From Tom Heitz himself down to his last employee, you won’t find a staff of nicer and more helpful people out there. Every question, request, change, I’ve ever had was resolved in a timely and professional manner. You need insurance coverage to drive, (contrary to the belief of a shockingly large number of CA drivers), and I’ve felt like other insurance companies have taken advantage of that in their prices. My Heitz rep actually helped me save money and tailor my policy to suit my needs. Shocker.

I’m so happy to leave a review! I’ve been with Heitz insurance for 40 years. I have always had a wonderful experience and the company really does give personal service. I had an experience yesterday with Marta, who is a new agent for me. She was super helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and kind. I have referred many people to them who are still clients today.Adrienne

My experience with Heitz Ins Agency was excellent. The mortgage company didnt pay the homeowners insurance premium from my impound account and I was informed I needed to pay the yearly premium until the mixup was determined. Once it was cleared up I was informed I would be reinbursed from the carrier. Marta at Heitz Insurance was so helpful in keeping me informed on the refund process. She was polite and prompt getting the updates to me. She represented Heitz in the most professional manner and I highly recommend them for your insurance needs. Ask for Marta !!!!

When it comes to shopping around I pride myself in finding the best deal. I’ve been working with Tom at Heitz insurance for years and don’t intend to go elsewhere. I make it a point to refer him business because I know; that friend, family member, or client will be given professional service and an overall great deal.Some insurance companies may advertise better rates but after going through the lengthy process you find that you’re really exposing yourself with high deductibles or poor coverage. Heitz Insurance is not one of those places! I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of insurance.

We have been with Heitz Insurance for over 35 years. We do not have enough good things to say about Tom and his team. They have been kind and responsive to all of our insurance needs in good times and in bad. We purchased our current home in March of 2020, when our escrow did not close on time due to COVID and all the hotels were closing, Tom stayed late in his office on a Friday night to make sure we had renters insurance which allowed us to stay in our home. This is just one example of the extraordinary service that Tom and his team have given us throughout the years.

Tom and his team show excellent professionalism and dedication in making sure you get the best possible rate. Living in an area deemed as a fire hazard by insurance standards, they were able to get me a reasonable policy when 7 others would not even consider it. Bundling together with auto policies resulted in a decent discount as well.If you are looking for insurance, and are frustrated and disillusioned, it certainly wouldnt hurt to give them a call!

Everyone is kind, responsive, and always willing to help with my insurance needs. Especially Lizeth, she is always happy to help if I need a quote, to add or delete cars from my policy, and even check to make sure I’m getting the best rates. Thank you Heitz Insurance!!

Tom and his team have been our insurance agent for auto and home for approx. 5 years and I have found him easy to contact and fast with his response. I am very satisfied with Heinz Insurance.

They advertise personal service. I was insured with this group for over 15 years. Talking to the people there is like talking to a computer! Extremely cold, no personality what so ever. Act like they are doing you a big favor collecting your money year after year. Beware and check your renewal rates. No accidents or tickets and they raise your rates and hope you dont notice. When questioned they did reduce Moved out of state and got a much better rate in Texas. Good bye and good riddins!!!
