Jim recently helped me purchase a home and I had a fantastic experience working with him. I’ve purchased and sold homes in the past and by far this has been my best experience with a real estate agent. The things I appreciated the most about Jim is his honesty, transparency and trustworthiness. He always had my best interests in mind. While viewing homes he would make sure to point out to me the negatives as well as the positives. I could trust all his feedback 100%. He is also very patient and in no rush to close a deal. I had four offers rejected yet he remained steadfast in continuing the search and remained positive and encouraging. With the first offer he wrote for me, he spent the time to walk me through all the details of it to make sure I understood every section well so I know what I’m signing on. Last but not least he is very knowledgeable, competent and experienced at his job. I would highly recommend Jim to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Finding a house in the Bay Area is supposed to be hard, but Jim made it easier than we could have imagined. If you have the opportunity, I strongly recommend working with him. Jim took the time to deeply understand what we were looking for, introduced us to a few perfect neighborhoods in San Jose, showed us a number of houses, gave honest and level-headed assessments, kept us from overwhelm, provided excellent comps so we didn’t over offer, and in the end found us the perfect house in a neighborhood we hadn’t even known about when we started looking. We toured it, made an offer, and closed before it hit the market, so we got our perfect house without any of the typical bidding wars.

My now fiancé and I were looking to purchase a home in the San Jose area. I was new to the area as I relocated from Miami and so my knowledge of all the neighborhoods and cities were quite limited. The market in the Bay Area moves really quickly and is extremely competitive. While we wanted to find a home, we also wanted to find the right home. Enter Hauslley. I cannot express how grateful I am that my fiancé found Hauslley email from years ago in his contact. Hauslley’s expertise when it comes to the Bay Area housing market is unparalleled. He is meticulous, knowledgeable, and most important to us, patient. We never felt rushed to make a decision on a home we didn’t feel was right, his guidance on what to the sellers were expecting and the benefits/ issues he foresaw with a particular property or area was extremely valuable as we made a decision. Jim is a wonderful person to work with. He made the tedious house purchase stress free. He was patient while it took a while for house hunting and never pressurized to overbid or to make an offer even if there was a slightest doubt. He is knowledgeable, was always approachable and very upfront and truthful with his property assessment. He looks for a good deal for his clients. His contacts made the mortgage process easier. We were able to close the deal in less than 3 weeks, all due to wonderful co-ordination among Jim and the mortgage consultant; They went out of their way to make it happen. Very glad to have purchased with his help.

Hauslley is one of the best realtors in Bay area. He knows the neighborhoods pretty well and comes to you with very thorough market research before you see a home. Very professional, punctual and very organized. He exactly knows what makes for a perfect bid( offer). It was his guidance that landed us in our home. I cannot imagine working with anyone else.
