me. I think he wanted a tip? Not sure but that was weird. After reading other reviews I’ve been other have had similar issues to have and the business owner had replied to them saying they have noticed their maintenance team about those ongoing issues but it seems like they haven’t been addressed. First time going to Disneyland and my husband is a Hilton honors member so this was a no brainer. Check-in was nice. Our room was ready early and the girl was really nice and looked up room upgrades for us.Joseph for the Fresh Connection was really helpful in making sure our food was ordered and he offered soda for my husband and I while we waited for our food to be ready.The closeness to Disneyland is fantastic. This was my first time staying at the Hilton Anahiem as the last time I was here, I stayed right across the street. The Hilton is perfectly located at the convention center entrance and parking structures. I had a suite on the executive level, which had floor to ceiling windows and was very clean. My reservation was entered wrong, and I had issues getting the room squared away till the best day, but they took care of it. The room service was good and the parking was easy. Overall, it was a great stay labeling our meetings at the convention center. Coffee shop downstairs was good. They open at 6 pm. During my stay, the Hilton had to turn the water off from 11pm-6am, so it was a bit of an issue as I had to be out of the room by 6am for my meetings. During our stay, they also had the Deca confer3nce for you entepreners, so the place was completly packed.

TLDR: I am not upset, just underwhelmed. I feel this particular Hilton is leaning *heavily* on its convenient location to drive business. Other important aspects of a “4-star” hotel have been neglected as a result. Some improvements could make it a better-representation of what I typically expect from the Hilton brand.The Good:Staff - friendly and helpful.Lobby - lively and well-appointed for leisure, socialization, and business travel alike. I was very surprised to see a FedEx Office, Starbucks, and a respectable full bar.The average:Elevators - Crowded. Movement in the building can get really slow with waits and stops on nearly every floor. Not out of the ordinary for a convention center *and* Disney-adjacent place. Have patience.Parking - the structure also gets crowded, but there are plenty of spaces. You’ll be fine. Price is also relatively reasonable especially if you’re staying multiple nights.Breakfast Bar - while not free, it was cheaper than Starbucks breakfast (wow, Starbucks charges $4.75+tax for 1 glazed doughnut), 100% ready bright and early, and had a nice selection of quick grab & go foods. Perfect.The underwhelming: The property (suites especially) just feels kinda beat up - especially in comparison to the recently-renovated Marriott directly across the way. Pool deck stood out to me as a top in-need-of-TLC item. Very cracked and generally rundown looking. Not a great centerpiece to gaze down on from the rooms. Speaking of…Our room - perhaps not the best example on property - was also showing its age. Handyman-style repairs (cracking caulking, touch-ups) galore. Stained chairs and carpet. A really, really dirty air filter - definitely years past its prime. Something crusty on the phone. Remote wasnt much better. Loose/rusty plumbing fixtures. Bathroom exhaust fan did not turn on. Windows definitely needed a cleaning (especially evident when hit with the steam from the shower that entered the living area on account of the non-functional exhaust fan).In sum, nothing glaringly terrible happened. I have no horror story. Our stay was relatively comfortable and exceptionally convenient for our activity at the convention center. I just expected a little newer/cleaner from the esteemed Hilton name and I think some new plumbing fixtures, carpet & furniture deep cleaning, and regularly-changed air filters would go a long way.

3 stars only because of the location and view of Disneyland. The rooms themselves are haggard and could use some basic care to vastly improve the experience. The most concerning part of our stay was the exposed rusty nails right in front of the window that looks towards Disneyland. The carpet needs to be redone to avoid this hazard. I brought this up to the manager but we noticed it the morning before we left, and since I didnt bring it up earlier and since my children did not get hurt, there was nothing they could now do about it. Also, be careful with the parking charges. It is a bit misleading and you will likely pay closer to $30 per day. I am a very loyal Hilton member but this experience will have me looking at the Marriot properties in the future. The SpringHill has a full kitchen and is a bit closer to Disneyland.

The Anaheim Hilton is the nucleus of hotels, restaurants and entertainment for Disneyland, Convention Ctr and surrounding attractions.Perfectly situated off of Harbor Blvd, youre close to everything. The hotel rooms are rundown with old carpet and furniture, the restrooms are dirty with water that does not drain well, and worst of all you can hear water dripping in the walls, so I’d assume there is mold. Bed sheets and towels are outdated and dirty. Parking is expensive and every small convenience comes with a fee - such as early check in even if your room is ready. I will not be back.

This is the worst Hilton Ive been to by far..Being a diamond member of Hilton, Ive been to various brands of Hilton numerous number of times, ranging from Garden Inn to Waldorf Astoria.I would say this Hilton Anaheim is the worst one Ive been to, considering the status of the brand and its cost.It is a pretty big hotel located right next to the convention center. Probably 1-2 minute by walk from the lobby. To be fair, the location is great if you are an attendee for any of the expo or convention held there.My experience was pretty bad from the moment of arrival. The person at the front desk seemed very untrained and unprofessional. The answers were either I dont know or Im not sure for most of my questions. The only thing she answered about self parking which actually turned out to be misleading, and I had to scramble across the building on the day of checkout to get things situated.When I got to my room, I found out that the bathroom was covered with sand and dirt. So I called the desk, then it took them forever to find a replacement room. This left me with many questions on how they manage and situate things..I got to my replacement room, and I realize the heater and hot water doesnt work. I know it is late May, but it does still get pretty chilly in the night time. I call the front desk again, and they tell me the heater has been broken in the WHOLE building for a few days. And says theres nothing they can do... I had to sleep through the night with many layers on very uncomfortably which I wasnt normally used to.Next morning, I head down for breakfast to use my $15 diamond member credit. Basically this is the only benefit they offer for diamond members. There are 2 breakfast options: starbucks and this 1 restaurant. The restaurant removed breakfast buffet option since covid... Covid hasnt been a thing since forever. I guess its still a good excuse to not bring something good back. I ended up getting 1 breakfast item and a coffee, and it ended up costing me 3 times the diamond credit including the mandatory 20% tip surcharge.I heard they got rid of the lounge as well since covid. Considering the size of this hotel, it came to a surprise for me. Its been awhile since covid went away so its not cool to not offer these things still.This place needs to stop being to stingy and upscale their offers and benefits.Until they go through a total renovation of services, I dont think I would ever come back to this property.

Blowing horns, yelling through a megaphone and banging on a drum all started around 4:30AM! Yes in the morning!! The hotel did not tell us that would be happening during our stay. The only thing we were told “ there won’t be daily room service but we have a towel station set up in the hall if you need more towels”. With no sleep due to the noise disturbances I ended up at first aid at Disneyland with a raging migraine. We could not get out of there fast enough! I simply asked the front desk for assistance with the wifi password, because the code provided on the room key was invalid. Instead of answering the simple question, I was instead, met with rude costumer service.I contacted the concierge to connect me to the right person, however, before I completed my sentence they transferred me. Another person answered my call and the tone of their voice was unprofessional. They questioned why I had the wrong password. I explained the situation and they responded with a different code in a voice filled with attitude and stated that if the code did not work I should call someone else. I have never encountered such rude costumer service from a hotel before, for such a simple question. The hotel itself is decent, but I will definitely not be staying here again. If they could not assist me with a simple question that could have taken them one minute to answer, then I cannot trust them if I needed actual assistance with a larger task.

Not the case my husband and I woke up a few hours before our alarm bc we were in pain from the bed. I told her we would never come back to the Anaheim Hilton and she said ok and walked away. I guess Hilton doesn’t believe in customer service. Never staying here again. We got our rooms with some credit card points and a deal (4nights) I think if we paid anymore than what we paid it definitely wouldn’t be worth it, in my opinion.The place didn’t at all seem like the photos they have online, the hallways carpet were dirty, our room furniture had some paint chips and dents. Few scuff marks on the walls. The ceiling fan on the bathroom was dirty, the room started to slant as you went to the bathroom so the sliding door didn’t close all the way so if someone took a dump it’s smelling up the room 😬. Our tub/shower the first day wouldn’t drain, we reached out right away and they sent someone. Not what I’d picture at a Hilton.Parking was $24 per day and they do take a $200 deposit when you arrive where that’s deducted out of that. It wasn’t hard to find parking inside the garage, felt safe walking through there. Not a far walk from elevators to main lobby and rooms.The staff were friendly and super helpful. The texting service they had were pretty responsive and fast. That was a plus!The food courts were closed when we arrived and that was after 7pm and another night after Disneyland, so we didn’t use the food courts at all! They Starbucks we did but the line was about 15-20 wait. We went else where on Harbor Blvd or used DoorDash for food. Restaurant inside the hotel was pricy and it was a one timer.It’s about $6-$8 for a Lyft from there to the Disneyland drop/pick up zone with was an awesome time saver!The indoor pool was closed due to renovation at the time, we did use the outdoor pool once. Laundry facilities ran us like $45 to do 3 loads, including detergent/dryertime/washers.

Wow!! My husband and I booked a king bed 2 weeks prior to arrival. When we got there, they told us we didn’t get a king bed even tho I had the booking information of it. Then she followed to give us a dirty, queen bed room (for my husband & I’s anniversary trip.) I called the front desk and asked if they would please change our room and they refused. After a few calls with different people they said they could change our room to a king bed handicap room. We then moved rooms & attempted to use the $50 credit they gave us for “inconvenience” on parking. Lets start by saying that the local was great since it was right by the convention center. In terms of everything else, not so great. I was charged $25 for checking in early despite being a Hilton Honors member, it never happened to me before. If the room is available, they just let you check in early. After I got to my room, I was very disappointed as the furniture was old and beat down, there was a crack in the sink, stains on the carpet. I asked to change the room, the second one was a bit better, but was also old and beat down. The housekeeper went through my bags and touched my cosmetics, which made me feel violated, so I declined the service for the rest of the trip. I ate at the restaurant downstairs, the food was good. Service was slow and food was overpriced. I wouldnt go back.

Very frustrated with our recent stay. The hotel is currently facing a labor strike. We optioned to upgrade our room to hopefully avoid the noises of drums and horns, but could still hear the protests taking place.The rooms have paper thin walls. People in other rooms and hallways can easily be heard at quiet/normal talking levels along with other door and footstep sounds. The bathroom was not completely cleaned upon arrival as hair was found in the shower/tub.On our last night the fire alarm went off during the middle of the night. An employee came over the intercom to say the alarm was being investigated but the alarm was never cleared or given any clarification. We evacuated as we were on the top floor and I am disappointed with the steps taken to safely clear and communicate the alarm with guests.While waiting for our uber we were approached by an employee wanting to give us four free gifts, that were ultimately sales. The Starbucks had ridiculous prices for food/coffee that were more expensive than Disneyland.I am understanding of the labor strike and the current employees making their best effort, but the hotel is in need of major upgrades to meet the Hilton standard. The walking distance to Disneyland was a great perk, but rooms are in need of upgrades/renovation and prevent this hotel from meeting a proper standard for its guests.

Upon check in we were told that we would have to pay $25.00 for an early check in fee. We arrived at 1pm. They said at 2pm there would be no fee, so we decided to wait. It has been 78 degrees in here since the early morning. I called down to the front desk and they sent a wonderfully nice maintenance person to our room who moved the vents around but unfortunately did not solve the issue.We then received a phone call from the front desk who informed us that they will credit us $50.00 but with no mention of changing rooms. It’s 78 degrees in our room. We had to ask to be moved. I’m waiting for a call back. After asking to be moved, they found another room for us, but now we are waiting for keys, prolonging our vacation even more.We understand that times get busy, and sometimes things take time to get resolved but the lack of customer service from the this Hilton property is unacceptable. The first room we stayed in, an electric outlet cover was completely detached from the wall, the toilet paper holder was completely broken, the fridge wobbled so much a foot was obviously missing, and the shower drain was so clogged the bottom of the tub filled before I could get the water up to temp. All very very simple fixes, it was just obvious that no one working there was being paid enough to care or do their job! Pay your staff enough to have pride in their work!!!! We ended up switching rooms and things did get a little better. The hotel staff threw away my cooler so be warned about that! Youre better off staying at a Holiday Inn or a motel. We call down to the desk and they gave us a $50 room credit but didn’t show up to give us coffee or a garbage can until we called 2 more times and it was the next morning. Very disappointed in my stay here. Staff were protesting and striking for 4/7 days that we were here. Woken up very early in the morning by the staff blasting air horns and banging drums. No issues with them protesting but when the management allows it to impact the service and guests experience it’s unacceptable. Our room was attended to for 2/7 days we stayed here. When we contacted the guest services to have our room made up, towels replaced and bins emptied we were told that there was no staff due to the strike and that we would need to get our own towels from the end of the hallways where rooms start with either 2 or 4 on each level. This was at the other end of the floor for us, so rather inconvenient, but also hard to obtain towels as it was a community pile. We ended up reusing all of our towels as the piles were never restocked. Maybe the management should’ve attended to the rooms if housekeeping staff were on strike?? Rather than let your guests have a very poor experience.The bathrooms had a build up of mould on the shower handles. The room wasn’t dirty but I wouldn’t consider it clean or of 4 star quality. It is very out dated. Only receive 1 complementary bottle of water for our entire stay and then after this the water is $5 a bottle, mind you the staff never attended our room to give us a second bottle of water anyways. When we complained to management about the poor service they issued us with a $200 room credit (broken down into $50 per day, and must be used or you lose it). However, the star bucks on site was only open on the first day that we stayed here which meant we could only use the credit on room service or the very overpriced gift shop. The hotel advertises a food court but the only place open in the food court was 1 pizza place. All the other food vendors were closed.The only saving grace is that the hotel is a short walking distance to Disneyland or you can pay to catch the shuttle bus. However the bus is often full resulting in needing to walk to Disneyland anyways.I would not waste my money staying here at all. Spend a little extra to stay somewhere nicer with better service and amenities.

Stayed at the Hilton for 3 days recently while visiting Disneyland. While this is an older, more established Hilton, it is very well managed and cared for. Our room was older and may be due for some upgrading but it was clean. Everyone we came in contact with including the Bell Hops, front counter, restaurant and bar staff, and our room attendant were friendly and helpful. The Hotel Operations Manager even was courteous enough to allow us space to coordinate a windshield replacement on our personal vehicle due to a rock chip while traveling.

For a Hilton, the rooms are not up to par. They were middle grade at best. While the TV was nice and large, the rust stain under the sink was worrisome although it was not actively leaking at the time. I also like to check stairwells and this hotel has multiple leaking pipes in the 5th floor stairwell, with years of rust on the floor from those leaking pipes. There are other more subtle signs that the hotel is in need of attention and maintenance and I wonder what else lurks unseen behind the walls that needs to be addressed. It does look nice in the lobby and conference room areas, however. The restaurant is nice with good food, although the price is a tad expensive for what you get. Wait staff work hard to be considerate and attentive so they deserve good tips!

I was here as Mr clean for sneakercon and it was at the convention center across the street. It was super clean in my room, nice lighting, good TV, great bathroom with a huge shower head, and a nice view. The downstairs gym was clean, well organized and easy to get to. The pool was very clean, new towels at the location, and open till 10pm which was nice. The first floor was so nicely laid out like a giant architectural welcome space. The concierge was friendly and informative. It is super close to Disneyland as well. The food seems a bit high so maybe sparingly eat on location as there are a few nice inexpensive options under a 1 mile walk away. Still though, the presentation at the good options are very nice at the hotel.

The cleanliness of this hotel is not aligned with what a 4-star hotel should be. We had noticeable stains on both our towels and sheets when we arrived to our room. We also saw 3 bugs in our room throughout our 2-night stay. There was also a Goldfish mess in our hallway that was there the entire stay, meaning they didnt vacuum the hallways once. We were also woken up as it sounded like there was a cleaning cart right above us moving around for a good hour. The employees are still on strike blaring horns and drums in the morning. I wouldnt stay here again for these reasons. The valet was nice and the location was good, but that was it. The location is still too far from Disney to walk considering how much you already walk during your day at Disney so we took an Uber. We also booked a Lanai Deck room thinking we would have a deck, however it is just the ground floor for the pool and you can walk out to the pool from your room. Not worth the extra $ we paid for it.

The room was much smaller than what we saw in the pictures online. The air conditioning didnt work; it only functioned if set to 76, making it either too cold or too warm. The bathroom fan didnt work, and the bathroom mirror was very old and broken, giving it a 2-star hotel appearance. Upon arrival, one of the water bottles was empty. Despite calling for a replacement, it wasnt provided, and we were charged $10 in the end. I don’t recommend this hotel if youre planning to visit Disney. There are many other hotels that are much cheaper, cleaner, and with functional AC.

We booked through Costco as part of a Disneyland package. We came to celebrate our daughter’s 4th birthday. It was decently expensive but figure it would be worth it since it was waking distance to Disney. It was not worth it.This was one of the worst, maybe THE worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. Let’s start with the big stuff. Our room was dirty upon check in. I mean, there were still sweats left from the last people, visibly dirty carpet (and could feel how dirty it was on my feet), and there was trash already in the garbage can. Not necessarily a big deal because they offered us a new room. I get it, I used to clean hotel rooms and sometimes you miss things.We were moved to another room. There was standing water in the bathroom and I figured it was left over from cleaning the bathroom, but I soaked it up with a towel and the next morning the floor was flooded again. And then again the next morning. I couldn’t tell it is was coming from the sink or toilet. So we decided to check out early and go stay somewhere else.Now for the small things, which maybe wouldn’t have bothered me as much if the big things hadn’t happened. It took ages to check in, I’m talking like 45 mins in line at 9 pm to check in. The entire hotel is just old and ding, like the apartment you lived in during college that not matter how much you cleaned it, it still looked dirty. The bathtub in the second room was peeling off, the bedding was stained, and witness free unless you sign up for their loyalty program. It’s 2023 give people WiFi who stay at your hotel.When we checked out early we weren’t expecting to get any type of refund but figured it doesn’t hurt to ask, but just as I expected they said there is nothing they could do.Do. I have been Hilton Honors for many years and because of the lack of maintaining hotels, I have been switching to Marriot Bonvoy. The rooms have moved to a quality below being tired. This is an ok hotel. It has some strange 70s decor that looks outdated compared to a lot of the hotels in the area, especially the ones that have gone through more recent renovations. Ive always considered Hilton to be on par with quality but there were strange things like trash cans half full with trash being used to catch leaks in the ceiling. Or when we requested extra pillows through their app we came back to a black garbage bag full of pillows by the door.During our stay there was a strange cigarette smell that came into our room the second day, every 30 minutes or so. Called front desk who were going to investigate. An hour later when I called again they had done nothing. They then sent a security guard up to investigate our room who couldnt smell anything but sent a technician anyway. Technician could smell anything but went to the roof to see what he could find. Best he could figure was that if enough people smoke in the designated area, the smell could make it up to the roof and get into the vents. They did offer to change our room but we had an early start so declined. And managed to find some relief by running the AC which created some ventilation.For that most of the staff were really helpful. But maybe try and avoid the 11th floor?The proximity to Disney is great, but dont use the Starbucks in the hotel unless you are a gold club member or have 30ish minutes to spare for the line. Local area coffee or refreshment in the parks are quicker

There was a mini-fridge but it froze everything we put in it and made an annoying sound the entire stay. We had two queen beds that felt like they were more than 20 years old. The side of both mattresses closest to the nightstand were sunken in from overuse and incredibly uncomfortable. Absolutely the worst hotel stay Ive ever had. First they did not notify us that they had a labor strike going on that would be significantly impacting our stay until we showed up for check in. Next we walk into a room that smells dirty to then be welcomed by two used false eye lashes left on the floor, a filthy bathtub and outdated, badly beat up everything. No room service or cleaning of any type because they have no staff. No amenities even though they are still charging us for everything. Employees smoking weed in common areas and to top everything else off, what staff they do have only works nights and they ride the incredibly loud service elevator all night and drag cars all over. Three nights in a row of literally no sleep because of the excessive noise. I asked the front desk if there were quite hours and they told me that only applies to hotel guests. Employees can make noise because they are working. Our entire family vacation has been ruined because of this and since I cant get any help at the hotel, I attempted to get help via Hiltons customer service line which told me they would take care of it only to be laying in a dirty bed yet again getting zero sleep. I will never stay at a Hilton again and I plan to report this to the better business bureau as well as potentially contracting a lawyer (yes its been that bad!). The only thing they had going for them is the somewhat short distance walk to Disneyland, however with the strike going on their employees are out front with sirens and drums that obviously break city ordinances for noise (starting at 5am fyi) so you have to go out the back and add a good half mile walk to not traumatize your children. I highly recommend not staying here! Even if they figure out their staffing issue the Hilton corporation clearly does not care about their guests, customers, hotel buildings, or reputation so its highly unlikely anything will change.

The walls had holes and stains, as did the sheets, and bathroom sink (photos). The worst part was that the bed sheets smelled like vomit, we asked for them to be changed. They changed them right away, but the new ones smelled the same. The moldy/vomit smell transfers to your clothes, I couldnt sleep well because the smell was so overwhelming. This is a 2 Star room in a 4 Star Amenity Hotel. As others mentioned, the rooms are pretty bad. There was a big water leak stain above the bed, rust in the shower, crumbling grout in the bathroom, peeling bathroom ceiling, caked dirt on the baseboards, and mold. The body wash actually broke off the wall dispenser, and AC was very hot or very cold. We actually switched rooms because I had a bad asthma attack the second night. The second room had bubbling in the paint above the shower stall. Im still having massive allergy issues and asthma issues at check out. Honestly, I would never pay this kind of money for such poor accomodations. What youre paying for is the refurbished lobby, Starbucks, Disney store, proximity to Disney, and restaurants. As other mentioned, the only available in the food court was overpriced pizza ($40 for 4 slices). I will never stay at this hotel again and advised my friends who are Hilton members to not waste their points.

Outside of complimentary hot water and fresh towels, don’t expect much more of perks / upgrades from this hotel. When you first stand outside your room the door looks scratched with paint chipped you immediately get a feeling of crumminess. When you enter this room that theme continues with its dated carpets, to its awkwardly placed towel racks (inline with shower head); you’ll be scratching your head when you visit. Bathrooms are short of real estate, shower curtains are tattered and yellow, even the toilet seat look as though someone scratched them up like something you see in a grungy gas station bathroom. After this experience I don’t expect them to fix it as most of it seems to be in the range of “why bother,” it seems like something the hotel disregarded due to its large quantity of guests since it’s so close to the convention center. If you’re looking for a microwave, check the 5th floor laundry mat outside near the pool deck because that’s all you’ll find for free unless you’re willing to spend $35 per day for this utility (that is to say you don’t get lost walking the halls aimlessly). If you’re looking for unclaimed outlets, those are located in odd places and few are available. I would say one other redeeming quality is the hotel’s proximity to Disneyland / Convention center and lobby breakfast which allows you to take your mind off the poor quality you’ve subjected yourself while you’re stuffing your face or enjoying the scenery of Disneyland or doing business at Convention center. This hotels days of being nice have passed and it is in desperate shape for an upgrade. Worst of all I will get no response or explanation back from this hotel.

Had forgotten I booked a king bed room and they failed to mention they were out of (over booked) king beds until I called Costco to have them handle it. I was told to come to the lobby the next morning to possibly switch rooms. I chose to enjoy my enjoy my vacation rather than argue at a desk for the room I paid for. COCKROACHES AND POOR CLEANING! This hotel has cockroaches. As soon as I got in my room I saw a pregnant cockroach on the bathroom ceiling and a bunch of small baby ones all over the room walls. There clearly was an infestation that went beyond the room. The room was also not cleaned properly. It was SO DIRTY. rotten fruit behind the curtain, dusty everywhere and leftover trash behind TV, fridge, bed, etc. Their cleaning crew has gotten multiple violations and they still haven’t improved cleaning standards. This hotel should NOT be a 4-star hotel.I will say the front desk and cleaners acted immediately and inspected the room (mainly to confirm I was telling the truth) and kindly relocated me to another room. I closely inspected the new room and didn’t see traces of cockroaches thankfully! (I had no choice but to stay at that hotel due to work). They said they were going to take care of it but containing a cockroach infestation is difficult. cleanliness alone should be reason enough for to not stay here. Too overpriced for the quality. Location is ideal though.

We stayed here for a family Disney trip and a pool day. We chose this hotel as it’s walkable to the park and looked to have a family friendly pool with little splash pad. Our room was clean, the walk to Disneyland was longer than we thought but doable, but the pool was a huge disappointment. Dirty and run down. Maybe 20 lounge chairs for a huge hotel. Huge warning to anyone planning a stay in the foreseeable future here. Their staff is currently protesting, and theyve decided that the best way to do this is to get soccer horns, trumpets, drums, and megaphones, and blast them at 4:30 in the morning with the specific goal of waking all of the guests up. *This review is for the management of this hotel, not for the kind staff trying their best to keep up despite lack of resources.*We are frequent flyers with Hilton, but this was definitely the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had.- Fire alarm woke us up at 5AM Tuesday morning, but we never got an “all clear” over the intercom, so we took the stairs down from the 14th floor for a security guard to finally tell us it was all okay. I am seriously concerned about these protocols if there was a real safety issue…- Room was not clean upon arrival. There were back hairs of the previous guest all over the bathroom. I doubt it had more than spot cleaned in a while.- Walls are paper thin and hotel noise is significant. You can clearly hear neighbor conversations who are talking at a normal volume.- and the strikers… which is covered ad nauseam in previous reviews.- finally, did not enjoy getting targeted by timeshare folks in the lobbyIf you see my review history, I hardly leave negative reviews, but this hotel was really not it. Upper management seriously needs to make some changes and get their current employees some support.

The location is great, so you should just stay at the Marriott across the lot. They are way better. The service was rude when we called with simple questions. The beds were so uncomfortable that we woke up everyday with back pain. The pillows were so bad that we had to ask for more, only to be told there’s a limit to how many we can have. The parking garage and rooms are super oddly organized. That being said, the one nice thing other than location is their fitness center. However, no one takes care of it. There were weights everywhere. Go stay at the Marriott. It’s basically the same price but 100x better. I wish I could get my money back

Warning, because no one warned us until we got here. If you stay here be prepared that the hotel workers are protesting. Since we got here the hotel workers have been yelling through speakerphones, pounding on bass drums, using horns, and what sounds like car horns to wake up a hotel full of babies, toddlers, and little children at 4:30am in the morning and it goes on all day and night. I am all about peaceful protests, but come on this is a hotel full of families that saved money to give their children a memorable Disneyland experience. Waking up to pounding drums, and horns…Hilton please figure something out to compromise, make your workers happy and help the children and parents get some sleep. The hotel was understaffed, because most of the employees are protesting. To the staff that stayed working at the hotel and were overwhelmed by the work they had to pick up, thank you and you are appreciated.

Protesting was so loud and awful, not very welcoming at all. Also had bed bugs, yikes! The food court and Starbucks were all closed because all the workers are outside on strike. There was no room service either, our room never got cleaned and we didn’t put a “do not disturb” sign up. But the first day we were there the maid walked in on us… (no need to continue lol).I also went to the gym there and the ceiling had collapsed and fell onto the workout equipment, scary! And they never cleaned it up it was just there all over the place… I feel like we shouldn’t have paid as much as we did because of all of that. Was really looking forward to staying here but was a big let down.Fortunately there was some things that weren’t too bad. The staff that was actually working were very nice. The restaurant has amazing pizza, I still think about it. The lobby was very nice and beautiful, as well as the pool.But sadly that’s not enough to make me come back.

We stayed 4 nights in this trip. The Hilton is in nice location has bus goes to Disneyland. However, the building is pretty old and room is small, bed / mattress too soft, pillows I couldn’t find a prefer one, hard to fall in sleep.We arrived around 9pm due to the poor LA traffic, and almost all the restaurants were closed. Our room is empty of shower gel when we arrived.The whole hotel has so many rooms but seems short of elevators. You have to wait and wait when leave the hotel. We stayed in the 12th, total 14th in this building.

Not great!! Pick a different hotel if you can. The first room we were given the bed sheets were stained and gross. We called the front desk to request house keeping and we were told we would have to change the sheets ourselves as no housekeeping was available. We ended up changing rooms. The second room the bathroom floor isnt levels with 10° slope and the shower drain does not drain properly. On our way to the 3rd room. Additionally there is only one bank of elevators for over 200 rooms per floor. At $300 per night I expect a little better this. Go elsewhere if you can. The rooms are less than stellar. Very outdated.

Outdated rooms, kind of smell musty, shower was either cold or burning hot, all the added fees are a joke, on top of all that you have to pay for parking and there’s a “parking tax” on my bill. The AC didn’t work during the day, I got bug bites some how and I was there for a work conference. Not worth $1000. One of my friends found a rat a tail in their room and they wouldn’t change rooms and my other friends said their rooms were super hot too during the day and even after they called maintenance nothing changed. The gym is fabulous I must say. Probably the only good part about the hotel. Stay across the street at the Marriott, I’m sure it’s wayyyy better.

Shows renovated rooms online when it is not at all updated. Stayed here purely because I’m an honors member. Now I’m reconsidering.Update: I left and went to the Marriott down the street. Insane to me that they advertise updated room and promised a view with a balcony to end up with a gross, old room, and have a balcony with a view of a parking garage. I mean I am stunned at how that all worked out. I also reserved connecting rooms, 1 king and a 2 queen. I got both rooms with queens that didn’t connect. I mean truly bravo. I normally love Hilton’s but this was just disappointing. Staff was great though except for our Valet who was just oh so inconvenienced that he had to get our car back for us 15 minutes after being tipped $30 for the first time. What a bummer experience.

I definitely do not recommend staying here, or not for a while at least. The lobby and lower level are clean but once you head up to your room, halls are filthy. Rooms were pretty filthy as well. The workers are still on strike and it shows. The room definitely didn’t match the pictures. Every morning you’re awakened by drums, horns, and banging from the picketers bright and early around 530AM. I had no idea about this before booking this hotel. They give you a piece of paper about it but it doesn’t mention any disturbances. At checkout, seemed like they make it a point not to ask how your stay was. Location is a bit of a walk after being at the parks all day but it was a decently cheap Lyft/Uber. I don’t think I’d ever stay here again.

DO NOT STAY HERE & heres why: Hilton employees who are on strike woke me up every morning at 4:30 AM beating drums, shouting on megaphones & tooting their horns (literally). It sounded like a preschool marching band.Hotel desk/check in/registration staff were professional & pleasant but the RIDICULOUS letter posted at the check-in counter from management did nothing to alleviate the severely disruptive problem & was actually quite insulting. It was as if the letter stated, Sorry for the racket but were gonna take your money anyway because this is normal in the negotiation process. At $189 a night plus parking, it was a slap in the face & it is NEVER something that guests should suffer.I had to stay here for 3 nights for a work event with 13-hour days. It was difficult to start at 6:45 AM each morning when I was forced to wake up around 2 hours beforehand.My room also had a leaky air vent that dripped musty water into a big, soggy, moldy puddle on the carpet near the door.Did Hilton offer complimentary breakfast, a discount, room credit, etc.? NO, they charged full price although they were well aware of the huge problem in advance.How many vacations & stays were ruined because of their greed? How many children couldnt get a decent nights sleep while in town for Disneyland? How many parents were dismayed after planning & saving up their hard-earned money for a nice getaway only to have it trashed by incessant, migraine-inducing racket?Its no wonder staff are protesting. Hilton doesnt value its guests, so why would its employees be treated any better?!Ive attached a photo of the POINTLESS letter from management that did nothing but irritate me more, plus video with sound documenting the protestors noise heard from inside my room (which woke me up & kept me awake), in the garage & outside. Theres also video footage of the air vent dripping into the soggy carpet in my room.The LEAST that management could do is provide complimentary ear plugs for guests but those would probably come with some sort of activities fee tacked on to the already outrageous bill.And to top it all off, I received annoying, daily texts (which I dont recall approving or being informed about in advance) asking me to rate my stay from 1-10 & to share my perspective on social media. The texts stopped after I mentioned the sleep-disrupting noise from the protestors.I bought an overpriced room for sleep & relaxation. Instead, I was swindled out of about $800 to experience a kind of hell that I could experience on the street for free.

My co-coworker and I were both charged for valet parking, customer service provided some convoluted request for us to text our receipts to a hotel number to correct. Its very convenient if you are going to the convention center but overall not a great hotel and will not stay here again.

Was here for the IACP Traffic Safety conference. Had a room in the hotel as well. Room was clean and were kept clean daily. Staff was friendly and courteous. AC in the meeting rooms worked well, maybe too well as there were some rooms that felt absolutely frigid. Food in the restaurant was good but expensive. Apart from being close to Disney there were not a lot of other food options in close proximity to the hotel. Overall a good stay, but not very walkable as to the overall area.

Staff that were working were friendly. Extremely loud and unpleasant striking going on outside the main lobby entrance that wakes you up at 6am with unpleasant horns and yelling. They come into the hotel too. Starbucks was closed in the hotel due to the striking, by room wasn’t always cleaned and when they did, boxed food was stolen from my frig. Really the only positive was the convenient location to the convention center. It made for a very awkward and annoying few days.

Their pool deck is super cool because they have a pool playground for the kids and a bar right next to the pool! Some rooms have balcony’s but careful with the view you get because we got the parking lot view 😂 The breakfast was great we had great and attentive service! I would definitely go back if I was in the area but I still have yet to explore other hotels!

The rooms are ok and the staff was good, but there were ongoing noisy labor protests out front due to a workers strike. Not a bad stay. The bathroom was clean but did not have body wash or shampoo in the shower, did have conditioner. Either have it or not in my opinion. Definitely not expected but a nice to have. All common areas were clean. It was nice to have the small shops inside. I wish the coffee shop located inside was open earlier. The pool area was nice. Beware!!! This hotel ran my credit card for the full amount of the four night stay EVERY morning of the stay including the day we checked out. This hotel had a total greater than $8750.00 tied up on my credit card for a week after the hotel stay for a hotel stay that was only $2700. Also, I was not provided the Hilton Diamond daily food credits or any other Hilton Diamond member rewards. I tried to resolve these issues daily with the hotel to no avail. I do not recommend this hotel.

I would not choose to stay here again. Because we were in town for a conference this was the chosen accommodation. The room was gross. The carpet was nasty and torn. The desk was dusty, fridge was frozen and we found bugs in our shower. The AC never shut off and the room was still warm. I took photos of the stains on the walls, torn carpet and bug in the shower. On top of this, for 4 mornings in a row we were woken up with people protesting outside of the front entrance. They were banging pots and pans and using loud horns. Overall not a great stay. We did not have much interaction with staff but the lady at the desk when we checked in was very nice.

The staff are very nice and friendly. Everyone is super helpful and accommodating. There were employees striking outside during our stay. Hilton, compensate your people fairly!We tried to order room service through the QR code in the room but it didn’t work. So I called front desk, concierge and the food service number. after being transferred backed and forth, being hung up on, and finally getting to the dining line, Joe was helpful and figured out the system had our last name wrong somehow. He told us to use the QR system again with the wrong last name and it still didn’t work! Dejected, we ended up with DoorDash.Our king room looked nothing like the photos online. Very run down and old brown interiors everywhere. Where are the bright blue rooms from online?? Don’t be fooled by the pretty pictures. You probably won’t get a room like it.Stains on the wall near the bed, the bath tub scraped up from overuse and didn’t drain. No hooks on the wall in the bathroom to dry towels so we had to keep asking for new ones which we don’t like to do because drought is still a thing in CA! The room and bathroom are pretty small.The worst part is the AC unit. The thermostat doesn’t work so it would run super cold no matter what temp we tried. We ended up just having to turn it off. I don’t know when the vents were last cleaned because I ended up with an allergy attack that I usually only get from A LOT of dust. That is not a note to housekeeping, that is a comment on the age of this hotel. We ended up getting a humidifier from CVS because my 12-month old got super congested from the dusty and horrible AC in the room.The themes of the room are old and dusty. Literally brown and bland. It was hard for me to feel like it was clean when it all seemed overused and old. The price point is decent for the proximity to Disney. But there are several much newer facilities in the area that are just as close where you don’t have to pay $24/night for parking. I won’t be staying here again.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!Do not stay here unless you want to wake up at 5 am on the weekend. Their employees are currently protesting every morning throughout the night. They use air horns and drums that wake you out your sleep in the morning. I wish I would have read the reviews to know that this was going on. As of 11/19/23 they are still protesting. It is currently 5 am on a Sunday as i write this. The hotel is also very outdated. My room just felt so dirty as soon as I walked in. We decided to stay the night here because its close to both Disney Parks and Downtown Disney. We, unfortunately, didnt read the reviews until after we booked our room, this rarely happens, we usually check reviews to avoid disappointment...and everything negative said about this place its true! The place smells old, needs big time renovations, and we didnt sleep warm or comfortably...their blankets had blood all over it, yikes! As much as they gave the appearance it was clean, its dirty. We told the lady at the time of checkout about the blankets and showed her the pictures, my husband told her we left them on the floor hoping theyll throw that in the trash instead of just reusing it without no shame, its super noticeable...and she apologized, not her fault that she works for the supposedly great Hilton hotel that charged us a lot for one night, plus parking for the worst of the worst hotels and night we ever had. The pool and Jacuzzi was dirty and there was pieces of the Jacuzzi in the ground. This place is falling apart. They continue taking advantage of the location to charge this ridiculous prices for what its worth. This was our first and last time EVER staying at any Hilton Hotel. Youll think with all that money they charge will continue giving the best service and quality but this place has 0 stars. I dont recommend it. The store and location was convenient to do some shoppings, other than that take your money elsewhere to at least get what you paid for, like good accommodations, night and stay that you deserve if you dont care for none of that but the location then Hilton is your place. Spiders found in the room and on our bed, hallways smelled like urine as if someone peed in them and staff didn’t seem to care and disregarded our reports of the unsanitary conditions. Overpriced during peak season (such as during winter break near Christmas time when I went with my s/o) but location wise, is super convenient for a Disney visit. We paid well over $300 a night during our trip when it looks like you can pay half of that during April.Our room was lack luster given the price we paid: the carpet was old and detaching from the ground, room was poorly lit overall but especially near the desk area even when turning on the lamps. Everything just seemed very outdated.We didnt use any amenities but noticed during our visit, the pool would be in use pretty early in the morning. There was a Starbucks downstairs in the lobby but it was incredibly busy.Staff was great and the high point of our stay here (front desk folks, room service and cleaning were all fantastic).Large parking lot--though there is a daily fee. Note that the parking structure seemed pretty aged didnt inspire confidence (lots of cracks across the concrete and the surface appeared somewhat uneven).Theres a shuttle to Disneyland across the hotel at the Marriott (though you do need to buy daily ticket using an app--I believe it was about $6 per a person for a day pass).

I can’t help but feel a little catfished. Check in/out was super easy. I requested a room upgrade to the fireworks view because my friend and her family ended up coming as well and we wanted connecting rooms. However, the room was dated and not very clean. There was a terrible musty wet dog smell which we got used to… but next door in my friends room, they didn’t have that smell. We stayed 4 nights and got our room serviced twice while there and both times they came in we had set some stuff to be thrown away that wouldn’t fit in the trash cans. They left those and took the garbage around it.. twice. Then we got our towels restocked and the next morning we went to take showers and the towels were not dry. They were very damp. Not just a tiny bit but it felt like they took our towels and just folded them. I’m a Hilton snob all the way and even convinced my friend that this was where we needed to stay. She too feels a little catfished.
