I can’t thank Marjorie, Ethan, and Andrea enough for their hard work on my case. I found Heinrich Law online. After interviewing a few different lawyers, I settled on Marjorie. My case was weird because I suffered a horrible ankle injury (multiple surgeries, it was bad) when I tripped and fell in a hole in a driveway in my condo complex. I was on the HOA board at the time. The defense claimed I had no right to sue or to win my case because I was on the board and knew areas in the complex were in disrepair. I am so grateful to Marjorie for staying with the case and being so honest and direct throughout. I truly do not know how Marjorie and her team do what they do, dealing with these big demanding children in adult bodies who deny the truth and refuse to settle until their backs are against the wall. I am so grateful for Marjorie telling the defense over and over we would not settle until they offered a fair and reasonable amount of money. Now I can afford to pay for treatment that will help keep me active and healthy. And I can begin to travel again. So happy my case is over, and Heinrich Law was the firm that represented me.

A few years ago, my husband was involved in a motorcycle crash. His injuries were extensive and we weren’t sure what the outlook was for him and his profession. When my 81-year-old mother was struck in a cross-walk by a distracted driver, leaving her badly injured, I immediately knew we would need a reputable attorney. Living across the country, I couldnt get any personal recommendations, but an Internet search led me to Marjorie Heinrich. She met all the essential criteria (not afraid to litigate, had won large sums for past clients), and I liked that Heinrich Law is a small outfit. My initial interactions with some bigger firms felt really impersonal. So I chose Marjorie, and we were not disappointed! She has a great bedside manner, which was important early on, when my Mom was recovering from a concussion and broken bones. She kept us informed along the way when necessary, but also gave us space. Shes clearly a great strategist and negotiator -- she not only got the drivers maximum liability ($250,000) but was able to get my mother a much larger share than expected. I also liked that she didnt push my mother to go after the drivers assets, though Im sure she could have gotten more money by doing so. Shes tough and smart but not ruthless. Thanks Marjorie!

A Sheriff sped through a red light just as I was entering the intersection on a green light. He smashed into my car and almost killed me. People told me I couldnt sue the Sheriff and some attorneys I talked to sounded rude and arrogant when I initially contacted them. I found attorney Marjorie Heinrich who told me I could and she also sounded concerned about what I had just went through. She represented me for 2 yrs. The Sheriff and County blamed me for the accident. Marjorie spent 2 yrs and thousands of dollars proving the Sheriff and County was responsible and I was not at fault. The County also denied I suffered a head injury. My case finally settled for several million dollars a week before trial. Finding this Firm was a Godsend for my wife who was horribly injured in a head on accident by a drunk driver. Marjorie went above and beyond for us always communicating every step of the way. I cant say enough about the professionalism and level of accuracy her advice was to make decisions about the case. Other firms as seen on tv paint unreal pictures about lawsuit payouts. I have found this is bait for us unsuspecting and vulnerable victims of accidents. This firm got us what we deserved without the facade of high hopes and unrealistic goals. I was in a very severe near death accident in June 2017 in Los Angeles CA, involving a drunk driver and was referred to Heinrich Law PC. My experience with them was nothing short of incredible. Truly as good as it gets. 3 years ago, I broke not one but both of my feet walking to retrieve my laundry at my rental house. It was bad. One foot was totally shattered and I needed surgery. I had to move our of my house for a bit, wheel chair bound, and was using a leg crutch for nearly an entire year. All while single-parenting a six year old. Though my landlord did the right thing in putting in a claim for me to State Farm, they sent me a mere $1,000. My expenses were well over $25,000 after surgery. Thank goodness a friend encouraged me to seek legal help and thank GOD I found Marjorie here on Yelp. She was kind, funny, thoughtful, smart, and genuine. Who knew a lawyer could be all these things? I kid! But seriously, she was SO helpful and kept me posted at each juncture, and made it painless from paperwork to my deposition. She kept me out of court too, and did great talking with my landlord. I never felt icky or stressed. She was also super patient as I made my decision about whether to file suit. No pressure at all! I was hit by a car while I was a pedestrian in a crosswalk. I was hospitalized for more than a week, and I sustained permanent nerve damage. Heinrich Law was recommended to me by a relative, and Im really glad for that! Ethan Wimert helped me understand the various relevant auto and medical insurance coverages, and negotiated settlements from all sources. He even spent considerable effort pursuing payment from an independent accident insurance policy I had purchased and had almost forgotten about.
