I always get treated great at either location. Shannon took the time to clean and update my equipment without an appointment. As a business owner my schedule varies and the staff always accommodates me. Shannon thank you for being so professional and super helpful. I have no words for how helpful and knowledgeable these ladies are! Sandy gave me hope when, for no known reason (at the time), I started losing my hearing 10 years ago. Im going to be 40 this year. It was shocking and unsettling until I found Hearing Life in Placerville. If you having hearing needs, hands down go there!

It was fine, but its a long ride for me to only have the hearing aids cleaned and doughnuts changed and to not get to talk to Sandra about any problems or need for adjustments. She normally fine tunes the hearing aids. Delt with someone different who was new to me, who didnt ask any of the usual questions.

I have been a customer of Hearing Life in Placerville since December 2021. I went to them after using another manufacturers product.My experience has been nothing but positive. Sandra is very knowledgeable about hearing loss, the product they sell and the software used to program. Shannon offers a welcoming feeling the minute you walk in the door. Both Sandra and Shannon communicate a strong commitment to being in a partnership with you. Both are always willing to help with adjustments to the product software when required and cleaning of the hearing aids whenever needed, even if you just walk in without an appointment.

We moved to California after I had newly purchased hearing aids at University of Utah Medical Center in Salt Lake City,Utah. No time for follow up there. Sandra Danz took me on as a client shortly after we moved. I had difficulty adjust to the hearing aids, and the hearing in my right ear declined rapidly after we moved. Sandra has been so patient, working tirelessly with me, performing many adjustments and reprogramming of my hearing aids to try to help me hear better. She is knowledgeable and efficient in her work, and I am so grateful to have her as my Oticon hearing aid specialist.

HearingLife is a professional and proficient office providing a number of services including comprehensive hearing tests and hearing device dispensing and repair. Sandra Danz will review all your audiology needs and suggest multiple options for hearing improvement. The Otican devices I purchased are excellent and make a night and day difference in my hearing ability. Sandra provided numerous options for me that fit within my budget. The office is also reasonably stocked with parts should repair be required. Usually a cleaning, repair and adjustment can be completed in less that 15 minutes. I would, without hesitation, recommend HearingLife for your audiology needs.
