I truly don’t have enough words to express or thank Albert for everything he has done for my family. I was truly blessed to have had Albert while looking for our forever home. He has an exceptional way of providing high-end service through custom made videos for you, constant availability and his remarkable workflow. Albert guides you in understanding the depth and details of what you are getting into. Everything is constructed to where you will not feel lost, you WILL be able to understand everything and all it entails. This was nowhere near as overwhelming as when I purchased my first house, working with Albert was like a walk in the park. Albert is the best there is. After being turned away from other lenders in 2016 and thinking we would be unable to buy a home, Albert gave us the advice needed to quickly remedy our credit. After following his suggestions we were on our way to approval and purchased our first home. Now in 2021, Albert helped us refinance the home he originally helped us purchase to make some major remodels. He is friendly, easy to work with, extremely knowledgeable, and painstakingly patient with his clients. Rest assured you are in good hands with Albert who truly cares for his clients needs. I was referred by my realtor agent to Albert. My first impression of Albert is that he keeps it real. Very knowledgeable about everything, able to articulate information so precise and clear. With my situation of having to sell a house and buy a house which I had no clue on how I would tackle this, Albert was able to come up with scenario, plans and gave me an excellent informed decision. They say home buying can be the most stressful experience of a persons life but not in this case. Albert made it as stress free as is could have possibly been and was available for any and all questions. I had experienced a highly recommended lender a few years back and he was qualified but not willing to do much since we werent buying a home over $600,000. Albert had no problem taking time for us and getting us pre approved in 24 hours and had us closed on time with no problems at all.

In late 2019 my wife and I sold our Palmdale home and simultaneously purchased a home in Oxnard.. Albert guided us through the complicated process of acquiring funding for the Oxnard home loan. Courteous, kind, obedient, cheerful, etc; Albert was all of these and more. Very knowledgeable, he also responded promptly to every one of my many questions, certainly on the same day and often within an hour. At first they want your business but they dont want to struggle on getting your business. And going the extra mile.
