I had problems with my new hearing aids after first getting them, and went back for help. Ivy spent almost an hour with me doing more testing and adjusting. She and assistant Tyrone also went over how to use my phone more effectively to adjust my devices for optimum use.

Ive been a client of HearingLife in Sonoma for years. I just upgraded to new Oticon hearing aids and am extremely happy with them. The service is outstanding, they provide options and answer all my questions. I would recommend them for anyone with hearing difficulties.

I found the office to be efficient, friendly and well informed. Ivy Daep, the hearing specialist, is well versed in hearing testing, interpreting results and explaining hearing aid usage. She is very easy to interact with and quite knowledgeable. Office is clean and comfortable.

Ivy very professional but I felt rushed when showing how to put on and take of my new hearing aids. Showing how to operate the hearing aids with my iPhone was only shown and much too fast.

Oct 31stAfter recieveing the below note from someone at Hearing life asking that I call them to discuss....it has been 2 weeks. I have NOT gotten a phone call from them. And I still do not have my Mother hearing aid. I was now told there are missing a piece of paperwork that they should have known they needed when placing the order almost 6 weeks ago. They are now saying g that they cant full fill the order with out it. It is 323pm and I am outside the holding and see a CLOSED sign on the door yet again although they list their hours as Monday thru Fri from 9 to 5.They are NOT OPEN MONDAY THRU FRIDAY AT ALLTHEY ARE ONLY OPEN BY APPT whenever they want to work and it suits their personal schedule.This place remains horrible to deal with and now I am going to report then to the better business bureau.Original postThey advertise they are open Mon - Fri from 9 to 5. They are hardly ever there 5 days a week let alone open all day.I have stopped by to ask about an order placed a month ago as no one will call back when you leave messages. Ive stopped by at 9am, 1pm 330pm. No one is ever there.Also to note, they ask that you prepay for the device before you take possession. They claim that they need the money in advance BEFORE they can order it, although it is covered by my PPO insurance.I would have a hard time recommending a company that does business like this. My only recourse now is to call my credit card company and ask that they call them and refuse the charge. Its quite frustrating.

Professional, courteous staff and practitioners..Lilly, the audiologist, Ivep Daep has introduced me to state-of-the-art hearing aids which have improved my quality of life..Melisa,, who greets you in a friendly manner manages all appointments and will text you with friendly reminders ..I highly recommed Hearing Life...!

Very professional and friendly staff. The professional on site when over my test and was very helpful in making sure that I understood the results. If anyone that I know was looking for a place to get their hearing tested I would recommend it place.

Once again the team (Ivy & Melisa) at Sonoma Valley Hearing Center came through for me big time. My hearing results in the past have shown that I need the upgraded version of the Oticon hearing aids, but my coverage would not budge. After my latest results, Ivy went to bat for me with documentation and phone calls and I was finally able to receive the hearing aids that I needed. I appreciate their effort and Im very thankful.

I received a follow up hearing test which mostly confirmed the results of the test a year ago. A few changes were addressed by minor adjustments to my hearing devices. Everything went smoothly. My hearing technician was calm and confident, so she inspired confidence in me to continue wearing my devices even though its more difficult to place them in and over my ears along with eye glasses and mask for COVID protection.

I bought my hearing devices several years ago in Sonoma, CA.I recommend them to anyone who is having hearing loss. The service there is amazing and they are very attentive. I have had much success with the devices I purchased.

The COVID-19 outbreak resulted in a four month delay before I could finally see an audiologist. During the four month period that the local office was closed, scheduling and handling of calls were handled by a centralized office in another state; that policy was chaotic. Once I was scheduled for an appointment and was not notified of a last minute decision to keep the office closed; therefore a wasted trip to keep the appointment. That being said, the local office, Sonoma Valley, provided outstanding service; they really went the extra mile. That office gets my highest recommendation.

Very professional. Very polite and accommodating. So far I really like my new hearing aids. Theyre a little tough to put on but they work very well. I definitely recommend HearingLife Hearing aid center.
