Best dental experience! I have social/dental anxiety. They have overall been patient and kind. Vanessa was very helpful upfront. Fernando was informative and didnt mind answering questions; the entire team actually does a great job to make sure youre comfortable and they explain everything they will do clearly. Carmella and Dr. Nia are both sweet & gentle yet thorough with cleaning. No pain. Grateful to have found this spot!

I am very disappointed of this office specially from the chaef of corruption Vicky A. receptionist. When you enter to this office you will see a sign say “ check how can get a teeth whitening Kit.” When asked Vicky about it she with a special smile(with a shame) said you can get it if give a good review. So most probably all good reviews of this office are for whitening kit. I had some treatment, while suppose to do my teeth crown they said my insurance is not covering porcelain and metallic type is not good and asking $500 to install porcelain crown, they were wrong after checking with insurance they installed porcelain crown, they were going to charge me $500. Again for filling some teeth Vicky said my insurance is not covering and the cost is $1,800. I knew my insurance was covering and have rejected and left that office to another dental ofice and done that treatment with no cost. That is policy of this dental office, try to charge you if you are not aware about your insurance coverage and it’s very disrespectful when a clinical office wants to fool you.

I had the most nerve-racking and time-consuming experience at this clinic. The receptionist, Vicky Arciniega, was rude, unprofessional, and unethical. She was incompetent in providing any information and support. Every time I called, she would tell me she was too busy to answer my questions, put me on hold, or hang up. I had to go to the clinic in person to get things moving. No one there seemed to have control over her. My husband was experiencing severe pain in his lower molars. Vicky Arciniega was responsible for sending an authorization request to our insurance company so that the treatment could begin urgently. However, despite going back and forth with her for two months, she deliberately failed to send the request, which forced us to switch to a different clinic.The staff at the clinic were uncooperative and dishonest, making ridiculous claims to justify their inactivity. They purposely denied treatment to my husband, knowing full well that he was in a great deal of pain.Please take my advice and avoid this clinic at all costs. My experience was nothing short of terrible, and I wouldnt want anyone else to go through what I did.

Very rudeThey wanted to do deep cleaning while they told me I have healthy teeth. When I said I dont want/need deep cleaning just regular cleaning, the receptionist said its not what you want its what the doctor want 🤨 really !. Will never go back again.

Been going here for about a year .... definitely 5 stars and then some .. they did a ton of work getting my whole mouth up to speed...crowns, bridge replacement, root canals etc etc .... excellent work every time !!!!!!!

I had the best time at Healthy Smiles! Carmella and Tenny, were super welcoming and nice. They really cared about my gum problems and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. Going there feels like being part of a family because everyone is so friendly and skilled. The office is clean and fancy, and the whole experience was top-notch. I highly recommend Healthy Smiles to anyone who wants a dentist that goes above and beyond. I always leave feeling grateful and well taken care of!

I was very anxious to go to a new place and look for a new dentist. However, this was one of the best decissions I have made regarding my dental health. Everyone at this office treated me with professionalism and respect and at the same time they were very warm and compassionate eventhough I was a brand new patient. I felt very welcomed. Vanessa on the phone was so nice as well as Vicky when I walked in. Carmella was so friendly while she took the X-rays. Doctor Bakhtamian was professional, answered all my questions and displayed so much compassion for all the issues I was presenting him with. I was thrilled to have gone to this place. He is now my primary dentist. Do not hesitate to make an appointment at Healthy Smiles La Crescenta, you will not regret it.
