Omg! When I say my 4 yr old and I had the best Dental experience of our lives, Im not joking. The staff at Highland Dental Arts were the friendliest, most knowledgeable Dental professionals Ive ever met. Anita, Megan, and Dr. Patel gave us the best dental experience ever. I have been with Highland Dental Arts for a while now and I love it! They have become a little like family. They always accommodate to my busy schedule and make sure I still get what I need. Just wanted to shout out my girl Megan who always keeps my teeth nice and clean! Definitely recommend.

Being new to the area I was in need of a dentist and thanks to the many good reviews on HDA I decided to give them a try. What a GEM of a place, so lucky to have a place like this in my area. Dr. Kent is knowledgeable and caring and charismatic, very welcoming. All the ladies that I have met have been super nice and caring. The facility is clean and modern in technology and one of my favorite things about this facility is the music that they play. 🤍 And this trivia board was entertaining.

I had to have a crown removed and replaced with a new one. The process was a lengthy one. The women who worked on my teeth were very professional. They made sure I was always comfortable and showed excellent command of all aspects of the procedure. I highly recommend Highland Dental Arts.

Wonderful staff! Great service. I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes. They are very accommodating. Pay attention to small details, such as giving tinted eye protection during exam for safety and comfort from the bright lights. The doctor is amazing and so are his dental hygienist. They actually explain things. I learned so much in my first visit. Overall, very satisfied and would highly recommend! From the front desk staff to the doctor, all super friendly!

My experience was a shock to my nerves. I went to Highland Dental Arts for first time. I have been going a same dentist regularly for, about 20 years, and I decided to go a dentist closer to my house.The first impression was good very nice people, then I met Dr Patel, I only wanted 3 teeth pulled and added to my already partial or even do a new one.But this lady wanted to pulled the 3 teeths and then made 3 different dentures, because this is what I need, forget it what I want. Apparently she needs everything new.And then they showed me a estimate of the bill $17,800.00 DollarsI almost had a heart attack.

I have been going to Highland Dental Art since I was a kid but now as an adult, I’ve never been happier! The staff is amazing! Dr.H is such a professional without any airs about him except the feeling he genuinely cares about your treatment and experience! It’s refreshing actually since I’ve always been nervous going to the dentist. Instead of dreading my appts; I now look forward to them and catching up with their amazing crew! If I could give Highland Dental Arts more gold stars than just the 5 for Excellent service I would. The staff are extremely professional and kind. The office is very clean and use up to date technology. Dr. Horsley is very knowledgeable and has a special ability to make you feel comfortable, which is important to me because Ive had a couple bad experiences with Dentist in the past. Dr Horsley was simply great! I needed a wisdom tooth pulled which had worried me. But there was no need to be. I experienced no pain, during or after! And he was very quick. Additionally, I will add that the staff were both pleasant and professional. I very highly recommend Dr Horsley and his staff to anyone. So much better than the last time I had a tooth pulled! Can’t say enough praise about the experience. This was my first visit to the office but I’ll certainly be going there from now on.

I’ve had not so great experiences with other dental clinics and so I’ve decided to research and found Highland Dental Arts. Made my appointment and once in they accommodated very well made me feel very comfortable and hopeful with my teeth and went through the whole process with me. I have visited a handful of dentists throughout the years, and Dr. Horsley and his team are by far the most helpful, thorough, and informative group I have seen. As a new patient, I had some past dental work in need of fixing. Dr. Horsley and his team took the time to explain in detail what the status of my existing work was and what needed to be done to correct it. I was very impressed, not only with Dr. Horsley’s meticulous work, but also with how attentive his assistant Kari was to every small detail. The dental work she and Dr. Horsley did looks extremely natural and matches my other tooth colors perfectly.

My husband and I absolutely love this dental office. From the moment we stepped into the door everyone was very welcoming and it felt so homey. They were so patient with us as my daughter was crying and wanted to be with us during our appointments. All work we needed done was explained to us and we did not feel pressured or like we were being offered services we did not truly need. So glad we found this place. We can’t wait to schedule the work we discussed.

I have only had positive experiences at Dental Arts and I have been coming here for years! The staff is friendly and welcoming every time, even if I am calling to tell them that I am running late! While working on my teeth, they always explain the process and why they are doing things (including the cool, new technology they use), which I really appreciate. Whether it is helping me resolve an issue with my insurance or asking me about my vacation, the staff of Dental Arts always knows how to make you feel like you are surrounded by friends while doing great work on your teeth! I highly recommend them!

I cannot recommend this place highly enough! Ive had some traumatizing experiences at the big dental places growing up, but the staff at this office actually have me looking forward to every visit. Im never in any pain or discomfort and the results of my crowns and fillings have been superb! I am so glad I found this dental office! The staff is so friendly and informative. The office is very clean and welcoming. Johanna, the RDA, was awesome! She took time to get to know me more than just about my teeth. I saw Dr. Sabate and he was great! He made me feel very comfortable and like I actually mattered. My experience was extremely professional. The work was done quickly and the hygenist continuously made sure that I was comfortable and that all of my concerns were met. I highly recommend Highland Dental Arts.On my second visit, cavities were filled and a crown was replaced quickly in a pleasant atmosphere. The dentist continuously monitored my comfort and pain levels, then checked later in the evening to make sure that I was doing well. What a great place!

I had to share my experience with everyone out there like me. I’ve had extremely traumatic dental experiences in my past. I mean shaking, crying, blood pressure raising experiences. I’m 27 years old and I’m in tears every time I lay in a dental chair. Not a single positive or even semi-ok experience until now. The staff at Highland Dental offered me water, a stress ball, helped me practice my breathing, even offered a change in music to help relax me. Dr Sah and her assistant did such an amazing job communicating with me throughout the procedure, making sure I was comfortable and at ease. My procedure involved my roots which we all know can be grueling. I did not feel a single ounce of pain and they constantly checked in just in case. When it was over I was actually in shock. I was anticipating every next step to start to feel painful and never did. No surprises. I could tell they were very invested in making sure not only my procedure was a success, but that my perspective on my dental care was changed. Mission accomplished. I’m so happy I finally found my dental care home. I encourage everyone else to come here and feel the sense of relief I now feel. Thank you Dr Sah and team.

Very happy I came here. Its been a while since Ive seen the dentist because of the same reason everyone else has, too scared to. Had a broken molar that needed to be fixed and they helped me right away, they make it super comfortable for you. They asked me if I wanted them to change the music while I was waiting which by the way, everything is super close. Didnt have to go to seperate rooms for xrays its in the same room they do all your other work in. Pretty neat for these covid days. Also the assistants had every answer to every question I had, very happy with that. They really make it so that youre comfortable, I hate needles and they gave me a tip to help ease my nerves when getting numbed up. If youre scared of the dentist just give this place a try Im sure youll leave as happy as I did. Came in sad because of a broken tooth and left 100% happier because of how awesome this place is.

This was our first visit to HDA and involved only an exam and consultation. Wed been with another very fine dentist for many years, but a change of insurance caused us to look for another one. We were impressed by the friendliness, professionalism, and thoroughness of Dr. Sabaté and his staff. I feel confident that we made the right choice. We look forward to our future visits--and maybe well just pop in to say hello and enjoy a cup of coffee, as we were invited to do.

Since visit one. The staff as always been accommodating, friendly and has general concern for your health and well being.New implemented changes of taking your temp prior to being let in. Staff has ramped up safety precautions for the patients and themselves. And has fully abided by the rules and regulations on whats required.I have to fully applaud them all. Its not an easy job wearing extra layers of PPE. And still retain a sense of taking care of the patient to the fullest.In layman terms. You could never find a better practise to take care of you and your families dental needs.

I had been looking for a place to treat a very painful cavity. My father recomended I go see Dr. Alex Onodera because he knows her mother through years of business and networking as he is a business owner in Yucaipa. As a teenager I had cancer and this family showed their support and love, so naturally, I wanted to show support back! I expected treatment in some reasonably timely manner, but my dad had notified them ahead of my initial call, so they were willing to see me the moment of my call! It was a tremendous relief!! Moreover, I was treated so kindly, like family. They put love into their work. The visit was short and effective. No long waiting time in between procedures. I had a cavity drilled and cleaned out. A filling will cover the treated area until I return to finalise the root canal procedure. During the process Dr. Onodera was sensitive to my responce to pain and made sure I was comfortable, even turning netflix on for me while she worked! I was too interested in the reflection of her craft to pay any mind to the movie she so kindly willed to find me, Chappaquiddick. My pain is completely managable now, one day later, and I am on an antibiotic for the infection which was affecting multiple teeth. Dr. Onodera even went a step further and called me later on to check up on me! I am so grateful for their kind staff. I hope they help many more. Thank you.

Excellent. I was so fretting over having a molar pulled but the experience was atraumatic in every way...even afterwards. My daughter Theresa was amazed when I arrived home looking and feeling great after getting my prescription, some groceries and having an ice cream cone! No after pain or discomfort whatsoever!

The treatment I received from Bev was excellent. I has disappointed to learn that my dentist will only be there 5- 1/2 a month. I want a dentist not a group of dentists. Since Dr Moe has retired it is difficult to be followed by one dentist and not a group of dentists.
