Trust the reviews!!! Worst Hertz I’ve ever been to across the nation hands down. Booked the EV online but upon arrival the associate informed me that all their EVs are out of commission. Is it the truth? I don’t know. The car is parked and charging right there as you can see in the photo. He simply said, “No, not working.” The disconnect between corporate and branch is on a whole other level. The available cars they have here is laughable, half of the cars parked on the lot has been in an accident. If I had known I would have gone to Enterprise and save myself two Uber trips. All they want is to get you here stranded and they upsell you on whatever model they have available.

I had the same experience as a lot of people I see in the reviews. I had a confirmed reservation for a large SUV but was told that they had no SUVs available. Why is their inventory management so bad? Don’t allow customers to make reservations if you can’t guarantee availability — you can see the effect that overbooking has on customer satisfaction in these dismal Google reviews. And dont make it worse by trying to explain how I was in the wrong for expecting there to be availability... what the hell?? This place sucks and the manager is just a jerk.

Don’t allow customers to make reservations if you can’t guarantee availability — you can see the effect that overbooking has on customer satisfaction in these dismal Google reviews.

Our experience with Hertz was horrible. My wifes car was wrecked by a tree branch and we were picking up a rental car for her to use while its in the shop.We were promised our car would be ready by 9am. We arrive shortly after 9, and are told there are no cars available and to come back in an hour or so.1.5 hours later we get a call saying our car is ready, so my wife and I come back to pick it up. The agent attempts to set up the reservation but the system throws a code. And he tries again. And again. There were about 6 people in line behind us, and they get processed and on their way just fine. Its been 45 minutes and were still sitting there waiting for them to process the paperwork. Weve been given no explanation. Finally weve run out of time because what was supposed to be a 15 minute pickup has turned into a multi-hour endeavor & both my wife and I have to get back to work, so we leave without any rental vehicle.When we attempted to leave, we find that Hertz had parked one of their cars directly behind us, and we wait another 15 minutes for them to move it because they lost the keys.Overall this was an extremely unprofessional & time wasting experience. Do not EVER rent a car from this Hertz location.

I was pretty apprehensive about renting from here but it was my only option so I had to do it. Everything was fine. Pick up and drop off easy. No random charges yet. Definitely an odd vibe inside the place vs other Hertz I’ve been to, and based on other reviews there are probably issues, but my experience was okay

No stars is what they deserve…this location needs to be closed down …giving out cars that have the check engine light on …All the guys are rude and have no clue about anything Ivan is the worst manager in the world I don’t know how he has a job !!!! Dirty cars and rude people please fire everyone who works there

Booked via Expedia. Arrived at Hertz only to be told they didnt have a car for me. They said they couldnt call to let me know as they cant dial international (but didnt think to email?). They just shrugged and were completely disinterested. So I wasted over an hour going to the site and heading home, and wasnt able to find an alternative at short notice.

As with other peoples experiences I arrived to pick up a booked and prepaid Vehicle to be told there was no vehicles available and no idea if/when one would be available. After more than an hour of waiting managed to find a car at the Enterprise location down the road and asked to cancel the Hertz reservation and remove the hold on my credit card. Woke the next morning to find I had been charged in full for a car that was not provided. So much for being Presidents Circle Hertz. Avoid this location at all costs.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at this particular Hertz location. Despite the availability of Tesla Model 3 in the parking lot, the staff provided various unfounded excuses and refused to rent them to me. Their behavior was unprofessional and rude, using coarse language and attempting to coerce me into renting more expensive vehicles. Their obstructive tactics, coupled with mocking customers in front of colleagues, were utterly unacceptable. They even had the audacity to suggest I use Uber instead. This is, without doubt, the worst rental experience Ive ever encountered. Ive already filed a formal complaint and initiated legal proceedings against them. Thankfully, I managed to rent a Model 3 at the Pasadena location, but the ordeal at this store was beyond appalling. Strongly advise against using their services.

The guy in the front desk said car pickup location was in airport when clearly our reservation said it was there. Didnt move a finger to help us or give solutions. Had to pay $60 to go to the airport and try to resolve it there. Honestly, worst client experience I had in my life.
