The doctor that evaluated me is wonderful.Hes very thorough, and to the point .Ive already referred him to 4 of my friends, and all 4 are going to make appointments.Thank you, Doctor!Also the receptionist is great she even gave me directions on how to get there over the phone.

Very detailed with his care to insure the best result in testing and installing new hearing aides. Extremely through in all aspects of the hearing aides and knowledge. Took a lot of time with me and wife to understand all the details of new hearing aides. To have better hearing than I have had in tears is a life changer. To hear my wife’s voice clearly in years is a game changer for me as well as her. Thank you for all that you have done for us

Called because my left hearing aid wasn’t working. They got me in first thing the next day and determined the speaker was out. Thankfully, that was a quick fix in the office and under warranty. Then we discussed how disappointed I tend to be with my hearing even with my hearing aids in. Made some adjustments via the computer and things seem to be better. I’m going back in next month for a hearing test and then they’ll be adjusted to my current status. Great friendly timely service.

James Purtill picked up where Laura left off and provides exceptional care and service addressing my heariing loss and hearing care.James and his staff were ablle to diagnose my hearing aid issue was my batteries not holding a charge. They worked with Phonak and got the batteries replaced and working wel again in record time! Thank you so much.

HearingLife has given me excellent care. It is consistent too. I am seeing Jim as a first time hearing aid patient. While doing so, I had a sudden lost of hearing in my right ear. It was around 5pm on a Friday and there was no way I would have been able to see my audiologist. I called Jim and he told me to come in right away and would do a hearing test. Sure enough he compared it to a previous one he did and it had significantly worsened. He advised me to go to emergency right away and told me that I should be on a steroid as I may be able to restore my hearing if I act promptly. Sure enough, the emergency doctor prescribed a high dosage of Prednisone and within a few days, my hearing did come back. Thanks Jim.

I have been going to Hearing Life formerly Creekside Hearing for the last 8 years. Laura was the hearing aid specialist I saw at that time. She was very professional and always understood when I had an issue with my hearing aids and was always able to diagnose and fix the problem. I currently see James Purtill, when I first met him I didn’t feel the same as I did with Laura but he’s very professional. I have come to like his knowledge of the current hearing aids on the market and the time he takes to explain everything in layman’s terms. I would recommend Hearing Life to anyone needing hearing aids.

Went in with a volume problem and was impressed by what he could do without a recent hearing test to make accurate adjustments. His expertise in the field was also very impressive. Anxious to get a hearing test so that the adjustments can be made wirh the new data.

Easy to find the office. Good parking. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. I was told what was going to happen every step of the testing process. The results were shown to me and explained so I understood what I was seeing. The next steps for me were explained so I knew exactly what I needed to do and what to expect. All in all I was treated extremely well and So glad I made the appointment. Thank You for the opportunity to share my experience.

HearingLife is one of the most professional, conscientious, knowledgeable, patient, service oriented medical equipment providers I have ever dealt with. It’s refreshing to deal with people that genuinely want to help you more than they want to get into your pocket. They answered every question honestly and directly with simple explanations and the product lived up to what was promised. I had a great experience with HearingLife in Vacaville California, I would highly recommend them for your hearing needs. Laura Bradford was the best, she took the time to explain to me in detail my test results. She demonstrated a hearing aid that would best fit my needs, I was very impressed with Lauras knowledge of the technology in hearing aids. I have tried other hearing devices that I bought online, of course they were less expensive but I was very disappointed in the sound quality and feedback issues. Laura fitted me with a hearing aid and adjusted them for optimum performance, I still cant believe how natural they sound. She took the time to show me how to put them on properly and to take them off. She also showed me how to clean them, change the batteries and how to replace the wax filter. I like the fact that if I have any problems with my hearing aid that they are there to help. I want to thank Laura and her staff for a great experience.

I have a bad experience with this with this place in Vacaville .He told me I need new hearing aids so one my hearing aid stopped working so I went to someone else she fixed the problem now they work now I can hear. No thanks to hearing life they conning elderly out of money .so if you need hearing aid go somewhere else .

Laura Bradford is very well versed in problems of hearing and the relation to ear issues (such as pain, dizziness, etc.). She is always available if you are having a problem with the hearing aids.
