I can absolutely see why Haven Air Conditioning has such high reviews! Sean came out to service our 45+ year old gas heater in our newly purchased home, that wasnt up to code. He arrived on time and explained what he would be doing made recommendations and got right to work! Sean was able to get us up to code and even made sure to get this 45+ year old heater up and running which was a tremendous relief since our budget was extremely tight. We will definitely be using Haven when we upgrade our system!

My neighbor had his new HVAC installed by Haven and he was happy with their work, so I sprung for their tune-up special. Sean arrived on time, and was both professional and congenial. I had a lot of questions, and he addressed all of them to my satisfaction, including follow-up questions by phone. As a matter of course, I also consulted comfort advisor Ike, and found him to be both down-to-earth and informative. My overall impression of Haven is that quality and integrity are important to them, so I will recommend them accordingly.

Very happy with my new HVAC system! My furnace and a/c were not working and I decided to Yelp for 5 star companies and came across Haven. Andreas came and explained all the different options for both units which included a heat pump. Long story short I chose Haven and extremely happy with everything. My furnace works great and I will be testing the new a/c soon as the weather is warming up. Ike came today to do a quality inspection and tweaked a few things. Do not hesitate to call, Ive already referred coworkers and they also chose to have Haven do their new HVAC system. They have excellent 5 star customer service too.

Haven Air Conditioning are quick to respond, maintains a high level of professionalism from Marie( initial contact) to Jacob ( technician who did the diagnostics) to Andreas( who came to give the estimate). Jacob did a very thorough assessment of our AC unit, furnace and duct system. Both Jacob and Andreas were patient, knowledgeable and took the time to explain my system, issues and options to correct the problem. They are all polite, punctual and have a friendly attitude. Andreas was very friendly & informative. He spent quite a bit of time explaining the differences between the different types of AC units & what would work best for our home. He went into great detail regarding the ducts & size that would work best for us. He explained everything so thoroughly we decided to start the installation immediately.When Luis & the crew came they were on time & very friendly. All of them were very efficient, worked quickly & made a point of being sure everything was cleaned up at the end of the each day. When the installation was done, Luis was very helpful in explaining how our new system worked & helped us set up our phones to the system. Everything was completed in 2 working days. We are very happy with the whole experience & would highly recommend this company.

We always have a great experience with Andreas and all his employees. Andreas is brilliant in the way he addresses problems and communicates solutions. I had Haven come and look at a potential ac drainage problem and also just inspect my ac systems in general. Jake was extremely friendly, polite, and took his time to explain all the details of what he was doing as well as provide tips on maintenance. He was very thorough in checking all aspects of my main ac and mini split. I inquired with Haven to inspect my thermostat and they helped me install a C wire for my Nest. Sean came by and along with helping with the thermostat he also inspected our whole system and gave detailed summaries of our HVAC system. Sean was absolutely amazing to work with. He was thorough with his walk through and answered all of my questions patiently and with much detail, without ever pushing a sales pitch. I appreciated the little things he did that I viewed as going above and beyond - making sure to put on shoe covers and being extra quiet while our baby was sleeping. Sean was able quickly fix our thermostat and provided a fair quote for his work as well. Definitely would recommend!

Recently received a quote from Haven regarding installation of a mini-split Heat pump (AC) for a small room at my residence. Although I ultimately decided not to go forward with the project due to the amount of $$ involved, Andreas (owner) explained the salient issues and challenges of the project and never put any pressure to make the sale.I have been using this company for 9 nine years and all my interactions/experiences with employees (techs and owners) have been positive. I never even think about calling any other HVAC company. Highly recommend!!

He didn’t try to over sell us on anything, provided thorough explanations and options and replaced the broken Capacitor. He let me watch what he did so I could learn as well. I cant say anything but positive things about Haven Air! First, the sales team led by Andreas is top-notch. Very customer obsessed, no-pressure type of interaction. All Andreas cared about was what I was trying to accomplish with my HVAC replacement and cost options that would be beneficial for my family and I. I made a decision to have my HVAC system checked by Haven. They sent Sean and I could vouch for the excellent service he provided. He came on time and was able to explain how my HVAC works and the steps he needed to do to make it work safely again. I have an older unit and he showed the signs of wear and tear, cleaned and changed the unit filter and aligned the air vent. Also, he checked on the compressor and air ducts in the attic area. He was transparent with the maintenance check, provided a well written report and we discussed the need to upgrade the HVAC system for a newer energy efficient one. He gave me valuable information on what steps to take and services provided by Haven Air and variable payment plan in place. Also, we discussed importance of having the HVAC system checked to keep it running smoothly and trouble free. I would recommend Haven Air and ask for Sean. 100% Grade A service and reliability from the the customer service, repair consult, sales and installation crew. Our old unit was 23 years old and costing a fortune to run (even with solar energy). I did my due diligence and searched for a solid company with great reviews and reputation and Haven Air is the best. We live in Ontario and they are based in Anaheim. It was a big job for our 3200 sf home, taking 2 full days. They were never late, cleaned up thoroughly every time, very courteous employees, knowledgeable and professional every step. Andreas Laux was my lead sales guy and man on the job. No pressure to purchase anything and was thorough in his explanation of the different units available for our size home. He followed up with me every day and kept me informed. I was very comfortable with him and highly recommend this company for either repair or a new A/C or furnace. Our furnace was down, so no A/C and no heat. Even before our furnace was down, our A/C stopped working. We called Mighty Ducts/Haven and they were able to send Cody to our home. Cody was very professional and friendly. He explained to us what happened and provided us with a repair estimate. Sean, Gilbert, Jerry, and Joe were all exceptional during the installation. They were courteous and kind to our entire family. Andreas has incredible attention to detail and we have full confidence the system was installed and functioning properly when they left. My heating and air condition units were old and I found out that the ducts were old code and should be up graded. So I had 4 companies review and give me a recommendation and cost for upgrading the complete system. Thankfully Haven Air Conditioning (previously Mighty Ducts) was one of the companies. They were very professional and honest in what they bid and recommend while the others either recommended more then I needed or did not include upgrading the ducts (which they might try to include later after they installed the units). Haven Air Conditioning price was very fair - so I went with them. Not only did they keep the work area clean they also at no cost to me cleaned up all the trash that I stored by the old unit. Julien and his crew were friendly and hard working and completed the job in 3 days. They also found out two of the downstairs outlets were not working and had to open up the walls and ceiling to find the hidden duct that was disconnected and fixed it at no extra charge and with just two small cuts in my walls (other contractors said that they would have to remove a large part of my ceiling to open these outlets). So I highly recommend them because they do the complete project with no extras and their work is first rate and the system they installed is so much better that what I had. They also made sure I got all the rebates and their employees were clean, friendly, respectful and a joy to have around.

Haven replaced the AC and furnace units as well as installed smart thermostats for my 2-story home over the summer. Since this is a major purchase, I obtained quotes from multiple contractors in the area. They quotes ranged greatly in terms of price, manufacturer, warranty, and post-installation servicing commitments. (Hint: avoid contractors sourced from big box club warehouses.)After much research and and evaluation, I selected Haven. While the quote was not the absolute lowest bid, I decided that I would get the most *value* by selecting the contractor that was most responsive, knowledgeable, thorough, and that installed reliable and well-reviewed makes and models that I could expect to last.Andreas came out and completely put me at ease with his expertise and low pressure sales pitch. He was the only contractor to notice and discuss my unique needs (the narrow pathway at the side of my home required slimline units) and city permitting requirements. His quiet confidence and knowledge is apparent in conversation. Other contractors gave me fast quotes that may have resulted in either delays, additional costs, or permit violations.It just so happened that Andreas’ team scheduled installation on what would be the hottest day of the summer. The record-setting heat did not impact or impair the team who arrived on time and completed a full installation in one day. I was impressed at how incredibly polite and considerate every single member of this team was throughout the installation. Both my upstairs and downstairs units are being used daily and without incident, and I have already had my first pre-season heating check up.Trustworthy, reliable contractors are hard to find. Spending about 90 minutes just to show what needed to be done, explaining the process, and writing estimates. Other companies did not take the time or effort. To be clear our on site service technician Cody gets 5 stars. He was courteous, professional, informative & got the job done.The 3 stars is for management deciding to charge me the full service drain repair cost AFTER the job was completed rather than informing me what the cost would be after the initial diagnosis. The full service drain repair involves replacing part of the actual drain pipe for clean drainage & better maintenance. However Cody was only able to snake the existing drain pipe due to the awkward positioning of the drain pipe to which Cody did a terrific job. However management deciding to charge me the full price for a job that required less than full amount of what the service is supposed to entail definitely leaves a bitter taste in my mouth.It’s my own fault for not doing my due diligence in calling around to more HVAC companies ahead of time to get other quotes. I would absolutely work with Cody again however I’d check out other places first before trusting I’m getting what I’m truly paying for with Haven.

The bar is set with Haven and the Mighty Ducts. This team has it all and they are a small family business--support them!We recently moved into a new home with two aging units. A consultation was set up immediately -- asking all the right questions. What were our our goals. What temperatures inside do we prefer. What temperatures do we like to sleep at. Do seasonal allergies bother us. Any upcoming remodel projects to be aware of. Everything. Once the work was sketched out and designed, an incredibly detailed and professional estimate was created capturing every detail discussed.THE WORK: We relocated one furnace unit into the garage as ceiling mounted and utilized the existing unit in the attic for the rest of the home. We added two new AC units on both sides of thehome with all new ducting throughout.. We elected to have the HEPA filter installed into both units--I cant believe how clean our air inside is now! All of this controlled by four zones vs the previous two we had. We also have a detached office in which we added a mini split unit into for comfort while working remotely. Project was so much bigger than I can capture here--8 days to finish the install, 1 more to tune/tweakthe system.The units? Silent. My refrigerator is louder than these! The team was luxury brand friendly -- hello sir/mam on every interaction, polite, friendly, smiling, all the right next level interactions. With how happy the employees are, I would guessthis company is also a best in class organization to be employeed by.Work was incredibly clean, never left a mess or caused any type of damage or cleanliness issues.
