About a week ago I went to pep boys to get new brakes. Got those plus oil change, Air filter change, Battery cleaning, brake fluid change, and leak inspection. After charging me for their service they notified me I had a leaky head gasket Which caused severe damage to my car. Total damage to my vehicle would cost over six thousand dollars to fix!Got recommended to this place by a close family member. Took my car there the next day to get a second opinion. They inspected my vehicle. And it showed that not only did I NOT Have a leaky head gasket, Most to all of the work I paid pep boys to do on my vehicle DID NOT GET DONE! The only thing they did was my brakes!Turns out all I had was a loose oil cap. And some residual damage from lack of upkeep from going to pepboys.After Jeff Serviced my vehicle, For this past week, it has run as smooth as butter. It is less loud and so much smoother! Jeff Treated me well and didnt make me feel intimidated for not knowing a lot about cars. Merhdad and the Whole business feels professional and welcoming.NEVER GO TO PEPBOYS! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING THIS PLACE AS YOUR GO TO MECHANIC FOR ANY AND ALL PROBLEMS!FIVE FUGGIN STARS!Also, photo shows cabin air filter and brake fluid pep boys SUPOOSEDLY replaced. Geez...

I received excellent customer service from everyone! From checking in to picking up my car, it was a pleasant experience. Justin took the time to carefully troubleshoot the problems with my 2006 Pontiac Solstice and answer my questions. He kept me informed on progress and answered my questions. I never felt pressured to do or spend more than what was necessary to fix the problems. Thank you!

Service was great! The team here is professional, friendly and courteous with your time. I brought my Audi Q5 in for a front axle repair and they perform in a timely manner without over charging me and suggesting unnecessary repairs. I felt like I can trust them with my car which is huge for me because I have only ever taken my car to the dealership out of fear of crooked mechanics. In hindsight it was the other way around 🤨Nevertheless my car is running smoothly now and I will definitely be returning for any future service needs.

I normally do my own mechanic work, not because Im a mechanic, but because I like a challenge. This challenge on my 2019 Cadillac was a bit much took it to this mechanic shop and from my initial phone call to ask questions to picking my car they were amazing never felt like I was just another paying customer, actually felt like they cared about my issue and my vehicle. If you ever need a mechanic shop, I strongly recommend this place. They are fairly priced, quick with their work, and clean.

I highly recommend this place. They are very honest business. Ashley and Jeff are very friendly and professional. They have loaner car for you if your car has to be in the shop for few days. Their price is fair and they don’t push their sales to you. Also they have good deals for their oil change ect… it’s THE place to go.

The company personnel are very friendly and try to explain everything. Their evaluation form explains their ratings of possible troubles and the need for repairs. We took our Xterra in for service and there were a number of items that needed immediate repairs. The repairs were very costly but we had them completed as a base line for future servicing. The work was done in a timely manner.

I was referred to Haven Auto Repair by AAA website of approved Auto repair shop, I called shop notified Ashley of work I was requesting quote on, she took info and Jeff called me back with quote that was good. I set up appointment. I made appointment smooth process, I received txt in a few hours, they are working on repair, they also did inspection of vehicle, found 3 other issues I should be aware of, leaks with photos I called and got estimates on those issues, I elected not to get them done at this time. They notified me when work was done, Power steering pump replacement, 2007 Honda Accord, Great work, Im pleased.. Special shout out to Ashley, Moran, I was walking over from home and getting close to closing time 5:30pm, a 3 mile walking with stoplights is longer then I expected...

My parents have been going here since I was a kid. They trust them quite a bit. After a lot of bad experiences at other mechanics with my girlfriends car, I decided to bring it in to Haven Auto.Firstly, making an appointment was very quick and easy with a phone call. They even send you text messages, if you allow them to, to remind you a few days before and a day before. For someone like me who forgets if I do not put it in my calendar, this was great.Secondly, front desk service and their service techs are awesome and friendly. Jeff was the service tech(wrong job title, but I cant remember what its called) who helped walk through and explain the issues we had. We had asked for several inspections as my girlfriends car had not been driving well at all. Jeff did NOT try to sell us anything that was not needed(in this case just new tires, they are quite bald and have a piece of metal in one, and our oil change). All of this was what we expected and were glad it wasnt worse.We will definetly be bringing it back to get our new tires and alignment done.Edit: forgot to mention, THEY TAKE PICTURES TO SHOW YOU WHAT THEY FOUND ON INSPECTION! I have not had a place do this for me before! You dont need to go in to see whats wrong(unless youd like to in person).Tldr; good honest auto shop, quick, friendly, and most importantly fair.

Haven Auto helped me get my sons truck ready to sell. I asked them to go over it front to back to make sure it was in sound mechanical condition. They were especially helpful in picking it up and dropping it back off to me because I dont drive a stick shift. They photographed and documented everything that needed repair or replacement. This is going to help me sell this truck for the right price.

This place is okay Im sure they have good service but they are pricey and can be rude. I think I had jeff or something he would get worked up real quick about any small thing. Also just an FYI for the triple AAA members its not 75 dollars off its 50 dollars not a big deal but thought everyone would like to know, and whoever the mechanic in the back is needs to cool it because Im not an experienced mechanic my bad I didnt know you could drive a car for 15 minutes with no coolant.

Real diagnosticians! Another shop told me to go to the dealer to fix the problem, these guys took it as a challenge to find the problem. Using tools the other shop didnt even know existed, they were able to find the problem and fix it. And a UEI teacher wouldnt have been able to diagnose this problem, these guys needed real knowledge, experience and intuition to find the problem, and they have it and they did it! Thanks again

If I could rate a zero I would, I would highly highly recommend that you get at least two estimates when dealing with this company. Who knows may be they just didnt want to to the work.They will lie to you, they will charge you for things that dont need to be done, and then over charge you. You are better off taking it to the dealer.I let them know that the engine light came on and test code P2646 Rocker arm control valve stuck open and to do an oil change. They got a hold of my wife let her know that it would be $110 for a oil change and $75 to do a diagnostic to read the code.So later on that day the contacted us saying they did the diagnostic test and it had a code P2646 Rocker arm control valve stuck. So I let the person know that I already knew that and wrote on the paperwork along with the key the night before. I must of hurt his feelings because all of a sudden his attitude changed an told me he does have the paperwork and this is his finding and then proceeded to let us know that it would be $600 to fix the Rocker arm control valve only a $45 part on the very high end. Then when I question him about the to other screens that needed to be replaced he got frustrated that I knew what needed to be done and told me it would not be included. We let him know we need to think about it, I immediately drove down there to pick the car up.When I got there they were very shady they told me to wait to wait 10- 15 minutes while they put the car back together then about 5 minutes later I saw the car drive by and thought to myself if they are working on it in the shop why is it coming over from a parking lot on the other side of the build. about 5 minutes later I went outside to talk to my wife letter her know they need to but the car back together and then she told me she saw it drive by as well then I noticed the car parked outside the garage. I went back inside and they told be they are almost done it would be about 10 minutes. So I went out side took a picture of the car sitting out side the garage. ( the tan Honda accord in the middle )Knowing the car was never inside the garage I went back inside and asked them what is taking so long the guy at the counter went in the office then some little kid came out and started blaming me that it was my fault because I did let him know I was coming and that the car was being worked on in the garage and that it was on the rack then I asked him again why is it sitting outside he proceeded to tell me it was on the racks as you can see by the picture it was not on the racks. Right after that I went outside and the other guy pulled the car up front and gave me the keys.The car was never on the racks never made it inside the garaged and from the time my wife and I saw the car drive by it never need any additional work or anything put back to gether.So because I questioned their authority and didnt let them take advantage of us.. They got made at us and made us wait there for no reason for over half an hour. E..they showed us!!!

7/28/18 was my first visit to Haven Auto Parts. I came across this location by searching for car AC repairs near me. I noticed they had real great reviews on Google and Yelp. The other customer reviews talked about the GREAT customer service and how they trusted the shop to be an honest location for repairs and pricing.I am big on customer service, so what I did was I called Haven Auto Repair to see how much it would cost to get an evaluation on my car’s AC. A friendly voice came on the line (Joanna) she mentioned the consultation was free and she kindly scheduled an appointment for me. I call another shop that was recommended by a friend, and the voice on the other end was not friendly at all and they charged $65 just to look at my car. Where do you think I went?The reviews mentioned that Haven Auto Parts offered: coffee, cookies, refreshments, candy, free shuttle, free car wash, amazing customer service and what stood out the most was the fact that they send you photos of your car so you can see whats ok and what needs attention. Beside that they send you educational videos related to important car maintenance. It’s a great way of educate your customers. With my first visit I can state that all of the above is true!I walked in early Saturday morning and was kindly greeted by Joanna and a few mins later by Justin. Justin and I walked out to look at my car. He looked at the AC and basically did the evaluation, he asked my question and kindly answered and explained to me the ones I had for him. I went there already knowing more or less that I was going to have an issue with my compressor because my brother has the same car and same issue and it was his compressor. Justin said all seemed to be working properly as far as the mechanics (compressor running, fans spinning, water poodle on the ground and air coming out of the vents) he did mention that it could possibly be that the car was low on freon or that there was a leak somewhere since the car was not cooling.He suggested two options which was nice. 1. was to add freon or 2. to run it through a test with dye to check for leaks. I told him to run the test.They offered to shuttle me home, but I wanted to wait and see what the test said. In the meantime I helped myself to some coffee and cookies. All of the staff there is super nice and very easy going.About 1 hour later Justin came back and said the results where in and he would send me the report via text for my records. He went over them with me and indeed I had a leak in my compressor. I could clearly see it in the photos and there is no denying that that was my car engine. They also found a few other issues that he suggested I should address whenI could. Justin asked if I wanted to order the original compressor or a third party brand, I picked the original. This work was going to take time to fix so I asked for a ride home. They also said if I needed a ride back to pick up the car they would kindly pick me up, which I did except.When I got there my car was ready and nice and clean. This place defiantly sets its self apart from other shops i’ve been to. You can tell providing great customer service and repair is what they strive for.Thank you to the wonderful staff and I look forward to seeing you guys for future repairs/services.Alondra

Although I had to bring my car back to their shop after I had a new radiator installed, I am still happy with their service. My manufacturers requirement to only use a factory spec thermostat was surprising to their mechanics as well as myself. Their project manager made sure the cause of the problem was found and the return visit was covered under their warranty for the radiator replacement. Based off my interactions with their team they are a trustworthy shop which is why Costco members can go to them for automotive repairs.

I was waiting to write my review until after I had been driving my car for a while but even before I left the shop with my car I knew that I was going to give the shop a five star review this is hands-down the best experience I’ve ever had with a mechanic in my entire life. The customer service was amazing. I was constantly kept in the loop with almost daily contact a link with photos of them working on my car and updated regularly. Once my car was diagnosed Justin gave me a breakdown step-by-step of what the issues of my car were and gave me multiple informed options to choose from, I felt no matter which option I picked my car was in good hands and that they were going to make sure that I drove off that lot safely. My car runs better than it did the day that I bought it and I’m so happy that AAA recommended them.

This shop is high end, but they do quality work. I as a woman have never felt disrespected or spoken down to by our usual mechanic Justin, and Ive never felt that they tried to rip us off or pull one over on us. They photograph everything and show it to you so that you can see, and rate it on a system from red, yellow, and green to know how important it is. Ive been working with this shop for three years now and will be moving out of state soon. I know I will have a hard time replacing this shop for us, and particularly Justin who has just gone above and beyond for my family. He has even given us advice when purchasing new cars about what the most common issues are for those cars and what he might purchase in our shoes. So, be prepared for it to be one of the more expensive shops, but it gives me confidence to know that they pay their employees appropriately for the cost of living and their hard work, and Justin in particular treats us as if we were a member of his family. You can trust what they say, and as a woman you do not need to be afraid of being spoken down to. We will miss working with them after our move!

First time I came here i didnt have an appointment and they took me right in for an alignment. (It was during typical weekday work hours). The service was expedient yet welcoming and asked me to make myself at home in the feature rich lobby. They have multi device outlets to charge your Android or Apple phones or tablets. There is a variety of magazines and great choices for refreshments, not just water and plain coffee, they go the extra mile with selections and even cookies which hits the spot for me.The service was about 45 minutes from entering to exiting and the price for my alignment was lower than any and every place Ive been to and bargain hunted for. I could tell the difference in my vehicle immediately once behind the wheel and havent had any complications since.I have returned 7 months later and was welcomed by name, with another great price for the same service, (picked up new tires so I got aligned again for even wear) and was even served some delicious cookies by the very humble owner himself!Highly recommended. Fast, friendly service. I feel that they are honest in their dealings and more than fair with the great deals they send to me in the mail each month. Ive never had this kind of experience anywhere. Great Independent Auto repair shop, 3+ years ago I starting going there for my job as a Vehicle Inspector for Extended Warranty Companies, and than for my own vehicles for regular maintenance, I recently was having fuel type issues with my Chevy HHR, much of the work Ive done myself, but still couldnt get it figured out, it had lean and rich fuel codes and random misfire code at the same time, so I brought it in to have them take a look, I talked with Service AdvIsor Jeff, he kept me informed on the daily updates, The Tech Bret even called me to let me know he was as stumped as I was, they contacted GM Tech support, and were able to get some direction, they found that the fuel injectors failed causing havoc with the new AC Delco O2 sensors I just installed back in March, and the spark plugs got fouled out also.... its been a week, but thats OK, because I had another car to drive.. My 2008 Chevy HHR with 175k on the odometer is running great again, and I couldnt be happier with my choice of Haven Auto Repair as my go-to Shop...Thanks Guys and Grace for the great Service.... and for having my back... Great place. Great people. Totally transparent in the work they do, allowing you to see for yourself what the problem is and clear about the solution and being sure you agree with it. My vehicle had an issue and it was a very unique problem, which took a few days of tests and troubleshooting to diagnose. Stayed true to their word on 1hour charge for all of that work! Its my 3rd time bringing my car to them (first 2times for alignments) and have been completely satisfied with how they treat my vehicle and myself. Kept me very informed. The lobby beats any auto shops anywhere, even BMWs dealership. It has the necessary chargers for any device you may have, gourmet coffee, and delicious home made cookies! TV and magazines as well. Very friendly staff who memorized my name just after my first visit. I get great discounts sent to me on a regular basis. I cant really think of anything negative to say about the people or service here. Highly recommended.

I finally found a professional place to take my car. The team is very warm and friendly, and the shop has a family feel to it. My car needed work so they were able to give me a rental for two days until it was ready! Justin is brilliant and friendly and he took care of my car! Haven Auto Repair provided excellent customer service. I felt as though I knew the staff as soon as I walked in despite it being my first time as their customer. My car was treated just as well, the staff provided me with updates and options through my phone at my convenience while I was busy at work. The speed of service was great and I wasnt expecting my car to be washed after the maintenance, that was really cool. 5 stars is genuinely not enough for Haven Auto Repair. Grace and Rachel were extremely helpful in letting me know the status of my car repairs and ensuring that I was happy with the service. I had my front brakes replaced today at a very fair price - and they even gave me a ride to/from home and washed my car for free! You get a text sent to you with a detailed review of their inspection which includes pictures. I really appreciated this as it ensures that you are not being lied to about the condition of certain parts. I will definitely be back for every repair and service in the future. Just so you know, they also offer financing options for repairs if you cant pay everything up front, which, for a broke graduate student like myself it is a very viable and pleasant option!

I have been using Haven auto repair for several years. They always provide outstanding service. They go way above and beyond to research any problems to get to the root cause and the address that. Other shops may stop at an initial symptom and essentially put a band aid on, ignoring the bigger issue. With Haven auto repair, when it’s fixed, it’s fixed. And repairs are always done when they say they’ll be done. They also work with warranty companies and really fight for their customers to get services covered that should be covered. I’ve referred several family members and friends and they’ve all had the exact same experience. Couldn’t be happier with the service from Justin, Grace and the whole Haven Auto Repair team. I have been visiting Haven Auto Repair for many years. They have worked on a number of my cars and I have always been happy with their service. Best auto repair experience Ive ever had. They were quick and efficient and when they were done they not only called me and answered all of my questions but sent me a link with a detailed report of everything thats going right/wrong with my car. This report contained detailed pictures of my car as well as videos describing the mechanical terms they used. Very friendly service and great prices as well. I am very impressed and will continue to take my vehicles to Haven Auto Repair.

Haven Auto is by far the best repair shop Ive been to. Weve been going to them for years and they treat us like family. We service all three of our cars with them regularly and theyve never treated us poorly. They have excellent customer service and can get us in and out quickly, knowing that our time is valuable. They take great care of my car which is a Challenger - and that is my baby so I dont trust just anyone to service her! I recommend this shop to everyone I know thats in the area. If you want fast and fair, honest service - check them out!! They will always try to get the best prices on parts - theyll even pull up the computer screen for you so you can see what the prices are. They dont hide anything and dont make unnecessary repairs. The most important thing to me in any type of relationship is trust. The first time I went to Haven my brakes were making a terrible noise. They could have charged me for major repairs and I wouldnt have known the difference. Instead they sent me a photo of a stone that had become lodged in my brakes. The Power Steering pump on my Saturn Outlook was making a terrible noise and I figured it was on its way out. I checked the internet for a location near me that could check out the problem. The ad for Haven Auto Repair caught my eye and I thought Id give them a call. I was greeted by a very friendly voice who was able to set up an appointment immediately. When I arrived, I was met by the receptionist and the owner, both extremely friendly and helpful, the place was clean and had fresh cookies and coffee. The owner accompanied me to my car and listened to my explanation. After looking over the vehicle the owner determined that my problem could be the lack of power steering fluid, he added fluid and asked me to drive the vehicle around for a bit and come back the next day where he could determine if there were any leaks. I dropped off my car the next day, and it turn out that it was not the power steering pump but a problem with my Rack and Pinion. I was provided with a complete diagnostic of the problem including pictures of the damaged parts, they explained the cost and how long the repair would take. I was pleasantly surprised when they told me that they would provide a loaner car (free of charge) while the repairs were being made. I was even more surprised when a Limo arrived at my house to pick me up and take me to the shop for the loaner car.Needless to say, I was very happy with the entire experience, my car came back repaired and washed. I highly recommend Haven Auto Repair. Getting work done on any car these days will be expensive, these folks at Haven Auto Repair know how to treat their customers and help take a bit of sting out of the auto repair experience..

I dont think there is any auto repair as AWESOME as this, they have beyond great customer service, everyone is extremely nice and helpful and happy. They even have good coffee and muffins in the lobby and not the cheap kind, not that has anything to do with car repair, you feel like you are going somewhere where they care from the moment you step into the door they go above and beyond. I had called around to a few places to have the wheel bearing replaced on my Honda. This place had the best price and the owner personally spoke with me on the phone and made me feel very comfortable. I asked him to also see if other things need to be done like the spark plugs or transmission fluid. Him and his mechanic personally picked up the vehicle from my workplace. They called me a few hours later and showed me pictures of the wheel bearing via text message and replaced it. They informed me that the vehicle did not need transmission fluid replaced until the care was at 110,000 miles and spark plugs could wait until then as well. I think that is very honest of them to not oversell me on doing other work. They dropped my car off at my work place a few hours later and had the car washed. They even brought me the old wheel bearing to show me what was wrong with it.I am not sure about the other reviews on here, but they may be local competitors who are posting negative reviews. I will be going here for all me future auto needs.

I can honestly say that in all my years going to different mechanics this is by far the best auto shop hands down. I was recently referred to this institution by my boyfriend because my car needed an oil change. It took little to no time; especially since I did not have an appointment. All their staff are wonderful, kind, and respectful. You can talk to them about anything car-related and non-car-related. Theyre wonderful at their job. I found this business through AAA one day, after I got tired of the dealership not finding any issues wrong with my vehicle. I brought it in for an engine diagnostic, and after contacting Volkswagen we replaced my ECU. This, did not clear any codes, but it reassured is that that was not this issue. After having it replaced, more codes popped up, including an ECU code. This is when I took it back to Haven Auto Repair. They spent more time on it in two days than the dealership did, and would not give up until the issue was fixed. I 100% recommend this shop to ANYONE who has had even a slight issue with the dealership and their prices. Haven Auto uses a service that allows you to see the process they are working on with your vehicle, including adding pictures of what they see if your check engine light is on. I will continue to go back here until these mechanics retire.

My A/C went bad in 2018 and I took it here to be repaired. It was originally supposed to be just a bad compressor, but they ended up replacing the condenser, hoses, Freon and cabin air filter. Total was more then $2000. Shortly after, the power steering pump went bad. Took it to my regular mechanic and found out they put the wrong power steering fluid in. I had to pay for that to be flushed and replaced on my own with my normal mechanic. Here we are in 2020, less then 2 years later, and the compressor is going bad. I take it to my mechanic who suggests having them see if they will honor their 24 month, 24000 mile warranty. My wife takes it to them on a cooler day, and it is working fine. I show up shortly after her on the same day to speak with the owner. The owner makes the misogynistic suggestion I drive it around for a while and bring it back if it goes bad. He also informs me that it is out of warranty mileage-wise by 6000 miles, although time-wise it isnt, so they will see about taking care of it for free. I take my kids geocaching around the area, and an hour and a half later, the compressor begins to smoke and seized up. I take it back, tell the owner, You wanted proof, here it is. He proceeds to tell me he needs to do a diagnosis, because it could be 20 other things; even though he spoke to my mechanic who clearly told him it was a compressor issue. He asks my mechanic about the clutch turning read and if he looked it up on YouTube. Now the owner has insulted two people. He also proceeds to tell me how he can take any car and blow out the engine in an hour if he wanted to. I asked if he was suggesting I broke it on purpose, and he quickly withdrew his tone. Now the owner has insulted three people. They kept the car all weekend, and told me on Monday that the parts company will not replace the parts and they will replace it for $600, that just being the cost of the labor. I said no thanks and took it to my mechanic, who fixed it, had to replace the condenser and hoses they put in as well. They did offer me a free oil change (which I wouldnt dare take them up on their offer) and not charge me for the diagnosis (which was unnecessary). They had to send another representative to tell me, since I believe the owner is suffering from a bad case of foot-in-mouth disease. They made it seem like they were doing me a favor. They charge too much, do bad work, make more problems then you take your car in with. I would stay away from this shop at all cost.

Best customer service of any auto company Ive been to.If you wait there while they work on your car, they have a very comfortable, air conditioned lobby. Theyll show you whats wrong with the car, not just tell you. At times when I have needed a ride home, rather than waiting for my car, I literally received a limo ride from the owner, at no cost to me. I took my vehicle here last week. My vehicle runs great now! The repair took 7 hours to complete, they had all the parts and I was advised to repair now. They showed me what was wrong, and explained it to me in simple terms. I believe they had great customer service. Nice lobby to get work done in (has wifi, cookies, coffee, etc) while you wait, but they also offer a shuttle service.During the inspection, the techs found something I had been suspecting was a problem in my car and pretty much confirmed all of the research I had been doing. I came to Haven Auto Repair based only off of all the good reviews! I spent well over $1,300 on repairs. I received before pics on things that needed to be done to my car. My car was ready the next day (Valentines day) so I picked up my car in the middle of getting ready for my evening out. Only to drive home and realize my car was not complete! Steering wheel still shakes when I press on my brakes..called the shop when I got home, s/w Ken and told him, I was put on hold and when he came back he told me his guy forgot to take care of that!?? He asked if I could bring the car back. I couldnt, but made arrangments to drop it off Monday morning on my way to work and informed him I would need a ride to work. That went fine..my car was brought to me on my lunch hr..I clocked out and met the driver outside and test drove my car while he waited for someone from the shop to pick him up. Steering wheel was great! But now my brakes are gone!! I literally had to push down on my brakes all the way to the floor to stop my car!! I let the guy know and he tells me to call the shop. I did. Needless to say, my car went back to the shop once again! Nobody test drove my car before they brought it to me?? I spent over $1,300 on repairs Im not too sure I got! I received before pics, now I wish I couldve received after pics!! And for all of this I had my car washed (which Im sure they automatically do) and a free oil change! Haven Auto Repair provides fantastic service. Every customer is greeted very warmly and addressed by name. As someone who does not know a lot about car repair, my wife and I were hesitant when we were advised to replace her A/C compressor by a competitor and brought the vehicle to Haven Auto Repair for a second opinion. I advised of the other repair shops assessment and they took the time to walk me through the inner workings of the vehicle and explain all of the various possibilities, including that the compressor would need to be replaced. After running a half our diagnostics test they found that the A/C was simply low on freon and a hose may need replacing, but no need to replace the compressor. I would recommend this location to anyone - the friendliest staff Ive ever encountered at a Auto Repair store and they take the extra time to ensure that the customer is comfortable with any work being done to the vehicle.

They did the job pretty quickly and communicated well throughout the process. but wow the $60/half hour aka $120/hr labor rate is very high. Absolutely the best mechanic I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I drove down from Vegas for a conference and my car started sputtering and shut off. I was only in the area for 2 days and needed the car fixed asap or I wouldnt be able to make it home. I called them Saturday at 7 am they told me to bring my car . They found the problem and noticed my tire was falling apart. Not only did they fix the problems with my car but they also had a technition drive me and my tire to the tire shop to get it fixed and they came and picked me up after it was done. Car and tire were all fixed by 1:00 same day. They fixed my car and saved my trip. I cant thank them enough.

We sent our car here for a AAA repair. Justin was very informative over the phone calls and updated us on the status.The problem came when we went to pick up the car. They said we purchased extra services that arent covered and was asking for us to pay double our deductible. We called AAA who stated we only had to pay the deductible. The staff spoke so aggressive and acted as if we werent trying to pay. They wouldnt listen to us just kept treating us horribly. They refused to give us our car for 30mins. With having a positive expiration our first time, we took our jeep in for smog certificate, oil change, and tire rotation. Although they were minor routine main, they found a leak in the water pump. Poor service. Terrible staff. They listed on every receipt they did a courtesy inspection of the brakes oil and other parts. But we were charged for the inspections. Some courtesy. And after brakes were done that gave out on our work truck. I nearly rear ended a Honda in front of me. I was able to drive up the curb to avoid any damage . They took the truck again. Charged us again. And still every problem we started with keeps coming back. Every time its a new story for more work. I believe they are scam artists and should not be allowed to be in business if this is how they do work. Not a fan and very upset with all the work done so far.

My wife informed me on Saturday morning that the AC in her car wasnt working. I had rotated the tires and noticed that there was something going on with the front tires and since I had just rotated them I assumed they needed rebalanced.I looked up local auto repair shops on Google that were open on Saturday and found Haven Auto Repair. My sons 2001 Audi A4 had a major oil leak, that another mechanic could not quite identify. I had to find a shop that would work on an Audi. Not knowing where to begin I googled Audi repair shops in Rancho Cucamonga. This shop came up first. Tara was very helpful on the phone and I was able to bring the car over. The owner offered to drop me off if I needed a ride. I explained that I first wanted them to tell me what the cause was, because if it was going to cost too much to repair I would have to look at my options for the car. Ken called me back on a Saturday at 4pm to tell me exactly what was wrong, and he sent me a text message with pictures to show the leak. I like that their shop works a full day on Saturdays. This shop stuck to their word on how long it would take and got my car fixed timely and efficiently. I will definitely be returning to this shop if I need any car repairs and I will be recommending them to everyone I know. Courteous customer service with a clean waiting room that rivals most medical clinics. They offered coffee, water, and even free transportation to my place. They offered a Free consultation and checked out my car before giving me a computerized quote where it breaks down labor and parts cost. So no guestimation. I had a potential more expensive repair but they called me and to tell me that my problem resolved without needing to do the more costly repair. I looked on Google for the highest rated shop in my area. This shop came up. I called and told them my truck was making noises in the front end. I asked how much for them to inspect my truck and I was told it was free. The staff was friendly. The lobby is extremely nice. The owner rode in my car and agreed the front end was making noises. I sat in the lobby and waited for my diagnostic to be completed. Then they asked me to sign a $128 estimate. I asked what the fee was for. They said it was for the vehicle inspection. I told them it was supposed to be free. Then they told me when the mechanic rode in my car and agreed that something was wrong with my car (just from listening) that was the part that was free. The actual inspection/diagnostics was $128. The old bait and switch. I was very disappointed that I was told the inspection was free. This was a waste of my time because had they told me the inspection was $128 over the phone I would not have gone there. I prefer not to do business with a company that tells you one thing over the phone and tell you another in person.

I drove my vehicle to Haven Auto repair for an inspection and once inspected I was told my car would be ready to be picked up the following morning with the inspection information regarding my vehicle for $64. When I came the next morning to pick up my vehicle it was still lifted by a machine and not put together as discussed over the phone with one of the mechanics. I was told that my brakes were in an unsafe condition and that it would cost $500 to repair. After explaining to the mechanic that I do not have the money at the moment he told me the only way I would be able to leave the shop with MY vehicle would be to have it towed. I was asked if I have AAA or some sort of tow service. I explained to the mechanic that I will not be paying for a tow service for MY vehicle that I safely DROVE TO THE SHOP. Due to the fact that the shop can not legally keep my property away from me, Haven Auto repair told me that they would pay for a tow service. Haven Auto Repair had my vehicle in their possession well over a 24 hour long period due to me not paying $500 for repairs and wanting my vehicle back. I will not be returning.

Initially informational with the diagnostics performed on the vehicle. 4 days later my car was still there with the problem unresolved. Other repairs were completed based on the extended warranty coverage. They attempted to over charge by adding diagnostic charges to the deductable cost. The worst part about it was they wrote the additional cost in after they provided me my signed copy. They ultimately waived the fee but the effort in over charging and deception is why I wont go back. Poor customer service especially by Justin and Grace who became argumentative, rude and belittling.

Hello Fellow People, obviously you are in search of a reliable, TRUSTWORTHY, loyal and compassionate car repair place of business. I am here too state BEWARE of the smoking mirrors. You will be greeted with all smiles, offered cookies and even occaisional gifts for your kids. Again all smoking mirrors. My wife and I have been loyal to Haven Auto Repair for several years now. Have taken our 2 vehicles there for various repairs and have spent thousands of dollars. Also we have given several referrals. That has all come too a screeching halt. Our friends who are loyal too us are also cutting there ties with Haven Auto Repair. We have noticed quite a few changes over there, particularly with the revolving door of mechanics, service managers and front end receptionist. This all leads too our unfortunate issue with Haven Auto Repair. We took our vehicle there for a possible warranty on what we thought could be pertaining too the clutch. I was out of town dealing with a family crisis for my brother which my wife explained too several people at Haven Auto. She stated we cannot pay any other repairs if it turns out it is not the clutch. It ended up being a transmission failure, which is a whole other disappointing knock on Haven Auto. We just spent 1500.00 in August and nothing was noted or explained you might be looking at possible transmission issues in the near future. We were told your car is good too go and nothing too worry about. Anyway back too the current issue, I was not back in town until Thursday. My wife had dropped our car off earlier in the week too be looked over. They were aware of our situation. Turns out we could not pick it up for a few days being I was out of town and my wife had conflicting issues with school and kids. We were hit with these so called storage fees. I understand limited space and they are trying too run a business. But there are exceptions. Especially too loyal long time customers who always payed there bills on the spot. No loyalty too us, no compassion. So for a 170.00 dollars Haven Auto Repair lost our business and referrals. My wife sat down with the owner Merhdad and he could have made an exception but did not. That 170.00 impacted our family for the next couple of weeks. We have been on a strict budget. You will be given the illusion of wow this is a great establishment. We are disappointed and let down by Haven Auto Repair. Loyalty, integrity and compassion are hard too find. Again keep in mind we were loyal customers too Merhdad and his revolving door of employees. We were let down. 5-12-18 . No thanks. Merhdad. We wont be coming back. Disappointing response. Nice try.

OMG!! My car broke down yesterday in a city I knew nothing about! I had to GPS the closest auto repair shop from my cell phone & Haven Auto Repair popped up. After seeing great reviews for this place, I decided to have them diagnose my AC system. I thought it was odd though how many of the reviews were about how great their lobby and cookies were. Well, now it makes sense - they have a sign in the lobby that says something like, Give us a 5 star review and you get a free oil change! That is EFFING SHADY.As far as the diagnosis, it cost $150 for them to tell me what the dealer told me for free. $1400 ($200 more than Fontana Nissan). Needless to say (but Ill say it anyway), I wont be going back. They only have 4.7 stars because they give away a free oil change.

My truck went in for an unknown problem and possible timing belt repair, within a few hours, my truck was diagnosed, problem found, a courteous pone call given, and an extremely fair priced solution resolved. An Honest Auto Repair Shop!I am a single woman and Ive taken my Acura to another repair shop for years. My other repair shop told me I needed front struts and rear shocks. I called Haven Auto Repair and the owner, Merdad, asked me to bring my car in so he could verify the work I needed. After he looked at my car, he told me I only needed to replace the rear shocks because my front struts were fairly new. (My quote for the front struts was $492.00 from my original auto repair shop.)It turned out that Merdad was right! I had forgotten that 2 years earlier, the other repair shop had replaced my front struts. Since I had only driven 20,000 miles during the 2 years, I did not need to have the front struts replaced.In fact, I went back to my original mechanic and pointed out his error. The man was apologetic and told me the mechanic who lied would be fired. I dont know if thats true, but I can never trust this mechanic again.Haven Auto Repair did my rear shocks and a rack & pinion repair I needed. Im happy with the repair and they even washed my car & provided a loaner car. Great service! They have won my business.

While on the way to LAX, the car died. I happened to be in the area, got AAA to these guys. They treated me great, showed me pictures of what happened (timing belt was stripped). I think they did a good job and didnt shortcut the repair. The tensioner was recommended to be replaced as well since it might have likely caused the problem in the first place. It was a pricey repair at $877 for parts and labor but I think I would have gotten the same quote from any reputable shop. They got me back on the road by the next day.

Thank you to Haven Auto Repair. To make a long story short, I had to replace my starter on my Toyota Corolla. It was a great interaction from beginning to end. I cant recommend this place enough and if you should require any type of repair, I recommend you calling them to at least give them a chance.To start off with, my initial phone call to the business was answered by Lauren, who not only was professional and pleasant, but most importantly......genuine. She answered what she could before saying Let me get the owner to give you more specific information. I then spoke to Mehrdad who avoided any type of salesy pitch and actually steered me to a well-known site on the internet to research the situation further. He then spent some time providing me the type of options and services they provide....all this without knowing (at that time) what the specific issue may be. Shuttle services....towing services...loaning services....etc. I suggested that I wanted to do a little calling around and he actually encouraged me to do so because he wanted to make sure that I was an Informed Consumer. Who does that? Either way, when I got off of the phone, I realized that this business knows how to truly conduct business...and that is with Customer Service in mind. Businesss talk about this all day long and promote it all day long but its when you actually feel it is when it matters.So the next day, I bring my vehicle in after speaking with Lauren again. The vehicle arrives before me and when I walk in I see my name on the board under Welcome where they welcome and thank their customers for their business. I know its something small but since when do the little things not matter? I, like the rest of us, value a combination of value, expertise, and honesty. I want a business that will treat me like it is a never ending transaction....and not as a dollar for that moment. The guys are as honest as they day is long. About a year ago I took my car in for a major repair that had already been quoted by another auto repair facility. Not only did they beat the other place by $200 the also suggested that while they had the engine apart that I replace my timing belt which $1200 dollars if done separately. they said I was already paying for labor, so I would just need to pay for the belt. They did not have to do that. since then I have had a few minor things done to the car and I can tell you I will not go anywhere else. They take you back and show you whats wrong if they find something else that needs to be repaired. They are honest and dont try to fool you. You guys are the best.

Had a bad situation with water damage due to the rains we got in early 2017. Owner would not let me leave until every little thing checked out electrically with my suburban.I will definitely be back.They even offered to pick me up and offer a car loaner.

Came back with a dent that I will bet my life and all my future family and their life and health on!!! That it wasnt on before. Even after spending $3300. All I got was a sorry not their problem. Obviously Im not the type to scam for $$ as I spent over $3300 on repairs. But for gods sake, dont add more damage and just say, sorry not their problem.

I love to wrench and tune my own cars. However, when I was 100 miles away from home and needed a quick fix, Haven Auto was there and they are the only ones I could trust with my 300ZX. They were fast, efficient and didnt feed me horse feathers about what other random stuff needed to be done. Free towing to their shop, and a quick diagnostics of my car, Plus pictures sent to me on exactly what the problem was. Theres no doubt these guys and gals know their stuff. I found Haven Auto Repair of Google and had my car towed there to find out what was wrong with my Toyota Rav4. I got there and was greeted with a smile at the door. I had to be at a funeral that day and didnt know if I would make it on time. Haven Auto Repair diagnosed the problem and I was out in a reasonable time to make it to the funeral. Mehrdad, the owner of Haven Auto Repair........is a GREAT business owner!He received a rather in depth complaint from me and instead of sweeping it under a rug hoping no one would lift it up and discover the dust bunnies, he took it on fully, professionally and best of all personally. I personally received a visit from him! He actually came to see me at my place of business to right a wrong that he had no idea existed until I brought it to his attention. I wont go into details but the steps he took to make me happy, are close to extraordinary!So much so that I have already begun referring business his way. I do not like mechanics, I do NOT trust mechanics-however this shop went above and beyond to put my mind at ease with this whole experience... They are not cheap, but you receive the service you pay for.. they only use factory or better parts and they take pictures and videos of the work, and will send updates to your phone... I pray I do not need a mechanic again but if I do it will be with Haven Auto Repair... I am a happy customer

Haven recommended $2k+ replacement parts/service. Ive been a customer for 3 yrs and trusted their assessment. Several days later, my engine light came on and figured it was unrelated. After having codes pulled at another shop, the mechanic advised that parts were improperly installed and I should bring it to their attention. I returned with documentation and advised the Haven staff regarding the engine light/code. However, Justin (manager) immediately became defensive and replied, We know what we are doing!. I assured him I wasnt trying to argue but was concerned about the repair code. Perhaps, there may have been an oversight/mistake with the installation. Nevertheless, I felt uncomfortable leaving my vehicle regardless of their 12-month warranty. Sadly, I no longer trust this shop and will not return. The staff has changed quite a bit and their ego/customer service skills are abhorrent.

Really friendly staff, they will drop you off if you leave the car there and pick you up if you need it. inspections come with pictures to show you whats broken and a will show you what parts theyll use to fix it and show you how much it costs on its own. the boss is insanely friendly.
