I absolutely loved taking my family here. It was a great lunch spot during our day out. The French frie flight with sauces was so delicious!

Im very fun and quirky place. If you like rugby, I think this is the place. World cup of rugby was playing when I arrived and there was an audience fully enjoying it. Fun!I sat at the bar and the bartender was friendly and very attentive. Paid attention to my drink needs as well as my food requirements.I did notice there were pouring a lot of Guinness Stout that day. I dont know if this is regular but it was very tempting to have one, but I opted for something a bit lighter.The chicken wings that I had were excellent. Just what I was after. That said, I did order the calamari to start and it was a bit fishy so I ended up sending that back. They didnt complain and were very professional about my new replacement order.Overall, this is a fun place with several different seating and lounging areas. Definitely give it a try if youre looking for an Irish pub.Keep in mind parking can be a bit of a challenge there and the pay lots are expensive.

The bellinis were great. The Captain Pauls Carmel (I think its intentionally spelled carmel) Delight dessert was amazing! French toast was crispy and the ice cream was an excellent pairing. Service wise - I think the place was just so busy that night with multiple wedding after parties that we were just left to our own most of the night. It was fine as we wanted a place to relax and celebrate. On a hungry night, Im not sure that wouldve felt as okay. All in all, Id come back because I want to try their burgers. Wow, looks so good. The live band added to a very cool environment. A great date night all in all.

My husband and I enjoyed great burgers at a reasonable price. I was impressed by the quality cocktails; I had a greyhound with freshly-squeezed grapefruit juice. My husband was happy with the beer selection. The service was excellent, and the live music made the evening even more enjoyable. We would definitely go there again.

First time visiting. Everyone was welcoming when walking in. Received excellent service from Austin and even the manager stopped by to check on us a couple times. Another customer walked in with a dog, and without being prompted, Austin brought the dog his own water bowel with ice cubes. Great service. Great food. Great Tuesday burger special, buy one, get one. We will definitely be back, probably next Tuesday :)

Irish bar/restaurant that mainly focuses on hamburgers, but the Shepards pie and fish and chips were also great. Just a short walk from La Jolla cove, we walked from our hotel after snorkeling. Best Irish coffee Ive had in years. It was a cool, open venue in what used to be an ally. I believe they have music there too but we were there too early for that. It was not crowded at 4p.

The atmosphere here is roughly imitated, but I dont think its such an authentic place.drank Guinesse and Irish coffee, and Black & Tan was also mixed with local beer, and Irish coffee was the worst Irish pub Ive ever had.Its just an ordinary local pub, not an Irish pub.

Delicious Food, Great Service, Entertainment was on point, perfect for the whole family including your Fur babies.You can either watch their TVs in the bar area, hang out under the patio, or sit in the front with your Pup while listening to local musicians.We will make this place a go to, the food was flavorful and a big amount. Our Pup had a hamburger patty and he is picky, but he devoured it. We tried a appetizer called ‘Irish Nachos’, that was different in a yummy way. Good variety of drinks and food.Take the time and check it out.

Bummed by the service in the bar last night, 5.9.24. Arrived just before 8:00pm for a drink and a quick bite to eat. Started off nice with a Hi from one bartender. The other bartender took my drink order promptly after I was handed a menu. After that I was not approached for another 30 plus minuets to inquire if I wanted to order anything to eat or order another drink. A third bartender even showed up (I think he was busy with a crowd outside). Multiply times others around me were attended to in a timely manner. As someone who worked in the industry for 10 years I was a bit dumbfounded. Would have tipped more and spent more money but when finally asked if I wanted to get anything else, I ordered the Ahi to-go (only because I was starving). Maybe I will give Hennesseys another try because I really do enjoy the food.

While I wouldnt give my calamari 5 stars, I would give our server 10! The place is so cute, more affordable than other eateries in the area, and the gal serving us was literally above and beyond in kindness, attentiveness, patient, professional! No where else that we ate on vacation had as good of service.
