2024-06-15 08:49:01The most non responsive agents ever. Waited 1-2 months for them to contact back. No response. Dont pickup when I call them.I have been with them for almost 8 years now and I get this.Would choose any other insurance any day.EDIT: they replied on this review the same day. But their agent is still not replying 🙄EDIT 2: they replied here but havent contacted me yet. Beyond disbelief how they can function as a company.

She makes sure that I get the best insurance deal whether it is auto, home or something else. She is very responsive abd empathetic not only when helping find the right insurance but also when there is a claim to be filed. She gives you the best support possible. I am glad to have Lydia by my side and highly recommend her for all insurance needs.
