As first time home buyers, we valued Kristen’s knowledge, expertise and patience. Kristen stood out with her personalized approach and took the time to understand our preferences and provide honest advice. She also educated us about each step from mortgage pre-approval to closing. I highly recommend Marissa Charles! Like many of us, I care for my two homebound parents so it really helps to be able to feel confident that your agent gets what you are going through and will do their best for your parents interests. That is exactly the sense I got from working with Marissa. Fantastic experience moving from the Bay Area to the country. Kristen is fantastic; not only friendly, open, honest, and knowledgeable, but she really cares. We met her looking at a home we found driving in the Shingle Springs area, she was the listing agent. While the house was very nice, we were not sure. We really didn’t know exactly what we wanted. She offered to show us other properties to help us hone in on something that would work for us. Over the next couple of weeks she showed us a variety of homes in different areas and different price points, but most importantly she shared where we should go eat, what wineries to visit, who we should meet, truly amazing. She loves this area and it really shows. Throughout this process we kept coming back to the original house we met her at (her listing). In end it was a choice between the home we chose and her listing and instead of her selling hard, she remained unbiased and interested in our needs. She gave us compelling points for each and we were able to make a tough choice. If you want someone who not only knows property, but also loves her part of the world and wants to share it with you; if you want someone who is going to really listen and help; if you want someone who knows everyone, from insurance, internet, septic tanks, wells to the best restaurants and wineries, Kristen is who you should call. My wife and I have purchased over a dozen homes in our life so far, Kristen is the agent I will call again.

Kristen Haus is a professional real estate agent who cares about serving her clients more than she cares about making a buck. She is responsive and willing to do more than her part. I not only had her sell me the home of my dreams but also she sold the house that we owned for 20 years with so many memories. She was strategic sensitive and valued our input. She also has a side of her that to the point, on the confidence that assured you that you are being taken care of even when you have fears and doubts of what you’re doing. My husband and I would use Kristen Haus and only Kristen Haus over and over again for real estate. I am so fortunate to have been able to work with Kristen Haus. We had the amazing opportunity to work with KristenWe had the amazing opportunity to work with Kristen on buying and selling our house, and all I can say is wow! She was an incredible resource that helped us navigate buying and selling our house from staging, photography, managing the showings, inspections and helping us navigate the offers. We gave Kristen an almost impossible list of items we wanted in our price range. Of course, Kristen found us a home. :) As I sit in here on our porch looking over our pond in awe of what we have and all I can do is thank Kristen for working so hard to get us here.
