Really great on-the-lawn entertainment venue. Just be aware that there is little shade and can get very warm/hot, so plan accordingly.

This is an unfortunate but necessary review... I worked/attended here for almost 10 years. In that timeframe, I met a God I didnt know, and people who I will forever call friends through experiences and missions I will never forget. That being said, I watched a series of church political drama dismantle it all. Lives flipped upside down. It was an unbelievable turn of events that I dont see even in my professional workplaces, let alone a church. I was personally so stressed during that timeframe, I was taken to the hospital for heart palpitations that, after many years, have not gone away. The dishonesty and deceitfulness from Pastor Jonathan continues to amaze me. I gave him multiple, friendly opportunities to talk through it like adults but all ended in denial. However, I wont deny that God is still using Roll Hill to change lives and He will continue to do so regardless of the anyone in leadership. So, if youre reading this and you go to Hills Church, I encourage you to press on and continue to do Gods work but, also be aware, investigate, and dont be afraid to ask questions. God will reveal truth to you if you seek it.

Such a great church! It is a large congregation but the bible study groups and special events help things feel smaller. Sometimes you have to speak up a little to be noticed, but it is worth it as the congregation is incredibly kind once you get to know them. Pastor Jonathan and the associate pastors help everyone feel welcome, whether they have been Christian their whole life or are just curious about the faith. Id definitely recommend it, especially for people that are interested in having a first time church experience.

My family and I came to Rolling Hills Church about 15 months ago. We absolutely love it. God is clearly at work in this place. They are for people and for making an impact in the community. I was able to dive into the mens ministry, mens Bible Study, reengage marriage group, and youth ministry. Our family met and became close friends with so many amazing people very quickly. We found people to be authentic and for you. I believe Rolling Hills Church is living out what Christ calls the church to be. We love this church. They have incredible leaders who work well together and are humble and transparent. We love our church!!

Ive been going to Rolling Hills Christian Church, and now Hills Church. I have always been satisfied with the church family, and the music is always very spiritual and fulfilling. The pastor Johnathan, is always very following the Bible, and he just makes the Bible easy to understand. And his sermons are very spiritual and full of Jesus love. Come and join us Sunday morning at 9-10am, and 10:45 - 11:45am.

The community at Rolling Hills is authentic, generous, and inviting! It has been such a joy for our family to get to know the leadership at different levels and see their unity and love for others. There are so many ways to get involved at the church from youth and childrens ministries to small groups and service projects. Its a wonderful place to be encouraged and be a part of what God is doing!

The stars do not allow you more appropriate options. I loved this Church and the way I felt with the previous Pastor. However its not about my feelings, its about Gods word, the facts, the truth. We are and have been in a famine for Churches speaking Gods word period. We are not being fed but led astray and entertained and hearing digestible pieces of scripture. Revelation and prophecy are not a fairy tale, we need the hard truth and we need the musicians and the Pastors, etc to not be allowed to be treated like celebrities and idols. If you cant meet with your Head Pastor, there is a serious issue. They are not the President of the United States. We are all brothers and sisters and need to get off our pride, vanity, egos and opinions and let our Savior, our Heavenly Father and The Holy Spirit do his work!!!! Not our thought process, our opinions, etc God bless, heal and protect, encourage, discipline, correct and strengthen all of us as the body of Christ.

From the moment I set foot on the church campus, I felt welcomed, cared for and poured into! We have met countless lifelong friends, have discovered incredible joy in serving the community, and have found a safe, incredible place for our kids to grow spiritually and deepen their faith. I attended last Sunday unexpectedly with a friend of a friend who is now also my friend, and brother in Christ. (Carlos Cortez, and his welcoming beautiful sisters) I loved the amazing BALANCE of the church service, all well done. Music with words on the screen to easily sing and follow along. Great music to praise and worship, but still plenty of solid time for the message from Pastor. (I appreciated how the sermon time wasn’t compromised for the worship music) Theologically solid. All scripture was provided to follow along, and it was accurately presented. Pastor Dave Navarra was a vessel for God’s word. I was not looking for a new church when I attended. I have something to pray about and I need to bring my wife soon. Thank you!

Wonderful, warm, and inviting church! The Praise and worship team are unbelievably talented and get you primed to receive the word. Pastor Jonathan is so passionate and delivers a biblically sound message that is so relatable in todays world. Lots of children which is always a great sign! Love this church!!

The hills church has great music and fellowship. Very nice building. The reason for my 3 star is the knowledge isnt here because the pastors do not teach the birthing and what it means to be bon again. This is how we re Christians by the heavenly father putting his seed christ in us by our choice to except christ as our savior...Amen....The pastors take there own stories and preach this as knowledge. The holy spirit is the true teacher and he gives us revaluation knowledge of christ in us as our all. We are a spirit beings by the birthing. Praise God

We came to Rolling Hills after many, many years at a previous church. We were blessed by the friendships we were able to make and for the opportunities for our family to serve. We experienced working with leadership that deeply valued the entire body of Christ and not just what was happening in the four walls of Rolling Hills. We were sad when we left because we moved our family to Florida. We have established lifelong friendships and look forward to following what is happening with our friends at Rolling Hills from afar.

We, as a family, are so glad we found Rolling Hills Church in late 2019. I remember being immediately drawn to the worship and teaching that first Sunday, but the best part was that our then 4 year old absolutely LOVED kids’ church. Then, to watch Pastor Jonathan, the Staff, and fellow attendees serve the community amidst the pandemic has been incredible to see. Online services amidst quarantine, along with a huge social media presence and a strong push to connect with the community online. Initiatives like For the Fifty to serve the community. Strong safety protocols as things began to open up. Camp X (a recent week of summer camp) for our kids. Honestly, Rolling Hills has been incredible during this really hard season.Yes, no church is perfect, but I don’t expect perfection from Rolling Hills. What I love is that they have proven, through this pandemic, that they really practice the love of Jesus that they preach on Sundays. And more, Rolling Hills is full of young and old, conservatives and progressives, churched and unchurched. It really is a community that puts the love and grace of Jesus at the forefront - despite how tricky that is in 2021.This is a church worth being a part of. As part of a generation that struggles a lot with “the church,” I’m thankful that my wife, my young kids, and I have found a church home in Rolling Hills Church: a place where we can come in our joys and our pains, our strengths and our failings, and, here, find community and joy and grace and hope. Here we get to encounter the perfect love of a Heavenly Father who would do anything to be in relationship with us.5 stars from the Carey Fam.

Rolling Hills Church is an amazing church. It is a place where anyone and everyone can come worship. The music is equivalent to being at a live concert with phenomenal performers. The pastor and his messages are very informative, and energetic, which stimulates your mind. Its definaley a place where anyone who has never been to church, or had a negative experience with church, should come and see what a great place Rolling Hills Church really is.👍

This is a blessed church with a dynamic pastor, Jonathan Hansen, who preaches the Gospel with the truth of Jesus Christ. He knows how to translate the Gospel by putting it into the context and challenges of our time and place In the world. He can flat out preach like no other pastor in my life has ever preached.We love this church.

Not a biblically sound church. They have women pastor which is directly against 1 Timothy 2:12. We need more churches that obey scripture and Godly order rather then ones trying to be politically correct/woke.

Hey everyone, what I am about to say is something that is extremely personal to me and is one that I hold very close to my heart. First, for some background about myself, I have been attending Rolling Hills since I was 6 years old and am 22 years old now. As some of you may know in November 2016, I suffered a traumatic brain injury after passing out at the wheel (due to a unknown deadly heart condition) and crashing into a tree at 50 MPH. The doctors actually told my poor mom that I suffered a (severe) traumatic brain injury. I was in a coma for 10 days and on life support for 3 weeks. I had to learn how to talk and walk again as a 17 year old. Turns out that almost dying is literally what saved my life due to an extremely rare heart condition being discovered (praise God). To the people who know me/ that I am around with at the church, I come off as a really happy & a fun guy but that couldn’t be further from the truth in reality. I told myself that I wasn’t going to be “that guy” that asked/ wanted everyone’s pity when I came back home and that’s not who I am now. While I may come off as extremely strong and everything, I struggle every stinking day with sadness and anger that is SO unholy as a result of my traumatic brain injury. And it kills me because I have a heart of Jesus and was raised so well from my amazing parents (shoutout Jill and Dario Gambetta). My brain hurts everyday in ways I never knew were possible since coming back from the hospital but I have learned to roll with the punches and that is what I do everyday. I have noticed/ found that the one and only place that I am happiest at, is at Rolling Hills church. I have recently gotten the opportunity to start working as an intern alongside the kids and youth of Roll Hill and it has changed me so much for the better. While I still suffer the unfortunate consequences of my traumatic brain injury, I have truly found myself through serving at Rolling Hills. I am so grateful and happy that I can be a leader and mentor to the kids and youth of Roll Hill. They are the most amazing people in this world and I am FOR THE KIDS and always will be for as long as I am alive. I have always said everything happens for a reason, (it’s literally in the Bible, Jeremiah 29:11) and I am so happy that instead of being away at university, I am home and have found a new home at Roll Hill. I am not saying this all looking for pity or anything like that, I just wanted to be 100% honest and transparent with my church family. As happy as I may come off as everyday, it’s not who I truly am. I am a really good person with a really good heart and intentions but I still unfortunately find myself sad and really angry throughout each day. I am just human and very imperfect, which is how God made us all. I don’t know where I would be and how I found feel everyday if it weren’t for everything Rolling Hills has given me. I literally cannot stress this enough that I am not looking for sorrow or for anyone to feel bad about me or anything like that. I love you all much and am so appreciative for the opportunity and everything Roll Hill has given me. This church and working with everyone on our staff has literally saved me from a path of total unholy darkness. I love you all more than words can express and am extremely grateful for Jesus and everything that Roll Hill has blessed me with.-GianniPS, please excuse all my run-off sentences in this review.

This church has been through its ups and downs. The people that attend are wonderful. Lots of great people. However, the leadership is backwards. I worked here for 7 years and saw a lot of the behind the scenes. The entire staff has been replaced in the last year (ish) except for Kate who is THE BEST! Notice how the entire worship team has changed as well... The pastor has lied about staff changes and the reasons behind them to the entire church. I feel that people deserve to know the truth. I wouldn’t be surprised if RH turns into Bayside of EDH within 5 years due to leadership sinking the ship with backwards priorities. I luckily left in March of 2019 before things got really crazy, but clearly saw the signs...

Worship service was great! The message was fantastic. They did an alter call, but I would have liked it to be a little more personal. People are very friendly and they have a very nice facility for kids and church service. They have a lot of parking, which is nice.

I was under the impression that church was supposed to help those in need. I went here for a couple months, nobody so much as said welcome when I entered, and when I poured my heart out in desperation through an email, they didnt even respond. I literally almost gave up on god after that. luckily another church responded to my call for help. Its just too big and impersonal here. Dont go here if you have ever made mistakes in your life.
