Just want to thank Harvey’s for the incredible work replacing my garage doors. Also thank you to Hector, Beto, and Armando. These guys are detail oriented, on time, very friendly, and efficient. This was a big job. They cleaned up afterwards like they were never there. Also appreciate the tutorial for app access and garage door control. My doors are custom and were supposed to take 8-10 weeks to arrive. The doors arrived at 6 weeks and the team was ready to install immediately. All said the work was A+ 5 stars. Thanks Harvey’s!

Best garage door company by far! Called them and they were out within 30 minutes. Best thing was a free estimate, no one else would even come out for less than $80-90. Beto diagnosed the problem with my opener and ended up replacing it for a reasonable charge. He stayed for an extended time reprogramming cars and remotes. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I called Harveys Garrage Door after my garage door rolled off the track and caused it bend. They came to my home in about an hour to perform a site inspection. First thing the next morning Hector and Beto arrived and fixed the issue, including resecuring the track to the wall that had come loose, which I had not even noticed until they pointed it out.Hector and Beto were professional, courteous, honest, and knowledgeable. Instead of trying to upsell a whole new door, they were able to make the necessary repairs for less than half the cost. Overall a great value and trusted service. I would highly recommend.

Technician Beto arrived to examine a garage door with a panel that had been pushed out of place, as well as a rubber seal and attached aluminum piece that had been detached and quite bent. Not only was he able to push the panel back into place, he salvaged the bent aluminum piece and had the rubber seal to replace the bad one. He was not only very professional but very friendly, as well. This was the first issue with our garage door after buying our place last year. We will not use any other company but Harveys for now on.

I had a major issue with my gararge door caused by another company.Once Harveys Garage Door company got involved everything changed for the better. They immediateley accessed the situation and told me I needed to get my door replaced. They found a door for me in relatively short time, then Had Hector and Eric install it for me om 7/2/21.Hector and Eric were brilliant, and went over and beyond to make sure I was happy. I called a garage door Company called Hansens to come out and re program a key pad that stopped working to open garage door. The representative repair person Jose told me I need a new motor and they start bottom at $700. I explained I think it’s the keypad because my two hand held remotes work. He said no. You need a new garage door motor. I knew something was wrong I paid him his service fee and he left. I then googled and found Harvey’s Garage Door. The gentleman was very nice and sent a repairman over within 15 min. The repairman was Armando. Right away he checked the motor and reset keypad. The past weeks of desert springtime winds made it very clear we needed a new garage door (one that would stay in place, not rattle and not let in a mound of sand). After an extensive online search, we settled on Harvey’s. From the start, they were very professional and showed up for the initial estimate right on time (rare in the desert).They actually had the door we wanted in stock, and they were able to install it that same week (wait, what?). Hector and Beto arrived a little later than originally scheduled but they kept us in the loop so that was appreciated. The actual install went quickly with no mess, and we had a new solid door in record time. Armando came out today, only two days after Xmas, which in itself was extremely lucky and convenient considering I was dealing with a non working garage door for over a week now. Armando is extremely friendly right off the bat, but more than that, HONEST and knowledgeable and truly saved me from needing to buy a brand new garage door today. He put a sturdy bracket up where the garage door was beginning to crack, he used new springs I had already bought before he came here and he serviced the other areas of the door so that it is now in fantastic working order. Eventually the door will need replacing, but as the saying goes, “if it ain’t broke, why fix it.”It is obvious as to why he has been with Harvey’s for 15 years. It was time for us to replace both our single and double garage doors. I did some research online and chose two companies to come out and give me quotes, one of which was Harvey’s. Beto came out, arrived when scheduled, and gave me his suggestion as to what doors would be best for our circumstances. He made points by not suggesting the most expensive. Harvey’s proposal beat that of the other company I called by over a thousand dollars. We ordered the doors, which arrived at about the time promised. He had a new LiftMaster (quiet belt driven) in his truck and installed it immediately. Armando and Hector took good care of me. They were both courteous, honest, and professional. My garage door was not closing when the morning sun was hitting the sensors. Armando responded the same day I called and replaced the sensors. We discussed the need for a new garage door and he gave me a quote. He said the opener did not need to be replaced. Hector did a great job on replacing our broken springs. I called out the prior company I used in the past (2015) but they were unavailable for at least 4 days, but Harveys said theyd be out today between 2p to 4p, ended up coming at 1230p. Hector pointed out that the last company used lower quality springs, over tensioned them which ended up denting the rod and shorting the life span. He also pointed out the over tensioning also puts undo stress on the opener which is why he found it set at a nine instead of a lower number, he reset it at 5 and it was working great. Gave me signs to look for in the future and what Harveys offer as far as services....good sales job kid. All that said, the price was slightly more than our old company by $75, but I didnt have to wait 4 days and they beat out 3 other calls I made by $100 ($350 for one!). Great job, good service, affordable price. 👍

The spring and coil on my garage door broke on Thanksgiving day and I thought Id have to wait over a four-day weekend to get it repaired but I called Harveys and they actually got out to my house first thing Friday morning and fixed the problem in less then an hour! Tyler came late Saturday afternoon we could not open our garage door. He immediately diagnosed the problem and went to get a heavy duty spring and stayed until 7pm to fix it. Armando came out to fix our door. He found the problem and fixed it but found numerous other issues that the previous installer did which were not correct. He did not leave until he was satisfied that all was well. He is a garage door genius!

Highly recommend Harveys we had a door breakdown one evening we called they came early the next morning worked for hours door was so messed up they put a better operator on our door works better than ever can’t say enough about this company polite efficient and they did a great job this door is big and extremely heavy they are just GREAT ! In todays world where customer service is non existent Harveys still has what it takes you wont be disappointed if you call them for anything 🙂👍🏻

Very disappointed. The estimate was scheduled between 11am and 1pm. At 2pm, I received a call indicating they were running late and would be there within 15 minutes. At 3:45, I left a voicemail saying we havent heard from anyone. At 3:46, I got a callback saying hes on his way. At 4:45, he showed up. He couldnt leave us any materials and, although professional, he clearly was not in sales. It took 3 more days to get the estimate. Price was reasonable but I wont select a company who didnt bother to respect a potential new customer.

We had a broken header spring. Repairmen Omar & Danny were here in 45 minutes. They both worked very well and fixed the issue in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company and these guys. Omar and Danny were the Gentlemen who came out to install our new Garage door opener. They were here on time and finished the job in under 40min. When they were done with the installation of the opener the gave me a couple instructions and info about the device. In all they were efficient and mannered and on time.
